Background: Stroke is a major cause of disability in adults, where four million Americans experience neurological deficits due to stroke, two-thirds of these deficits are moderate to severe. This disease has become a worldwide health problem and is increasingly important, with two-thirds of strokes now occurring in developing countries. Stroke sufferers themselves will experience a psychological response, namely anxiety because in addition to being a life threat, patients will feel anxious about their future. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the level of anxiety in stroke patients in the Belibis Room of Wangaya Hospital Denpasar. Methode: The type of design used is descriptive design. Data collection was carried out by the researchers themselves using a standard questionnaire sheet, the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS), with the number of respondents 30 people who were Stroke patients in the Belibis room of Wangaya Hospital Denpasar. Result: The results of this study indicate that the majority of stroke patients in the Belibis room of Wangaya Hospital Denpasar experienced moderate anxiety, namely as many as 17 (56.7%) respondents, mild anxiety as many as 6 (20%) respondents, severe anxiety as many as 6 (20%) respondents, panic 0%, and only 1 (3.3%) respondents who did not experience anxiety. Conclusion: Individuals who experience anxiety are mostly aged over 50 years, female sex, high school education, and have private jobs. It is expected that families can provide motivation and positive encouragement to patients.Keywords: Anxiety Level; Stroke Patients

Forecasting is an estimate of future demand based on several forecasting variables based on historical time series or a process of using historical data (past data) that has been owned to use this model and use this model to estimate future conditions.The Ivori mini market SME group is known to be a mini market that sells daily necessities. The goods provided by the ivori mini market are not focused on only one type of goods, but include all types of goods. Ivori mini market often runs out of stock because there is no inventory planning. The main purpose of making this application is to assist employees in determining inventory planning that must be provided next month. While the method used to make this forecast is a single moving average, one of the time series methods in forecasting. Single Moving Average is a forecasting method that is done by collecting a group of observed values, looking for the average value as a forecast for the future period. The result of this forecasting is to predict the number of sales that will occur in the coming month.

The AWD Mranggen store is a store that is engaged in the sale of bags, belts, shoes with sales developments increasing from year to year, with fairly tight business competition, the AWD Mranggen store must be able to calculate the estimated number of items to be purchased based on previous sales data, the prediction is very influential on the decision to determine the number of items to be provided by the AWD Mranggen Store for the next sales period data. Inventory of goods that are not right cause some losses in terms of time and also costs, it is necessary to have a forecasting system. Forecasting is a technique to identify a model that can be used to predict conditions in the future. By using the weight moving average method, it can be seen that the error value is more than smaller than other methods and the estimated results can be more precise so that it can help owners make decisions in carrying out inventory.

  Packaging is one part of the product as a whole. Packaging must be able to attract the attention of consumers. Getting the attention of consumers is very important, because if a product does not get the attention of consumers (consumer attention), then consumers will not have a picture of the product (Hine, 1995). Packaging can give an initial picture of a product, both in terms of quality and value offered. “Jenang Kudus” is a type of traditional food originating from the city of Kudus. At first it was produced in a home industry since about a century ago. Initiated by mothers as a supporter of family income, and marketed directly to local consumers in traditional markets. Because the development of this business in the future is considered quite prospective for the Kudus community, the Kudus Regency Government makes the Jenang Kudus product as the mainstay product of the Kudus Regency. Based on some of the explanations above, there are several weaknesses in the packaging design of CV jenang products. Sinar Aisyah Kudus which can cause delays in the marketing process of its products due to unattractive packaging designs. This causes a desire to increase the competitiveness of jenang sales with other companies through attractive and varied packaging designs. Due to some of these things, raises the desire of CV. Hj Siti Aisyah to redesign the product packaging according to the type of jenang product, type of taste, quantity of contents, without leaving the characteristics of the previous design.

The more rapid development of universities in Indonesia, the competition between universities is getting bigger so that the quality and facilities of each university greatly affect the attractiveness and competitiveness of universities. College of Computer Informatics Management (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang has 672 students. The campus of STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang has three departments, namely, first-class informatics engineering, undergraduate information systems and D3 informatics engineering with each accredited B. The development and improvement of lecture and practicum facility services at (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang is very important to be monitored and maintained. If the campus has provided services and facilities for students but these services and facilities are not monitored and maintained, sooner or later the services and facilities provided will be damaged and can no longer be used. The purpose of this research is to build a complaint information system website for lecture facilities and practicum to help and facilitate students. Based on the results of the test analysis using the Slovin method, there is an average value of 87% with Strongly Agree (SS) criteria. Even with the index value, when viewed based on the type of variable, there are several question items with unfavorable criteria. Question items with these criteria need to be considered for future website development. In the future, the website development will take into account the lowest index value of each indicator, especially those with poor and bad criteria.

