The Community Service was carried out in Beji Village, East Ungaran District, which consisted of 13 RW 51 densely populated RT. Most of participant work in the private and government sectors. Some of entrepreneurs are held fish farming which are managed by the community as an additional necessity for life. To sum up, the implementation of Community Service in Beji village, sub-district East Ungaran can be concluded as follows: Community service activities in Beji Village, East Ungaran District, Semarang Regency run well so that participants gained knowledge which can be implemented. Participants were given an explanation on how to make good Biofloc pond fish food and providing tarpaulins to partners as a form of concern for developing biofloc ponds.

This research aims to analyze the institutional system of coconut agro-industry businesses in Konawe Islands Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The scope of this research is the institutional processing business, namely institutional form, raw material requirements, institutional structure, capital, decision making, data collection techniques through interviews, FGD and expert questionnaires (ISM). Based on the research results, it shows that: The key elements of the palaku coconut processing business development system in Konawe Islands Regency are coconut farmers and consumers of processed coconut products. The key elements needed by players in the coconut processing business development system are easy access and guaranteed marketing of processed products, the need for rehabilitation, intensification and extensification of coconut plants. Sustainability of institutional development of coconut processing businesses requires assistance from universities (PTN-PTS) whose role is to connect between parties which have been an obstacle for farmers and coconut processors.

In general, the process of hatching eggs often encounters problems or obstacles. The obstacle that is often experienced when hatching chicken eggs is that the incubator only uses incandescent lights. Therefore, to avoid this problem, a microcontroller was designed to overcome this problem. This tool is a combination of a microcontroller with an Arduino-based temperature and humidity sensor. With this tool, after the eggs hatch, when the lights are off, the sensor can read the output in the form of the incubator temperature, which is detected by the Arduino serial display. According to the Central Statistics Agency for 2019-2021, the harvested area and area of ​​corn plants according to districts/cities, corn production comes from five districts, namely Bualemo district, Gorontalo district, Pohuwato district, Bone Bolango district, North Gorontalo district and Gorontalo city with a total of 377 432.00 ha in 2019, 304 945.00 ha in 2020, and 334 945.00 ha in 2021. By the end of 2022 it is predicted that 340,500 hectares or 27.38 percent of the entire Gorontalo land area will be planted with hybrid corn with a total harvest estimated at 1.61 million tons. This research uses qualitative methods, with primary data sources and secondary data. Corn productivity affects the net income of corn farmers apart from the selling price, where low productivity causes minimal harvest results, so the farmer's income is also low. Apart from that, fluctuations in corn prices are also an obstacle in increasing net income, when corn prices are high farmers get bigger profits. However, when the price of corn falls, farmers' income will also decrease. To increase the competitiveness of corn commodities in Gorontalo Province, it is necessary to invest in improving agricultural technology, opening wider market access, and providing greater government policy support. In this way, corn commodities in Gorontalo Province can become more competitive in both local and international markets.

This service focuses on "Community Empowerment through the Utilization of Household Waste into Organic Fertilizer in South Lembang Batualu", people who do not understand how to make organic fertilizer by using used materials, people still lack understanding in terms of adapting the plants to be planted in the soil with different conditions. Therefore, this service focuses on the theme "organic farming" which aims to increase public awareness and broaden people's knowledge about organic farming, especially in making organic fertilizer using household waste. The method we use is the approach method, this method is a method carried out directly by students to inspire the community in South Lembang Batualu. The results achieved are able to help with community problems regarding organic farming in South Lembang Batualu, so that this service activity can have a positive impact, namely that the community understands more about organic farming, especially in making organic fertilizer using household waste.

