Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Penerapan Model Kooperatif Tipe STAD dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran PAI di kelas IV SDN 1 Sumberwaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus, tiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Siklus dihentikan ketika indikator keberhasilan telah mencapai ketuntasan belajar yang ditetapkan sekolah. Ketuntasan belajar untuk mata pelajaran PAI kelas IV yaitu 70. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar PAI siswa pada setiap siklus. Peningkatan hasil belajar ditunjukan hasil pretest dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar 48% dan terjadi peningkatan pada hasil posttest siklus 1 menjadi 76%, dan meningkat lagi pada hasil posttest siklus 2 menjadi 97%. Peningkatan hasil belajar dari hasil pretest, posttest siklus I ke posttest siklus II dikarenakan perbaikan dalam penerapan LT setelah mengevaluasi kegiatan proses belajar dan hasil belajar. Dari hasil observasi pada proses pembelajaran, siswa meyukai pembelajaran PAI dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe STAD. Siswa menjadi lebih aktif dan proses pembelajaran menjadi menyenangkan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model Kooperatif tipe STAD pada mata pelajaran PAI dapat meningkatkan Hasil belajar siswa.

Financing is the main function and product of Islamic banking, namely the distribution of funds aimed at helping those in need, and if managed properly, can contribute significantly to Islamic banking income. However, in their distribution, funds carry many risks due to the uncertain and diverse nature of humans. This risk is reflected in the existence of loans that face problems that reduce the profits or profitability of Islamic banks. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of Financing, Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) on the profitability (ROA) of Bank Kaltimtara Syariah By including Financing, Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) as the independent variable and profitability (ROA) as the dependent variable. This is a quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population or research theme is the annual report of Bank Kaltimtara Syariah. A total of 9 samples were taken from the Bank Kaltimtara Syariah Quarterly Financial Report for the 2016-2018 period. Based on the test results, it is known that tcount = - 1.4 98 < t table = 1.8 3 3 Financing and NonPerforming Financing (NPF) both have no significant positive effect on Return On Assets (ROA). While the Financing to deposit Ratio (FDR) regression shows a significant influence on Profitability (ROA). The amount of tcount is 1.859 > ttable 1.833

Metode pembelajaran adalah proses untuk menyampaikan ilmu pengetahuan. Macam-macam metode pembelajaran itu banyak salah satunya yaitu metode demonstrasi. Pentingnya metode demonstrasi diterapkan dalam pendidikan agama islam, karena metode ini diharapkan bisa meningkatkan pemahaman anak didik materi pernikahan kelas XII di SMP Negeri 1 Kec Payakumbuh. Dengan dilaksanakannya metode demonstrasi ini diharapkan bagi pendidik berperan sebagai penggerak dan juga pembimbing. Dan anak didik sebagai penerima dan juga dibimbing.  Penelitian ini bertujuan supaya apakah menggunakan metode demonstrasi ini bisa meningkatkan hasil belajar PAI materi pernikahan pada anak didik kelas XII di SMA Negeri 1 Kec Payakumbuh . dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian PTK yang mana mengguakan 2 siklus da nada 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini siswa kelas XII IPS 2 SMA Negeri 1 Kec Payakumbuh dengan jumlah 34 orang siswa. Memperoleh data dari hasil tes, hasil pengamatan pelaksanaan dalam pembelajaran. Dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi ini pemahaman anak didik mengalami peningkatan dari siklus 1 sampai siklus 2. Rata-rata penilaian yang diperoleh siklus 1 70,17, siklus 2 80,23. Jadi dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa metode demonstrasi ini bisa dibuktikan bahwa pemahaman anak didik meningkat setelah menerapkan metode demonstrasi yang terjadi di siklus 1 dan siklus 2.

