This article discusses the dynamics of Christian students’ spirituality in the digital era, characterized by the currents of globalization, information overload, and a culture of virtual communication that influence patterns of thinking, lifestyles, and character formation. The novelty of this study lies in its analysis of the direct relationship between the digital-global context and the process of students’ faith formation through an integrative theological–pedagogical perspective. This research aims to analyze the implications of digital globalization for the spirituality of Christian students and to formulate directions for faith formation that are relevant to the contemporary context. The method employed is a qualitative approach using a library research design through conceptual, theological, and pedagogical analysis of various relevant scholarly sources. The findings indicate that the digital era presents both opportunities and challenges for faith development, in which students experience a dynamic tension between the strengthening of spiritual insight and the potential value crisis resulting from exposure to global ideologies. In conclusion, contextual, reflective, and selective strategies of faith formation are required to ensure that the spirituality of Christian students remains firm, critical, and relevant amid the currents of digital globalization.

The era of globalization has brought significant changes to the world of education, particularly to the role and function of teachers in the learning process. Advances in information technology and easy access to knowledge require teachers to reorient their roles from mere transmitters of material to facilitators, motivators, curators of information, and mentors of student character. This study aims to examine the nature of the reorientation of the role and function of teachers in the era of globalization, the reasons for the need for such changes, the ideal form of teacher roles, and the challenges and strategies in their implementation. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a literature study through analysis of various books, journals, and relevant scientific sources. The results show that the reorientation of teacher roles is necessary due to changes in learning paradigms, technological developments, and the demand for 21st-century skills. However, the process still faces various challenges such as low digital literacy, conventional mindsets, limited training, and a lack of infrastructure support and parental participation. Therefore, strategies are needed such as improving teacher professional development, strengthening digital literacy, simplifying administrative burdens, and strengthening cooperation between schools, parents, and the community. With this reorientation, it is hoped that teachers will be able to play an optimal role in improving the quality of education and developing a generation that is intelligent, has character, and is ready to face global challenges.

The rapid development of globalization has significantly influenced modern education systems, requiring not only the advancement of knowledge but also the strengthening of moral and spiritual values. This study aims to analyze the integration of Islamic values within modern education systems in the era of globalization. The research employs a qualitative approach with a library research method, utilizing various academic sources such as books, journals, and relevant documents. Data are collected through documentation techniques and analyzed using content analysis to interpret and synthesize existing theories and findings. The results indicate that the integration of Islamic values can be effectively implemented through curriculum development, teaching methods, digital technology utilization, and the role of educators as value transmitters. Furthermore, the study reveals that a holistic and systematic integration approach is essential to balance intellectual, emotional, and spiritual development in learners. The implications of this research highlight the importance of developing an integrative education model that aligns Islamic principles with modern scientific and technological advancements, in order to produce individuals who are not only academically competent but also possess strong moral character in facing global challenges.

Globalization brings complex challenges to Islamic education, ranging from secularization to a moral identity crisis among the younger generation. This study aims to formulate a reconstruction of Islamic education to ensure its relevance and adaptability in addressing current issues in the global era. The research method used is library research with a descriptive-analytical approach to various educational literature and contemporary phenomena. The results of the discussion indicate that current Islamic education still suffers from weaknesses in its normative-textual curriculum, conventional learning methods, and limited technological adaptation. Therefore, reconstruction efforts are needed, including a reorientation of educational goals toward the formation of perfect human beings, the development of an integrative curriculum that eliminates the dichotomy of knowledge, and the transformation of student-centered learning methods and digital literacy. The implications of this study emphasize that an adaptive Islamic education model must be able to align the values ​​of monotheism with 21st-century competencies. By integrating science and Islamic values, Islamic education is expected to produce a generation that excels intellectually while possessing strong spiritual and moral resilience in the face of global change.

Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami pelaksanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) sebagai upaya meningkatkan pemahaman nilai-nilai Pancasila pada siswa kelas 5A di SDN 1 Bendogerit Kota Blitar. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pentingnya pendidikan karakter berlandaskan Pancasila dalam membentuk generasi berakhlak, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab di tengah tantangan globalisasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode wawancara terpusat dan observasi langsung terhadap guru serta proses pembelajaran. Data dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan secara sistematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan guru berperan aktif sebagai teladan dalam membentuk nilai disiplin, tanggung jawab, kerja sama, sopan santun, dan kejujuran siswa. Penguatan nilai Pancasila juga didukung budaya sekolah melalui program pagi rutin dan kegiatan literasi berkelanjutan. Faktor pendukung utama ialah keteladanan guru dan lingkungan yang kondusif, sedangkan tantangan meliputi kebutuhan siswa yang beragam serta keterbatasan sarana digital. This study aims to understand the implementation of Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) as an effort to enhance students’ understanding of Pancasila values among fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Bendogerit, Blitar City. The research is motivated by the importance of character education based on Pancasila in shaping a generation that is virtuous, disciplined, and responsible amid the challenges of globalization. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, using focused interviews and direct classroom observations involving teachers and the learning process. Data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing systematically. The results indicate that teachers play an active role as role models in cultivating students’ values of discipline, responsibility, cooperation, politeness, and honesty. The reinforcement of Pancasila values is also supported by the school culture through regular morning programs and continuous literacy activities. The main supporting factors include teacher exemplarity and a conducive school environment, while challenges involve diverse student needs and limited digital learning facilities. 

Pendidikan karakter menjadi fokus penting dalam dunia pendidikan karena meningkatnya tantangan moral peserta didik di era globalisasi dan digitalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter di sekolah menengah, mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasinya, serta menganalisis dampaknya terhadap perkembangan moral peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang dilaksanakan di SMK Plus Al-Ghifari. Subjek penelitian meliputi guru Bimbingan dan Konseling, wali kelas, dan siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam semi-terstruktur, observasi, dan analisis dokumen sekolah, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter telah diintegrasikan dalam proses pembelajaran dan budaya sekolah, dengan dukungan utama berupa kepedulian guru, kerja sama dengan orang tua, serta inisiatif peserta didik. Namun, implementasi masih menghadapi kendala seperti pengaruh lingkungan sosial, keterlibatan keluarga yang belum optimal, ketidakkonsistenan ketegasan pendidik, dan kesulitan adaptasi peserta didik baru. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan sinergi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan lingkungan untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan dan efektivitas pendidikan karakter.

The phenomenon of language globalization has brought a significant influence on the communication patterns and cultural identity of Generation Z, including those who adhere to indigenous belief systems. The global trend that emphasizes the dominance of foreign languages often leads to a decline in appreciation for local languages and the spiritual values embedded within them. This article aims to examine the role of multilingual literacy as a means of strengthening the spirituality of Generation Z adherents of indigenous beliefs in facing the challenges of language globalization. The research method used is a literature study by reviewing various theoretical sources and relevant research findings from the past five years. The results indicate that multilingual literacy not only enhances cross-cultural communication skills but also strengthens the spiritual awareness and cultural identity of Generation Z through the preservation of local languages and the interpretation of local values in a modern context. Therefore, multilingual literacy can serve as an effective strategy for developing a generation that is religious, has strong character, and remains rooted in its traditional beliefs amidst the rapid flow of globalization.

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi blockchain dan arus globalisasi telah mendorong penggunaan Bitcoin di Indonesia, yang kini diakui sebagai komoditas dalam perdagangan berjangka. Namun, karakteristik anonimitas dan desentralisasi mata uang digital ini membuka celah signifikan bagi kemunculan cybercrime, seperti pencucian uang dan peretasan, yang menuntut perhatian yuridis serius. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak teknologi tersebut terhadap risiko kejahatan siber serta efektivitas regulasi yang berlaku. Metode yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan untuk menelaah kerangka hukum terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya dualisme regulasi di Indonesia, di mana Bappebti melegalkan Bitcoin sebagai aset investasi, sementara Bank Indonesia melarangnya sebagai alat pembayaran. Ketidaksinkronan ini, diperparah dengan sifat lintas batas blockchain, menciptakan tantangan dalam penegakan hukum terhadap kejahatan siber. Disimpulkan bahwa harmonisasi regulasi antara otoritas keuangan dan penguatan aturan keamanan siber sangat mendesak dilakukan guna memitigasi risiko kejahatan tanpa menghambat inovasi ekonomi digital.