Motivation is the driving factor to achieve a quality services, especially in health. Work motivation is desirable in order to improve public health, it also can be expected to produce socially optimal production in accordance with the goals and ideals of the organization in the future. Research Purposes to determine the influence of work motivation on employee performance at Puskesmas Kairatu Method. This type of research used in this study was cross sectional. This research was conducted at the health center Kairatu West Seram regency. The population in this study were all employees of the health center Kairatu totaling 84 people. While the sample is done purposive sampling amounted to 69 people. The survey results revealed that respondents are less intensive relationship with the motivation to work as much (100%). For quite intensive relationship with the motivation does not support as many (10.8%) and motivational support as many (89.2%). known relationship with the working conditions are less motivation to work as much support categories (100%). For good working conditions to do with the motivation that does not support as many (11.4%) and support as many (88.6%). it is known that the relationship is less motivated colleagues support as many categories (100%). For a good relationship with co-workers motivation does not support as many (11.1%) sedangan motivational support as many (88.9%). Chi-square test results note that there is no significant relationship between the variables relationships with colleagues with the motivation which means p = 1.000 p> 0.05.

This article discusses social media content design training organized by the Aisyiyah Regional Leadership (PDA) Lamongan, in collaboration with the Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan Institute of Technology and Business. The main focus of the training is Instagram feed management and effective use of color. The majority of participants are women with an age range of 30-45 years. The training material includes digital marketing and the use of the Canva application. The results of this training show an increase in participants' understanding of the use of Instagram as a digital marketing tool. The high enthusiasm of the participants reflects the success of the digital marketing training organized by PDA Lamongan. By applying the knowledge gained, opportunities to hold similar activities in the future are wide open.

This research explores the utilization of virtual reality (VR) in educational settings and examines current trends, future directions, benefits, and challenges associated with its implementation. The purpose of this library research is to provide an overview of the existing literature on VR and educational research, highlighting the potential of VR technology to enhance traditional teaching methods and improve student engagement, motivation, and learning outcomes. The method used for this research is a comprehensive review and analysis of relevant scholarly articles, books, and reports from academic databases and libraries. The results indicate that VR has been utilized in educational research to create immersive and interactive learning experiences, personalize instruction, bridge the gap between abstract concepts and concrete understanding, and foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills. VR also presents challenges such as cost, accessibility, curriculum integration, teacher training, technical limitations, health and safety concerns, privacy, and ethics. However, the research concludes that with careful planning, adequate resources, and proper support, VR has the potential to revolutionize education and prepare students for a technologically advanced future. Further research and innovation in areas such as immersion, AI integration, collaboration, assessment, accessibility, and ethics are recommended to fully leverage the benefits of VR in educational settings.

Improving the quality of human resources in the field of vocational education becomes the focus of goals in this community service activity. Through the training of software inventors, the quality of human resources in vocational schools SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Gresik, SMK KAL 1 Surabaya, SMK Maskumambang 1 and SMK PGRI 1 Gresik given understanding and knowledge about software Inventor that 73% of participants have never known the software before. With lecture methods, Q&A, demonstrations, and practices are given in the presentation of the material. The results of this software inventor training obtained a satisfaction score of 60% with a good assessment scale for facilitators, 53% for facilities and 53% for presenters, and 67% for materials provided. Suggestions for future training can be held with a longer duration and participants get an alloy book.

Permen ATR/BPN 9/2019 is a provision regarding the implementation of roya electronically so that registration and deletion of roya can be reached easily, quickly, simply and at low cost. Roya which is done manually is different from electronic. The difference is that the file from the applicant is scanned and registered through the website and is directly corrected by the roya executor, not through the land counter. So that the Notary/PPAT does not have to come to the Land Office. After obtaining the certificate of land rights then it is given back to the certificate holder in this case is the creditor. If the deletion and registration of roya electronically has not been carried out even though the debt has been paid off, the land title certificate still contains a barcode record of encumbrance of Mortgage Rights. Based on the above, how is the implementation of the elimination of Roya Mortgage Electronically at the Land Office of Batang Regency? And what are the Inhibiting and Supporting Factors in the Implementation of Electronic Mortgage Elimination at the Land Office of Batang Regency?. The research method that will be used in this paper is a sociological juridical research method. The approach that the author uses in this study is a sociological juridical approach. The sociological juridical approach emphasizes research that aims to obtain legal knowledge empirically by going directly to the object. The implementation of the abolition of roya with the HT-el System at the Land Office of Batang City has not all been carried out in accordance with the procedures stated in the Technical Guidelines for HT-el. Application files that do not comply with procedures are known from the results of the inspection of the Land Office, if not checked, the HT-el certificate will be issued automatically on the seventh day. Issuance without any inspection from the Land Office if there is a procedural error, it is feared that it will become a problem in the future. Obstacles in HT registration with the HT-el System occur in PPAT, Banks as creditors and the Land Office. This obstacle arises during the HT registration process, both technically and non-technically. The electronic roya removal is carried out by the applicant, namely the debtor, proxy or representative by filling out an electronic application. If seen in practice, the Elimination of Roya electronically electronically or online is carried out through PPAT intermediaries at the PPAT office because PPAT who has a user name and password when accessing the registration system for the Elimination of Roya electronically in order to serve the needs of the community for the Elimination of Roya electronically through the online system still has both external and internal constraints.   Keywords: Deletion, Roya, Online

