The use of information technology through website development has become a crucial need for MSMEs, including traditional food businesses like Siomay Batagor Bogarasa. This study aims to develop a business profile website using the Odoo-based ERP website module to strengthen brand identity and facilitate information delivery to customers. The development process follows the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) stages, including planning, requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The developed website consists of several pages such as Home, About Us, Menu, and Contact Us, presenting information about the business history, product catalog and pricing, sales locations, and contact channels. Testing results indicate that most features function well, with responsive display, smooth navigation, active contact form, and effective social media integration. One issue was found in the Google Maps display, which has not yet accurately shown the business location. Overall, the website provides practical benefits in terms of promotion, communication, and enhancing the professionalism of the business.

Administrasi keuangan adalah dasar utama dalam mengelola lembaga pendidikan, yang memastikan pembagian sumber daya dilakukan secara transparan dan efisien guna mendukung proses belajar- mengajar. Di era digital saat ini, teknologi seperti spreadsheet Excel telah muncul sebagai jawaban utama untuk mengatasi hambatan administrasi manual, termasuk kesalahan hitung dan pemborosan waktu di bidang pendidikan. Alat digital semacam ini bisa meningkatkan produktivitas hingga 50% di lingkungan kecil, dengan keuntungan seperti penghematan waktu. Namun, di sekolah-sekolah pedesaan seperti SMP di Indonesia, penerapan digital seringkali terkendala oleh kurangnya infrastruktur dan kemampuan sumber daya manusia, sehingga butuh penelitian khusus untuk memahami dampaknya. Administrasi keuangan sekolah meliputi pencatatan pemasukan, pengeluaran, dan laporan bulanan yang tepat. Masalah umum seperti proses manual dengan buku besar sering kali menimbulkan kesalahan matematika, penundaan laporan, dan efisiensi operasional yang rendah, khususnya di lembaga kecil seperti SMP. Penelitian Rusmiati (2025) menyoroti keefektifan alat digital untuk skala kecil dalam transformasi manajemen keuangan sekolah, tapi belum sepenuhnya fokus pada konteks pendidikan pedesaan di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi penerapan keuangan berbasis Excel sebagai solusi digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi di SMP Negeri 2 Laut Tador. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif Kualitatif dengan pendekatan triangulasi untuk memahami fenomena secara mendalam. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam semi terstruktur, observasi partisipan, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Excel meningkatkan efisiensi melalui penghematan waktu hingga 50%, kemudahan penggunaan, dan pengurangan kesalahan, meskipun ada hambatan infrastruktur awal.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of regional economies, including in the city of Banjarmasin, as they play a crucial role in job creation and income generation for local communities. However, many MSMEs continue to face challenges in the marketing aspect, particularly due to their reliance on conventional marketing methods that have limited reach and require relatively high costs. In response to these issues, this community service program aims to promote the digitalization of MSME marketing methods in Banjarmasin through intensive training and mentoring in the utilization of social media marketing. The implementation methods include an initial needs assessment survey to identify partners’ levels of understanding, workshops on digital marketing strategies, and hands-on mentoring for direct implementation on social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. The results of the program indicate a significant improvement in MSME actors’ knowledge and skills, particularly in managing business accounts, developing content strategies, and creating visually appealing content that aligns with target market characteristics. Furthermore, MSME partners were able to expand their market reach more effectively and efficiently, which is expected to enhance business competitiveness and sustainability in the digital era.

The development of information technology has encouraged various organizations, including cooperatives, to digitize their service systems. The Credit Cooperative (Kopdit) CU Mera Ndi Ate is one of the cooperatives that still uses a manual system in managing savings and loans, which causes the service process to be slow, inaccurate, and has a high risk of recording errors. This study aims to design and build a web-based savings and loans system that can be used by members of Kopdit CU Mera Ndi Ate. This system allows members to conduct transactions online, view transaction history, and monitor savings or loan balances. The research methods used are observation, interviews, and literature studies. The system development process uses a waterfall model with stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The result of this study is a prototype of a web-based savings and loans information system that has main features such as member registration, transaction recording, financial data management, and automatic financial report generation. With the implementation of this system, it is hoped that the cooperative can improve work efficiency, speed up services, and provide easy access to information to all members.