With the increasing era of globalization today, competition in the industrial sector is becoming increasingly fierce and competitive. With the development of modern technology for the better but on the other hand raises problems for the environment. Every business actor who wants to win the competition must pay full attention to the quality of the products or services produced, at a low cost, the right time and quantity, and safe conditions. This study aims to analyze and reduce waste of packaging waste at PT XYZ, a manufacturing company engaged in the manufacture of medicines and vaccines. In the last 7 months, there were 1,906 pcs of defective packaging out of a total of 204,940 pcs used. The defects were caused by mold, misprinted information, faded colors, and lack of glue on the packaging. The methods used in this research are Pareto diagram and fishbone diagram. Pareto diagrams are used to identify dominant product defects, while fishbone diagrams are used to identify the causes of defects. It is expected that the results of this research can help PT XYZ reduce packaging waste and improve the quality of their products. By reducing packaging waste, PT XYZ can also contribute to reducing negative impacts on the environment.

As a religious institution, Islamic boarding schools have enormous potential in advancing prosperity and economic development. They also have a significant impact on the daily lives of the students who attend. Therefore, the Nasyrul 'Ulum Islamic boarding school which is located at Tempuran 12a Central Lampung created an integrated agricultural business unit to advance its welfare and economic development. The purpose of this research is to describe and evaluate the following things: the steps in establishing an integrated agricultural business unit (IFB) in Islamic boarding schools, the business unit carried out is catfish cultivation, where waste from food or leftovers from students is made into catfish feed and catfish wastewater are used as organic plant fertilizer; the results of this process for the economy of these schools; and factors that facilitate or hinder the growth of the Islamic boarding school economic trend. Researchers use a qualitative approach to answer the problem formulation. Research findings show that the Islamic boarding school's efforts to develop its economy through integrated agricultural business units have succeeded in increasing the boarding school's income and creating jobs for the community around the boarding school and especially alumni of the Nasyrul 'Ulum Islamic boarding school and how many jobs are available in accordance with the amount of effort made, source available resources, and the extent to which the community is involved in the program. Apart from creating jobs, it can also increase the knowledge, skills and experience of both local communities and students in the agricultural sector. Especially in the field of fisheries cultivation.    

One of Indonesia's best coffee-producing regions is located in Sumatra. Sidikalang coffee is one of the best types of coffee produced in the region, which is important information for coffee enthusiasts. Sidikalang is located in Dairi Regency, North Sumatra, where this coffee is grown. The purpose of this research is to describe so that people understand how to maintain and improve the quality of their products. The research method used is a qualitative method by analyzing through journals, books, and scientific sources and also descriptive discourse directly through whatsApp video calls with Mrs. Nurhaini Pasaribu as a robusta coffee farmer in Gurutuha village, Sidikalang, Lae Parira sub-district, Dairi district.. Information regarding the recent increase in Sidikalang coffee prices was obtained from a legitimate source, namely the Regional Executive Board of the Indonesian Coffee Exporters Association (BPD AEKI) as of July 7, 2023, data shows that the price of robusta coffee beans reached around Rp35,000/kg, an increase from the previous price of around Rp30,000/kg two months ago. This price includes coffee both in bean form and after being ground into powder. So, the increase in the selling price of Sidikalang Robusta Coffee is due to its increasingly good quality. Moreover, today's millennial farmers are more painstaking in the selection of seeds, fertilizers, soil and so on. Indeed, before the increase in the price of Robusta Sidikalang coffee, there was a problem with the quality of the coffee.

Rice plants (Oryza sativa L.) are rice-producing plants which are a source of carbohydrates for most of the world's population. Almost 95% of Indonesia's population consumes rice as a staple food, so every year the demand for rice increases as the population increases. Therefore, farmers must choose quality seeds. In this era of fast and efficient technological progress, this is a very good thing for all progress in various fields. more and more fields of knowledge are developing, one of which is the existence of a decision-making system. a set of model-based procedures for processing and valuing data to help managers make decisions. This decision-making system uses several variables as input consisting of: type of variety, seed shape, seed color, root, seed age. The method used by the author is Fuzzy Tsukamoto. In the Tsukamoto method, it is explained that each consequence in IF-Then must be explained with a fuzzy set that has a membership function that does not change or is monotonous and for programming it uses PHP. The results obtained from the research that the authors conducted were in the form of a decision-making system to get the best seed yields.

