Sustainable Food Yard (P2L) is one of the priority programs in maintaining community food security. However, in the implementation of the program there are still problems, including the late delivery of assistance which has an impact on the delay in the implementation of activities so that the P2L program does not run in accordance with the technical instructions that have been issued each year, and assistance that is less than optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the program to increase diversification and community food security through sustainable food yard activities (P2L) in farm women's groups in South Tangerang City. The method in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data collection techniques used three ways, observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Then the collected data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results showed that the achievement of the program has not yet shown the expected effectiveness due to the delay in disbursement of funds which has an impact on the delay in the implementation of activities and has not yet achieved the program objectives in fulfilling food and nutrition sources, especially for stunting so that it has not been able to contribute to helping Posyandu in providing animal protein in the stunting locus determined by the Mayor of South Tangerang. The integration indicator is not yet fully effective because there are still farm women groups that have not received intensive assistance from the program assistants. In addition, the implementation of P2L procedures applied in South Tangerang City has not been maximized because the concept of seedling houses is not suitable for the hot conditions in South Tangerang City. The adaptation indicator has not run optimally because the use of facilities and infrastructure for P2L activities is still limited to conventional agricultural tools.

One of the efforts to overcome stunting is by providing additional food with sea fish and carrying out anthropometric measurements. In order to evaluate this, a community service program is needed as a form of program implementation. The aim is that through the implementation program the effectiveness of anthropometric measurements and feeding will be known. The community service method used is a pilot method. The steps include studying phenomena that exist in society, identifying problems based on previous research, prioritizing problems and determining locations, then implementing programs, evaluating programs and preparing reports. The target population is children under 5 years old in Manani II Village, Tomohon. The instruments used were questionnaires for demographic data and anthropometric measurements for primary data. Data was processed univariately with descriptive analysis. Community service results show that the number of toddlers who are underweight and whose height is less than normal for their age is 4 children (16.6%), and there are still mothers who have toddlers who don't understand the benefits of food made from sea fish as a nutritious food. (17.4), and those who are still unsure are 34.8%. In conclusion, anthropometric measurements and the provision of sea fish can be concrete examples of effective community service methods in overcoming stunting in society

Stunting is a growth disorder caused by a long-term lack of nutrition, starting during pregnancy and continuing until the child reaches the age of 24 months. This condition is a serious problem that is associated with an increased risk of various health problems, such as disease, premature death, and delays in children's motor and mental development. Stunting can significantly hinder a child's physical and cognitive development, which ultimately has a negative impact on their quality of life in the future. To overcome the problem of stunting, this program was designed with the main aim of increasing community awareness in Giripawana village regarding the importance of healthy living habits as a measure to prevent stunting. This program focuses on educating the public, especially teenagers, about the importance of good nutrition from an early age and the negative impact of early marriage which can reduce the risk of stunting. Apart from that, this program also involves consultation with parents regarding the causes of stunting, the possible impact on children's health and development, as well as preventive steps that can be taken. The education provided covers various aspects such as good parenting patterns and choosing nutritious foods which are very important to support children's optimal growth. Research conducted in Giripawana village used a phenomenological approach with qualitative methods to further explore the experiences and factors that influence stunting in the community. This research involved 25 toddlers who were classified as high risk of stunting. However, the evaluation results showed that only 2 toddlers actually experienced stunting. This research aims to understand in depth the lived experiences and perspectives of families and communities regarding the problem of stunting, as well as to assess the effectiveness of education and intervention programs that have been implemented. Using a phenomenological approach, this research seeks to explore the subjective experiences of families and communities regarding stunting, to gain a more comprehensive insight into this problem. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide valuable information that can be used to plan and implement more effective stunting prevention and control programs in the future, as well as to improve the quality of life of children in the community. The research results show that most of the health problems in Giripawana village are caused by malnutrition in children under five, which often ends in stunting. We strongly believe that through this outreach, community awareness in Giripawana village will increase regarding the importance of maintaining the health and nutrition of their children. The important role of parents, especially mothers, is in ensuring that their children receive adequate and balanced nutritional intake. The importance of early detection of signs of stunting so that appropriate intervention can be carried out as early as possible.

