In the art and science of dermatology, ridge patterns and surface markings are studied on the finger’s skin, palm, foot toes, and soles. It is helpful for research into illnesses that may have a hereditary component. Dermatoglyphics has developed into a practical instrument in the fields of biology, anthropology, genetics, medicine, and dentistry over the past few centuries. The state of medical dermatoglyphics today is such that different systemic illnesses are linked to fingerprint patterns. Breast cancer, smokeing tobacco, bronchial asthma, diabetes mellitus, and several others were maintained. The sophisticated and contemporary uses of dermatoglyphics in the diagnosis of various oral, systemic, and dental conditions are covered in this article. It also emphasizes how beneficial dermatoglyphics is as a medical diagnostic tool for a variety of systemic illnesses. An approach to investigating the genetic relationships of oral, craniofacial, and systemic illnesses that is easily accessible, affordable, practical, trustworthy, and noninvasive is dermatoglyphics. Therefore, dermatoglyphics is a great tool for screening the population for numerous medical and dental conditions in addition to providing personal identification.

Finger print, for example, is a technological tool that contributes to building organizational culture. This tool not only functions as an attendance system, but also creates time discipline, transparency, and accountability among team members. Technology implementations like these demonstrate how technology can be used to support an organization's core values. Apart from that, applications such as E Pesantren Presence also provide digital solutions for monitoring attendance in real-time, which is very helpful for based organizations. Of course, the Head of Human Resources really feels helped by the contribution of technology in achieving organizational goals and it is very beneficial for teachers to have a disciplined character to apply and set an example for the students.

Sani Noviani. This study aims to: 1) determine the effect of the application of fingerprint attendance on the improvement of teacher performance of SMAN 3 Kayuagung, 2) determine the influence of work motivation on the improvement of teacher performance of SMAN 3 Kayuagung, and 3) determine the effect of the application of fingerprint attendance and work motivation on the improvement of teacher performance of SMAN 3 Kayuagung. The research method uses quantitative. This research was conducted in October – December 2020. The research population is 42 teachers taken with a total sampling technique. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire. The results of the validity test of the variable of the application of fingerprint attendance ranged from 0.371-0.901, the variable of work motivation between 0.324-0.852, and the variable of teacher performance between 0.352-0.867. The reliability of the fingerprint attendance application questionnaire was 0.966, the work motivation questionnaire was 0.958, and the teacher performance questionnaire was 0.963. The analysis technique uses analysis prerequisite tests, regression analysis, t-tests, F tests, and determination coefficient tests. The results of the study were that: (1) there was a positive and significant influence between the variables of fingerprint attendance application and the improvement of teacher performance. This can be seen from the calculated T value (2.346) is greater than the T table (2.023) and the p-value is 0.000. (2) there was a positive but not significant effect between work motivation and teacher performance improvement. This can be seen from the T value of the calculation (1.943) is smaller than the T table (2.023) and the p-value is 0.000. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of the application of fingerprint attendance and work motivation on improving teacher performance. This can be seen from the value of F calculated (23.297) is greater than F table (3.238) and the regression equation obtained Y = 32.906+0.346X1+0.311X2+e, that variables X1 and X2 contribute by 54.4% to the variable Y. From the results of the determination coefficient of 54.4%. Another factor of 45.6% that affects the improvement of teacher performance was not discussed by the researchers.

Bone cancer that has metastasized can be detected through a bone fingerprint examination, which involves the injection of tc-99m with the pharmaceutical Methylene Diphosphate (MDP). Bone prints are often used to trigger possible metastases of cancer to the bone, which is a major health problem for women worldwide. This study aims to activate the described organ uptake and residual radiopharmaceuticals in bone prints using the Region of Interest (ROI) method. The research was conducted on five datasets of patients with breast cancer. The patient received an intravenous injection of tc-99m MDP and, three hours later, underwent a bone fingerprint examination with a gamma camera. The image results from the gamma camera were processed using the ROI technique and analyzed further using statistical methods. The research findings showed that the five patients experienced an average reduction in residual radiopharmaceuticals of 2.965945119 mCi. Several factors, such as examination time, radiopharmaceutical dose, and body metabolism, influence the decay of radioactive activity in the body. The calculation of the absorption percentage for the five patients showed variations between 0.190070697% and 0.3510157519%

In consequence, must existence of special record  to note existence and employees absence in order to employees existence in conducting job activity are noted properly. A lot of way of used for processing employees attendance, one of that is with use barcode machine. In STEKOM, absence system which used is fingerprint scanner machine, but the system mentioned is requiring expensive cost enough, it needs troubleshooting and also repairing. So that company have to releasing a lot of cost for handle employees attendance process. Beside that, damage fingerprint condition, wet and dirty can be became of employees. So its disturb process of absence transaction. Minutiae method is a method which is used by the writer in this research. This method is assumed as an effective method to describe the intrinsic elements in designing and identifying finger print. It is because in processing a program, it should be described in order to be understandable.

PT. Biru Semesata Abadi is a company engaged in refill drinking water, one of the many drinking water companies in Semarang, and has many branches (10 branches) and one head office in Semarang (in the Bugangan area, East Semarang district), because this company has franchise system. In this case, I will discuss the presence system (presence) of employees of PT. Biru Semesta Abadi, Fatmawati Semarang branch which is still manual (presence made of paper and written by hand) and still encounters many obstacles. This desire arises because this company has difficulties in processing Presence information data, resulting in more and more hardcopy archives and makes it difficult when the company management intends to recap and re-collect data and employee attendance lists. Presence Process that already exists in the Study of PT. Blue Semesta Abadi Semarang can be said that there are still shortcomings because everything is still done manuallyThe use of the Fingerprint method in this employee Presence system application will also make this Presence system more effective and efficient because each employee will only paste one of the employee's fingerprints on the available Fingerprint device where the calculation of the employee's attendance and exit hours will be entered in the database. , then the result of inputting the employee identification number will be the reference for the employee's arrival time.
