Physical condition is a very important aspect to support a student's achievement, so condition factors must be considered by students. The aim of this research was to determine and assess the level of physical condition of football extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Purwosari. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive survey design, the variable studied is the level of physical condition. In this study, the samples were taken from all students who were active in taking part in extracurricular football at SMA Negei 1 Purwosari, totaling 30 students. The results of the physical condition of extracurricular football students at SMA Negeri 1 Purwosari obtained several criteria, namely: the 30 meter sprint test of 30 students got a frequency of 15 with a percentage of 50% and was included in the poor category. In the T-test, the frequency was 15 with a percentage of 50% and was included in the medium criteria. In the Sit and Reach test, the frequency was 19 with a percentage of 63.3% and was included in the good criteria. In the Standing Long Jump test, the frequency was 20 with a percentage of 66.7% and was included in the medium criteria. In the Yo-yo Test, the frequency was 13 with a percentage of 47.6% and was included in the medium criteria. In the Push-up test, the frequency was 20 with a percentage of 66.7% and was included in the medium criteria. It is hoped that by conducting this research, students can further improve their physical condition so they can play optimally.

Abstract. This study analyzed the effectiveness and impact of extracurricular programs at SMP Nurul Huda in Bogor Regency, Indonesia, aiming to identify areas for improvement in fostering holistic student development.  The research employed a qualitative approach, gathering data through interviews with eleven students and one teacher, supplemented by direct observation of extracurricular activities and document review.  Findings revealed that the effectiveness of the four extracurricular programs (scouting, pencak silat, flag raising team, and archery) was moderate, indicating significant room for improvement.  Interviews with students and teachers highlighted the need for enhanced performance in competitions, more structured evaluation methods, and increased oversight from school administration.  To optimize the programs' impact, the study recommends improvements in student performance, more robust evaluation systems, stronger administrative oversight, enhanced resources, and professional development for instructors.  These changes would better support the holistic development of students and contribute to a more effective extracurricular program.   Keywords: effectiveness , extracurricular activities, students   Abstrak. Penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas dan dampak program ekstrakurikuler di SMP Nurul Huda, Kabupaten Bogor, Indonesia, dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi area peningkatan untuk pengembangan holistik siswa.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dengan sebelas siswa dan satu guru, dilengkapi dengan observasi langsung kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan peninjauan dokumen.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas empat program ekstrakurikuler (pramuka, pencak silat, paskibra, dan panahan) berada pada tingkat sedang, yang mengindikasikan adanya ruang yang signifikan untuk perbaikan.  Wawancara dengan siswa dan guru menyoroti perlunya peningkatan prestasi dalam kompetisi, metode evaluasi yang lebih terstruktur, dan pengawasan yang lebih ketat dari pihak sekolah.  Untuk mengoptimalkan dampak program, penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan prestasi siswa, sistem evaluasi yang lebih kuat, pengawasan administrasi yang lebih efektif, peningkatan sumber daya, dan pengembangan profesional bagi instruktur.  Perubahan-perubahan ini akan lebih mendukung pengembangan holistik siswa dan berkontribusi pada program ekstrakurikuler yang lebih efektif.   Kata kunci: efektivitas, ekstrakurikuler, siswa

This study aims to analyze in depth the role of drumband extracurricular activities in developing motor and cognitive abilities of early childhood at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 50 Kindergarten, Surabaya. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and the distribution of questionnaires involving teachers, parents, and students as research subjects. The results show that drumband activities provide a positive contribution to the development of gross and fine motor skills of children, especially through rhythmic movement exercises, hand-eye coordination, and body control when playing musical instruments. In addition to motor aspects, drumband activities also play a role in improving children's cognitive abilities, such as concentration, memory, the ability to follow instructions, and understanding musical patterns and rhythms. Children's active participation in drumband activities also helps shape discipline, the ability to work together in groups, and increases children's self-confidence. Thus, drumband extracurricular activities can be used as an effective and enjoyable learning medium to support the motor and cognitive development of early childhood holistically and sustainably.

