Indonesia is a country that faces a high risk of multiple disasters, one of which is fire disasters that can be prevented by the community through preparedness and early detection. The community service program, implemented by a team of lecturers and students from the Disaster Management Study Program at Budi Luhur University in collaboration with the Tanjungpinang SAR Office, conducted a basic fire extinguishing training session at SMAN 2 Tanjungpinang. The target audience for this training was students involved in the Scout, Paskibraka, and PKS (School Security Patrol) extracurricular activities, aimed at increasing student preparedness for fire emergencies. The activities included both theoretical materials and practical exercises on extinguishing fires and techniques for victim evacuation. The evaluation results showed an increase in participants' knowledge, particularly regarding the basic concepts of fire and victim movement, with understanding levels ranging from 45% to 100%, depending on the material. Although the results were positive, areas such as the type of fire extinguisher material and victim transfer techniques require further emphasis. This collaboration between educational institutions and disaster response agencies has proven effective in building student awareness to deal with emergency situations. Recommendations for future training include adopting a more interactive approach and incorporating intensive simulations to enhance students' understanding and readiness to face disaster.

Mohammad Hardiansyah. Strategy to Improve The Discipline of FireFighting Personnel to the Palembang Fire and Disaster Management Service. This study aims to Improve the Discipline of Fire Fighting Personnel to the Palembang Fire And Disaster Management Service. The results show that from the results of research that has been carried out it can be said that the Strategy for Increasing Discipline of Personnel Related to Fire Fighting Services to the Community at the Palembang City Fire and Disaster Management Service has not been effective because there are several indicators that have not been met from the side of external training that are not. can be followed by all personnel due to limited funds, as well as the support of facilities and facilities that are still not supported. For training activities carried out by employees, namely internal training for Levels I, II and III, while external training is held at the DKI Jakarta Fire Department in Ciracas, and has now been implemented by the Ministry of Home Affairs.  The supporting factor in this research is where the ASN development policy, as well as agency support for internal training and personal motivation are the main and important things, although in the future there will need to be other improvements. In addition, the existence of rewards and punishments is also a motivation to improve work discipline. Improving the quality of work is apart from the quality of personnel, also in terms of improving supporting facilities and infrastructure, currently the facilities owned are still not in accordance with the needs, so this is the inhibiting factor in this research. Then a lot of fire fighting equipment is still lacking, be it hoses, pumps, for reasons of budget constraints, of course this triggers the fire fire operation process

Iskandar Suhardi, Evaluation of Health Protocol Enforcement Performance by Members of the Merdeka Post during the Covid-19 Period by the Palembang City Fire and Disaster Management Service. This study aims to analyze the Performance Evaluation of Health Protocol Enforcement by Members of the Merdeka Post during the Covid-19 Period by the Palembang City Fire and Disaster Management Service. The study used qualitative methods with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that in the application of the health protocol itself in a combined unit of several elements and agencies, it has several weaknesses, first from the community side who really underestimates the Corona virus, then from the officers themselves there is still minimal knowledge in providing education about the importance of complying with health protocol. The enforcement of health protocols did not go as expected, based on the health protocol policy itself, because there were several aspects, where in fact not all people believed in the existence of the corona virus, some even said that this corona was just a political conspiracy and the like, so that officers had difficulty in enforcement of health protocols. In 2020-2021 the health protocol policy is going quite well, people still have fear and vigilance about the spread of the corona virus, but in the course of time and being supported by people who have been vaccinated 1 and 2, it makes people feel safer, so that strict adherence to simple wearing a mask is no longer obeyed, not to mention other things such as washing hands and so on. The implementation of this health protocol policy has many obstacles and the weak side is public awareness and the pros and cons regarding the presence or absence of the corona virus, so that some people do not obey the applicable rules, and this makes it difficult for officers to carry out the policies that have been determined. So in this case the officer must have the right technique or method so that the implementation process can be easier.

This research aims to identify and examine the emergency preparedness of nurses in hospitals in dealing with disasters through the literature review method. Hospitals have an important role in disaster preparedness and management, because they must be able to provide a quick and effective response to emergency situations caused by disasters. Data were collected from articles and national journals published in the last 10 years, using related keywords such as "nurse preparedness", "emergency", "disaster management in hospitals", and "disaster training for nurses". Analysis was carried out on 30 articles that met the inclusion criteria. The research results show that nurses' knowledge of disaster management is still inadequate, even though many have basic knowledge of emergency protocols. Practical skills obtained through training and disaster simulations have a big influence on nurses' preparedness, but opportunities to take part in this training are not evenly distributed. Nurses' perceptions regarding hospital preparedness and themselves show that many feel that hospitals are not fully prepared to face major disasters. Hospital management support and access to relevant information are also important factors influencing nurse preparedness. Recommendations from this research include increasing routine disaster training and simulation programs, developing formal education curricula on disaster management, increasing hospital management support, utilizing information technology for quick access to disaster information, as well as monitoring and evaluating preparedness on a regular basis. By implementing these recommendations, it is hoped that nurses' preparedness in facing disasters can be improved, so that they are able to provide a fast and effective response in emergency situations, as well as improve patient safety.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between village expenditure and village income in various sectors such as village governance, village development, community development, and disaster management in Kotabari Village, Serdang Pedagai Regency, over the period of 2015-2022. The findings indicate that while village expenditure in the village government sector plays a role in influencing village income, expenditure in the areas of village development, community development, and disaster management does not have a significant impact on village income in Kotabari Village. To address this, the village government of Kotabari City aims to balance the distribution of village income by allocating no more than 40% of village expenditure to each sector. The government also plans to allocate funds towards community-focused activities, such as village-wide festivals, which aim to promote local small and medium-sized enterprises and introduce their products to a broader market, both within Indonesia and internationally. Furthermore, it is crucial for the Kotabari Village Government to be more strategic and productive in its budgeted expenditure allocation, as this can stimulate an increase in village income, particularly in terms of village-owned revenue, and move the village towards greater independence and financial sustainability.
