This community service was carried out in Margaluyu Village, Kasemen District, Serang City. This community service program was prepared based on the problem of increasing the amount of household plastic waste in Margaluyu Village which until now has not been managed optimally. As an innovative effort in handling this problem, the community service team held a training activity on making wind hole breeze breeze blocks using mixed materials in the form of shredded plastic and silica sand. This community service program not only focuses on efforts to reduce the level of environmental pollution, but also directs inorganic waste to be processed into building materials that have aesthetic value as well as high benefits for local residents. The activity was carried out with a focus on strengthening the role of youth groups and fathers as the main drivers of the creative economy at the village level. In the demonstration session, participants were invited to directly practice steps ranging from plastic sorting, the enumeration process, to roster printing techniques that require high precision. In addition, the team also provided technical assistance and simulations of production cost calculations so that participants understood the potential economic value of the product. Participatory discussions were conducted to explore field challenges, while the final evaluation showed an improvement in the participants' skills and environmental awareness.

Parental divorce causes the child to lose the love and affection of his parents and hinders them in their psychological development. This study describes and analyzes the psychological struggles experienced by three children who lost their father's role after divorce. All three experience similar inner conflicts: feelings of loss, neglect, and emotional division, as well as confusion in choosing to live with their father or mother. This study uses a qualitative case study approach and uses participatory observation and in-depth interviews for data collection. The results showed that children experienced conflicts about loyalty, emotional stress, and difficulty in reshaping their self-identity in a changing family environment. Children's mental and social instability is exacerbated by the loss of the father figure both physically and emotionally. The study emphasizes how important it is for parents to remain actively involved with their child even after they have divorced to maintain their emotional stability and provide ongoing psychological support. These findings are expected to be a reference for education practitioners, counselors, and parents in dealing with the psychological impact of divorce on children.

The challenge regarding the quality of the workforce in Indonesia is still a major problem because the majority of the workforce are only elementary school graduates. The quality of human resources in Bali is still low compared to foreign workers working in Bali. Tanah Lot will be the most visited place by domestic tourists in 2024. Tanah Lot, which is located in Beraban Village, Kediri, Tabanan, makes Beraban Village the village most involved in tourism management including the provision of tourism support facilities. This condition requires Beraban Village to have a qualified and highly competitive workforce. This study aims to analyze the effect of parental income, father's education, mother's education, parental dependents, job opportunities, and scholarships simultaneously and partially, and to determine the variables that have the most dominant influence on the level of education of the workforce in Beraban Village. The sample used was 120 people with a simple random sampling method. The analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that parental income, father's education, mother's education, parental dependents, job opportunities, and scholarships simultaneously affect the level of education of the workforce. Father's education, mother's education, and job opportunities partially have a positive and significant effect on the level of education of the workforce. While the variables of parental income, parental dependents, and scholarships partially do not have a significant effect on the level of education of the workforce. Mother's education has the most dominant influence on the level of education of the workforce. Parents who have higher education can provide a better understanding of education and can encourage them to continue their education to a higher level.

Socialization of the Law is not only the government's obligation, but the obligation of all of us. Socialization of the Law serves to introduce the public to the applicable Law, because often the public does not know that their actions are against the law and beyond the limits of their authority. The socialization of the Law this time was carried out in the Class I Detention Center in Surabaya, namely the Medaeng Waru Sidoarjo Detention Center. The form of this activity is to provide legal counseling and introduce the PKDRT Law and the Child Protection Law to the inmates of the Class I Surabaya Detention Center, all of whom are men. Because the perpetrators of violence against women and children have been dominated by men, this activity is considered a targeted activity, considering that so far the socialization of the PKDRT and Child Protection Law has been carried out more often against women, so that they are aware of the law and do not become victims of violence. Meanwhile, this activity is expected to be able to be a preventive and repressive action so that not many men become perpetrators of violence. So that this activity becomes a balancing act so that the socialization of the PKDRT Law and the Child Protection Law is not only aimed at women as parties who are vulnerable to experiencing (becoming victims) of violence, but also to men who are also vulnerable to becoming perpetrators of violence. After this activity, it is hoped that the participants of this legal socialization (counseling) will become closer to the PKDRT Law and the Child Protection Law so that they can later become good husbands, good fathers, and good men who can protect their wives' children from violence.

Christology is the theological study of the person, nature, and work of Jesus Christ. This paper traces the development of Christology from the first century to the fifth century, highlighting the theological dynamics that took place in the early church. In the first century, Christology was based on the teachings of the apostles and the New Testament writings, with the main debate being over the humanity and divinity of Christ. The second and third centuries were characterized by the emergence of various theological schools, such as Gnosticism, Docetism, and Monarchianism, which prompted the church to affirm orthodox teachings. In the fourth century, the Council of Nicea (325 AD) and the Council of Constantinople (381 AD) played an important role in rejecting Arianism and affirming the oneness of Christ's essence with the Father. The fifth century witnessed more complex Christological debates, culminating in the Council of Ephesus (431 AD) and the Council of Chalcedon (451 AD), which established that Christ has two natures divine and human in one undivided person. This research confirms that the development of Christology in the first five centuries provided the foundation for Christian doctrine that continues to influence theological thought today.

