Teachers are central to making learning successful. The skills possessed by the teacher determine the learning that takes place in the classroom. These skills are not only hard skills that teachers must possess, but also soft skills. Basic literacy will be a means to develop teachers' soft skills in managing learning in the classroom. This community service aims to provide teachers with an understanding of the basic literacy skills that teachers possess through self-motivation. In SDN 02 Bojongmenteng, Leuwidamar, Lebak Regency, Banten Province, this community service was conducted for 10 teachers. The flow of community service begins with planning, licensing, workshops, mentoring, support, evaluation and reflection. There is a significant increase in basic literacy and soft skills development, especially in digital literacy, communication, classroom management and character development. Teacher-owned self-motivation is not just motivation, but structured and sustained self-motivation mentoring.

This study aims to produce a microlearning video product that can help teachers understand and learn good and correct teaching methods. Microlearning videos are chosen because of their ability to convey material concisely and effectively, making it easier for teachers to receive information quickly and accurately. The research method used is research and development (R&D) with a qualitative approach. The video production process includes several stages, namely material planning, scripting, shooting, video editing, and product evaluation. This research was conducted at UPT SD Negeri 067098 Medan. Based on the evaluation results, the resulting video was considered good and suitable for use for learning purposes. The results of the study indicate that the microlearning video produced can be an effective tool for teachers in understanding the concept of correct teaching methods. In addition, this video can also help improve the teaching skills of teachers at UPT SD Negeri 067098 Medan, as well as provide clear guidance in implementing effective teaching methods in the classroom.

The development of technology and information is increasingly rapid. This of course requires the ability of students to face and anticipate it. One of the abilities that students must have is literacy. However, in fact, students in Indonesia still really need strengthening in the field of literacy. Various existing surveys show that these two capabilities have not experienced significant improvement. The same thing was also experienced by students at SMA Negeri 6 Purworejo. For this reason, a comprehensive and continuous effort is needed to improve this capability. Based on these situations and conditions, the Muhammadiyah University Purworejo Service Team built a collaboration with SMA Negeri 6 Purworejo to improve literacy skills for the school's residents. The theme raised was "Strengthening Literacy for Students, Teachers and Education Personnel at SMA Negeri 6 Purworejo". The activity begins with activity planning. Then, it continued with socialization activities and presentation of literacy strengthening strategies that could be carried out at the school. This activity was attended by approximately 300 students, 20 teachers and 12 education staff on October 25 2024 at the Outdoor High School 6 Purworejo. Strengthening strategies that must be implemented by SMA Negeri 6 Purworejo to strengthen literacy include: providing a literacy-friendly physical environment, getting used to reading 15 minutes before the first hour of learning begins, optimizing the role/function of the library, making visits to bookstores, optimizing corners. reading in every classroom, optimizing a school literacy team, and carrying out regular evaluations and follow-ups related to the literacy program that has been implemented.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the management of educational facilities and infrastructure and its contribution to increasing the effectiveness of learning at SMPI Darul Ulum Sangatta Utara. The research background is based on the importance of the role of facilities and infrastructure in supporting an optimal, effective, and meaningful learning process. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, where data is obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation of school principals, teachers, and education staff. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the management of facilities and infrastructure at SMPI Darul Ulum Sangatta Utara has been carried out through five main stages, namely planning, procurement, utilization, maintenance, and evaluation. The implementation of this management is quite effective because it actively and continuously involves all school residents, especially in routine maintenance activities and the use of learning facilities. The existence of adequate facilities such as classrooms, laboratories, and information technology devices has been proven to increase student learning motivation and encourage the creation of a conducive learning atmosphere. However, some obstacles are still found, such as budget limitations and the need to update props that are no longer suitable for use. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of strategic planning and continuous evaluation in the management of facilities and infrastructure in order to continue to support the improvement of learning effectiveness, especially in the pesantren-based school environment.

The integration of Kahoot aims to create an interactive and engaging classroom environment that leverages technology to support English language learning. This study explores the use of the Kahoot app as a game-based learning tool to enhance students’ vocabulary at SMP Negeri Tiakur. The methodology involved three main stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results indicated several positive outcomes: 1) Students were exposed to technological learning tools they had not previously encountered, particularly in English language education. 2) The game-based approach created a lively and enjoyable learning environment, increasing student engagement and participation. 3) Students expressed a strong desire to continue learning English beyond the scheduled activity, highlighting an increase in motivation. 4) The feedback from students suggested a noticeable improvement in their vocabulary acquisition. These findings suggest that Kahoot can be an effective tool for enhancing vocabulary learning in a fun and interactive way, making it a valuable addition to the language learning curriculum. Future research could explore the long-term impacts of such interventions and the potential for similar digital platforms in different educational contexts

