The master control room (MCR) is called the master because of its function as the main broadcast controller. There is also what is called a sub control, which functions as a studio broadcast control room, both a production studio and a news studio. Morison (2018) argues that the role of the master control room technician has a more position as an operator than a technician because he has to coordinate all the activities and work results of many people. The master control technician is responsible for the appearance of broadcast on air television stations. already happened after ready before broadcast. This study uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, literature studies, observation, and documentation. Master Control Room (MCR) includes: Character Generator, Audio control, Camera Switcher, Presentation, VTR material room section, master control console section, studio section, and recording section. Broadcast program broadcast by Netizens Asking Ustadz Responding is supported by crews who serve as broadcast references by using a teamwork strategy in carrying out their duties and obligations to produce the highest broadcast quality output and minimize broadcast interruptions.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam penyediaan sistem prediktif dan analisis berbasis data. Penelitian ini mengusulkan rancangan Sistem Informasi Perhitungan Kemungkinan Pengeluaran Cambodia 2D menggunakan metode Linear Congruential Generator (LCG) yang diimplementasikan dalam platform berbasis web. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengolah data historis pengeluaran yang direpresentasikan dalam bentuk paito, kemudian dipadukan dengan algoritma pseudo-random number generator (PRNG) guna menghasilkan prediksi probabilistik keluaran angka 2D. Metodologi penelitian mencakup pengumpulan data pengeluaran Cambodia, perancangan arsitektur sistem, penerapan algoritma LN Generator dalam proses pengacakan, serta pengujian tingkat keacakan hasil keluaran melalui uji distribusi frekuensi. Sistem berbasis web yang dikembangkan menyediakan antarmuka interaktif sehingga pengguna dapat mengakses data, paito, serta hasil perhitungan probabilitas secara real-time. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa metode LCG mampu menghasilkan distribusi angka yang relatif merata, serta memberikan nilai tambah dalam analisis data pengeluaran 2D. Dengan demikian, sistem informasi ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media akademis untuk kajian teori peluang, analisis data, dan pengujian algoritma PRNG, sekaligus menyediakan kerangka praktis bagi pengguna dalam mengolah data paito secara terstruktur dan sistematis.

In a steam power plant, of course, it has a very important prime mover, namely an electric motor, but electric motors are used in a variety of functions, one of the main roles in this electric motor is as a condensate extraction pump in a steam power plant which functions to push materials for power plant production. Steam power, namely sea water, goes to the generator to become a power plant. The method used is qualitative by using observation techniques, interviews and literature studies. This condensate extraction pump (CEP) electric motor can be operated automatically and manually for routine maintenance and good inspection results.

The impact of carbon emissions as a major cause of climate change has raised concerns and become a challenge for the international community. To reduce emissions, it is necessary to study the carbon footprint of activities in Al-Amin. The planning of Al Amin Living lab and Industrial Park along with the administration in which various activities produce carbon emissions these activities need to be calculated to find out how much the activity contributes to the emissions produced so that negative impacts on the environment can be minimized. Opportunities for PSE-GR Development Areas with the concept of Eco-Tech-Edu Tourism which has an understanding of Circular Economy Education (CED) is still very minimal in North Sumatra, PSE-GR can be a pioneer in spreading this understanding of CED where the integration of economic and educational activities occurs which at the same time helps maintain the preservation of nature. Encouraged by the development of the Independent Learning Curriculum (ILC), it is hoped that PSE-GR can become a place for research, service, and practicum of the UNPAB academic community that increases awareness of the need for nature conservation. Because Green Technology from across fields of science is still very minimally discussed and is still often partially researched, UNPAB can be an example of the integration of fields of science that become practical, dynamic, educational, and economic value innovations. The existence of 20 ha of land owned by the Prof. DR H Kadirun Yahya Foundation, it is hoped that UNPAB can develop a Living lab ecosystem at least on 10 ha of land. PSE-GR is not expected to be as exclusive as tourist areas in general, with the concept of CED, PSE-GR will not only help become an income generator & source of educational land for the academic community but also help the welfare of the village and the surrounding community. Carbon footprint studies are carried out in 3 scopes according to The Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHG Protocol), namely emissions from sources owned or directly controlled by the faculty, indirect emissions from electricity consumption, and other indirect emissions (WRI and WBSCD, 2004). Carbon footprint emissions from all three scopes are calculated based on methods from the International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) for the national greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory.