The era of globalization presents serious challenges for Christian Religious Education (PAK) through the currents of value relativism, consumerism, and digital influences that threaten the formation of the spiritual character of the younger generation. This study aims to analyze strategies for integrating spiritual values ​​into Christian Religious Education (PAK) to ensure its relevance and effectiveness in facing the dynamics of the times, with a focus on a holistic approach that combines a contextual curriculum, hybrid learning media, faith-based digital literacy, and strengthening teacher competencies. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach based on library research through thematic content analysis of books, scientific journals, and related literature. The results indicate that effective integration of spiritual values ​​through strategies such as interactive digital learning, school-church-family collaboration, and systematic evaluation produces students who are strong in faith, critical of global influences, and ethical in character. In conclusion, the need for ongoing synergy to shape a generation of Christians who are adaptive and imbued with integrity in the era of globalization is emphasized.

Islamic education is a strategic effort in shaping religious character in response to the challenges of the globalization era. This study aims to examine the role of Islamic Religious Education as a strategic step in strengthening religious character to face the challenges of globalization. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach, analyzing phenomena, concepts, and theories based on literature such as books, journals, and articles relevant to the research topic. The main findings of this study indicate that Islamic Religious Education has the potential to build religious character as a provision to face the impact and influence of global culture. This study identifies obstacles in strengthening religious character through Islamic Religious Education and offers solutions and strategies to strengthen that character. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of responding to moral and character issues in the era of globalization with an adaptive approach through solutions and strategies of Islamic Religious Education.

The era of globalization demands that education systems produce human resources who are skilled, adaptable, and capable of competing in the international job market. However, several issues arise in efforts to prepare graduates who are well aligned with industry requirements. These challenges include the mismatch between competencies taught in educational institutions and those required by the workforce, limited digital literacy and technological mastery, the lack of soft skills development, and insufficient collaboration between schools and industries. Rapid technological advancements often result in curricula that lag behind the current skill demands of the labor market. Moreover, many students still lack the mindset, creativity, and adaptability needed to face global competition. This literature-based study aims to identify the main educational problems in preparing human resources for the world of work and propose strategic directions for improvement. Findings highlight the necessity of competency-based curriculum transformation, enhanced vocational training, integration of technology-based learning, and stronger partnerships between education providers and industry sectors. Enhancing teacher quality is also crucial to ensure learning processes remain relevant to global demands. By optimizing the roles of all stakeholders, education can produce graduates who possess not only technical expertise but also essential 21st-century skills such as communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership. Therefore, education becomes the primary foundation for preparing a generation capable of competing globally and contributing to national development.

This article discusses how entrepreneurial activities can enhance students' soft skills in the context of globalization, with an emphasis on communication, leadership, and adaptability. The study employs a descriptive qualitative method, utilizing literature review techniques that allow for a narrative exploration of soft skill development such as communication and leadership in entrepreneurial activities. The analysis reveals that entrepreneurial engagement significantly improves students' soft skills, including teamwork collaboration and innovation, which are essential for facing the challenges of globalization. The findings suggest that practice-based entrepreneurship education is far more effective than theory alone in building resilience and networks. The study concludes by highlighting the importance of integrating entrepreneurial activities into higher education curricula to prepare students for global competition, along with recommendations to develop project-based programs. This research contributes to the higher education literature with empirical evidence derived from the Indonesian context, although it is limited to a specific group of students.  

This study explores the use of contraception from a Christian perspective, focusing on the Christian Church's views on issues of sexuality and reproduction. Globalization has brought about significant cultural changes, including in how society views sexual relations, family planning, and reproductive responsibility. These changes have influenced the Christian community, giving rise to diverse theological and ethical responses regarding the use of contraception. Within the Christian Church itself, there are fundamental differences of opinion. Most schools reject the use of contraception, citing specific interpretations of biblical passages that emphasize openness to life and God's will. Meanwhile, other schools view contraception as a more complex issue, requiring contextual consideration, taking into account aspects of health, family well-being, and the moral responsibility of married couples. These differing views demonstrate the theological and social dynamics that influence the Church's stance on contraception. Therefore, this study aims to provide a deeper understanding of the decision-making process regarding contraception use within the Christian community.

Era globalisasi di mana segala macam arus informasi serta kebudayaan berkembang pesat dan dapat diakses dengan mudah tentu menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi bangsa Indonesia untuk tetap mempertahankan keutuhannya. Hasil yang terlihat terlihat di lingkungan saat ini, terdapat beberapa poin permasalahan yang disorot dan dinilai memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap generasi muda : 1.) Gaya hidup: 2.) budaya luar ; 3.) liberalisasi ; 4.) teknologi ; 5.) sosial dan moral. Tujuan penulisan jurnal ilmiah ini adalah untuk menekankan kesadaran generasi milenial untuk selalu berjiwa nasionalisme untuk menjaga identitas bangsa serta keutuhan NKRI untuk mencapai tujuan negara di tengah arus globalisasi dan modernisasi.

