The document analysis reveals a curriculum at STIP Jakarta that aligns commendably with international standards, supported by comprehensive lecturer training programmes. However, the nuanced cadet perspectives spotlight a need for refined emphasis on the practical application of English proficiency in real-world maritime scenarios. Cadet self-assessment underscores both confidence in academic intelligence and an identified need for additional language support, calling for targeted interventions. Exploring professional competences uncovers a disparity between technical proficiency and English Maritime communication, highlighting the importance of a holistic approach to bridge this gap. Cadet motivations vary from a genuine passion for maritime activities to the allure of lucrative career prospects and international recognition. Recognizing this diversity urges the need for personalised career guidance and mentorship programmes. The research also sheds light on English Maritime and Literacy proficiency, differentiating between basic skills and the ability to handle complex communication scenarios. The purpose of this study this study describes the realization form of vowel phoneme, consonant phoneme in Indonesian language. Through this research, it is hoped that it can be useful for the Indonesian speakers, especially educators and students. The granting of marriage dispensation by judges experienced a discourse from the age of marriage, which originally occurred because of the age difference between men and women, which caused family conditions that were not solid, with the younger age of women causing marriage to look more discriminating against women in the purpose of marriage. In the treatment of deviations from the rules of marriage age, it is also emphasized that there is equal treatment. However, this cannot limit the judges' ability to render judgments. The examination of marriage dispensation must be carried out thoroughly, so the focus of this study is on how the dynamics present in each decision by judges need to be analyzed. The research method is a study of normative law related to the provisions of the marriage dispensation. The analysis is carried out with the theory of judicial power, which includes legal justice, legal certainty, and legal expediency. The health services between urban and rural areas are quite interesting because they have many differences that can be seen, especially the gap between the two areas. One of the characteristics of urban and rural areas is accessibility development, urban areas tend to develop faster than rural areas. This article was created with the aim of knowing the condition of health service facilities in rural areas in Indonesia and their access, especially for the elderly. The search strategy used in this research is a systematic literature review. The disparity in the elderly's use of health facilities are impacted by their education level, socioeconomic status, ownership of insurance, distance traveled, and cost of transportation. In conclusion, access to healthcare is crucial in Indonesia, particularly for elderly people living in rural areas. The Indonesian government must evenly distribute medical facilities in rural areas and guarantee universal coverage with National Health Insurance. To improve elderly health care, the government needs to develop sufficient expertise with health and social care workers with the necessary training in integrated care services.

Given the wage disparity and perceived injustice experienced by both permanent and contract workers, it is necessary to conduct a study on legal protection regarding wages for the well-being of laborers. Therefore, this research aims to examine the role of labor protection policies, including social security for workers, fair wages, and the protection of labor rights, in promoting labor welfare. This study utilizes a qualitative method, which involves describing data and organizing it into various sentences. Additionally, a descriptive method is employed, where data is derived from words, sentences, images, and information from various books, journals, and other scholarly works that serve as references for labor protection and worker well-being. The findings of the discussion indicate that labor protection in the form of social security, fair wages, and labor rights plays a significant role in improving labor welfare.
