Tangerang City has the most applications in Indonesia, with 222 applications. All of these applications are supported by more than 100 servers located in the data center of the Tangerang City Communication and Information Agency. The large number of servers and applications that are managed brings up new problems in the midst of increasing complex cyber threats, especially in government data centers. One of them is how to monitor and respond quickly when there is an attack on the existing system. The implementation of a cyber security system based on Wazuh, Shuffle, and YARA is able to monitor threats in realtime and automate responses against attacks. Wazuh acts as a log-based monitoring and detection platform and behavior analysis, Shuffle is used to automate incident response through integrated workflow, and YARA is applied for signature-based malware identification. The PPDIOO (Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, Optimize) method used in this research is used as a framework in designing and evaluating the system. From the research conducted, it is expected that Wazuh successfully monitors anomalies that occur on the server which will then be forwarded to Shuffle to automate the next steps to be taken. YARA integrated with Wazuh also successfully detects and quarantines malicious files that enter the server automatically based on the available signature list.

While TLS 1.3 is the latest standard, TLS 1.2 remains widely implemented in many cloud infrastructures. The selection of cipher suites in TLS 1.2, particularly between AES-128-GCM and AES-256-GCM, presents a trade-off between cryptographic strength and system performance. This research aims to analyze the performance comparison of these two algorithms on an Nginx server to determine the optimal configuration for cloud storage services. The study uses a quantitative experimental method by benchmarking two scenarios: (A) Strict (AES-256-GCM), and (B) Balanced (AES-128-GCM). Performance metrics measured include Requests Per Second (RPS), Latency, and Throughput. The results show that handshake performance (RPS and Latency) is nearly identical across all scenarios. However, in large file transfer tests, the AES-128-GCM algorithm (Scenario B) achieved a throughput of 32.4 MB/s, which is 12.5% faster than AES-256-GCM (28.8 MB/s). This study concludes that AES-128-GCM provides the best balance of security and efficiency for data-intensive environments.

The advancement of information technology has encouraged organizations to transform their data management practices, including those within the electrical power sector. PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Lubuk Pakam previously utilized Google Sheets to store and manage electrical energy loss data. However, this approach posed data security risks, as the files could be accessed and modified by unauthorized individuals. To overcome these limitations, this study developed a web-based information system specifically designed for the Electricity Energy Transaction Division (TEL) to replace Google Sheets as a platform for managing energy loss data. The proposed web application integrates a Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) mechanism, ensuring that only administrators are authorized to input, edit, or delete data, while other users can only view validated records. Furthermore, the system incorporates interactive data visualization through real-time charts, facilitating effective monitoring and analysis of electrical energy losses. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance data security, accuracy, and management efficiency within the TEL Division of PT PLN UP3 Lubuk Pakam.

Power transformer theft, a pervasive issue disrupting critical infrastructure, necessitates the development of cost-effective and energy-autonomous security solutions. This paper presents the design and implementation of a detection-focused anti-theft framework that integrates a Raspberry Pi Zero W, camera module, and passive infrared (PIR) motion sensors powered by a solar system for continuous monitoring. The system is designed for remote, off-grid deployment, utilizing a headless Raspberry Pi powered by a 5V solar panel and power bank to ensure energy autonomy. Upon motion detection, captured images are processed on the edge device using OpenCV’s Haar Cascade classifier, optimized for upper-body detection to minimize false positives and verify human presence. Captured images are processed locally on the edge device using OpenCV’s Haar Cascade classifier to confirm human presence before an alert is sent to the mobile application, emphasizing real-time operation and low latency. Once an intrusion is confirmed, the images are saved locally and uploaded via the Secure File Transfer Protocol to a custom-developed Android application. The app provides a dedicated remote monitoring interface, enabling secure file transfer and system access, while providing users with immediate notifications and image management capabilities. The system emphasizes low power consumption, real-time operation, and low deployment cost. Tests over 200 triggered events under varied environmental conditions achieved 90% detection accuracy with an average latency of 4.5 s. Solar autonomy was maintained for approximately 24 h under normal operation. It is concluded that the integration of solar power, edge computing of images, and mobile monitoring provides a feasible, scalable, and financially viable framework for securing transformers, especially in resource-constrained environments.

MP3 audio files are often used in a variety of fields, but they are prone to security risks such as eavesdropping and illegal access. This study proposes a super encryption method by combining the algorithms of Rivest Shamir Adleman (RSA) and ElGamal to improve the protection of audio data. RSA was chosen for its efficiency and ease of implementation, while ElGamal offers a high level of security through discrete logarithmic complexity. The combination of the two is expected to address the weaknesses of each algorithm and strengthen file security. The system is developed using the Python programming language with the Visual Studio Code environment. The encryption process is done in layers: MP3 files are first encrypted with RSA, and then the results are encrypted again with ElGamal. The decryption is done in reverse order. Tests are conducted with various MP3 file sizes to measure the effectiveness and performance of the system. The results show that this method is able to secure audio files so that they cannot be accessed without the private keys of both algorithms. Although processing times are increased compared to single encryption, the level of security obtained is much higher. This approach can be an effective solution for protecting digital audio data, particularly MP3 format, and could potentially be applied to a wide range of other data types that require a high level of security.

One of the benefits of the development of information systems is to increase effectiveness, efficiency and convenience in various aspects of technological life, especially in the scope of education, such as at SMK Negeri 1 Banyumas which implements a library visit system. But there are also challenges in its implementation, such as theft of personal data and misuse of data by irresponsible people. By conducting an information system audit, we can better understand the weaknesses of the system, for example, using COBIT 5 to view and evaluate the information system. as in the questionnaire that we distributed shows that there are 79% of students feel safe about the library visit system and 4.8% of students feel that the library visit system is not secure enough for almost the same reasons such as the authentication system that only relies on a username in the form of NIS and no password. From this data we can provide recommendations such as implementing a password system and 2-factor authentication in order to better protect personal data, files, systems, networks, and so on so that the system becomes better and more secure.