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bentuk kegiatan yang dilakukan ekstrakurikuler KIR SMK Negeri 1 Mojosongo yang dapat menguatkan kreativitas dan berpikir kritis pada anggota KIR. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Strategi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi analisis. Subjek penelitian ini adalah waka kesiswaan, pembina, dan anggota ekstrakurikuler kelompok ilmiah remaja. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahannya menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif dengan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa bentuk kegiatan yang dilakukan di ekstrakurikuler KIR meliputi kegiatan penelitian dan perlombaan. Dalam tahapan kegiatan penelitian telah memuat kelima indikator penguatan berpikir kritis yaitu ketrampilan menganalisis pada kegiatan pengujian, ketrampilan mensintesis/menggabungkan pada kegiatan perolehan informasi dari jurnal, ketrampilan memecahkan masalah, ketrampilan menyimpulkan serta ketrampilan mengevalusi pada setiap tahapan penelitian. Selain itu kreativitas para anggota selalu diasah dengan kegiatan penemuan ide/tema penelitian yang akan dilakukan. Kata Kunci : Kreativitas, Berpikir Kritis, Kelompok Ilmiah Remaja ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the form of extracurricular activities carried out by SMK N 1 Mojosongo KIR which can strengthen creativity and critical thinking in KIR members. This research method was a qualitative descriptive method. The research strategy used was an analysis study. The subjects of this study were the vice principal of student affairs, the supervisor, and members of the extracurricular youth scientific group. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The validity test of the data used was by using source triangulation and method triangulation. The research data was analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques with an interactive analysis model. The results of this study could be concluded that the forms of activities carried out in the KIR extracurricular were research and competition activities. In the research activity stage, there are 5 indicators of strengthening critical thinking such as analytical skills in testing activities, synthesis skills/combining information acquisition activities from journals, problem-solving skills, conclusion skills and evaluation skills for each stage of the research. In addition, the creativity of the members is always honed through activities to find ideas/themes for research to be carried out. Keywords : Creativity, Critical Thinking, Youth Scientific Group

This study aims to analyze the level of interest of male students in grades 7-8 in Volleyball Extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 5 Surabaya. The background of this study is based on the fact that the majority of male students prefer other Extracurricular activities compared to Volleyball, even though SMP Negeri 5 Surabaya has a dynamic Extracurricular program. Analysis of student interest in this activity is still rarely done, so this study focuses on the interest of male students in grades 7-8 in participating in Volleyball Extracurricular. The type of quantitative descriptive research with a questionnaire method. The population in this study were students who actively participated in Volleyball Extracurricular activities totaling 22 students, with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a quota approach. The researcher set a quota of 13 respondents / 13 male students in grades 7-8 who came from members of the Volleyball Extracurricular at SMP Negeri 5 Surabaya. The results of the study showed interest in Extracurricular activities among male students in grades 7-8 at SMP Negeri 5 Surabaya, the majority of male students were included in the high category of 38.46%. It is concluded that the interest of male students who participate in the Volleyball Extracurricular at SMP Negeri 5 Surabaya is in the high category.

This study aims to determine the effect of the hoop target game on improving free throw skills among extracurricular basketball participants of grade X at SMA Negeri 1 Subang. The background of this research is based on the importance of free throw ability as one of the fundamental techniques that significantly influence success in basketball games, while many students still experience difficulties in achieving shooting accuracy. The research method employed was an experimental approach with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The study population consisted of all 15 students participating in the basketball extracurricular program, who were also used as the research sample through a total sampling technique. The instrument used to collect data was a free throw shooting test. The validity test produced a coefficient of 0.860 and reliability of 0.750, indicating that the instrument was feasible to use. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and significance testing. The pretest results showed a minimum score of 1, maximum of 5, mean of 3.00, and a standard deviation of 1.195. Meanwhile, the posttest results indicated a minimum score of 3, maximum of 8, mean of 4.933, and a standard deviation of 1.222. The hypothesis test produced a significance value of p = 0.000 < 0.05, confirming that the hoop target training method had a significant effect on improving free throw ability. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the hoop target game as a training method is effective in enhancing the free throw skills of basketball extracurricular participants at SMA Negeri 1 Subang. This research is expected to serve as a reference for physical education teachers and coaches in developing more varied and effective training methods to improve basic basketball skills.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis bagaimana implementasi nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Binjai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan naturalistik inquiry studi kasus.Data dikumpulkan melalui pengamatandan wawancara.Keabsahan data diperkuat dengan mengonfirmasi hasil observasi dan wawancara. Untuk menguji kredibilitas data, dilakukan pengamatan yang lebih lama, peningkatan ketelitian, triangulasi data, member check, dan referensi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi nilai-nilai multikultural di SMK Negeri 1 Binjai memiliki beberapa aspek sebagai berikut:1) pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara terpadu melalui kegiatan intrakurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler. 2) Peran kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa memiliki peranan penting dan pemahaman yang sama dalam pengembangan nilai-nilai multikultural, yang berpengaruh positif dalam membangun karakter peserta didik.. 3) Program kurikulum internasional (Cambridge) dirancang untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk terlibat secara langsung dan interaktif dengan dunia, serta mendorong pendekatan pembelajaran aktif yang memandu siswa menjadi fasih dan memiliki pengetahuan luas dalam berbagai mata pelajaran. 4) Program ini juga berusaha merangkul keragaman yang ada dalam hati siswa, seperti latar belakang etnis, keyakinan agama, dan cita-cita, dengan tujuan menciptakan individu yang mampu bersosialisasi dengan budaya yang berbeda. 5)SMK Negeri 1 Binjai merupakan tempat pertemuan antara peserta didik dan guru yang berasal dari latar belakang yang berbeda, yang memiliki ide, keyakinan, dan nilai yang beragam. Festival dan acara budaya diadakan untuk mengekspresikan keragaman multikultural tersebut. 6)Seluruh orang di lingkungan sekolah sangat waspaddan berkomitmen dalam menerapkan kebijakan no bullying (bebas penindasan). Dengan demikian,penelitian ini menyajikan gambaran tentang penerapan nilai-nilai multikultural dalam membangun karakter peserta didik yang beragam budaya.

