BACKGROUND: According to afifah (2013), The postpartum period is still a vulnerable period for the survival of new mothers giving birth. Most maternal deaths occur during the postpartum period, so postpartum health services play an important role in efforts to reduce maternal mortality. Postpartum services are health services provided to mothers during the period from 6 hours to 42 days after giving birth. The proportion of health service coverage during the postpartum period decreases over the period of time after giving birth. Births that received complete postpartum health services included KF1 at 81.9%, KF2 at 51.8%, and KF3 at only 32.1%. Considering the importance of bounding attachment between mother and baby and the lack of knowledge regarding this matter, it is important to realize this love. The attraction of affection can be manifested from the fetus that is still in the womb and to strengthen the newborn baby can be done using IMD, the aim of which is very beneficial for changes in the psychology of the mother and baby because affection begins with a mother's touch and hug to her baby when carrying out IMD ( early initiation of breastfeeding).   OBJECTIVE: Analyzing the Relationship between Knowledge of Postpartum Mothers and the Implementation of Bounding Attchment at the Rasminkita Ginting Clinic, Tanjung Morawa District in 202. METHOD chi square test p value < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the statistical test results show a significant relationship. RESULTS: There is a relationship between the knowledge of postpartum mothers and the implementation of Bounding Attachment at the Rasminkita Ginting Clinic, Tanjung Morawa District in 2022. Suggestions are given for research and for research sites and for educational institutions regarding Bounding Attachment.

Background: Many factors influence the completeness of basic immunization, such as parents, geographical location, vaccines, and health workers who provide immunization services. Even though the immunization program has been implemented well, there are still some immunization coverage that have not been achieved. Parents are the most important factor in scoring a child's complete immunization. Parents' participation in a health program is influenced by various factors and one of them is knowledge and attitudes towards the health program itself. Giving vaccines to children is the right way to anticipate the possibility of children being infected with diseases that are threatening at any time. Immunization functions to build a child's immunity against infectious diseases and dangerous diseases that can cause bodily defects. even death. Immunization given to children is the most effective way to protect children from tuberculosis (TB), diphtheria, pertussis (cocoon cough), tetanus (toothbrush). poliomyletis, measles, rubella and hepatitis B (Mai-imbi, 2021). During this time, parents had hepatitis B, meningitis, pneumonia and polio. VPD is a disease that is hoped to be eradicated or suppressed by implementing an immunization program Objective: Knowing the relationship between maternal attitudes and family support with the completeness of follow-up immunizations for young children at the Medan Amplas Community Health Center, Medan Amplas District in 2022. Some residents, sometimes use herbal plants to treat perceived health complaints, but their utilization is not optimal because so far the use of traditional medicinal plants is only based on the opinions of friends or neighbors and hereditary traditions. The use of traditional medicine that is not in accordance with the rules, is feared to reduce the efficacy of the drug itself. If the use is too much, it is feared that it will also have a toxic effect that will be dangerous for the community. For this reason, it is necessary to educate the public, so that the utilization of family herbal plants can be optimal, and the health status of the community increases. Sweet potato leaves can also increase milk production because in the sweet potato leaves there are galactagogue substances that can increase breast milk production so that they can meet the nutritional needs of babies through breast milk. The socialization activity was carried out on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at 09.00 WITA, located in Tanakaraeng Village, Manuju District, Kab. Gowa. This activity aims to provide information to the public about various plants that have efficacy as herbal plants, how to use herbal plants, especially for obstetric services, which includes how to use, process and dose/dose herbs. This educational process uses a lecture method with the help of powerpoints and leaflets.

The quality of a product is one of the most important factors in increasing the competitiveness of a product. Total Quality Management is an approach used in running a business to maximize the competitiveness of an organization through continuous improvement of its services, products, processes and environment. Total Quality Management according to Josep M. Juran Quality is the suitability of a product use (Fitness For Use) which is to meet customer needs and satisfaction. Josep is often referred to as "the Father of Quality" by using the concept of the Quality Trilogy thinking, namely Quality Planning, Quality Control and Quality Improvement. Integrated quality management (Total Quality Management) has success in the business world and impacted on other organizations including educational institutions to implement it. But there is still much debate about TQM applied in management education. Total Quality Management (TQM) needs to be done in every activity of the organization, so that the goals of the organization can be achieved and the investments made have not been in vain. With TQM, it can also be used to assess the ability of existing human resources (HR) to plan human resource improvements and organizational strategies in MTs Nurul Fajri.

Education should be a center of attention in Indonesia, education services for the community, must continue at the level throughout the country. Implementation and service of education in Indonesia is still uneven, still focused on big cities. Many areas in Indonesia find it difficult for the public to obtain educational services, Jakarta as the national capital, as if everything is there and available there, but it must be admitted for Banten Province which is adjacent to the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. Data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) for 2016, shows that the average length of schooling in the Banten region is only 8.37 years, in Serang District some students have to risk their lives because the school is damaged, so that classrooms are used alternately. Based on data released by the Ministry of Culture and Culture, there are 48% of schools in Banten that have been damaged and are not suitable for normal use as school rooms. The Banten Education Office stated that there are many problems driving the low net enrollment rate (APM) in schools in Banten, including inadequate facilities and infrastructure, educational services are not evenly distributed, and the community's level of education is still low. This research is intended to identify and examine the existence of the image of higher education, peers and facilities and infrastructure in influencing students' interest in continuing their education to a higher level. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with descriptive and verification properties. The analysis tool used is path analysis with the help of the SPSS for Windows 25 program. The results of the study show that there is an influence from the image of higher education, peers and facilities and infrastructure on interest in college.  

The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts to develop e-government and improve public services in Bima Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study were selected through a nonprobability sampling technique, using a purposive sampling technique. The informants in this study were 20 web admins of the Regional War Work Unit/OPD of the Regional Government of Bima Regency. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that support for the implementation of e-government in public services in Bima Regency has been provided, although it is not optimal, this is due to different budget allocations in each Regional War Work Unit/OPD. On the capability side, in general the literacy level of Bima Regency Government employees is still low, especially senior employees. Meanwhile, on the value side, e-government managers already understand the benefits and importance of information technology applications in public services. In order for the implementation of e-government to run optimally, it is necessary to make a clear legal umbrella and make a grand design for the development of e-government including preparing the budget. Regarding employees with low literacy, it is necessary to plan continuous Information Technology training and in the future the Bima district government must plan to recruit employees with an educational background in information technology.
