This scouting activity will go through several stages until in the end the students receive the character education referred to by the author. The first stage is basic, namely an introduction to the history of "World Scouts and Scouts in Indonesia." By getting to know the history of scouting, it is hoped that students will be more interested and enthusiastic in taking part in the next activities. The expected character education is high curiosity. The second stage, began to introduce some scouting materials such as Box 1 Password and Semaphore. On the other hand, there is a replacement program, namely Scouting Extracurricular Activity Training with the majority of participants being students from SD Negeri Karanggintung 01 and 02. This program is held every Wednesday and Friday or can be adjusted to unexpected situations and conditions. The Scouting Program continues to be successfully implemented and of course cannot be separated from the help of several related parties. This study aims to: 1) Identify the social character of students at Al-Istiqomah Islamic Boarding School, Kebumen; 2) Examine the role of the kyai in shaping this character; and 3) Determine supporting and inhibiting factors. This qualitative field research used observation, interviews, and documentation for data collection. The results show that students’ social character is formed through religious activities such as studying classical texts, public speaking training, Al-Barzanji recitation, communal cleaning, group learning, and extracurriculars. The kyai plays a vital role through religious education, direct guidance, and exemplary behavior—like eating and drinking according to prophetic tradition, praying in congregation, and maintaining neighborly ties. Supporting factors include administrative staff, peer support, pesantren programs, and family encouragement. Hindering factors involve limited facilities, negative peer or social media influences, individualism, and students’ background. The kyai’s role remains central in building strong social character among students.

Sepak takraw is a traditional sport originating from Southeast Asia and is very popular in countries such as Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia. The main objective of this study is to conduct a literature analysis on sepak takraw extracurricular activities held at various levels of schools. This study was conducted by 4th semester students of class B of the Physical Education, Health and Recreation Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, class of 2023. The results of observations in 80 schools spread across the areas of Jakarta, Bekasi, Cikarang, Karawang, and Purwakarta revealed that the existence of sepak takraw as part of extracurricular activities and physical education learning materials is still very limited. This finding shows the lack of attention to this traditional sport in the educational environment, so systematic efforts are needed to introduce, develop, and integrate sepak takraw into physical education programs in schools. This study uses a qualitative method because the data collected and analyzed are non-numerical, such as interviews, observations, and field texts. The purpose of this study is to conduct a literature analysis on sepak takraw extracurricular activities held in schools at each level.

This research aims to analyze efforts to implement positive habits with refraction practices at the SMA Caritas Chatolic. This school always applies the 3s culture (smile, greet, greet) to create a supportive and harmonious environment. Every morning we always pray together in the Maria cave which is right in front of the school to increase students' religious and spiritual values. Apart from that, every Saturday there is always community service to instill the spirit of mutual cooperation, as well as various extracurriculars, such as fighting, cricket and futsal. This was developed to shape students' skills and character. Even though this program is running well, there are also challenges faced, such as the lack of involvement of some students in school activities which is still a concern.