Karya Nyata : Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat 2025 Lembaga Pengembangan Kinerja Dosen

The goal of this community service program (PkM) at SMA Negeri 11 Samarinda is to increase students' enthusiasm for reading by providing them with e-books that are based on QR codes. Students' lack of enthusiasm for reading and resources for reading led to the program's inception. E-books with QR codes embedded were presented as a workable approach to digital literacy that caters to the needs of students who were born into the digital age. Several steps were involved in the process, such as determining requirements, creating an e-book, creating QR codes, installing them at key school locations, and finally, monitoring and evaluating the results. Observations and questionnaires were given to 200 students as part of the assessment. Students' interest in and ability to access literature were both enhanced by the usage of QR Codes, according to the findings. In a survey, 82% of people said QR Codes were simple to use, and 85% said they were more motivated to read after using them. In terms of reading frequency, 76% of students saw an improvement, and 72% said they could understand what they read better.With an overall mean score of 4.35 (categorized as excellent), the digital literacy program proved to be effective and positively received. Overall, the implementation of QR Code–based e-books successfully strengthened digital literacy practices and created a more engaging, flexible, and sustainable reading experience, offering a model for digital literacy initiatives in other schools.

The development of digitalization has brought significant progress in the dissemination and accessibility of creative works, particularly through digital platforms that enable rapid and widespread distribution. The digitalization of creative works provides significant opportunities for creators and the creative industry to expand market reach and increase creative productivity. However, on the other hand, this progress also poses various challenges, particularly related to the increase in copyright infringement such as piracy, unauthorized duplication, and illegal distribution of digital content. This article aims to examine criminal acts against copyright infringement in the digital era based on Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. The research methods used are literature study and case analysis to identify types of digital copyright infringement, the application of criminal law, obstacles in law enforcement, and possible solutions. In addition, this article also analyzes the effectiveness of applicable legal regulations and the impact of copyright infringement on the sustainability of the creative industry. The results of the study indicate that firm and adaptive law enforcement to technological developments is crucial to protect creators' rights and maintain the sustainability of creativity in the digital era.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in Indonesia's economic development. However, many MSMEs still face challenges in managing financial records and adapting to digital marketing, including the Cilor Maklor MSME in Argomulyo Village. The Cilor Maklor MSME in this location is one of the micro-enterprises that requires capacity building in both aspects. The main objective of this community service is to assist the Cilor Maklor MSME in understanding and implementing simple financial record-keeping methods and in improving its marketing capabilities through digital marketing, so that the MSME can adapt to current developments and expand its market reach. The method used in this activity includes three stages, namely: 1) MSME Survey, 2) Training and Mentoring, and 3) Evaluation. The results of the community service show an increase in MSMEs' knowledge, understanding, and skills in recording simple financial reports and in marketing products through digital platforms. In addition, this community service activity also has a positive impact on business capacity development and the sustainability of MSMEs.

. In the era of digitalization and globalization, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia face both opportunities and challenges in international trade. This study aims to analyze export digitalization as an inclusive strategy for MSMEs producing Ende-Lio Ikat Weaving in Ende Regency, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), to increase global market access and preserve local cultural values. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach to analyze the factors that influence the adoption of export digitalization. The results show that digital platforms enable MSMEs to increase product visibility, integrate cultural values in international trade, and reach global consumers. Key challenges include infrastructure limitations, low digital literacy, and export product readiness. Inclusive strategies that combine technology, training, institutional support, and compliance with international standards are essential to empower artisans in remote areas. These findings serve as a reference for policy development to support the sustainable participation of culture-based MSMEs.