This research focuses on the implementation of student management that has been applied through extracurricular activities. The research was conducted using several research instruments, such as observation, interviews, distribution of questionnaires and documentation. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of extracurricular activities in improving non-academic achievements, especially since many students are currently less interested in participating in extracurricular activities. The subjects of the research included the principal, extracurricular activity supervisors, and students from grades V, V, and VI, with 15 students selected from each grade. The research was conducted at SDN Jaddih over a period of approximately 1 month. From the research, it was found that there is an effectiveness of extracurricular activities at SDN Jaddih 5 in improving non-academic achievements. SDN Jaddih 5 successfully became the overall champion in the scouting competition. In addition, students benefit from the existence of these extracurricular activities.

Kebugaran jasmani adalah kondisi yang diinginkan oleh semua manusia. Dengan memiliki kebugaran jasmani yang baik, seseorang bisa dilihat lebih dinamis dan penuh semangat, serta meningkatkan produktivitas kerja individu. Futsal adalah olahraga tim yang mengandalkan aktivitas dan intensitas tinggi, sehingga memerlukan atlet dengan kebugaran jasmani yang baik. Pemain futsal yang ideal memiliki kondisi fisik dan kemampuan yang baik, seperti memiliki daya tahan, daya ledak otot tungkai, kecepatan, dan kelincahan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji tingkat kebugaran jasmani. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode survei memakai desain deskriptif kuantitatif dalam bentuk persentase. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu seluruh peserta yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMA Negeri 1 Pesanggaran sebanyak 30 siswa. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia (TKJI) usia 16-19 tahun dan instrument non-tes berupa observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 30 siswa yang di survei, 1 siswa memiliki persentase 3,3% termasuk dalam klasifikasi “baik sekali”, 9 siswa dengan persentase 30% tergolong dalam klasifikasi “baik”, 7 siswa mempunyai persentase 23,3% tergolong klasifikasi “sedang”, 11 siswa presentase 36,7% masuk dalam klasifikasi “kurang”, 2 siswa memiliki persentase 6,7% tergolong dalam klasifikasi “kurang sekali”. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri 1 Pesanggaran mempunyai tingkat kebugaran jasmani tergolong dalam kriteria “kurang”. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa peningkatan kebugaran jasmani sangat penting untuk mendukung prestasi siswa. Penelitian ini diharapan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran siswa untuk menjaga kebugaran jasmani dan memotivasi mereka untuk meningkatkannya.

Penelitian ini mengkaji pentingnya keterampilan desain antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) bagi siswa SMP, SMA, dan SMK dalam menghadapi tuntutan industri digital. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program pembelajaran Academy Figma dalam meningkatkan kompetensi desain siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, yang meliputi riset pasar dan analisis kebutuhan untuk merancang kurikulum yang sesuai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang prinsip dasar desain UI/UX serta keterampilan praktis dalam menggunakan Figma. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa Academy Figma berperan penting dalam menjembatani kesenjangan antara kurikulum pendidikan formal dan kebutuhan industri, serta mempersiapkan siswa dengan keterampilan yang relevan untuk bersaing di pasar kerja global. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi inisiatif pendidikan lainnya dalam bidang desain digital.

