The low effectiveness of student organizational performance in designing and managing structured work programs presents a major challenge to strengthening the leadership culture at MTsN 1 Probolinggo. This community service program aims to enhance students’ managerial and leadership capacities through performance mentoring for the Intra-Madrasah Student Organization (OSIM), based on innovations in learning management. The methods employed include training sessions, workshops, and continuous mentoring, all designed collaboratively with school stakeholders. The activity stages began with a needs analysis and problem mapping, followed by the development of training modules, the implementation of organizational management training, and interactive workshops aimed at developing adaptive and applicable work programs. The proposed solutions encompass strengthening foundational understanding of organizational management, enhancing the role of members in program planning, and facilitating the implementation of OSIM activities that support the creation of an active learning environment. Evaluation was carried out through pre-tests and post-tests to measure comprehension improvement, field activity observations, and assessments of work program achievement. The results indicate significant improvements in participants’ cognitive and practical skills, particularly in the planning, execution, and evaluation of OSIM programs that are now more structured and goal-oriented. In conclusion, this community service activity successfully reinforced student leadership competencies through an innovative approach to managing student organizations, while also promoting the development of a sustainable culture of collaborative work. Based on the outcomes, it is recommended that this mentoring model be replicated in other madrasahs and that OSIM leadership development programs be systematically integrated into extracurricular curricula to ensure the continuity and expansion of the positive impacts achieved

The community service program titled Great Youth, Strong Mentality at Untung Suropati Catholic High School aimed to enhance students understanding and skills in managing stress and anxiety, which are increasingly prevalent among adolescents due to academic pressures, social dynamics, environmental changes, and excessive exposure to social media. These issues are exacerbated by a lack of knowledge about effective stress management strategies, such as relaxation techniques and emotional communication, as well as the stigma surrounding mental health that discourages adolescents from seeking help. The counseling was conducted using an interactive approach, comprising a 30-minute informative lecture to explain the concepts of stress and anxiety, small group discussions (5–7 students) to encourage reflection and sharing of experiences, and practical exercises on relaxation techniques, such as diaphragmatic breathing and mindfulness, to provide hands-on experience. Supporting materials, including visual presentations and interactive quizzes, were utilized to enhance student engagement. Post-event evaluation revealed significant improvements in the understanding of stress and anxiety among students in grades X, XI, and XII. Students demonstrated enthusiasm through active participation in discussions and practical sessions, as well as positive feedback on the supportive and stigma-free environment. The program successfully equipped students with practical skills for stress management and fostered a healthier learning environment. For sustainability, it is recommended to conduct similar programs regularly, integrate mental health education into the school curriculum or extracurricular activities, provide concise modules for students’ independent use, and collaborate with school counselors to monitor technique implementation and offer ongoing support to ensure long-term impact on students mental well-being.

This community service activity aims to increase the motivation, confidence, and love of male students for traditional Acehnese art, particularly the Likok Pulo dance. This dance is characterized by its energetic and rhythmic nature, making it suitable as a dance teaching material for male students who have previously shown little interest in participating in dance activities. The methods used include demonstrations and peer tutoring, covering training in various dance movements, mastering the lyrics, and accompanying music with the rapa’i instrument. The training was conducted over three days from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The dancers involved were specifically male students who had previously shown little interest in dance practice. The results of the activity showed that male students were highly enthusiastic, as evidenced by their ability to master movement variations, sing lyrics, and play musical accompaniment in a short period of time, despite having never participated in dance extracurricular activities before. This activity demonstrated that selecting appropriate dance material can change students' negative perceptions of dance and serve as a medium for preserving local culture through formal education.

The school's fifth-grade kids receive jumputan batik instruction with the goal of enhancing both their creative abilities and extracurricular accomplishments. One batik-making technique that makes use of the tie-dye procedure is jumputan batik. Jumputan batik is made by tying thread in specific areas of the material and then dipping it in dye to create a unique design. In order to ensure that activities may be carried out efficiently and have the greatest possible influence on students' development, the process of carrying out this community service is structured from planning to evaluation. As a result, kids are able to freely and creatively express themselves through art-related activities. Students can make their own designs and patterns when making jumputan batik, which promotes original and creative thinking. The ability to create original designs is made possible by the jumputan batik process, which incorporates tie-dye elements. Pupils can use their imagination to create motifs, patterns, and color combinations that represent their own personalities and concepts. Students' critical and creative thinking abilities are greatly enhanced by this creative process. According to the findings, students now possess much greater creativity, self-confidence, discipline, and teamwork. Then, the amount of contribution from religious extracurricular activities to the development of students' spiritual quotient based on the coefficient of determination of 0.581 or 58.1% is included in the moderate category, in the interval 0.40 - 0.59. Furthermore, the positive result (+) proves that the linearity value is unidirectional, indicating that if the activeness of students in participating in the religious extracurricular activities of the At-Taqwa Mosque Student Association (HIPMA) is high, then it also encourages the higher spiritual quotient of students.

The most common ankle injuries are ankle sprains. Ankle sprain is an overstretch of the lateral ligament complex due to inversion and plantar flexion forces which occur suddenly when the foot does not rest perfectly on the floor/ground, which generally occurs on an uneven floor/ground surface. An ankle sprain injury is usually caused when the surface of the ground or field is uneven so that the foot enters the uneven part of the ground and the foot position is not good and shock allows the support on the foot to be unbalanced. Therefore, physiotherapists play an important role in the community in promotive and preventive steps to overcome the problem of ankle sprains. Steps that can be taken are to provide education to the public about ankle sprains which includes understanding, signs and symptoms, prevention methods, main treatment, further treatment, and demonstration by respondents. The initial method for finding out the situation that occurs in the field is observation by interviewing teachers and related extracurricular students. The results of educational activities regarding ankle sprains are very useful for each individual's life. Knowledge about ankle sprains also increased from 5 to 24, this means students are starting to understand.
