This qualitative research aims to explore the role of Strategic Financial Fluency (SFF) as a catalyst for growth in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The study employs a multi-method approach integrating literature review, case studies, and expert interviews to construct a comprehensive understanding of SFF and its impact on MSMEs' growth trajectories. Sampling techniques involve purposive sampling of MSMEs representing diverse industries and geographical locations to ensure comprehensive data collection. Data analysis employs thematic analysis, focusing on identifying patterns and themes related to SFF adoption, utilization, and its influence on business growth. The findings reveal that MSMEs equipped with Strategic Financial Fluency demonstrate higher adaptability, resilience, and growth potential. Moreover, SFF facilitates informed decision-making, efficient resource allocation, and strategic planning, thus fostering sustainable growth in MSMEs. This research contributes to the existing literature by highlighting the pivotal role of financial literacy and strategic financial management in enhancing the competitiveness and growth prospects of MSMEs in a dynamic business environment.

Mangroves have high ecological and economic value for local communities, as spawning grounds, nursery grounds, feeding grounds for marine life, and act as protection against abrasion. Protected mangrove forests provide many choices for coastal communities to meet economic needs. However, the activities and exploitation of humans that increase from time to time can threaten, destroy and even reduce the stability of the life, quantity and quality of mangrove forests. This study aims to determine the physical and chemical parameters of the environment, the species composition and structure of the mangrove forest community in Paradiso Beach, Oesapa Barat Village, Kelapa Lima District, Kupang City. This research is quantitative descriptive. This research is located at Paradiso Beach, Oesapa Barat Village, Kelapa Lima District, Kupang City. Methods of data collection by making observations and recording the results of observations and interviews in the field, analysis in the laboratory and documentation. Data analysis begins with data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that station I had parameters of temperature (270C), pH (8.08), salinity (20.5‰), DO (6.42mg/l) and station II had parameters of temperature (280C), pH (7.99), salinity (21.7‰), DO (7.43 mg/l), the parameters of the two points of this station meet the environmental quality standards for mangrove forest communities. The composition of mangrove forest types at the two station points only consisted of 3 families with 3 mangrove species, namely Sonnetaria alba, Rhizophora apiculata, and Avicennia alba. Community structures of the mangrove forest at station I and station II were categorized as damaged with rare criteria at the tree level, sapling level and seedling level. Importance Value Index (INP) of station I (258%) and station II (222.1%), this shows that Sonneratia alba has a higher level of spatial tenure in mangrove forest communities, diversity index (H') at station I (0.64) and station II (0.71), this shows that the mangrove forest community has environmental stability. and the uniformity index (J') of station I (0.68) and station II (0.76), this shows an unbalanced distribution pattern between tree species in mangrove forest communities, and dominance index (D) of station I (0,61) and Station II (0.51), this shows the concentration and distribution of the dominant Sonneratia alba species in the mangrove forest community of Paradiso Beach, West Oesapa Village, Kelapa Lima District, Kupang City.

Implementation of Corporate Environmental Responsibility or CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is one of the obligations that must be fulfilled by companies in Indonesia which has been regulated through Article 74 paragraph (1) of Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies (UUPT) as a general implementing regulation. corporate social responsibility/CSR in Indonesia and Government Regulation Number 47 of 2012 concerning Social and Environmental Responsibility of Limited Liability Companies as its implementing regulations.

This study delves into implementing multicultural education within Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Indonesia, employing a library research approach and descriptive analysis methods. The study investigates the influence of multicultural education on curriculum development, challenges, opportunities, and its impact on fostering tolerance and understanding among students. Through an extensive academic literature review, the study unveils multifaceted opportunities, including enhanced cultural understanding, promotion of tolerance, enriched educational experiences, and preparation for global citizenship. However, it also uncovers challenges such as resistance to change, resource constraints, and the need for continuous adaptation. The findings underscore the importance of embracing diversity and fostering inclusive learning environments within religious-based schooling. Overall, this study highlights the potential benefits of multicultural education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, emphasizing its role in nurturing culturally competent and globally-aware individuals.

Background: Diarrhea is the biggest contributor to the number one mortality rate among toddlers in Indonesia. Based on data findings from the Denpasar City Health Office, cases of diarrhea under five in Denpasar City from 2020-2022 have increased. Therefore, it is necessary to provide information in the form of a digital map that can be used to find out trends, descriptions of demographic characteristics, and the distribution of cases of diarrhea under five in the city of Denpasar. Methods: This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method. The sample in this study was 354 data from toddler patients with diarrhea. Data collection for arrest is carried out by taking the coordinates of the patient directly in the field. Results: The results of this study indicate that the trend of cases of diarrhea in children under five from 2020-2022 has increased. Based on the incident, the highest cases of diarrhea in toddlers occurred in South Denpasar District and the lowest cases occurred in East Denpasar District. Demographic data shows that diarrhea among toddlers is most common in toddlers aged less than two years and is male and is supported by an unhealthy environment and overcrowding. Conclusion: Therefore the use of the ArcView application can be a solution to make it easier for the Health Office or other health installations to obtain complete information about cases of diarrhea under five from reporting the presentation of statistical data in map form.