Globalization is a major phenomenon that brings rapid changes in the mindset, behavior, and culture of society, including students in formal educational settings. This condition presents significant challenges for Islamic Religious Education, which plays a crucial role in shaping character and internalizing Islamic values. This study aims to analyze how globalization influences students’ understanding, attitudes, and practices of Islamic values, as well as how Islamic Religious Education can respond adaptively to these changes. This research employs a qualitative approach using a literature study method that reviews books, scholarly articles, and relevant documents related to globalization, Islamic education, and character formation. Data were analyzed through processes of collection, classification, and interpretation to identify patterns of global influence on Islamic values. The findings reveal that globalization offers two major impacts: opportunities for the development of religious literacy through technological and informational access, and threats in the form of external values such as hedonism, individualism, and decreasing religious sensitivity. These findings highlight the need for educational strategies that balance the use of technology with the reinforcement of Islamic character, including the integration of Islamic values into digital-based learning, strengthening teacher role modeling, and habituating moral behavior within school activities. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of innovation in Islamic Religious Education to maintain the relevance of Islamic values amid the ongoing developments of globalization.

The era of globalization has introduced new dynamics in the practice of citizenship and the protection of human rights (HR), both at national and international levels. The background of this study stems from the increasing flow of migration, the rapid development of information technology, and the interconnectedness of global economic and political systems, all of which challenge the traditional concept of citizenship and mechanisms for protecting HR. The aim of this research is to analyze the relevance of citizenship in the context of globalization and to examine the effectiveness of human rights protection in addressing cross-border issues. The method employed is a literature study with a qualitative-descriptive approach, drawing on academic sources, international legal instruments, and national regulations concerning citizenship and HR. The findings indicate that globalization expands the scope of citizen participation, but simultaneously creates new vulnerabilities, such as discrimination against migrants, weak digital protection, and gaps in access to justice. On the other hand, international legal instruments and the role of transnational organizations have shown potential in strengthening protection, although their implementation still faces challenges at the domestic level. In conclusion, citizenship in the globalization era is no longer limited to a legal-formal identity, but also encompasses universal rights that demand states to enhance global collaboration, regulatory harmonization, and policy innovation in human rights protection.

The globalization era presents considerable challenges to the development of Islamic identity among university students. Technological progress, intercultural interaction, and exposure to various ideologies significantly affect students’ values and moral orientations. This study aims to analyze the Aqidah Akhlak paradigm as a framework for reinforcing students’ Islamic identity within the global context. This research applies a qualitative method through library research by examining classical and contemporary Islamic educational literature as well as relevant scholarly works. The findings demonstrate that the Aqidah Akhlak paradigm, which combines solid theological belief (aqidah) with moral character development (akhlak), plays an essential role in cultivating spiritual strength, ethical consciousness, and social responsibility. The reinforcement of Islamic identity is not limited to religious rituals, but also includes the internalization of faith-based values and the consistent application of moral principles in academic and social environments. Therefore, a contextual and integrated approach to Aqidah Akhlak education is necessary to develop intellectually competent and ethically grounded Muslim students in the era of globalization.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perkembangan pariwisata terhadap pelestarian bahasa dan budaya Batak di TukTuk, Samosir. Dalam konteks pariwisata yang berkembang pesat, penting untuk memahami dampak positif maupun negatif yang ditimbulkan terhadap kelestarian budaya lokal. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam melestarikan bahasa dan budaya Batak di tengah pengaruh globalisasi dan dominasi bahasa asing. Di samping itu, penelitian ini mengkaji peran masyarakat lokal dalam menjaga kelestarian budaya Batak. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat lokal yang aktif dalam kegiatan budaya dan kepariwisataan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pariwisata memberikan peluang untuk memperkenalkan budaya Batak kepada wisatawan, namun juga memunculkan tantangan serius, seperti komodifikasi budaya dan penurunan penggunaan bahasa Batak. Masyarakat lokal memiliki peran kunci dalam mempertahankan tradisi dan bahasa Batak, meskipun masih menghadapi tekanan budaya luar. Diperlukan kolaborasi antara masyarakat dan pihak terkait untuk menciptakan strategi pelestarian budaya yang berkelanjutan di tengah arus pariwisata yang terus berkembang.