Manufacturing industry currently plays an important role in meeting the needs of society. The social concern factor, namely Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSR) and governance, namely Good Corporate Governance (GCG) which is disclosed in the company's financial statements can affect the value of the company. This research was conducted to prove the role of disclosure of these two factors for the value of the company in the future. This study uses a population of manufacturing industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019. The results of linear regression testing indicate that CSR disclosure has a positive effect on firm value and GCG disclosure has a positive effect on firm value. This shows that disclosure is an important thing to consider in assessing the company. The more disclosure of the value of the company will increase. The control variables in this study are cash holding, cash value and firm size, only company size has a negative effect on firm value. So that small companies are more able to increase the number of CSR and GCG disclosures compared to large companies. This shows the ability to master the conditions of small companies is more efficient and effective than large companies.

The expected goal of this community service is that UMKM are able to understand the basics and regulations of taxation on UMKM so that UMKM business actors are able to fulfill their tax obligations. On the basis of the problems that occur with partners, this PKM program needs to be carried out by providing socialization regarding the existence of PP No. 23 of 2018 for MSMEs that have a turnover of below Rp. 4.8 billion in a year with a 0.5% tariff and only valid for 7 (seven) years. for private person and 3 years for UMKM entities. The method used is discussion and lecture. The service activities carried out by the PKM Team with the lecture and discussion methods have been able to add insight, motivation and understanding about the UMKM Final PPh in the future. UMKM actors are also expected to be disciplined and timely in reporting and paying and in accordance with applicable standards. And also with the UMKM tax incentives during the Covid 19 Pandemic, UMKM actors are expected to be able to use these incentives.

In 2018, Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) data showed that the prevalence of wasting in children under five in Indonesia was 10.2%, while in the age group under two years (baduta) it was higher, namely 11.7%. Nutrition Status Monitoring Data for 2017 also shows that the prevalence of wasting in under-fives is higher, which is 12.8% when compared to the toddler group, which is 9.5% (Ministry of Health RI, 2018). Based on the WHO classification, wasting in the underdog group in Indonesia is categorized as a serious public health problem, with a prevalence in the range of 10-14%. Malnutrition that occurs in 1,000 HPK, besides being at risk of inhibiting physical growth (failure to thrive) and being susceptible to disease (metabolic disorders: DM. Hypertension, obesity), also inhibits cognitive development (motor cognitive impairment) which will affect the level of intelligence and productivity of children in the future.

