Video steganography faces fundamental challenges in balancing embedding capacity, imperceptibility, and robustness, where conventional Least Significant Bit (LSB) methods often produce visual artifacts such as flickering. To address this, this research proposes an advanced method named Adaptive Multi-layer LSB, which dynamically adjusts the number of embedded bits in each pixel based on a multi-factor analysis of the video's spatial and temporal characteristics. This adaptation mechanism is evaluated through three primary criteria: brightness level, local texture complexity, and inter-frame motion stability. Quantitative evaluation using Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR), Structural Similarity Index (SSIM), and Frame Difference Stability Index (FDSI) metrics demonstrates that the proposed method achieves high visual quality, with an average PSNR of 42.15 dB and SSIM of 0.985. These results significantly outperform the non-adaptive approach, which only recorded a PSNR of 38.5 dB. More importantly, the FDSI value of this method (1.25) is much lower compared to the non-adaptive approach (3.40), demonstrating its superiority in maintaining temporal stability. Thus, this approach provides a significant contribution to enhancing security and quality in video steganography practices. This study offers a comprehensive analysis of the integrated technology construct connecting physical and mental health services in conflict-affected Middle Eastern regions by employing confirmatory factor analysis within a Structural Equation Modelling approach. The research is based on 1,124 documents on digital health technology implementation published between 2017 and 2024 across fourteen countries. The measurement model demonstrates strong goodness-of-fit, evidenced by chi-square/df = 1.847, CFI = 0.971, TLI = 0.965, RMSEA = 0.041, and SRMR = 0.034, thereby confirming the structural soundness of the proposed framework. The analysis identifies four core dimensions—Digital Innovation (lambda = 0.893, CR = 13.672), Infrastructure Readiness (lambda = 0.847, CR = 12.184), User Competency (lambda = 0.819, CR = 11.453), and Sustainability (lambda = 0.865, CR = 12.738)—all significant at p < 0.001. Reliability indices are robust, with Cronbach's Alpha between 0.876 and 0.934, Composite Reliability ranging from 0.891 to 0.947, and Average Variance Extracted between 0.661 and 0.798, indicating strong internal consistency. The findings expand earlier digital health frameworks proposed by Mechael (2009) and Labrique et al. (2013) by emphasizing sustainability as a key component in conflict settings marked by limited resources. In contrast to Aranda-Jan et al. (2014), which addresses general technology adoption, this study underscores specific challenges in integrating both mental and physical health services in humanitarian contexts, thereby responding to the gap highlighted by Naslund et al. (2017) regarding fragmented digital mental health initiatives in crisis environments.

The era of digital transformation requires office administration employees to master digital competencies and maintain high work motivation to achieve optimal productivity. This study analyzes the influence of digital competence and work motivation on the productivity of office administration employees in the Greater Bandung area. The main problem studied is the gap in understanding how digital competence and work motivation interact in influencing productivity, considering that the majority of previous studies examined the two variables separately. This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of digital competence and work motivation on employee productivity. The research method uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design involving 420 respondents of office administration employees selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. The data collection instrument is a structured questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale that has been validated using Confirmatory Factor Analysis and tested for reliability using Cronbach's Alpha. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis by first conducting a classical assumption test to ensure the feasibility of the model. The results showed that digital competence had a significant positive effect on productivity with a regression coefficient of 0.398, work motivation had a significant positive effect with a coefficient of 0.425, and simultaneously the two variables explained 52.8% of the variation in employee productivity. These findings confirm that work motivation has a slightly more dominant influence than digital competence, indicating the importance of psychological factors in maintaining long-term productivity consistency. This research contributes to the development of human resource management theory by integrating Resource-Based View Theory and Self-Determination Theory, as well as providing practical implications for organizations to adopt a dual-track approach in employee development that combines digital competency training with a holistic motivation system.

The Maluku Islands are a high-poverty region in Indonesia. The region consists of 2 provinces, namely Maluku province and North Maluku province. There are 21 districts/cities in the region, with 17 regencies and 4 municipalities. The poverty rate in this region is a challenge that always wants to be studied with a socio-population approach and a mathematical statistics approach. One method or approach in analyzing poverty is Principal Component Analysis (PCA).  PCA has the advantage of simplifying information from various variables to several principal components without losing much information and can overcome the problem of multiple linearity by changing variables that correlate with freely related components. The purpose of this research is to identify poverty in districts/municipalities in Maluku Islands using the PCA approach. The results showed that the components formed by the PCA method were formed in 2 factors. Factor 1 consists of GRDP (X2), Life Expectancy Rate (X3), Unemployment Rate (X4) and Percentage of Population (X6). Meanwhile, factor 2 consists of 2 variables, namely the Poverty Level (X1) and TPAK (X5).

Poverty is one of the main issues in Indonesia although many policies have been implemented by the government to overcome this problem. With this problem, a study was conducted which aims to identify factors that affect poverty in East Java in 2023 using the principal component analysis (PCA) method. PCA is a multivariate analysis technique used to extract information from correlated data, so as to summarize several variables into principal components. In this study, the variables used include the number of poor people, percentage of poor people, poverty severity index, open unemployment rate, labor force participation rate, and life expectancy from 38 districts/cities in East Java. It was found that the data characteristics had low variance with the exception of one variable, and met the assumptions of multivariate normal distribution, interrelationship between variables, data sufficiency, and correlation between variables suitable for PCA. Factor analysis with PCA produces two main components, namely community living conditions and labor conditions, which can represent the original variables in their influence on poverty in East Java. Suggestions from this study are expected to be a reference for policy makers in improving community welfare and labor conditions in East Java. Future research is expected to add related variables to obtain more detailed results.

Indonesia has significant fisheries potential due to its vast waters. Its abundant fishery resources have strong export potential. However, export activities often face challenges that cause export volumes to fluctuate. This fluctuation is influenced by various factors. These factors can be minimized using statistical methods such as Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Factor Analysis. This study includes data characterization for each variable and testing PCA and factor analysis assumptions, including multivariate normality testing, independence testing (Bartlett's test), sampling adequacy (KMO test), anti-image correlation testing, PCA testing, and factor analysis. The results indicate that the percentage contribution of fisheries to GDP, the number of coastal villages with disaster mitigation facilities, and the average daily per capita calorie consumption from fish are relatively less dispersed and not highly variable around the mean. Additionally, all data meet the assumptions, and the sample size is adequate. Factors such as aquaculture pond production and the percentage contribution of fisheries to GDP sufficiently explain the data variations.

This study aims to explore the influence of work motivation, leadership style, and compensation on employee performance at Rumah Sakit Advent Bandung. With a total population of 720 employees, the study uses a simple random sampling technique to select a sample of 88 respondents, deemed sufficiently representative. Data collection is conducted through a Likert-scale questionnaire designed to capture respondents' perceptions of work motivation, leadership style, and compensation variables. To ensure data quality, the instrument's validity is tested through factor analysis, and its reliability is measured using Cronbach’s Alpha to guarantee consistency in results. Hypothesis testing is carried out using classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis via SPSS version 27.The results reveal that work motivation and compensation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, indicating that higher motivation and compensation are associated with improved employee performance. In contrast, leadership style does not show a significant effect on employee performance, possibly due to varying perceptions of the role of leadership within this organizational context. Collectively, work motivation, leadership style, and compensation variables have a significant effect on employee performance. The obtained R Square value of 0.309 indicates that 30.9% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by these three variables, while the remaining 69.1% is influenced by other factors outside this model, such as work environment, organizational culture, or other individual factors. These findings provide valuable insights for management in designing strategies to enhance employee performance.