The purpose of this study is to tell the folklore of Dua Hale and the meaning contained therein in Natakoli village, Mapitara district, Sikka regancy.The researcher used qualitative method. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interview and documentation.Based on the results of the study, Dua Hale folklore is one of the folklore that is, abandoned and forgotten by the surrounding community. it was found too that cultural meaning in folklore of Dua Hale are: Didactic meanings In folklore the didactic meaning is implied in the form of educational and teaching values society about how to be ethical and etiquette in context social life.There are several meanings implied in the didactic meaning namely: responsibility, willing to sacrifice, courage,and customary law. The historical meaning in folklore, historical meaning is also revealed which is reflected in two parameters general history, namely the time and place contained in the folklore in question. Regarding the time parameter, it is said that folklore takes place in the past and the historical meaning of place names in the story that are still relevant today at the moment, utan welak and hegin and economic meaning. The economic meaning of folklore is reflected in the disclosure or relevant information the economic system of society in which some of the main sources of livelihood are farming and fishing.

In analyzing and designing, the author uses a software development method that uses the V-Model method, which is an extension of the waterfall model. It is called expansion because the stages are similar to those in the waterfall model. If in the waterfall model the process is carried out linearly, then in the V model the process is branched. In this V model, the relationship between the software development stage and the testing phase is described. Teat dipping is the activity of dipping a dairy cow’s teat into an antiseptic solution was prevent mastitis. Every dairy farmer has different knowledge, attitude and skills. This research to determine the correlation between characteristics, knowledge, and attitude with skills of dairy farmers in teat dipping practices using correlation with SPPS 26. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative survey. The study was conducted at KUD Tulus Bakti, Pagu, Kediri from 7 June to 5 September 2021. Respondents in this study were 30 members KUD Tulus Bakti and dairy farmer. The result show that the knowledge and the attitudes of the dairy farmer in this study were categorized as good, and the skills of the dairy farmer in the study were categorized as moderate. Characteristics based on age, education level, number of livestock and farming experience are related to the farmer's skill in teat dipping practice. There is a significant correlation between knowledge and skills of dairy farmer in the practice of teat dipping of KUD Tulus Bakti members, and the level of the correlation is moderate. There is a significant correlation between attitudes and skills of dairy farmer in the practice of teat dipping members of KUD Tulus Bakti, and the level of correlation moderate.

Parenting is a parenting style that provides teachings to toddlers that will aim to shape the child's characteristics, provide education that can shape the toddler's personality and provide support in the development process, both growth and development and related to the toddler's skills. In implementing parenting patterns, parents discover the unique behavior of toddlers because the characteristics of children are very different, so parents need to pay attention to their children and provide different parenting patterns for each toddler. Parenting for toddlers will be carried out under the age of 5-6 years, during this time the attention given to the child must be more active where parents pay attention to their development and growth, mental, physical, social development and the interactions carried out every day (Rahmat, 2018). In line with previous research conducted by Sisri Landa Sari, entitled the relationship between parenting patterns and children's social development in Jorong Kampung VII District. South Rao District. Pasaman in 2019, where research results showed that there was a significant relationship between parental parenting patterns and the social development of children under five with a correlation coefficient of 0.350 and a significant p-value of 0.010<0.05, which means that the higher the parenting pattern, the the higher the level of social development of the child, and vice versa, if the toddler receives low parenting, the social development of the toddler will be low (Sari, 2019).Based on the initial survey conducted at the BP Nauli Community Health Center, Siantar Marihat District, Pematangsiantar City, it can be seen that there are two villages and there are toddlers whose language and social development is still lacking, this is because the parents of these toddlers are not often near their children all the time because the parents are older. there is a lot of time to work and farm to earn a living so that the development experienced by children is given less attention and the parents' knowledge about the development of toddlers is lacking. .Keywords: Parenting Patterns, Toddler Development.  