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini bertujuan medeskripsikan aktivitas dan kemampuan dalam melaksanakan shalat wajib lima waktu melalui strategi modelling the way pada siswa Kelas IV SD Islam AL-Ishlah Semester I tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap tindakan, tahap pengamatan/observasi dan refleksi. Melalui strategi modelling the way dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan kemampuan melakukan shalat wajib pada siswa Kelas IV SD Islam Al-Ishlah Semester I tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Aktivitas belajar dari siklus I ke siklus II terdapat peningkatan: aspek membaca rukun shalat (nilai rata-rata meningkat 1,1; persentase naik 21,8%; dari kategori baik menjadi amat baik), aspek membaca syarat shalat (nilai rata-rata naik 0,7; persentase naik 14,8%; dari katoegori baik menjadi amat baik), aspek membaca hal yang membatalkan shalat (nilai rata-rata meningkat 0,7; persentase naik 15,7% dari kategori baik menjadi amat baik), dan aspek praktek shalat (nilai rata-rata naik 0,9; persentase naik 18,3%; dari kategori baik menjadi amat baik). Hasil belajar siswa dari kondisi awal siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan, yaitu dari 2 siswa (30%) yang mendapat nilai tuntas menjadi 13 siswa (100%). Terjadi peningkatan sebanyak 11 siswa (70%) dan nilai rata-rata kelas dari 60,2 menjadi 85,0 meningkat sebesar 24,8%.

Pendidikan karakter semakin mendapatkan prioritas dengan diberlakukannya Peraturan Pemerintah no 87 tahun 2017 tentang Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter yang merupakan gerakan pendidikan di bawah tanggung jawab sekolah untuk memperkuat karakter siswa (Pasal 1 PP no.87/2017). Penyelenggaraan Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter dilaksanakan dengan prinsip manajemen berbasis sekolah yang merupakan tanggung jawab kepala sekolah dan guru, sebagai pemenuhan beban kerja guru dan kepala sekolah (Pasal 6 ayat 3,4,5 PP 87/2017). Sesuai arahan presiden Joko Widodo bahwa pendidikan karakter pada jenjang pendidikan dasar mendapatkan porsi yang lebih besar dibandingkan pendidikan yang mengajarkan pengetahuan, untuk Sekolah Dasar sebesar 70 persen sedangkan untuk Sekolah Menengah Pertama sebesar 60 persen. Ketertarikan peneliti untuk mengkaji pendidikan karakter didasari oleh adanya penurunan karakter siswa kelas tinggi dibanding karakter siswa kelas rendah. Fokus kajian utama penelitian ini adalah manajemen penguatan pendidikan karakter di Sekolah Dasar yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan.  Hasil penelitiannya bahwa pertama, Perencanaan Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter Peserta Didik Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di SMP IT Al-Manar Bun Kobar telah dilaksanakan dengan baik melalui penyusunan tujuan, strategi dan pemetaan kebijakan serta pemetaan prosedur dan penyempurnaan program menggunanakan rancangan RPP dan silabus; kedua, pelaksanaan Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter Peserta Didik Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di SMP IT Al-Manar Bun Kobar berjalan dengan baik melalui kegiatan kegiatan bersifat religius, penanaman nasionalisme, peduli sosial dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan; ketiga, evaluasi Perencanaan Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter Peserta Didik Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di SMP IT Al-Manar Bun Kobar  melalui kegiatan pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan melaksanakan refleksi, analisis dan rencana tindak lanjut berbasis pendidikan kewarganegaraan.

The role of the MSME sector is very important for the economic growth of a region. Where this sector reflects the local economy, a region and as a driving force for the regional economy. The existence of the Covid 19 pandemic has caused MSMEs actors to have new challenges and problems, regarding marketing in the form of digitalization. Therefore, a strategy is needed, which is able to answer these problems. This MSME Marketing Development Strategy is to see the types and characteristics of  MSMEs, potentials and problems as well as strategies for handling them. The case of this research is MSMEs Boyolali Regency. The results of this study are SWOT analysis, which requires MSME marketing activities based on MSME digitization through increased product marketing through Social Media and E-Commerce.