Based on the above background, the formulation of the problem in the study is "How is the Implementation of Extracurricular Learning in Sinaran Songs at SMK Negeri 7 Palembang" This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach to examine how extracurricular learning of "sinaran" songs at SMK Negeri 7 Palembang takes place based on its quality. In line with the chosen approach, the method used in this study is a descriptive method. This method is used to recognize and describe the actual state of the research object in accordance with the findings during the research in the field, regarding extracurricular learning of the song "sinaran" at SMK Negeri 7 Palembang.From the discussion above, it can be said that the teaching method used by the trainer in this extracurricular activity is successful. Students who were initially not skilled in playing musical instruments have made significant progress. Previously, they lacked confidence when performing in public, but now they are showing an increase in confidence. Researchers concluded that coaches not only focus on skill development, but also on strengthening students' mentality to be more confident when performing. The conclusion that the researcher can describe in this discussion is that the method applied by the trainer has advantages and disadvantages. The advantages of the peer tutor method applied by the trainer can make students more comfortable in interacting because it creates a learning atmosphere that tends to be relaxed, can increase confidence, reduce pressure or be less afraid to make mistakes in acting or asking questions.

This research aims to determine the level of volleyball playing skills among volleyball extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 8 Prabumulih. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research, using a survey method, namely collecting data regarding basic technical skills tests in volleyball at SMP Negeri 8 Prabumulih. The sample in this study was 21 men's volleyball extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 8 Prabumulih using a saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique uses the basic technical skills test method for playing volleyball. The data analysis technique uses a percentage formula. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the level of basic volleyball technical skills from the results of calculations using the T-Score formula in volleyball games for extracurricular volleyball students at SMP Negeri 8 Prabumulih obtained the number of basic bottom serve techniques with six opportunities to get the highest score was 26, the lowest score was 14 and an average of 19.33. The basic top passing technique using 60 seconds obtained the highest score of 25, the lowest score was 14, and the average was 17.76. The basic smash technique obtained the best points and times was 17 and 4.1 seconds, while the worst points and times were 7 and 12 seconds, and the average smash test results for points and times were 11.43 and 8.93.

This research aims to describe the learning of Mutei Kawe dance movement patterns in extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 2 Tebing Tinggi. This research uses qualitative research methods which can be interpreted as philosophical research methods used to study certain populations or samples, collect data using research instruments and analyze qualitative/statistical data. The results of the research show that 1). The teacher's preparation before carrying out extracurricular activities was very good, before learning started the teacher instructed students to immediately change into practical clothes and form neat and orderly lines. 2). The learning process for extracurricular dance activities at SMP Negeri 2 Tebing Tinggi is in the good category. Learning is carried out in 3 stages of activities, namely learning the initial movements, core movements and final movements and students are able to dance the Mutei Kawe dance. 3). And the extracurricular evaluation of the Mutei Kawe dance art used is a practical test by practicing the Mutei Kawe dance in groups in the form of individual assessments. month, namely 4-5x meetings.

This research aims to determine the effect of jump to box training on the lay up shoot ability of basketball extracurricular students at SMK NEGERI 2 Palembang. This research uses an experimental method. This research is a quantitative research that uses the "One Group Pretest - Posttest Design" research design method. The sample used is 20 male students. There is one assessment in this research, namely the lay up shoot ability of extracurricular students. basketball. The analysis technique uses the "t-test" method. After carrying out the exercises and carrying out the Posttest, there was an increase in the average of 38.5 from the previous Pretest only getting an average of 27.3, as well as the hypothesis results for the lay up shoot ability of extracurricular basketball students. shows that the calculated t value is greater than the t table, namely 27.5 > 1.73, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, this shows that the jump to box training method has an influence on the results of the lay up shoot ability of basketball extracurricular students at SMK NEGERI 2 Palembang.

This study aims to improve the quality of lower passing in volleyball extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 2 Tungkal Jaya by developing a model of lower passing training through small games in the final product of the book. This type of research is research and development (Reseach & Development) using the ADDIE model, this model consists of five stages including: 1) analyze, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, 5) Evaluation. This research produces products that are validated by material experts, and media experts. The resulting product was tested on students who participated in volleyball extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 2 Tungkal Jaya through small-scale trials and large-scale trials using Questionnaire Data. The data obtained from the Small Group Trial got a percentage of 90.16% and the data obtained from the Large Group Trial got a percentage of 88.94%.