This community service program was motivated by the suboptimal development of agribusiness partnership patterns among farmer groups assisted by the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) of East Dumai District, Dumai City, which has resulted in low productivity, limited value added, and weak bargaining power of farmers. The program aimed to enhance farmers’ understanding, capacity, and readiness to develop sustainable agribusiness partnership strategies. The method applied was a community organizing approach through counseling, participatory discussions, and mentoring involving five farmer groups with a total of 15 farmers. The results indicate an improvement in farmers’ understanding of agribusiness partnership concepts and models, a shift in mindset from individual to collective group-based farming, and the emergence of initial agreements to develop simple partnership schemes with local agribusiness actors. In addition, farmers showed increased readiness in managerial aspects, product quality improvement, and communication with potential partners. This program contributes to strengthening farmer group institutions and provides a foundation for developing more structured and sustainable agribusiness partnerships.

Desa Penanggungan, Kecamatan Trawas, Kabupaten Mojokerto, Provinsi Jawa Timur is a village that has great potential to become a tourist destination because of its beautiful natural scenery. For this reason, the village government and local residents built the Wisata Agro Lembah Kecubung which is still in the development stage. Therefore, as a tourist attraction that has just started and is not yet known to many people, supporting tools are needed to attract public attention to the existence of the Lembah Kecubung, one of which is by using character or mascot designs. This mascot design method begins with data collection through surveys and interviews. Then it continues with the creative process which refers to Brown's design thought theory, including the emphatize, define, ideate, prototype and test stages. The result of this design is an alternative mascot design inspired by the shape of the Javanese Serak owl which is designed using farmer attributes, such as hats, towels and rice scythes.

Performance of the company is mostly measured by financial ratio for a spesific period. This measurement must be in accordance with generally accepted accounting treatment in preparing financial statements. Financial ratios have weaknesses in measuring performance where performance looks good but does not increase or even decrease. Therefor, other measuring are needed that can show the success of the company with the aim of adding economic value. Economic Value Added (EVA) is one of the most relevant measurements in measuring a company's financial performance because it can show how much added value can be generated during a spesific period.This research using qualitative descriptive method with secondary data from financial statement of PT Kimia Farma, Tbk listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2018-2022. This study aims to find out the financial performance of PT Kimia Farma, Tbk listed on the BEI using the Economic Value Added (EVA) method. Economic value added (EVA) is an added value for the company by incurring capital costs. The result of this research indicate that financial perform with EVA method are negative, means that it performs is not optimal.

Desa Banjarejo merupakan salah satu desa di Kabupaten Malang yang memiliki potensi alam yang bagus dengan tanah subur yang bisa ditanami berbagai macam sayur-sayuran, salah satunya adalah selada air. Namun pemanfaatan kekayaan alam tersebut belum maksimal sehingga masih memiliki nilai ekonomis yang rendah. Tim pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dari Universitas Negeri Malang berkesempatan untuk melakukan pelatihan pengolahan selada air untuk meningkatkan nilai ekonomis dari sayuran tersebut. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat perekonomian kelompok tani melalui inisiatif pengolahan mie selada air sebagai strategi mendorong pengembangan desa wisata di desa Banjarejo kabupaten Malang. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi lapangan, kegiatan ini melatih bagaimana kelompok petani di desa mengatur dan mengembangkan usaha pengolahan mie selada airnya, tidak hanya membantu meningkatkan pendapatan pribadi tetapi juga berkontribusi positif terhadap perekonomian Desa Banjarejo. Potensi dampak pengembangan komersial ini untuk meningkatkan daya tarik desa sebagai tujuan wisata juga dieksplorasi dalam kegiatan ini, memberikan pandangan komprehensif tentang potensi pemberdayaan ekonomi berkelanjutan di tingkat lokal.