The mentoring program was implemented to address issues related to the low practice of financial recordkeeping and the suboptimal utilization of digital marketing among Aisyah Laundry MSMEs in Dusun Gatak. The objective of this activity was to implement a simple financial recording system, build a basic understanding of the separation between personal and business finances, and introduce digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing business management effectiveness. The methods employed included a participatory approach through initial condition observation, socialization of the benefits of recordkeeping, training in the use of simple bookkeeping formats, digital content training, and outcome evaluation. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in the regularity of daily transaction recording, administrative skills, and the establishment of a more systematic financial management pattern. In the marketing aspect, activation of the business’s Instagram account contributed to expanded service information outreach, increased customer interest, and a shift in the business owner's perspective regarding the importance of digital media. These findings affirm that hands-on mentoring is effective in improving financial and digital literacy among MSMEs and in encouraging sustainable changes in business behavior.

The development of information technology offers great opportunities to improve public health services, particularly in managing health data for pregnant women and toddlers. However, at the community level, challenges remain such as manual recordkeeping, limited digital literacy, and the absence of integrated data systems. This community-based digital health data mentoring program aims to enhance the capacity of local cadres and residents to manage health data digitally, accurately, and sustainably. The methods included socialization sessions, training on health data recording applications, and field mentoring over a three-month period in community health posts. The results showed a significant improvement in cadres’ ability to use digital applications (from 45% to 90%) and a 60% reduction in data reporting time. Moreover, the quality of health data collected became more valid and easily accessible to medical staff and local health centers. This program has proven effective in fostering community independence in technology-based health data management and has the potential to be replicated in other regions with cross-sectoral support.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the LAPORBUP application in improving public information services and identify obstacles to its implementation at the East Lombok Regency Communication and Informatics Office. LAPORBUP is a digital-based public service innovation that makes it easier for the public to convey complaints, aspirations, and suggestions quickly, transparently, and accountably. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The data obtained are analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results show that the implementation of LAPORBUP is able to improve the quality of public information services through a more practical, open, and responsive reporting system. The public can monitor the progress of reports through a ticket system, while the government uses report data as a basis for policy evaluation. In addition, socialization through various media has also encouraged increased public understanding and use of the application. However, the implementation of LAPORBUP still faces several obstacles. Internal obstacles include limited human resources, minimal technical training, and limited operational budget. Meanwhile, external obstacles include low digital literacy among the public and a lack of awareness among some residents in utilizing the service. Thus, LAPORBUP has made a positive contribution to strengthening public information services in East Lombok Regency. Through increased human resource capacity, enhanced digital literacy, and adequate budget support, this application has the potential to become a model for technology-based public service innovation that can strengthen government-community relations and support transparent, accountable, and responsive governance

Solid Dwipantara is a micro, small, and medium enterprise engaged in the custom furniture business located in the Denpasar area. In terms of marketing, the partner has not yet optimally utilized digital technology and still relies on repeat orders, or in other words, orders that come mostly from customers who have used the partner's services before and also from direct recommendations from customers to potential new customers. For furniture design, the partner still uses manual methods by drawing designs on paper for the size and model of furniture desired by customers. This greatly affects the accuracy of the size and model after production because there may be differences between the final product and the initial design desired by the customer, so sometimes the finished product has to be redone. The partner also lacks understanding in utilizing digital technology to find and obtain the latest custom furniture models and designs that keep up with the times. The partner needs a digital marketing medium and assistance in utilizing digital technology to support the product design process

