Physical condition is a very important aspect to support a student's achievement, so condition factors must be considered by students. The aim of this research was to determine and assess the level of physical condition of football extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Purwosari. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive survey design, the variable studied is the level of physical condition. In this study, the samples were taken from all students who were active in taking part in extracurricular football at SMA Negei 1 Purwosari, totaling 30 students. The results of the physical condition of extracurricular football students at SMA Negeri 1 Purwosari obtained several criteria, namely: the 30 meter sprint test of 30 students got a frequency of 15 with a percentage of 50% and was included in the poor category. In the T-test, the frequency was 15 with a percentage of 50% and was included in the medium criteria. In the Sit and Reach test, the frequency was 19 with a percentage of 63.3% and was included in the good criteria. In the Standing Long Jump test, the frequency was 20 with a percentage of 66.7% and was included in the medium criteria. In the Yo-yo Test, the frequency was 13 with a percentage of 47.6% and was included in the medium criteria. In the Push-up test, the frequency was 20 with a percentage of 66.7% and was included in the medium criteria. It is hoped that by conducting this research, students can further improve their physical condition so they can play optimally.

This research aims to determine passing skills in extracurricular volleyball games at SMA Negeri 1 Toboali. In this research, the method used is a quantitative method which tries to describe the passing skills of SMA Negeri 1 Toboali. The population in this study were students who took part in extracurricular volleyball at SMA Negeri 1 Toboali, totaling 23 students, and the sample in this study was 23 people, there were 13 men while there were 10 women. The data collection technique used in this research was a passing test over a volleyball game. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis. This analysis uses the Excel application and manual calculations. Based on the data analysis carried out in this research, it can be concluded that of the 23 volleyball extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Toboali, the results of their volleyball passing skills were in the very high category, with a percentage of 87.3%. This can be seen from the percentage results of each sub-indicator (assessment). In the initial attitude indicator the percentage is 50%, in the core attitude indicator (implementation) the percentage is 82%, and in the final (advanced) attitude indicator the percentage is 56%.

The problem in this research is whether there is an effect of arm muscle strength training on the lower serve ability of volleyball extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 4 Muara Enim. This study aims to determine the effect of arm muscle strength training on lower serve ability in volleyball extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 4 Muara Enim. This type of research is experimental research, using a one group pretest-posttest design method. The population in this study were extracurricular volleyball students at SMP Negeri 4 Muara Enim, totaling 45 people with 25 boys and 20 girls. Meanwhile, the sample in this study were all male students who took part in extracurricular activities in class VII, class VIII and class IX with a total of 25 students. The sampling technique in this research uses a purposive sample technique. The data collection technique uses the lower serve test method in volleyball. The data analysis technique uses the t test formula. Based on the results of research conducted on volleyball extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 4 Muara Enim, the average pretest result was 12.46 and the average posttest was 19.9. This shows that bicep curl training can improve the ability to serve under the ball game. volleyball among volleyball extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 4 Muara Enim. Because there was an increase after being given treatment compared to before being given treatment. In hypothesis testing, the value obtained was tcount > ttable or 31.93 > 1.71 so that it could be concluded that there was an influence of arm muscle strength training on the lower serve ability of volleyball extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 4 Muara Enim.

The purpose of this study was to determine the learning interest of students in the class of SMK Negeri 5 Padang and the factors that influence students' interest in dance at SMK Negeri 5 Padang. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting equipment such as stationery, mobile phones and recorders. Data collection techniques through literature study, observation, interviews and documentation. The stages of exploratory analysis are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The lack of student interest in learning outside Dance in the material of the cultural arts teacher of SMK Negeri 5 Padang did not update the teaching material and also did not change the teaching method. Factors that influence students' interest in non-dance education at SMK Negeri 5 Padang are internal and external factors.

Student management is an arrangement or regulation of all activities related to students from entry to graduation. Student management aims to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of school services so that the knowledge, skills and attitudes of students develop through the channeling of aspirations, hopes and fulfillment of needs. One of the student management services is extracurricular activities, namely curricular activities carried out by students outside of class hours. This activity aims to develop and actualize the potential of students optimally, strengthen the personality of students to avoid negative influences, and prepare students to become citizens who are noble, democratic, respect human rights in order to create civil society. This research includes field research using a qualitative approach. In data collection. The author uses interview, observation, and documentary methods, and data analysis techniques use triangulation techniques, diligent and objective observation, and peer checking through discussion. The results showed: (1) Student Management at SMA A. Wahid Hasyim Tebuireng Jombang was carried out as much as possible to facilitate and serve students so that they could produce students who were in accordance with educational goals and in accordance with what was expected by their environment; 2. Developing the potential of students is carried out by providing space for potential development and facilities for students to develop hard-skills and soft-skills through extracurricular activities: 3. Extracurricular activities are integrated with the curriculum of the education unit and are managed specifically by the student affairs department in collaboration with curriculum field. Planning begins with mapping students' abilities and interests, recruiting new extracurricular members, compiling a program for one semester; implementation includes routine training, participation in competitions, and documentation of competition results; Supervision is carried out in the absence of members and trainers, monthly evaluations, reports and assessments every semester
