Solid financial performance is a crucial foundation for companies to achieve long-term success. In the banking context, financial health assessments are essential, as they directly relate to the stability of the national financial system. Therefore, the Financial Services Authority (OJK) has established standards for evaluating bank soundness using the RGEC method, which includes four key aspects: Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Earnings, and Capital. This study aims to analyze the soundness level of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) during the 2020–2024 period using the RGEC approach. The assessment is conducted by evaluating financial ratios such as Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Return on Assets (ROA), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). The analysis results show that BCA achieved a "very healthy" rating (PK-1) in all RGEC aspects. This reflects BCA's ability to effectively manage risk, implement sound corporate governance principles, and maintain strong profitability and capital. These findings strengthen BCA's position as one of the best-performing banks in Indonesia and demonstrate the company's commitment to maintaining financial stability and customer trust.

This study discusses legal protection for customer data security in internet banking systems in Indonesia, especially after the enactment of various related laws and regulations. The purpose of this study is to analyze how legal protection is applied and the legal measures that can be taken by customers if their data is not protected. The research method used is normative legal research with a qualitative approach, through data collection from secondary sources such as laws, legal literature, and official documents. The final findings show that although legal protection has improved with the existence of relevant laws, there are still challenges in its implementation. Customers have the right to file complaints and legal claims in the event of a data breach, which includes complaint procedures with banks and the Financial Services Authority. Compliance with regulations and the principles of legal justice are essential to maintaining public trust in the banking sector.

Bank credit agreements are often drafted in the form of standardized clauses that are detrimental to customers because they are made unilaterally by banks without room for negotiation. This position imbalance is exacerbated by low legal literacy and information asymmetry between the two parties. This research aims to analyze the ideal form of legal protection for customers in the face of harmful standard clauses. Through a normative juridical approach and case studies, it is found that regulations such as the Consumer Protection Law and POJK have provided a legal basis, but their implementation is still weak. Ideal legal protection includes three aspects: preventive, repressive, and curative, and requires the active role of the state and OJK as supervisors. Regulatory updates, strengthened legal education, and fairer contract supervision are needed to create an equitable and inclusive financial ecosystem. Effective protection will also strengthen public confidence in the banking sector.

Islamic banks are financial institutions that operate in accordance with Islamic law and do not charge interest to their customers. Contracts and agreements between consumers and banks determine the profit-sharing (inbalam) received by Islamic banks and those received by customers. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of inflation on Islamic bank finance in Indonesia from 2019 to 2023. The research method employed is a quantitative approach. The data source utilized is the Financial Services Authority (OJK), with document data collection techniques. Data analysis in this study involves simple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²) test. The results indicate that inflation has no effect on the profitability of Islamic banking in Indonesia during the period from 2019 to 2023. This conclusion is drawn because the t-test results yielded a t-value of 1.359 < t-table 2.01505 and a significance value of 0.267 > 0.05, indicating no influence between the independent variable (inflation) and the dependent variable (profitability). Therefore, it can be concluded that inflation does not have a partial and significant effect on Islamic banking profitability in Indonesia during the 2019–2023 period.

Dormant status on a bank account is a condition in which an account is declared inactive because there have been no transactions for a certain period of time, so that it is automatically frozen by the bank. In Indonesian banking practices, changes in account status to dormant are often carried out based on the bank's internal policy without any clear notification to customers. This raises legal issues, especially related to the protection of customer rights to their funds, transparency of information, and access to financial services. The purpose of this study is to examine the extent to which the State provides legal protection that will be received by customers against the policy of automatically changing account status to dormant, as well as to evaluate the regulations in the Indonesian banking legal system. This study uses a normative legal approach, namely an approach that is based on literature studies by examining positive law, legal doctrine, and relevant literature. The approaches used include the statute approach and the conceptual approach. The results of the study indicate that legal protection for customers with dormant account status is still weak because there are no specific regulations that explicitly regulate this matter. The applicable legal regulations are still inclusive or general and do not sufficiently guarantee legal certainty and justice for customers. Therefore, special regulations are needed from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia that establish transparent mechanisms, easy procedures, and balanced protection of customer rights. It is hoped that strengthening these regulations can increase public trust in the banking system and guarantee justice and legal certainty.