The Maluku Province Library and Archives Service found that the physical quality of the space did not meet the requirements, such as no ventilation, air conditioning and only a few windows that were open. This causes a lack of air coming in from outside so that employees feel hot and stuffy in the room. The aim of this research is to determine the physical and bacteriological quality of indoor air on health problems in the Maluku Province Library and Archives Service. The method used in this research is descriptive to determine the physical and bacteriological quality of indoor air on health problems at the Maluku Province Library and Archives Service. The population in this research is the entire library and archives space of Maluku Province. The samples in this research were 2 sample points, namely the reading room and the staff room of the Maluku Province Library and Archives Service. The research results show that lighting, temperature and germ numbers meet the requirements, while humidity does not meet the requirements. In accordance with Minister of Health Regulation No. 2 of 2023 concerning Environmental Health. Comparison of the education systems in Russia and Indonesia by describing the history of Russia's development as a world superpower and detailing the evolution of the Russian education system from the imperial era to the modern era. This article outlines several key points in the history of Russian education, including the role of education during the empire, the impact of the October Revolution of 1917, the Soviet Union period, and modern educational reform under the leadership of Vladimir Putin.The discussion covers various aspects, such as curriculum changes, improving the quality of education, modernizing infrastructure, and the role of religion in the education system. Introduction : Smart hospital is an emerging and fast-developing innovation in the context of a rapid increase of internet users, an increasing demand for high-quality medical resources, and an aging population worldwide. It generally involves the use of the optimized and automated processes built on an information and communications technology (ICT) environment, especially based on the Internet of things (IoT), to offer assessment, consultation, direct treatment, services, and integrated care. This innovation has the potential and has already gained initial evidence to improve healthcare access, efficiency, or even effectiveness. Yet, along with these positive impacts and promises, a number of issues and challenges also appear.Methods: Study This is study quantitative with design survey research. Study This done on the month of June 2023. Instruments used in study This use questionnaire with the HOT-Fit method consisting of the 47 questions divided in 6 groups question namely: Human, Organization, Technology, Knowledge Users Regulations and Benefits. Subject for this study is hospital managers, administration staff and health workers. Data analysis using analysis multivariate .Result: 22 hospital state that digitization service health to a very smart hospital important one of them is applied For increase quality service House hurts and improves satisfaction patient. In application of smart hospital Sick need integrate between technology, service and regulation.Conclusion : Smart hospitals can influence health and medical policies and create new medical values by defining and quantitatively measuring detailed indicators based on data collected from existing hospitals. Radio Communications Media of the Republic of Indonesia (RRI) Aims to: Objectives 1) To find out the role of one of the communication media, in this case Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Biak, which is used as a means of information presented by Radio in the form of news events, information and environmental education to the community through non-formal channels. 2) To find out the responses given by the community regarding radio programs/broadcasts related to the environment. Subjective Objectives to fulfill one of the requirements in completing a bachelor's degree at the North Sulawesi University of Technology. To find out the expectations and experiences of the listeners of RRI Biak, the data collection technique in this study was the data triangulation method. Document analysis is carried out before respondents or informants, direct interviews will be conducted with respondents or informants along with direct observations in the field. The data analysis used in this research is using qualitative analysis. Data analysis is a process in which the data is simplified into a form that is easier to read and interpret. This research was also conducted in the Biak Numfor City area of ​​RRI Biak, with the criteria of the respondents being radio broadcast listeners. Based on the results of interviews with several respondents or informants, it can be concluded several things as follows: RRI can be a bridge or link of information to the community regarding an event or events that occur.

Every company always wants to achieve its goals while maintaining its existence in society. A company needs humans as implementers to achieve its expectations. Behind the success of a company, it is actually inseparable from the role of leaders who contribute to it. In addition to the role of leaders, employees will be able to carry out their activities well, if supported by good working environment conditions. This study aims to determine and explain the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang. The object of this study is employees of PT Apparel One Indonesia 1, especially the production department with a total population of 1950 employees and a sample of 95. The data collection technique in this study uses random sampling, where everyone in the target population has an equal opportunity to be selected. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination test. The research data processing used SPSS version 25. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang, 2. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang, 3. Leadership style and work environment together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang.

Increasingly advanced technological developments can also have negative impacts. One of them is cybercrime, namely phishing. The existence of phishing will also refer to a scam or fraud. This research aims to increase public knowledge in the Bandarharjo village environment about the dangers of phishing and scams in daily life. This community service activity is an effort to increase community knowledge. The method of transmitting the material is through giving lectures, discussions, and distributing leaflets. The use of these methods and media is effectively applied to increase public awareness regarding the dangers of phishing and scams. According to the evaluation carried out, the level of public knowledge has improved and they are aware of the importance of socialization regarding phishing-type cybercrimes. It is hoped that this activity can have a positive impact and long-term benefits in raising awareness of the dangers of cybercrime in the future in people's daily lives

Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a crucial role in organizational development, including in Early Childhood Education (ECE). The focus of this research is Tulip Integrated PAUD in Rungkut Tengah Village, Surabaya. Early childhood (0-6 years) enters the golden age period where their learning patterns are based on imitation. This research aims to improve the effectiveness of early childhood learning and socialization at Tulip Integrated PAUD through the implementation of HRM. The main problems involve children's diverse characters, lack of activities, and differences in parents' mindsets. The implementation method consists of four stages: (1) introduction to the members of Tulip Integrated PAUD, (2) introducing the concept of HR Management, (3) providing active and expressive learning to students, and (4) evaluation and monitoring.The results showed that the socialization of HR Management positively contributed to the management of human resources at Tulip Integrated PAUD. Emphasis on fun and expressive teaching patterns increases early childhood participation in learning and social activities. Continuous evaluation and monitoring are needed to ensure continuity and improvement. In conclusion, the implementation of HRM and engaging learning approaches can improve the effectiveness of PAUD organizations. It creates a conducive environment for optimal early childhood development, by involving teachers, committees, and parents as part of integrated human resource management.

Regency roads are local roads which do not include roads connecting the district capital to other districts, but their network is diverse as a link for local activities, namely connector roads between villages, between sub-districts, production center roads and environmental roads in residential areas. This research focuses on roads in Kaur Selatan District and Maje District, Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province with a total length of 128.50 km with a total of 68 sections. There are several sub-district roads which are a road network that is integrated with national roads. In general, this road section is often used by various types of vehicles, from light to heavy vehicles. Utilization of roads that do not match their class and the influence of the weather climate in areas that are quite extreme result in landslides so that the road body becomes narrow and heavily damaged. As a result of damage to existing roads, community activities are hampered. The purpose of this research is to provide information to the Bengkulu Regency government in preparing priority planning, determining the type of pavement that is appropriate to the location of the road section and determining the calculation of the costs required. The results of research and calculations show that the cost required for road repairs is IDR. 70,788,844,000 for a period of 5 years. The priority scale consists of 17 sections with a cost of Rp. 57,541,204,000.

The present study was conducted during school closure during the pandemic period, from 2020 to 2022. This study aims to explore teachers’ responses to the difficulties in using the online platform, and how teachers cope with the challenges in running online classes. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and document analysis. The study participants were seven junior high school teachers in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara. They had mixed work experiences. The results of the study showed that teachers responded differently to the demand for teaching using an online platform. Most teachers conducted online classes on a pro forma basis in order to comply with government policies. They viewed themselves unprepared to participate in online classes. The study also found teachers’ difficulties in teaching online classes due to students’ lack of adequate knowledge, skills and motivation in utilizing the online platforms provided by their schools. The study concludes that there is a need for comprehensive training and support for teachers to effectively adapt to online teaching methods. Additionally, it suggests that schools should invest in improving students' digital literacy skills to enhance their engagement and success in online learning environments.    

Introduction of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (CHLB) from an early age is very good for educating and instilling awareness of the importance of cleanliness as an effort to maintain personal health and the environment in an ideal condition, so that we can avoid attacks from various diseases such as diarrhea, worms, toothache, Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (dengue fever) etc. This community service activity aims to introduce CHLB to Dharma Wanita Sebewe Kindergarten students so that students are able to cultivate a culture of clean and healthy living in the school environment and in the family environment. The activity was attended by 20 students. The introduction to CHLB was carried out using a lecture method using stand-X Banner media and direct practice by giving examples to students with song accompaniment, then students followed and practiced again in turns. The types of CHLB that are exemplified and practiced together with students are: washing hands using soap and running water, brushing teeth properly and correctly and disposing of rubbish by separating organic and inorganic waste. All students were very enthusiastic and active in participating in a series of community service activities from start to finish.

Online lectures have become the wrong option in our digital age. Therefore, in this online lecture procedure, the lecturer was required to be able to produce media and lecture approaches. A favorable learning environment, student participation, lecturer performance during instruction, lecture media, and method are a few of the variables that affect the attainment of lecture skills. This study aims to investigate and characterize the efforts made by lecturers to increase student engagement in online courses. This study used a case study approach to qualitative research as its methodology. The study's findings indicate that there are numerous challenges facing online lectures in the current digital era, including a dearth of engaged students, a lack of infrastructure and resources for lecturers and students, as well as network and Internet issues and data availability quotas. All of the lectures given in online classrooms by professors have an impact. The study's findings suggest that lecturers should try to be innovative and creative during the stages of preparing, implementing, and evaluating lectures online.

This study aims to explore the role of English proficiency in accounting information systems, as well as its implications for global financial reporting. The study was conducted for one month in January 2024 at STIE Ganesha, involving 20 college students. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews and observation. The findings show that English proficiency has a significant impact on the use of accounting information systems and understanding of global financial reporting. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of developing English language skills among accounting students and professionals to improve the quality of financial reporting accessed globally. This research is important because it fills a gap in understanding of the role of English proficiency in accounting information systems for global financial reporting. The implication is that a better understanding of the relationship between English proficiency and needs in the context of accounting information systems will help prepare accounting students for more success in their careers, especially in an increasingly connected global business environment. In addition, this research can also provide new insights for educational institutions and the world of work in designing curricula and training that are more relevant and effective in preparing accounting professionals to deal with future global challenges.
