Improving the quality of education is a strategic issue that is the main focus in the development of educational institutions in Indonesia. In the era of globalisation and digital transformation, educational institutions are faced with the demand to produce graduates who are not only academically excellent, but also adaptive to changes and community needs. One approach that has been widely studied to address these challenges is the application of educational quality management. This study aims to systematically review various studies that discuss the concept, implementation, and results of the application of educational quality management, with the main question being how the application of quality management contributes to improving the quality of educational institutions. This study uses a literature review method by searching for scientific articles from 2019 to 2025 accessed through Google Scholar and the Publish or Perish (PoP) application. The search was conducted using the keywords ‘educational quality management’, ‘quality implementation’, and ‘improvement of educational institution quality’. From the search results of 15 articles, five main articles were obtained and analysed in depth based on their relevance to the topic and contribution to the research focus. The results of the study revealed three main themes: first, quality management is implemented as a continuous improvement strategy that emphasises planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up on quality; second, transformational and collaborative leadership are determining factors in the successful implementation of quality management; third, the implementation of quality management has been proven to improve student academic achievement and the effectiveness of educational institutions. This study concludes that educational quality management plays a significant role in building a culture of quality, accountability, and professionalism among educators. Further research is recommended to explore models of digital and participatory quality management implementation in the context of 21st-century education.

This study aims to analyse the strategies implemented by Kopi Kenangan MSMEs, particularly the branch at Jl. Pancing No. 184 Medan, in facing the challenges of globalisation and penetrating the international market. The method used is a case study with a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that Kopi Kenangan is well prepared to compete in the global market through strengthening internal management, utilising digital technology, and building a brand image based on Indonesian coffee identity. The expansion strategies implemented include selecting markets with cultural proximity, adapting products to local preferences, and collaborating with international partners. The main obstacles faced include competition with global brands, differences in consumer tastes, financial constraints, and export regulations. However, business opportunities remain wide open in line with the increasing global coffee consumption trend, interest in authentic local products, and government support in promoting and facilitating MSMEs. This study concludes that the success of MSME internationalisation is largely determined by the synergy between internal company quality, digitalisation, partnership networks, and external support from the government.

The development of digitalisation and globalisation requires MSMEs to adopt effective and integrated digital marketing strategies to improve competitiveness in international markets. This study aims to examine the effect of an integrated digital marketing strategy, which combines multi-channel and digital alliance approaches, on MSME performance. A quantitative research method with a survey approach was used, involving a sample of MSMEs that have been actively using digital marketing for at least six months. Data were analysed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS software. The results showed that multi-channel integration and digital alliances significantly improved the marketing performance of MSMEs in facing the challenges of globalisation. The findings strengthen the Resource-Based Theory (RBT) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in the context of MSME digital marketing. The practical implications of this research emphasise the importance of digital capability development and strategic collaboration as keys to the success of MSMEs in the global market. The research also provides recommendations for MSME players and policy makers to support training programmes and facilitation of sustainable digital alliances.

This study examines how the Human Development Index (HDI), a measure of economic welfare, is related to the economic aspects of globalisation, including capital flows, technology, and international monetary policy. A Customary law is an unwritten legal system that has lived and developed in Indonesian society since before the arrival of Western law. This article reviews the role of customary law as part of Indonesia's national legal system, focusing on its relevance and existence in the modern era. Through a qualitative approach with a literature study method, this article discusses how customary law continues to exist amid the challenges posed by globalisation and the development of positive law. The author highlights the importance of preserving the values of customary law as it reflects cultural identity as well as a form of recognition of the rights of customary law communities. The results of the discussion show that although customary law is not systematically recorded, it has an important role in dispute resolution, as well as regulating the social life of the community. Therefore, the integration of customary law into the national legal system needs to be improved to create contextual justice rooted in local culture and values.

This study investigates the role of Christian public theology in advancing social transformation, with particular emphasis on social justice, intercommunal solidarity, and sustainable development. Employing a qualitative methodology grounded in critical literature review, the research explores the engagement of public theology with the prevailing contexts of multiculturalism, globalisation, and popular culture. The findings reveal that public theology functions as a vital bridge between Christian faith—which proclaims Jesus Christ as the sole Saviour and restorer of creation—and tangible societal change within both private and public spheres. The study underscores the distinctive character of Christian public theology as an authentic and contextual agent of transformation, upholding the integrity of the Gospel message.

The inability of rural banks to adapt to the changing global landscape, particularly owing to globalisation, could also have adverse effects on economically disadvantaged populations. This research aims to examine the dynamics of regulating rural banks in Indonesia, the pressing need for legal reforms in rural banks to address the problems posed by globalisation, and the legal reforms for rural banks that are based on the Values of Pancasila. The study methodology employed is the Normative Juridical approach. The research findings suggest that initially, the licencing and activities of the rural bank required permission from the Minister of Finance. However, after the amendment of Law Number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking with Law Number 10 of 1998, the licence for rural banks is now granted by the leadership of Bank Indonesia, as stated in Article 16 paragraph. Globalisation has a significant impact on community life, leading to the emergence of new requirements. One of these requirements is the need for easier transactions, which can be achieved through the digitalisation of banking or the provision of electronic banking facilities. Consequently, legal reforms for banking institutions need to be implemented, taking into account the noble values of the nation as reflected in the moral principles of Pancasila. These values include morality, respect, protection of human rights without discrimination, unity, social justice in the economic and community sectors, and the realisation of people’s sovereignty and adherence to the law.

