The attendance process at SMK Swasta Dwitunggal 2 Tanjung Morawa is still carried out manually, potentially causing inefficiency, delays, and inaccuracies in attendance data. This condition results in the difficulty of managing attendance data and less than optimal support for managerial decision-making in the school environment. This study aims to design an Enterprise Architecture (EA) for a school attendance system using the TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) framework. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. The analysis is carried out through mapping existing conditions (AS-IS) and designing expected conditions (TO-BE) in several TOGAF ADM phases, including business architecture, information system architecture, technology architecture, as well as the Opportunities and Solutions and Migration Planning phases. The results of the study are an enterprise architecture blueprint and a migration roadmap that can serve as guidelines for the gradual implementation of a technology based attendance system. This design is expected to improve the efficiency of attendance management, data accuracy, and support the decision-making process in schools.

This research explores the integration of Enterprise Architecture (EA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimize strategic decision-making in digital service-oriented organizations. These organizations often face challenges such as fragmented decision-making due to disconnected IT systems and limited data-driven insights. The objective of the study is to develop an integrated framework that combines EA and AI to enhance decision-making accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment. The study employs design science research methodology, involving the development of the framework, expert validation, and testing in simulated organizational scenarios. The findings reveal that the integrated framework improves decision-making by providing real-time, data-driven insights, predictive analytics, and better alignment with organizational goals. AI's role in analyzing large datasets and generating actionable insights allows decision-makers to anticipate future trends and make more informed decisions. The framework significantly outperforms traditional EA approaches, particularly in terms of predictive decision support and adaptive intelligence. The study concludes that the integration of EA and AI provides a robust solution for organizations looking to improve strategic decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and stay competitive in dynamic business environments.

The main issue in implementing enterprise architecture (EA) for housekeeping services at PT Trisarana Aditama Mitra is the operational and technological risks that may hinder the success of digital transformation. This research utilizes the TOGAF framework as a systematic approach to identify, assess, and manage risks during EA development and deployment. The results indicate that applying TOGAF can mitigate risks related to human resources, technology systems, and business processes, thereby improving the efficiency and quality of housekeeping services.

The Zachman Framework is one of the methods that can be used to design systems in a structured and comprehensive manner. This study aims to apply the Zachman Framework to design the academic system at SMA Al Kautsar Bandar Lampung, resulting in a blueprint that serves as a guide for system development. The research method involves mapping each perspective in the Zachman Framework, namely Planner (scope), Owner (business model), Designer (system model), and Builder (technology implementation). The findings indicate that the Zachman Framework ensures that all essential aspects of the system are considered, resulting in a structured enterprise architecture design that is efficient and meets stakeholder needs. Furthermore, this framework has proven effective in integrating data and synergizing business functions in the academic section, supporting optimal operations. The implications of this study suggest that the Zachman Framework can serve as an alternative solution for designing and developing an organized, directed, and easily implementable academic system, thus improving the efficiency of business processes in educational institutions.

Information technology (IT) has developed rapidly and is known to be the most important part of all aspects of life, such as education, business, and also government. Information technology allows organizations to increase efficiency and create innovative solutions and has an important role in improving the accountability of public services, especially in the aspect of government. The development of technology in the government aspect has an important role. One of the innovations in Indonesia is the SRIKANDI (Integrated Dynamic Archives Information System) application. SRIKANDI is an application developed to digitize archive and document management in government. The development of enterprise architecture in government institutions is crucial in ensuring that information systems can support processes effectively and efficiently. This research aims to develop enterprise architecture using the TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) method on the SRIKANDI application at the Baturraden District Office. The SRIKANDI application, which is an Integrated Dynamic Archive Information System, plays an important role in digitizing government archive management. The TOGAF method was chosen for its comprehensive approach in designing, implementing, and managing information system architecture.

Currently, SMAN 3 Sidoarjo does not have an enterprise architecture and integrated data. To increase the utilization of IT and IS at SMAN 3 Sidoarjo, development through enterprise architecture is needed. The essence of this proposal is to plan an architectural effort as an aid to improving IS and IT at SMAN 3 Sidoarjo in the future. The method used is The Open Group Architecture Framework – Architecture Development Method (TOGAF ADM). The information obtained utilizes qualitative research obtained from observations, document studies and interviews. The continued impact of this research is business architecture, data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture. The selected design content includes application portfolio catalog, application/organization matrix, logical data diagram and computer network diagram. It is believed that this recommendation can be a reference for improving or developing IS and IT at SMAN 3 Sidoarjo to realize the vision and mission of SMAN 3 Sidoarjo through business architecture, information systems architecture and technology architecture..

Information systems and technology have many important roles for higher education, such as improving quality to support operations, management and decision-making functions. Most of the information systems currently available are not widely available and are not yet integrated with each other. One of them is within the Faculty of Science and Technology (SAINTEK). An information technology integration service is needed to meet user needs in accessing, using, and utilizing information systems. The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) is a framework for enterprise architecture that provides a comprehensive approach to planning, designing, and implementing enterprise information architecture, adopting 5 phases of the 10 existing phases, namely, Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, and Technology Architecture the results of this research are architectures from these 5 phases so that they can provide an overview and ease of information technology integration.

The Islamic Student Association (HMI) is an umbrella organization with a clear model of being Indonesian and Islamic, providing a platform to train and develop leaders with honesty and quality determination, faith and responsibility. The factors that provide direction within the organization to adopt an Enterprise Architecture (EA) system are aimed at enhancing what the organization needs. Enterprise architecture or what can be called Enterprise Architecture (EA) is a description of the task in question consisting of knowledge, actions, direction from the organization and architectural performance parameters in the description of the design or plan and development of an integrated system. TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) is a framework that is widely used in creating enterprise or organizational architectures. TOGAF offers methods and tools for creating, running, implementing, and maintaining enterprise architectures in existing systems. The results of this study are in the form of a blueprint that is expected to be useful for organizations as material to assist IT development in HMI.