The phenomenon f fatherly parenting plays a vital role in shaping the emotional and social experiences of daughters, particularly in forming romantic relationships. The role of fathers is often overlooked in parenting, even though it significantly influences the development of a daughter's personality and interpersonal relationships. Fathers who are emotionally involved can provide a sense of security, confidence, and an understanding of love. This study aims to describe the experiences of young adult women regarding their fathers' parenting roles and their impact on romantic relationships. This study adopts a phenomenological approach using purposive sampling techniques. The research was conducted over four months, and data were collected through interviews and observations. Five participants aged 18 to 25 years, with experiences of both positive and negative fatherly parenting and a history of romantic relationships, were involved in this study. The results show that positive fatherly parenting fosters positive romantic relationship experiences, such as the ability to build trust and intimacy. Conversely, hostile fatherly parenting leads to negative relationship patterns, such as distrust or a need for emotional validation. The lack of fatherly parenting also drives women to seek a father figure in others and to feel less trustful toward their partners. These findings demonstrate that the father's role in parenting has a significant impact on young adult women's romantic relationships.

The presence of both parents plays a crucial role in the development of early childhood, especially in creating an environment that supports their optimal growth and development. Ideally, fathers and mothers work together in parenting with a balanced division of roles. However, in Indonesia, father involvement is often less than optimal because of the view that the father's main task is to earn a living. This study aims to improve the understanding and knowledge of the community, especially in Tanjunganom Village, about the importance of father involvement in child care. Through seminars and mentoring held by the KKN POSKO 5 UIN Walisongo Semarang team, fathers were given insight into the division of roles, monitoring strategies, and evaluation in child care. The results of this activity showed an increase in knowledge among fathers regarding their role in parenting, as well as their ability to balance time between work and child care. Children who are cared for by actively involved fathers show progress in social, emotional, cognitive, and affective development. In conclusion, father involvement in early childhood care is very important to support children's overall development. Fathers who are active in parenting have a stronger relationship with their children, which ultimately makes children more sensitive to their emotions and environment. Therefore, it is highly recommended for fathers to understand that child care is a shared responsibility between father and mother.

Divorce is an act that is lawful, but hated by Allah SWT. The consequences of divorce between husband and wife are among them hadhanah (child rearing). Each husband and wife fight over who is most entitled to have a role in the hadhanah. In particular, the status of the child is still not mumayyiz, so the mother has an important role in the right to care according to the as-Syafi'i school. This type of research uses library research (library research) which is qualitative analytic in nature. The data analysis technique is by analyzing the opinion of the as-Shafi'i school of thought regarding the right to hadhanah along with its legal analysis. The results of this thesis research are first, hadhanah rights are given to mothers before the age of 7 or 8 years, after that the child is given the right to choose between father and mother as long as the mother has not married another man. Setting the age of 7 or 8 is not the final limit for hadhanah, but it is the right for children to determine who to have hadhin. Second, the analysis of the as-Shafi'i school uses the argument from al-Quran sura at-Tahrim verse 6, which contains the general basis of hadhanah, then sura al-Baqarah verse 233, which contains the role of the mother in caring for her child, such as breastfeeding, caring. So the father's role in this case provides a living for the mother for breastfeeding. Third, the analysis of the opinion of the as-Shafi'i school is very relevant to the current family phenomenon. Where is the function of the father to make a living and the mother is at home. If parenting is given to the father, it is feared that the hadhanah will not be maximized.

This research intends to find out the struggle of Afro-American women against discrimination in Alice Walker’s The Color Purple. This research is qualitative, which means that the data are in the form of words; thus, the data came from the novel and other books that are relevant to this research. A mimetic approach is used in data analysis to unearth the literary work as an imitation or reflection of aspects of human life, such as sociological, historical, or psychological background that is related to the topic. The result shows that the Afro-American women that are pictured in Celie’s life should struggle against both white and black discrimination. The whites did not accept the existence of the blacks and treated them cruelly through violence, rape, and murder. On the other side, the black man oppressed the Afro-American woman through sex abuse, physical abuse, and economic depression. The black women were living under the protection of men. However, their protection is no better than dominance and subservience. Even though Celie was treated abruptly and disrespectfully by her father and her husband, she could face it bravely, increasing her knowledge and insights, achieving financial success, and being happy in her life. Therefore, she achieves self-esteem, self-acceptance, economic independence, and, above all, freedom for the whole of her life. This is the realization of African American women's desire to gain recognition as individuals who deserve fair and equal treatment.