The purpose of the study was to determine how much the resilience of volleyball extracurricular student training at SMA Muhammadiyah Makarti Jaya in the 2023/2024 school year. The research method uses a survey method with a single variable type. The population in the resilience study amounted to 15 female students in volleyball extracurricular activities and the sample was taken from a total population of 15 female students. Data collection techniques using online questionnaire distribution using Google Form. The reliability value of the questionnaire based on resilience indicators including emotion regulation (0.8422) with a total of 9 items, impulse control (0.8066) with a total of 6 items, optimism (0.8066) with a total of 5 items, and self-efficacy (0.7090) with a total of 5 items, The data grouping analysis technique uses a Likert scale. The results of the study are in accordance with the indicators that the average athlete who has good emotional regulation in extracurricular activities is 36.33 (46%) with good criteria. The average athlete's ability to impulse control is 24.73 (53%) with very good criteria. The average athlete's ability to deal with optimism during training is 23.53 (47%) with good criteria. The average athlete's ability to solve self-efficacy problems during training is 16.46 (33%) with good criteria. In the overall answer of the student group, the results of the Interval value of all students' answers were 33% very good, 33% good, and 33% of students' answers were sufficient. The validity hypothesis test shows the results with a significant level of 5%, therefore getting the results of r count> r table with r table 0.553 with a valid statement. Based on data analysis and discussion of the research results, it can be concluded that there are student resilience disorders that are in accordance with the indicators of each question item given to students who experience resilience disorders. The majority of students with low resilience levels will show answers that match what is inside the student according to the wishes of the heart.

This study aims to evaluate the effect of Agility Hurdle Drills and Agility Ring Drills on increasing the agility of students who take part in soccer extracurriculars at MA Al-Furqon Pampangan. Agility is a very important physical ability in the game of soccer, especially in fast movement, changing direction, and avoiding opponents. This research used a Pretest-Posttest Control Group design with research subjects of 25 students divided into two groups. The first group was given training using the Agility Hurdle Drills method, while the second group used the Agility Ring Drills method. The training program was carried out over 16 meetings, and students' agility was measured using a shuttle run test before (pre-test) and after (post-test) the training program. The research results showed that both training methods provided a significant increase in students' agility, as proven through statistical analysis. Although both methods were effective, there was variation in agility gains among participants, indicating the need for a more personalized approach to training. This research provides evidence that Agility Hurdle Drills and Agility Ring Drills are effective methods in improving student agility, and can be implemented in other soccer training programs to improve player performance.

The problem in this research is how many factors influence students' motivation in taking part in extracurricular football activities at SMP Negeri 1 Talang Kelapa Banyuasin, including intrinsic and extrinsic factors. This research aims to identify how much factors influence student motivation in participating in extracurricular football activities at school, including intrinsic and extrinsic factors. This research is quantitative research using motivational methods and collecting information or data using questionnaires. Based on the results of the research carried out using the questionnaire method, the results showed that in general the motivation of students in participating in extracurricular football at SMP Negeri 1 Talang Kelapa Banyuasin was in the very high category. This is shown by the percentage value obtained from student motivation of 55% which is categorized as very high while 45% is categorized as high. Based on the results of the research and discussion above, extracurricular football at SMP Negeri 1 Talang Kelapa Banyuasin is in the very high category.

This study aims to describe the planning, implementation and impact of Drumband Extracurricular in developing students' talents and interests at SMP Negeri 38 Padang. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive method.  The research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The steps of analyzing data are data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawn. Based on the results of the presentation of data, it can be concluded that: the initial plan to hold a drumband extracurricular was due to the proposal of the student's guardian realized by the junior high school. The drumband extracurricular structure was selected through deliberation of all junior high school ranks. The members of the drumband are taken from grades 7 and 8 through selection. The implementation of drumband extracurricular activities every Saturday and Sunday morning. Before starting, condition the drumband members to get together. Then divide several groups according to musical instruments. The coach gave an example first, after that it was followed by students. After the practice is over, pray together and give motivation from the coach. The impact of drumband extracurricular activities on the development of students' talents and interests is that students can develop their talents and interests outside the classroom. Discipline to time and establish good cooperation between members. Students are more enthusiastic about learning about drumband musical instruments.

This research aims to describe how demonstration and drill methods are applied in the drum band extracurricular activity process at UNP Laboratory Development High School. This type of research is qualitative research that uses descriptive methods. The instrument for this research was the researcher himself and was assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery, camera and voice recorder. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The technical steps of data analysis are collecting data, identifying data and drawing conclusions. The results of research on the application of demonstration and drill methods to extracurricular drum band at the UNP Development Laboratory High School show a significant increase in the technical skills and harmony of students who are members of the extracurricular drum band. The demonstration method proved effective in explaining basic techniques and fostering initial understanding, although some students required repeat demonstrations for more complex techniques. Repeated use of drills increases consistency and precision of play, although some students require additional practice to achieve consistency in advanced techniques. Overall, students were satisfied with the training methods applied, but students wanted more variety in training to maintain their motivation and interest.
