Background: Sectio Caesarea is a method of giving birth to a fetus by making an incision in the uterine wall through the front wall of the abdomen (Amru Sofian, 2013). Giving birth by cesarean can drain more energy on the body and the recovery process takes longer. To speed up the recovery process, early mobilization exercises are needed. However, there are several factors that prevent mothers from doing early mobilization For this reason, it is important that efforts to increase early mobilization are carried out in order to speed up the healing process. Objective: To describe the description of nursing care in post sectio caesarea patients in practicing early mobilization. Research Methods: This study uses a literature review method in a journal that discusses early mobilization in post sectio caesarea mothers. Research Results: The results of the research from the literature review that the authors obtained through 10 journals, namely the mobilization efforts of post-SC postpartum mothers in carrying out early mobilization are influenced by pain in the surgical wound, knowledge/experience, motivation and beliefs. These results are relevant to the case managed by the author, namely Mrs. K was reluctant to do early mobilization because of pain and fear. Conclusion: From the results of the literature study above, it can be concluded that early mobilization of post sectio caesarea mothers can be improved by implementing pain management nursing, motivation, education and support from families and health workers

Sectio Caesarea is considered very risky to be carried out by mothers who are about to give birth, due to the method that requires opening the wall or in medical terms Trans Abdominal Uterine Incision with pain that will be felt by a mother, which is a stressor that will be felt by the mother biologically which is felt physically. psychological and physical. The non-pharmacological techniques that can be used to reduce postoperative pain is early mobilization techniques. Early mobilization techniques are effective in reducing pain through several mechanisms, including eliminating the patient's concentration at the location of the pain in the operating area, reducing the activity of chemical mediators in the inflammatory process which increases the pain response. and minimize pain nerve transmission to the central nervous system. This research aims to know the results of implementationEarly Mobilization of Reducing Pain Intensity in Post Sectio Caesarea Mothers. This study used a quasi-experimental design with the pretest-posttest Nonequivalent Control Group design methodwithcase study descriptive method to 2 respondentsPost Sectio Caesarea. Based on the results of the implementation that has been done there is a decrease in pain intensity in patientspost sectio caesarea after being given the application of early mobilization.

The process of healing a good cesarean section wound is the return of the former abdominal wall incision and the general recovery of the mother's condition as before. At RSHB in 2022 the number of cesarean section deliveries is 80% per 55 deliveries, a poor healing process will cause infection in the wound area so that mothers will be delayed in caring for their children. This study aims to determine the relationship between early mobilization and wound healing process by cesarean section at RSHB.This study uses analytic observation, data collection techniques using observation sheets. The population in this study were post-cesarean section mothers at RSHB, when the researcher was in April 2022. The sampling technique was accidental sampling which was carried out by meeting or visiting as many as 30 people. Data processing is done through the process of editing, coding, tabulating, scoring and analysis. The results of the study found that there were 5 people (16.65%) who did not mobilize and 20 people (66.7%) did mobilization and 5 (16.65%) people did not experience a good healing process. The result of the chi-square test has a result of 0.00, which means that Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, so there is a significant relationship between early mobilization and the wound healing process for cesarean section surgery. The results of the study can be concluded that there is a relationship between early mobilization and the process of wound healing by cesarean section at RSHB. It is hoped that health workers will apply more early mobilization.

The postpartum period (puerperium) is the period after the release of the placenta until the reproductive organs recover as before pregnancy and normally the postpartum period lasts for 6 weeks or 40 days. . This study aims to determine the relationship between early mobilization and decreased uterine fundal height for postpartum women at BPM Susiyanti in 2022. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples used was 32 people. The data analysis technique uses the Chi Square test. the results obtained from 32 respondents, there is a relationship between early mobilization and acceleration of fundal height reduction in post partum mothers on the first and second days at the Independent Practice Midwife (BPM) Susiyanti.