Main Objective: This study explores the work vacancy advertising for graphic designers in some countries and appraises differences in economic, and educational infrastructure. Background problem: The designer's role is changing and building a more critical advancement to the organization. The job and expertise of a graphic designer as commonly associated with boundless visual results, equally designing for flyers and having knowledge of typography and visual content. Apart from that, graphic designers job and competent in equal employment, study, and technology. The expansive work and skill set of graphic designers mien a challenge for lecturers and professionals alike to carry abreast of the work of graphic designers. Novelty: For design professionals and lecturers, employment provides an intermediary for compassionate labor advertising which can format academic activities and self-improvement intentions. In design research, job Ads bring information about the competencies demanded by employers in the design professional field as well as about the organization's level of knowledge of the profession. Research Method: This study uses the doc analysis method in traditional and digital graphic design job advertisements to investigate the skills that organizations seek when recruiting graphic designers. Finding/Result: The job and skills of a graphic designer are more expansive than repeatedly characterized. Graphic designers primarily provide digital and print jobs. Graphic designers primarily provide digital and print jobs. To do this kind of job, a graphic designer must have not only visual design experiences but also experiences generally identical with other areas, equally “business”, “project management”, and “research”. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that job advertisements reverse the former during interpretive job advancement for graphic designers in the future. As a suggestion for investigating future professional development, design researchers should make more careful use of the opportunity and scope contributed by job advertisements. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membentuk karakter generasi cerdas melalui pembelajaran pendidikan pancasila dan kewarganegaraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode deskriptif. Data yang diperoleh melalui pengamatan, wawancara, kajian pustaka dan dokumentasi. Kajian ini mengkaji upaya yang telah dilakukan guru pendidikan Pancasila dan kewarganegaraan dalam membentuk karakter generasi muda yang pintar, peran dan kendala positifnya. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa generasi penerus mampu menunjukkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan menunjukkan perilaku karakter dalam lingkungan. Kata Kunci: Membangun Karakter, Generasi Pintar ABSTRACT This research was conducted to form the character of the intelligent generation through learning Pancasila and citizenship education. This study uses a descriptive method approach. Data obtained through observation, interviews, literature review and documentation. This study examines the efforts that have been made by Pancasila and citizenship education teachers in shaping the character of the smart young generation, their roles and positive constraints. As an old educational institution, SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Ajibarang is growing rapidly, however it has not implemented Information Systems and Information Technology optimally in its business processes and does not yet have an Information Systems strategic planning portfolio. This is deemed necessary in making a strategic information system, in order to provide superiority in business competition. Information system strategic planning is one of the keys in implementing information systems and information technology in business activities. Strategic planning in this study uses themethod Ward and Peppard to compile an information system strategic plan at SMK Ma'aif NU 1 Ajibarang and AHP to determine the application roadmap. The results of this analysis define the information system strategic planning company in the form of an information system business strategy, information system management strategy and information technology, information system strategy, information system recommendations, future applications and implementation plans.

The implementation of activities in PT Global Indotech Industry has run quite well but has not used a computer-based system to check and calculate raw materials. As the author observed, it turns out there are still problems that occur in checking and calculating the raw material supplies of helmet sockets, such as miscalculating raw material stocks and slow checking of stock availability of raw materials, so that it will disrupt scheduled production systems and can harm the company. Based on the things mentioned above, the author argues that in order to overcome the problem in question, it is necessary to design and implement a system that is integrated between related functions in a system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and its database Microsoft SQL Server 2005 while system design includes design input output, DFD, ERD, data and database dictionary. With the implementation of this system, it is expected that the process of checking and calculating helmet socket raw material supplies for the future can run smoothly and on time.

Bank BJB Syariah Karawang provides Loans and KPR. Loans and mortgages are Bank products in which the Bank provides a sum of money to lend to customers, with interest giving, but only a small proportion of them know the interest calculations or called Sharia-Buying when taking credit, whether it is a home loan or vehicle. The methodologi that the authors use in the writing of this thesis include the method of identification and system design. System identification includes organization identification, system running, and problem identification. While the design of the system includes design input output, DFD, ERD, data dictionary and database. Implementation activities in this company has been running well and also has been using computer-based systems, but the technology used is still a technology of the past. In doing the calculation of home loans based on sharia has also been using a computer system. As the authors observe, there are still problems that occur such as recording the margin calculation of each customer that takes a long time, so that will result in errors in the calculation of bank margin that has been established Based on the above matters, the authors argue that to overcome these problems, it is necessary to design and implement an integrated system among related functions in a system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and its database Microsoft SQL Server 2005. With the implementation of the system it is expected that the input process and calculation of margin bank syaiah needed for the future can run smoothly and on time.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of gross profit, operating profit and net profit in predicting future cash flows (study of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period). In this study, the population is the number of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017-2019, totaling 149 companies. The sample in this research is 19 companies with purposive sampling method. The results of the study show that gross profit has a positive and significant effect on predicting future cash flows with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that gross profit can predict future cash flows in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2017 period 2019. Operating profit does not have a positive and significant effect on predicting future cash flows with a significance value of 0.774 <0.05, so it can be concluded that operating profit cannot predict future cash flows in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period. Net profit has a positive and significant effect on predicting future cash flows with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that net income can predict future cash flows in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period

This article discusses social media content design training organized by the Lamongan Aisyiyah Regional Leadership (PDA), in collaboration with the Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan Institute of Technology and Business. The focus of utilization training is managing Instagram feeds and color choices. Participants, the majority of whom are women aged 30-45 years, act as contributors to the PDA Lamongan Instagram account. Material includes feed management, use of color pallette. The results of this training show an increased understanding of Instagram. The enthusiasm of the participants reflects the success of the training on utilizing PDA Lamongan social media by applying the knowledge gained, opening up the potential for similar activities in the future