Tahfidz or memorization is pronunciation that is done repeatedly and is a teaching that is done for the first time orally or by memorization. By memorizing you need to use methods to make it easy and fun, such as applying the Ummi method. The ummi method is a practical Qur'an reading method that does not require much explanation and is repeated in learning to read the Qur'an. This method uses tones or songs that can make it easier for students to memorize. SDIT Rabbi Radhiyya is one of the schools that implements tahfidz learning using the ummi method and has been implemented for 1 year and progress has been seen. This research focuses on tahfidz learning in class V of SDIT Rabbi Radhiyya. The problems formulated in this research are (1) How is the implementation of the ummi method at SDIT Rabbi Radhiyya 02 (2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the ummi method at SDIT Rabbi Radhiyya 02. This research aims to determine the implementation of the Ummi method in learning tahfidz at SDIT Rabbi Radhiyya 02 as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research uses a type of field research using a qualitative approach. The data sources obtained came from primary data and secondary data. This research uses data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the implementation of the ummi method in learning tahfidz uses tones or songs in each lesson, be it tahsin or tahfidz. Preparations can be made in the form of classrooms, dividing groups to take part in this tahfidz learning with a fun implementation. Its implementation uses several steps, namely Opening, Appreciation, Concept Planting, Concept Understanding, Practice/Skills, Assessment/evaluation, and Closing. The evaluation results of student assessments have increased successfully using this method and many students have achieved the targets set by the school. Supporting factors in implementing the Ummi method are having adequate facilities and creativity for teachers, potential students, and families who support learning conditions. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the different abilities of students, families who do not support them, and the quality of each student's reading. This study aims to examine the implementation of performance evaluation system for teachers in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Al-Hayah. Teacher performance evaluation is important in improving the quality of education and the effectiveness of learning in madrasah. This study used qualitative research methods with a case study approach. The research participants included 20 teachers of MI Al-Hayah, by collecting data through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis related to performance evaluation. The results show that the implementation of the performance evaluation system at MI Al-Hayah still faces several challenges, such as a lack of understanding of the purpose of the evaluation, lack of management support, and limited resources. The results show that the implementation of an effective performance evaluation system provides significant benefits for teachers and administrative personnel at MI Al-Qur'an Al-Hayah. This performance evaluation system provides a clear picture of the quality of individual performance, identifies strengths and weaknesses, and provides constructive feedback for professional development. In addition, the system also contributes to increased motivation and work accountability.

This study was motivated by the low mathematics learning outcomes and cooperation skills of fourth grade students of SD Negeri Koroulon 1, so the purpose of this study was to improve mathematics learning outcomes and cooperation attitudes of students by using the Problem Based Learning model. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles. the subject of this research is grade IV students. The instruments in this study used test and non-test instruments. Evaluation tests were used to collect data on student learning outcomes, while observation sheet instruments were used to collect data on student cooperation. the results of this study indicate an increase in learning outcomes as seen from the percentage of completeness from 42.1% to 84.2% at the end of cycle II. The increase also occurred in the average value of student cooperation from 51.2 to 74.89 at the end of cycle II. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning model can improve students' math learning outcomes and cooperation.

To improve the quality of the student learning process by increasing the quality of teachers' professional abilities, all teachers must go through a learning process that makes it possible to find and solve learning problems in their respective classes based on the principles of Classroom Action Research (PTK). Classroom Action Research is carried out with the aim of improving or enhancing student learning activities and achievements. PTK is an activity carried out to find out problems that arise in the classroom when the teacher is interacting with students in carrying out the teaching and learning process. PTK is research carried out by class teachers through self-reflection with the aim of improving teacher performance, so that the quality of learning increases (Mills, Geoffrey E, 2000, Schmuch, A. In the learning process, learning means an activity carried out by the teacher and students together. History opens a window to the past to welcome the future, learning history will help to know and understand how the history of the past and also the people associated with these events. Studying history not only aims to know important events or events in the past but also teaches various forms of experience that occur both success and failure. Every human being needs education and knowledge because it is for human development itself. Through education, humans not only get teaching about special skills but also something deeper, namely science. In the world of education through learning, students gain knowledge and learn what is obtained through learning. Each student will pass the evaluation stage. The evaluation is given after students have gone through several learning and understanding processes and then given questions, both essays and multiple choice questions, in order to help the learning process in the classroom. To maximize the use of multiple choice as a learning tool, students can choose it with consideration in the answer choices that have been determined. Teachers give assignments to students to work on multiple choice questions in two ways, the first is to solve multiple choice questions, when given an assignment during class hours to submit it to the teacher when the subject is finished. Alternatively, the teacher can give the students an assignment or homework and collect it during the next meeting. Research shows that teachers prefer the use of multiple choice questions, not only because of administration, time saving and simplicity but also because they are objective and consistent. Furthermore, students based on the results of the study prefer giving multiple choice questions because they can eliminate answer errors and the questions on multiple choice questions are more objective than others. In addition, with the multiple choice question method students can actively participate in the learning process.
