This research is motivated by the phenomenon of violence experienced by individuals in the early adulthood age range (18–25 years), which is often a manifestation of unresolved traumatic experiences. Unmanaged trauma can have profound psychological impacts, affecting an individual's identity, social relationships, and outlook on life. However, within the framework of positive psychology, there is the concept of Post Traumatic Growth (PTG), which explains the potential for psychological growth that can emerge after an individual experiences severe stress or trauma. PTG includes positive changes in oneself, increased meaning in life, personal strength, and appreciation for life. The concept of PTG is the main foundation in the creation of abstract sculptures that attempt to represent the psychological journey of victims of violence, from destructive conditions to recovery and self-awareness. Abstract forms are used as a visual medium to reflect inner conflict, identity fragmentation, and the complex process of internal transformation. The choice of abstraction allows for free expression of realistic forms, thus presenting a profound symbolic interpretation. The method of creation of the work is carried out through an artistic approach that emphasizes the exploration of form, texture, material, and space in three-dimensional expression. This process not only produces visual objects but also creates expressive symbols that contain narratives of psychological healing. The sculpture is presented as a contemplative medium that invites the audience to experience, understand, and interpret the inner journey of victims of violence. The resulting creation demonstrates that abstract sculpture can be a powerful means of emotional communication, facilitating public understanding of the experience of trauma and the potential for post-traumatic growth. Thus, this work not only serves as an artistic representation of the inner dynamics of victims of violence but also serves as a reflective medium that fosters awareness of the human capacity to recover and thrive after experiencing profound suffering.

College students are in early adulthood, a critical developmental stage marked by physical, psychosocial, and cognitive changes that can significantly impact dietary behaviors, including fruit and vegetable consumption. Adequate intake of fruits and vegetables is essential for maintaining overall health and reducing the risk of non-communicable diseases (NCDs). However, evidence indicates that fruit and vegetable intake among college students often falls below the levels recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO). This study aimed to validate a Semi-Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQ-FFQ) for assessing total fruit and vegetable intake among college students in Surabaya City, Indonesia. A cross-sectional study was conducted involving 30 active university students. The SQ-FFQ method produced higher intake estimates compared to the Estimated Food Record. A statistically significant and strong correlation was found between the two methods (p < 0.001, r > 0.7), indicating strong agreement. These findings support the SQ-FFQ as a valid tool for measuring total fruit and vegetable intake in this population.

The primary causes of mortality among infants are diarrhea and pneumonia. But, more than 50% of the cases were caused by malnutrition. Exclusive breastfeeding (6 months to 2 years) and providing complementary nutritious food have proven to be effective interventions in reducing the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR). This study aims to analyze maternal barriers to exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged 0-6 months in Montasik Public Health Center, Aceh Besar. This study used an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The population was 147 women. 60 respondents were chosen as the sample using a proportional random sampling technique. It was conducted on May 2nd–18th, 2024. The analysis uses univariate and bivariate Chi-square tests. The results showed that of 60 respondents, most of them provided non-exclusive breastfeeding for 34 respondents (56,7%), early adulthood for 32 respondents (53,3%), middle-class education level for 24 respondents (40%), self-employed for 33 respondents (55%), had sufficient knowledge of breastfeeding as 24 respondents (40%), and did not have a supportive workplace in giving exclusive breastfeeding as 34 respondents (56,7%). In conclusion, there is a correlation between age, education level, work status, knowledge, and environment towards exclusive breastfeeding. It is expected that the community health center will conduct socialization regarding exclusive breastfeeding by holding antenatal classes for a better understanding of exclusive breastfeeding.

A person's identity, moral independence, and life values are formed during the crucial developmental stage of early adulthood, which has a big influence on their future. This study examines the role that Christian Religious Education plays in promoting character development that embodies Christian values like love, honesty, responsibility, and integrity using a qualitative research approach based on a literature review. According to the findings, Christian Religious Education is crucial for raising people's moral consciousness, establishing spiritual principles, and assisting them in overcoming social obstacles. Christian Religious Education helps people develop a Christ-centered identity, improves their capacity for responsible decision-making, and promotes engagement in worthwhile social activities by teaching them God's Word. This study does, however, also point out a number of issues that could compromise the efficacy of character education, including the impact of digital media and social settings. According to the study's findings, Christian religious education plays a vital role in forming morally pure and motivated young adults. To foster an atmosphere that encourages character development, families, educational institutions, and society must work together. It is anticipated that the results will offer useful insights for creating more pertinent and successful Christian Religious Education initiatives.

Breathing meditation therapy itself is an activity that aims to achieve mental calm by focusing your breathing so you can relax your mind and body. This study aims to determine the effect of providing breathing meditation therapy on the stress levels of patients with gastritis recurrence in early adulthood in the Rw 001 Ragamukti Tajurhalang Bogor environment. In this research, the method used is pre-experimental quantitative research with a one group pretest – posttest design. The sample consisted of 15 early adults suffering from recurrent gastritis in the Rw 001 Tajurhalang Bogor area who were selected using a purposive sampling technique using a questionnaire with a Likert measuring scale. This research uses the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test with a significant value of α=(<0.05). The test results from this research were that most respondents experienced a decrease in stress levels as evidenced by the presence of a percentage in the mild stress range of 9 people (60.0%), while respondents who experienced moderate levels of stress were 6 people (40.0%) with an average value of The average (mean) stress level after receiving breathing meditation therapy was 8.47. Indicating that the ρ value = <.001, where the ρ value was less than 0.05, so the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected, so the alternative hypothesis was accepted (Ha).

It was found that the results of the analysis of the relationship between diet and the incidence of gastritis were as many as 48 (63.2%) respondents with poor diet with the incidence of gastritis who had gastritis. And for the level of knowledge with the incidence of gastritis there were as many as 40 (52.6%) respondents with a poor level of knowledge with the incidence of gastritis who had gastritis. The results of statistical tests of diet and level of knowledge obtained a value of pvalue = 0.000 smaller than 0.05. There is a relationship between diet and level of knowledge with the incidence of gastritis in early adulthood.