The most noticeable impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic are school closures and online distance learning (PJJ). Online learning uses the Internet to provide teaching materials to students. Barriers to online learning are felt by both teachers and students, with streaming learning via Zoom sometimes having unstable internet connections. Another obstacle to online learning between teachers and students is the teacher-student relationship. You look nervous because you get stuck in the Zoom application. A barrier to online learning between students and parents is that it is difficult for working parents to tutor their children because they are working. The impact of online learning itself takes the form of reduced learning ability and changes in student behavior. The purpose of this non-research journal is that schools need new strategies to meet their post-pandemic educational goals. In order to overcome this, it is necessary to develop human resources by implementing education that reflects the cultural characteristics of the country. Education must respond not only to global requirements, but also to developments in digital technology.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pembelajaran Kontekstual  Dan Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan yang dipakai adalah penelitian murni kepustakaan (library research). Data diperoleh dari bahan bacaan yang diperoleh peneliti dari buku-buku, artikel-artikel yang termuat dalam cetak. Data dikumpulkan dan dipilah-pilah untuk mengisi jawaban dari pertanyaan penelitian yang dirumuskan. Analisa menggunakan pendekatan analisis isi (content analysis) untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait Pembelajaran Kontekstual  Dan Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Pembelajaran kontekstual merupakan suatu pembelajaran yang mengkaitkan kontekstual sehari-hari pada materi pembelajaran sehingga siswa mampu memaknai pengetahuan/ ketrampilan yang dipelajarinya serta secara fleksibel dapat menerapkan pengetahuan/ ketrampilan yang dimilikinya dari suatu permasalahan/konteks ke permasalahan yang lainnya. Pendekatan kontekstual melibatkan tujuh komponen utama pembelajaran kontekstual, yaitu : konstruktivisme (contruktivisme), menemukan (inquiri), bertanya (question), masyarakat belajar (learning comunity), pemodelan (modeling), refleksi, penilaian yang sebenarnya (aunthentic asesment). Pembelajaran berbasis masalah (Problem-based Learning) merupakan salah satu model yang tepat dikembangkan  dalam pembelajaran teknologi untuk merespon isu-isu peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran teknologi dan antisipasi perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi di dunia kerja. Karakteristik dan Tahapan Pembelajaran Model Problem-Based Learning. Pembelajaran berbasis masalah dikembangkan terutama untuk membantu siswa mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir, pemecahan masalah, dan ketrampilan intelektual, belajar tentang berbagai peran orang dewasa dengan melibatkan diri dalam pengalaman nyata atau simulasi, dan menjadi pembelajar yang otonom dan mandiri.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan LKPD berbasis konstruktivisme pada materi transformasi geometri(translasi dan refleksi) terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan (R&D). Subjek penelitian adalah 29 siswa dengan 11 siswa laki-laki dan 18 siswa perempuan kelas XI MIPA. Instrument pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, angket dan tes. Dokumentasi berupa foto pelaksanaan belajar dan tes di kelas. Angket berupa tanggapan siswa terhadap penggunaan LKPD. Sedangkan tes berupa soal posttest yang terdiri dari lima soal uraian. Pada penelitian ini, LKPD dievaluasi terlebih dahulu oleh peneliti dan guru pembimbing agar dapat digunakan. Pada uji kepraktisan diperoleh rata-rata nilai 3,82 dari hasil analisis angket peserta didik dengan kategori praktis untuk digunakan. Sedangkan pada uji keefektifan menunjukkan LKPD efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran dengan rata-rata nilai 84,62 dari hasil analisis posttest peserta didik dengan kategori baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan LKPD berbasis konstruktivisme ini berpengaruh terhadap meningkatnya hasil belajar peserta didik. Sesuai dengan teori yang menyatakan bahwa penggunaan LKPD didalam pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.

field study yang penulis lakukan di UIN STS Jambi terfokus kepada kegiatan belajar mengajar yang dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan, dari bulan April-Juni 2022 di program Pendidikan Bahasa Arab. Materi yang dibahas adalah tentang majrurat wa majzumat dengan menerapkan k-13. Kurikulum 13 menjadikan para mahasiswa untuk lebih bersikap aktif dan inovatif untuk memfokuskan kepada kompetensi sikap, pengetahuan dan juga keterampilan secara terpadu. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan oleh penulis adalah campuran. Dengan mengetahui rata-rata nilai kelas dan mendeskripsikan hasil akhir dari penilaian yang akan dilaksanakan dengan observasi dan tes. Lalu prosedur penelitian yang akan dilakukan penulis adalah dengan cara tindakan kelas yang sudah dilaksanakan ini mencakup empat tahap, yakni : rencana, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Penilaian yang diujikan dengan soal HOTS pada mahasiswa semester 4 Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab UIN Sultan Thaha Saiffudin Jambi menghasilkan penilaian dengan nilai rata-rata kelas 80,95 yang termasuk dalam kategori grade A.