Lampung Tapis is a traditional Indonesian fabric that reflects the rich culture of the people of Lampung. Decorated with gold thread embroidery, Tapis symbolises aesthetic values, philosophy and social identity. In the context of globalisation, Tapis faces challenges in maintaining its sustainability due to the lack of appreciation and access to international markets. This research aims to introduce Lampung Tapis to the global community through promotion in international forums. The methods used included visual presentation, cultural narrative, and physical product exhibition at the Problematic Seminar on Global Accounting in Kyoto, Japan. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' appreciation of the beauty and cultural values of Tapis Lampung, as evidenced by the audience's high interest in this fabric as a cultural symbol and business opportunity. The cultural story-based marketing strategy is an effective approach in introducing Tapis in the global market, while supporting its economic sustainability. In addition, cross-cultural collaboration and the use of digital platforms are seen as important for expanding market networks. By combining tradition and innovation, Lampung Tapis has great potential to become an Indonesian cultural icon at the international level. This research recommends strengthening synergies between the government, local artisans and the private sector to support the promotion and regeneration of Lampung's Tapis industry. This step will not only preserve the cultural heritage but also improve the welfare of the artisan community.

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) is a form and concrete action by carrying out community service. One of the community service activities carried out through socialisation activities on digital marketing and training on CV making and job application letters involving the surrounding community, especially the youth of Jogomulyo Village. This activity aims to increase the creativity and motivation of the Jogomulyo Village community through socialisation of youth sensitivity to the world of work. In the era of globalisation, qualified skills are very important to compete. Activities carried out by Tidar University students include socialisation of digital marketing and training in making Curriculum Vitae (CV) and job application letters. The method used was to socialise the Jogomulyo Village community by presenting material and interactive sessions between the speaker and the audience. The target participants were village youth who need to prepare themselves to enter the world of work more professionally and be better prepared to compete in the era of modernisation. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of digital marketing and effective job application document preparation techniques. The evaluation showed the need for further training to improve participants' skills. Thus, this kind of activity can contribute to equipping the community with relevant knowledge and improve their competitiveness in the world of work.

Globalisation introduces substantial changes to human existence, combined with in social, economic and cultural elements. With an emphasis on social, economic, and cultural facets, this analysis seeks to examine the applicability of Qur'anic interpretation in addressing the issues of globalization. It is intended that a wide range of flexible and conversational approaches to interpretation will provide fresh perspectives on how the holy text's lessons remain pertinent and relevant in today's modern world. Using literature reviews and material gathered from a variety of contemporary commentary, books, scientific papers, and journals, a qualitative analysis technique is employed. The findings of the analysis demonstrate that a discourse interpretation of the Qur'an will address the problems of economic injustice, social inequality, and the cultural psychological state brought on by globalization. Finally, in order to respond to the problems of globalization and ensure that the teachings of the Qur'an remain relevant in the current era, a dynamic interpretation method is absolutely essential.

Global HRM does, however, also offer advantages, such as easier access to talent from throughout the world. This journal attempts to offer useful insights for HRM practitioners and business executives in managing human resources in the age of globalisation through in-depth examination.Literature reviews serve as the data source for the qualitative and descriptive research methodology. The study's findings emphasise how crucial global human resource management is to accomplishing corporate objectives in a variety of international marketplaces. Flexibility, efficient resource management, improving cultural sensitivity, and employee participation are some of the suggested remedies. In the age of global business, companies can improve performance and accomplish their objectives by putting in place efficient HRM strategies.

Islam Nusantara is an Islamic concept that integrates Islamic teachings with the local wisdom of the archipelago, offering a moderate, tolerant, and contextual approach. This concept is rooted in the long history of Islamic acculturation with local culture through peaceful channels, arts, and traditions. As a model of thought, Islam Nusantara emphasises the universality of Islam applied according to the local socio-cultural context, prioritising the values of moderation (wasathiyah), interfaith tolerance, and respect for tradition. In religious praxis, Islam Nusantara includes traditions such as tahlilan, slametan, and the Prophet's maulid, which serve as a means of da'wah and strengthening social solidarity. However, challenges such as globalisation and misunderstanding of the concept require a strategic response to keep Islam Nusantara relevant. As a model of thought and practice, Islam Nusantara reflects the flexibility of Islam in dealing with modern dynamics without losing its principles of universality. With an inclusive approach, Islam Nusantara has the potential to inspire Muslim communities around the world to integrate Islamic teachings with local culture in harmony.
