This type of research was quasi-experimental with cross over group design approach. A population was 38 people selected by purposive sampling technique obtained 34 respondents who meet the inclusion requirements. This research used the numeric pain scale (NRS) observation sheet Instrument. The normality of the data had been tested with Kolmogorov-smirnov. The results of the study obtained ergonomic gymnastics pain scale period I pre-test was 6.94 and post-test was 2.94, stew period II pre-test was 5.18 post-test was was 2.59. In the warm compress group lemongrass stew period I pre-test was 3.18, post-test 1.82, period II pre-test was 3.76, post-test was 1.94. The results of data analysis obtained the value of pV 0.000 with a significant level of p value <a = 0.005, the value of Z prepost period I ergonomic exercise -3.695, warm compress of lemongrass stew -3.676, in period II ergonomic exercise -3.580 and warm compress lemongrass stew -3.531, so that it can be stated that ergonomic exercise is more effective to decrease the joint pain scale in patients with gout in Alassumur lor village. Gout is a musculoskeletal disease that occurs in the joints due to an increased concentration of uric acid in the blood. Risk factors that can cause high levels of uric acid include age, gender, obesity, purine diet, alcohol, and some medications. Therapies that can be given to the elderly who experience gout include ergonomic exercises. Objective : To determine the effectiveness of applying ergonomic exercise therapy as a non-pharmacological method to reduce high uric acid levels in the elderly. This study used a case study approach with two elderly had high uric acid levels. The intervention was carried out for 2 weeks by giving ergonomic exercises 4 times in 1 week consecutively with a duration of 20 minutes of exercise. There were changes in uric acid levels in both respondents and they decreased. Ergonomic gymnastics is a potential non-pharmacological method in reducing high uric acid levels in the elderly.

Background: Gout is a disease associated with high levels of uric acid in the blood. Apart from the aging process, gout can also occur due to the inhibition of the secretion process and a decrease in the enzyme uricase. The aging process in the elderly causes various health problems, as a result of which they are susceptible to diseases, one of which is an increase in uric acid. Uric acid numbers can be said to be abnormal if >6 mg/dl for women and >7.2 mg/dl for men. Non-pharmacological therapy that can be done is ergonomic exercise. The purpose of this study is to compare measurements of uric acid levels before and after ergonomic exercise. Methods: A case study of 2 respondents was conducted three times a week, with a duration of 19 minutes for each exercise. Results: The application of the two respondents resulted in a significant decrease in uric acid levels; namely, Mrs. S obtained a result of 4.8 mg/dl, while Mrs. T obtained a result of 5 mg/dl. Conclusion: The results of this study concluded that there was a decrease in uric acid levels in both respondents after ergonomic gymnastics.

.Degenerative diseases in the elderly, if not handled properly, will add to the state’s financial burden, which is not small. This study’s general purpose was to determine ergonomic gymnastics’s effectiveness in lowering blood pressure in the elderly. This research method uses a pre-experiment with a group pre-test and post-test design. The sample in this study amounted to 20 people, using the purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that respondents before being given the intervention had blood pressure in the Stage 1 hypertension category, as many as 12 respondents (60%), and in the Stage 2 hypertension category, as many as eight respondents (40%). After being given the intervention, blood pressure in the Stage 1 hypertension category, as many as two respondents (10%), and pre-hypertension, as many as 18 respondents (90%). The chi-square statistical test showed a p-value = 0.018 (p < 0.05). These results indicate that H0 is rejected Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that ergonomic exercises effectively reduce blood pressure in the elderly. It is recommended that health center officers socialize with the elderly by providing ergonomic exercises to reduce changes in blood pressure in elderly patients.

Hypertension or high blood disease is actually a disorder of blood vessels that results in the supply of oxygen and nutrients carried by the blood is hampered to the body tissues in need.hypertension is often called the silent killer dark killer, because it includes diseases that women are declared hypertensive if their blood pressure is 160/95 mmHg. (Nurhaidar, 2010).In addition to hypertension, gout is now also a topic that is very much discussed by women, because most uric acid attacks women, especially the elderly. However, in this day and age it is not only the elderly who can get gout, adults can also get this gout. Irianto in his book entitled Public Health Science said that gout is referred to as a degenerative disease because the incidence rate is related to the degeneration process in old age that takes place according to time and age. (Simamora and Saragih 2019).  Research conducted in the scientific journal Permas shows the results that of the 13 causes of gout, most of the causes are diet and lifestyle. So that those who should be more susceptible to gout are men because their serum uric acid levels are higher than women.(Sulistyoningtyas and Khusnul Dwihestie 2022).Community service activity entitled  "Socialization on the Application of Ergonomic Gymnastics to Reduce Blood Pressure in Kabil Village, Kavling Baru, RT 003 RW 013, Danau Indah Punggur" The activity was welcomed by RW 013 Kavling Baru, Punggur with the hope of getting information about handling hypertension and gout, so as to control and prevent various kinds of disorders of the cardiovascular system in the form of hypertension,  heart, or stroke that can interfere with public health.