Viral evolution is a subdiscipline of evolutionary biology and virology that focuses on the evolution of viruses. Many viruses, especially RNA viruses, have relatively high mutation rates and short production durations (on the order of one point mutation or more per genome per round of replication). The rapid pace of viral mutation paired with natural selection enables viruses to rapidly adapt to changes in the host environment, despite the fact that the majority of viral mutations offer little benefit and frequently prove to be harmful. Additionally, because viruses often make several copies in an infected host, altered genes can be rapidly transmitted to a large number of offspring. The high mutation rates of RNA viruses, which are the result of an error-prone RNA-dependent RNA polymerase, make them a veritable gold mine for researchers interested in discovering evolutionary novelty and developing new methods to study evolution in action. There are two different forms of genetic changes: antigenic drift and antigenic shift. This article covers briefly the evolution of viruses in terms of genetic variation.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk menemukan langkah-langkah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw sehingga dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa kelas X1 SMA Negeri 1 Larompong. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus pembelajaran dengan tahapan meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Data hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 50,42% dan siklus II sebesar 72,69%. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa langkah-langkah yang diterapkan pada model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa Kelas X1 SMA Negeri 1 Larompong. Adapun langkah-langkahnya, yaitu: (1) Menyampaikan materi pembelajaran dengan melakukan tanya jawab, (2) Membagi siswa menjadi beberapa kelompok asal yang terdiri dari 6 siswa perkelompok berdasarkan tingkat pencapaian sebelumnya dengan tetap memperhatikan faktor heterogen lainnya, kemudian membagikan LKS dan masing-masing 2 orang siswa dalam setiap kelompok menerima LKS dengan materi yang sama, (3) Mengarahkan siswa dalam kelompok ahli dan membimbing siswa dalam setiap kelompok untuk mengeluarkan pendapat, tanggapan atau pertanyaan dan masing-masing ada 2 orang siswa yang harus menguasai materi ahli untuk dijelaskan ke kelompok asal, (4) Mengarahkan tim ahli kembali ke kelompok asal dan membimbing siswa dalam diskusi kelompok asal untuk menjelaskan materi yang telah dibahas di kelompok ahli secara bergantian, (5) Meminta perwakilan setiap kelompok untuk mempresentasikan hasil diskusi kelompoknya, meminta tanggapan dari kelompok lain, dan meminta siswa menyimpulkan materi dengan cara ditunjuk langsung.

A company definitely aims to make a profit. The company also has a purpose to prosper the owners by maximizing the value of the company. The higher the value of a company will reflect that it has high prosperity for stock owners. This study was conducted with the aim of providing empirical evidence of the influence of debt and profitability policies on corporate value in agricultural sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. This study uses the population of agricultural sector companies recorded on the IDX in 2019-2021. Then the use of samples obtained by adopting purposive sampling method.  Descriptive statistical test method and multiple linear regression test into data analysis techniques in this study.  This study gives the result that the debt policy and profitability have no influence on the variable value of the company.