The growth and development of toddlers are crucial in determining the welfare of a nation, as this period serves as the foundation for a healthy and productive future generation. Nutritional deficiencies in the early years of life can lead to stunting, which not only hinders a child's physical growth but also negatively impacts their learning abilities and immune system in the future. Addressing nutritional issues is essential by increasing mothers' knowledge. This activity aims to evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition education on balanced nutrition in preventing malnutrition in children at Posyandu Ngireng-ngireng, Kalurahan Panggungharjo. The education program was conducted using a lecture and Q&A method, supported by PowerPoint presentations displayed via LCD. The pre-test and post-test results showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge, with the average score rising from 54.38 to 71.56. These results indicate that the lecture method, supported by visual media and interactive Q&A sessions, effectively enhances mothers' understanding of the importance of balanced nutrition. Therefore, this approach can be adopted in other health education programs to improve community knowledge about nutrition and child health

Stunting is a form of nutritional problem in the life cycle that is very important to be considered and addressed immediately, because stunting is a form of growth and development failure caused by chronic malnutrition and repeated infections that require immediate intervention or management. As an effort to accelerate the reduction of stunting in the UPTD Puskesmas Kilan work area, the Supplementary Feeding Program (PMT) was implemented. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the stunting reduction acceleration program through the Supplementary Feeding Program (PMT) at UPTD Puskesmas Kilan, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The theory used in this research is Budiani's (2007) program effectiveness theory with 4 (four) indicators, namely the accuracy of the Program Targets, Program Socialization, Program Objectives, and Program Monitoring. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the acceleration program to reduce stunting through Supplementary Feeding (PMT) at UPTD Puskesmas Kilan, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency has not been effective. There are several inhibiting factors faced, namely the lack of ability of the implementing officers in implementing the program, then the communication factor because the program conveyed to the community has not been able to increase public understanding of the program.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the convergence of intervention programs to accelerate the reduction of stunting at the family level in Serang District, Banten Province. Analytic quantitative design and interviews, with a sample of 150 respondents. Data collection technique with systematic random sampling. Data collection with secondary data, interviews and filling out questionnaires. There were 9 people (6 percent) inaccurate identification of families at risk of stunting (KRS) in the TPPS documents and verification by researchers. Inaccurate identification of families at risk of stunting who were included in the target of the intervention program between the TPPS documents and the researcher's verification was 8 people (5.3 percent). There were 5 people (3.3 percent) inaccurate identification of stunting-risk families who received intervention programs between TPPS documents and researcher verification. Recording and reporting of interventions is not optimal. There is a gap in the convergence of intervention programs due to several factors, namely inadequate quality of human resources, unstable internet network during data collection, limited time for orientation or training so that it is still conceptual, there are still residents who do not have a family card, lack of budget, non-compliant respondents take blood tablets. Not all of the effectiveness of the convergence of intervention programs has conformity in the documents at TPPS and researcher verification.

The prevalence of stunting in toddlers remains a significant global health concern, particularly in developing countries. This literature review aimed to examine the effectiveness of self-care practices in families with stunted toddlers and identify successful intervention strategies. A systematic search was conducted across three major databases: PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar, yielding 48 articles, of which 15 met the inclusion criteria. The review revealed that successful interventions typically incorporated comprehensive educational programs, strong community health worker engagement, robust family support systems, and integration with existing healthcare infrastructure. Key findings highlighted the importance of cultural adaptation, family empowerment, and community involvement in stunting prevention programs. Implementation barriers included resource limitations, cultural beliefs, knowledge gaps, and healthcare access challenges. The studies, particularly from Indonesian contexts, demonstrated that culturally adapted, family-centered interventions yielded significant improvements in child growth outcomes and family self-care practices. However, limitations in study duration and scope suggest the need for more long-term research to evaluate intervention sustainability. This review provides valuable insights for healthcare providers and policymakers in developing effective stunting prevention strategies.
