This study aims to describe how to overcome the limited time for public speaking practice which results in the lack of readiness of Field Work Practice (PKL) participants in discussions and debates, as well as improving ineffective communication between PKL participants and trainers so that the learning process can run more smoothly. A descriptive qualitative approach was used to understand the experiences of participants during PKL at the Language and Arts Department, Palangka Raya University, focusing on exploring the work environment, work ethic, and social relationships. The location of the study was at the Language and Arts Education Department, Palangka Raya University with the research subjects being students who had undergone PKL for three months. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that limited time for public speaking practice resulted in a lack of readiness of participants in facing discussion and debate situations. The solutions implemented included adding practice sessions outside official hours and on weekends. In addition, the lack of effective communication between PKL participants and trainers was identified as an obstacle in the learning process. To overcome this problem, better communication media, such as social media groups or messaging applications, were implemented to facilitate the exchange of information.

Giant Freshwater Prawn (Macrobrachium rosenbergii) or also known as Giant Freshwater Prawn is a type of crustacean that has the largest size compared to other freshwater prawns. Giant prawns are a freshwater fisheries commodity that has great potential to be developed because it has a high selling value. This Field Work Practice (PKL) activity was carried out at the Brackish Water Cultivation Installation (IBAP) in Probolinggo City, East Java. The results of Field Work Practices (PKL) regarding giant prawn nursery techniques start from preparing nursery ponds, preparing water for rearing media, stocking juveniles, managing water tanks for rearing media, water quality management, feed management, controlling pests and diseases, as well as harvesting and packaging. Water quality measurements include DO with values obtained at 5.1-5.6 mg/L, pH 7.1-8.7, temperature reaching 24-28°C, and salinity ranging from 0-5 ppt. The feed given is Artemia salina, corn bran mixed with flakes in a ratio of 3:1, and commercial feed is in the form of pellets with a frequency of administration twice a day, namely in the morning and evening.

Grouper fish (Epinephelus sp.) is one of the popular marine fish species in the market in Indonesia and abroad in Southeast Asia, this fish has high economic value, good taste. Currently, the development of grouper aquaculture has been growing, so the seeds must be available continuously to meet the demand for seeds, therefore the foundation of interspecies crosses between groupers that have a high heterosis effect in growth traits, disease resistance and environmental resistance. This research activity was carried out at the Brackish Water Aquaculture Center located in Situbondo, East Java and was carried out from June 19, 2023 to August 19, 2023. The working method used in the Field Work Practice is descriptive method with data collection including primary and secondary. The technique of grouper hatchery conducted at the Brackish Water Aquaculture Fisheries Center stages include tub preparation, broodstock rearing, hybridization, hatching and egg stocking, larval development, feeding, water quality management, growth sampling and grading, pests and diseases, and harvesting and marketing. The results of the observed parameters are HR 73.25%, SR 15.98%, FR 74.16%. Water quality management carried out in grouper hatcheries is water reduction and water changes according to larval age, siphon once a week and water quality tests.

Placing appropriate Field Work Practices (PKL) for students is very important, because it can maximize the abilities and talents of each student so as to produce graduates who are ready to compete in the world of work. In choosing a place for PKL students at SMK Negeri 4 Malang, the problem that often occurs is a mismatch in students' needs for a PKL place. To overcome this problem, a computer system is needed in the form of a decision support system that can help students at SMK Negeri 4 Malang to choose the right PKL place for students. The decision support system developed in this research uses the Moora and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods in deciding the placement of PKL students. Based on the final results of the decision support system in the form of ranking. Moora's advantages include being stable and strong, this method does not even require an expert in mathematics to use it and requires simple mathematical calculations. Moora also has a good level of selectivity because it can determine goals from conflicting criteria. Where the criteria can be profitable (benefit) or unprofitable (cost). The SAW method was chosen because this method determines the weight value for each attribute, then continues with a ranking process which will select the best alternative. Research is carried out by looking for weight values for each criterion, and then creating a ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative.
