Similarly, possessing civil skills, such as critical thinking,problem-solving,and effective communication, positively influences legal awareness. These findings underscore the importance of civic education programs that focus on enhancing civic knowledge, civil skills, and citizen involvement to promote legal awareness among students. This study aims to find out how far the implementation of the Pangandaran Regency Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2015 concerning the Management of Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh for Poverty Alleviation in Pangandaran Regency, what are the obstacles and to find out what efforts have been made by the Pangandaran Regency National Amil Zakat Agency to overcome these obstacles . The Pangandaran Regency National Amil Zakat Agency, hereinafter referred to as Regency BAZNAS, is an institution that carries out national zakat management in Pangandaran Regency. BAZNAS Pangandaran Regency is a Zakat Management organization formed by the Government with the task of collecting, distributing and utilizing zakat in accordance with Islamic religious provisions and applicable laws and regulations. In this study the method used was a qualitative approach with data collection techniques using observation and interviews. From the results of the research and discussion, it shows that the implementation of the Regional Regulation of Pangandaran Regency Number 5 of 2015 concerning Management of Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh for Poverty Alleviation in Pangandaran Regency has not been carried out properly. This is evidenced by the lack of effective communication between the BAZNAS of Pangandaran Regency and the Regional Head as a political position as well as the regional Secretariat whose job is to assist regional heads in formulating policies and coordinating regional offices and regional technical institutions. The absence of strict sanctions from the regional head to civil servants who do not comply with these regulations has hindered poverty alleviation from Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh funds collected by BAZNAS. Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh carried out by BAZNAS did not reach the target, as a result the assistance distributed by BAZNAS tended to be consumptive funds with little value. Lack of quality and quantity of Human Resources for BAZNAS Pangandaran Regency, so when the aid funds were channeled for business capital assistance, BAZNAS Pangandaran Regency did not provide assistance and utilization of beneficiaries, so that the funds received were ultimately not optimal for poverty alleviation, and led to when the business capital runs out, in the end the business closes.

Background: The application of patient safety goals is an effort made by hospitals to improve the quality of health services. Handover activities that are not accompanied by effective communication can cause errors that can harm the patient. Recommendations from WHO require nurses to improve communication patterns, especially when carrying out handovers, namely by using SBAR communication which consists of Situation, Background, Assessment and Recommendation. Based on the data summary of reported incidents that occurred in the hospital as many as 20 incident cases in the past year, including cases of KTD, KNC, KTC and KPCS. From these incidents, there were 6 cases related to miscommunication during handovers. Some nurses still do not apply the SBAR communication method when carrying out handovers, resulting in cutting/lagging of the information provided and resulting in incidents. Objective:to determine the reltionshipbetween SBAR Communication during handover and the implementation of patient safety at Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital. Methods: This research is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study were all inpatient nurses at Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital with total sampling, which consisted of 63 respondents. Results: showed that 41 respondents (65%) used SBAR communication during handovers in the good category and implemented patient safety. Conclusion:This means that the implementation of SBAR communication during the handover is good but not optimal because there are still 35% who have not implemented it. Based on the chi square test, there is a relationship between SBAR communication during handover and the application of patient safety (p=0.000 <0.05). Suggestion:, it is expected that nurses can carry out SBAR communication during handovers effectively so that they can implement patient safety optimallyKeywords : Newbron, Skin wrap, hypothermia.

The patient's lack of understanding regarding informed consent in doctors' medical actions is motivated by several factors. Informed consent is a process as well as the result of an effective communication between the patient and the doctor/dentist and not just the signing of the consent form. The relationship between doctors, hospitals and patients or what is known as the therapeutic transaction is generally the origin of conflict. Conflict can occur when the parties do not carry out their roles as expected by the other party. This requires learning or educating patients regarding informed consent through the information media platform provided at the hospital. This journal discusses the reasons why many patients do not understand the contents of informed consent.

The background of this study shows that there are a large number of beggars on Muaro Lasak beach, Padang City, both from children and the elderly. However, not all of the children who begged on the shores of Muaro Lasak Beach ordered their parents and some of their friends to join them. It is caused by a lack of communication between parents and children. Even indirectly the parents themselves tell their children to beg in order to get income. The type of research that the writer uses is a qualitative approach, with the intention of the researcher to describe by means of in-depth interviews with the object of research. The results of this study indicate that the large number of beggar children in Tapi Pantai Muaro Lasak, Padang City is caused by several factors, both from cultural factors, strength, emotions and context, self-esteem and self-awareness factors. The cultural activity factor that they carry out is no longer taboo but has become a habit that continues to develop and become a culture. This power factor causes the occurrence of children begging by their parents because they are in control at the location on Muaro Lasak Beach and become a strategy for children. The emotional factor is that they beg because of their own will and have been prohibited by their parents, but it does not rule out that they will stop begging on Muaro Lasak beach. the context factor refers to the environment, in this factor the environment is also important because there are children who beg only to follow their friends. The environment has a great influence on people's behavior. One self-esteem factor seeks attention from others because a lack of attention from parents can cause a child to seek attention from other people. The self-awareness factor of a beggar child who helps his parents' economy and the results they get will be given to his parents or grandmother. There are even barriers to interpersonal communication between parents and children that cause ineffective communication, namely process barriers, physical barriers, and emotional barriers.