This study discusses the meaning contained in the logo of the Province of Gorontalo in semiotic analysis. Logo is the identity of an institution that represents the history and culture of the institution while semiotics is the science of reading signs both verbally and visually, visual forms make the vision and mission as well as identity reflected in a logo. Just like the regional logo of Gorontalo Province which has various meanings of signs and symbols that reflect the area, for example, the Padi and cotton symbols are inspired by the city government logo which means depicting prosperity and others. There is also an oval pattern in the logo taken from the eggs of the Maleo bird, which is endemic to Gorontalo. There is the fort of Otana and pictures of books taken from our philosophy "adat based on sara', sara' based on the book of Allah. The purpose of the study was to describe and analyze what the meaning of the symbols in the logo of the Gorontalo Province were. The research used semiotic analysis of Charles Sanders Peirce. Semiotics departed from three main elements, which Peirce called the triangle theory of meaning, namely: signs, objects, and interpretants. The meaning of the logo can be studied scientifically with semiotic theory. In Peirce's study, symbols are divided into 3 categories: icons, indexes, and symbols. To analyze the meaning of symbols, Peirce uses 3 semiotic terms: representamen which is a symbol, semiotic object which is a real object of symbol reference, and interpretant which states the relationship between representamen and semiotic objects. Benefits of this research To add scientific insight in the field of linguistics, especially to the use of semiotic theory and to find out creative strategies in promotional activities of a government institution so that they can build a brand in the eyes of the public. The results of this study determine the meaning of the signs on the regional symbols of Gorontalo province. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of using picture series on students' speaking skill. The researcher had done at MTSS Nagari Binjai. The problems in this research was caused by several factors. Firstly, students paid less attention to the English teacher. Secondly, they were afraid of making mistake to express ideas. In this research a quasi-experimental design was used by the researcher. The researcher used pre-test and post-test to experimental and control class. The sample was 2A as experimental class and taught by using picture series and 2B as control class and taught without using picture series. To determine the sample, the experimental and control class, the researcher utilized SPSS 20 to examine the data and check for normality and homogeneity. The researcher utilized the t-test formula to test the hypothesis and consulted the results in a t-table with level of significance of 0.05. It was found that there was a significant effect of using picture series toward students speaking skill. Then there was a significant difference between students who were taught using picture series and those who were taught without them. The value of t-calculated in the post-test from the experimental and control classes was greater than the t-table (3.4 > 2.021). The last hypothesis was that teaching with picture series was superior than teaching without picture series in terms of improving students' speaking skill. In the post-test, the mean score of the experimental class was greater than the control class (8.10 > 2.54).

The criminal system in Indonesia is still shackled to the influence of the criminal system inherited by the Dutch, which breathes liberalism. This is reflected in the criminal laws in Indonesia which still refer to the colonial legacy law. The criminal system that exists to this day is not based on the local wisdom of the Indonesian people, so it does not reflect Pancasila which is a value that is firmly held by the Indonesian people and is the source of all sources of law. The purpose of this paper is to examine the concept of punishment which shows the correlation and implementation of the Pancasila philosophy in the criminal system in Indonesia. The method used in this paper is a normative legal research method, with a conceptual approach and legislation. The result of this research is the relationship between the criminal system and the implementation of Pancasila values. Keywords: Criminal System, Pancasila, Philosophy.

This study aims to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility disclosure and good corporate governance on company value. This research was conducted on all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The method of determining the sample using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique and obtained 170 observations. The data collection method uses non-participant observation. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Model. The results of the study show that corporate social responsibility disclosure has no significant effect on company value and good corporate governance has a significant positive effect on company value which means that the higher the corporate social responsibility disclosure will not affect the stock value and with the implementation of good corporate governance, the higher of company value is reflected in the stock price as well. The implications of this research show the application of signal theory, stakeholder theory, and agency theory as well as providing benefits to parties who need it, especially companies and stakeholders related to companies in expressing corporate social responsibility disclosure and improving good corporate governance which can increase company value.

The purpose of this study is to overcome the problem of learning that is not optimal in class XI students of SMA 1 Tambun Utara, and the lack of attractiveness in PAI lessons because the method used is too monotonous so that it makes students feel bored quickly, there are problems in the use of learning media that make student learning outcomes not good. In the case of SMA 1 Tambun Utara, the delivery of material by the teacher in the learning media uses the lecture method, where the teacher is more active in speaking and students tend to be silent to listen, thus making students unable to master the material well. To overcome it all, researchers suggest using new media such as demonstrations, as a way to increase students' interest in learning. The Demonstration Method is a medium that has elements of demonstration. This study is intended to answer the problem "Whether the use of demonstration methods in PAI subjects can improve student learning outcomes at SMA 1 Tambun Utara", these problems are discussed through classroom action research carried out through the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Research data obtained through classroom observation and documentation of the results of actions carried out data from effective teachers, with this research it will be known that there will be an increase or decrease in student learning outcomes after the implementation of the demonstration method in PAI subjects at SMA 1 Tambun Utara.