Digitalization has become a key factor driving global economic transformation, including the development of the Islamic economy in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the opportunities, challenges, and strategies for advancing the Islamic economy in the digital era through a literature-based research method. Information was gathered by reviewing documents, articles, and relevant literature related to the digitalization of the Islamic economy, including analyses of Sharia-compliant fintech, halal e-commerce, and digital Islamic banking.The findings indicate that digitalization offers numerous opportunities to enhance service efficiency, expand access to Islamic financial services, strengthen the capacity of MSMEs, and accelerate the growth of the halal industry. However, the digital transformation process also presents several challenges, such as low levels of digital and Islamic financial literacy, potential data breaches, the spread of misinformation, regulatory inefficiencies, and legal uncertainties associated with emerging technologies such as Sharia-compliant blockchain. In addition, digital inequality and ethical issues must be addressed to ensure alignment with the principles of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah.This study highlights the importance of implementing a comprehensive Sharia-based development strategy through regulatory strengthening, education on digital ethics, enhanced supervisory functions, and collaboration between the government, academia, industry players, and society. With the right approach, digitalization can become a significant tool in building an Islamic economic ecosystem that is just, inclusive, and sustainable.

This study aims to analyze how digitalization of governance, particularly through the implementation of e-financial reporting, digital audit trails, and cloud-based data security and reliability systems, contributes to increased transparency, accountability, and data protection in educational institutions. Using a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and thematic analysis, this study reveals that digitalization can create a more objective, standardized, and difficult-to-manipulate control mechanism. The e-financial reporting system strengthens transparency through open processes and reduces opportunities for irregularities. Digital audit trails provide authentic evidence that facilitates the process of verification, monitoring, and tracking every administrative activity in real time. Meanwhile, data security supported by layered encryption, automatic backups, and emergency recovery access increases internal and external trust in the integrity of information systems. These findings indicate that digitalization not only provides technical tools but also forms a more disciplined, adaptive, and public accountability-oriented governance structure. This study broadens understanding of the relationship between digital technology and organizational culture and provides a theoretical foundation for developing a more reliable and sustainable information system-based educational governance model.

The purpose of this research is to analyze how strategies for collecting and managing Third Party Funds (DPK) affect the profitability level of Bank Jatim. As the bank’s main funding source, the effectiveness of DPK management significantly determines its ability to distribute credit, maintain liquidity, and improve financial performance. This research applies a qualitative descriptive methodology within a case study framework at Bank Jatim, with data collected through comprehensive field observations. conducted during the MBKM internship program in the Accounting and Financial Management Division, complemented by the analysis of Bank Jatim’s financial statements for the 2024–2025 period. The findings reveal that the 15% growth in DPK in 2024 positively contributed to the increase in productive assets, net interest margin (NIM), and return on assets (ROA). Bank Jatim’s main strategies include increasing the proportion of low-cost funds (CASA), digitalizing services through the JConnect application, collaborating with local governments, and providing exclusive services for priority customers. These approaches not only promote the growth of low-cost funds but also strengthen customer loyalty and the bank’s competitiveness amid the evolving banking landscape. The study concludes that innovative, efficient, and digitally based DPK management enhances Bank Jatim’s profitability and reinforces its role as a regional development bank. The study recommends strengthening financial literacy among the public and diversifying deposit products to expand the customer base..      Keywords: Third Party Funds, Bank Jatim, Profitability, Digital Banking, Financial Management Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana strategi penghimpunan dan pengelolaan Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK) berpengaruh terhadap tingkat profitabilitas Bank Jatim. Sebagai sumber pendanaan utama, efektivitas pengelolaan DPK memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga kemampuan bank untuk menyalurkan kredit, mempertahankan likuiditas, serta meningkatkan kinerja keuangan secara keseluruhan. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus pada Bank Jatim. Data dikumpulkan melalui kegiatan observasi langsung di lapangan. program magang di Divisi Akuntansi dan Manajemen Keuangan, serta melalui analisis laporan keuangan Bank Jatim periode 2024–2025.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan DPK sebesar 15% pada tahun 2024 memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan aset produktif, Net Interest Margin (NIM), dan Return on Assets (ROA). Strategi utama yang diterapkan Bank Jatim mencakup peningkatan proporsi dana murah (CASA), digitalisasi layanan melalui aplikasi JConnect, kolaborasi dengan pemerintah daerah, serta penyediaan layanan eksklusif bagi nasabah prioritas. Strategi tersebut tidak hanya berhasil mendorong peningkatan dana murah, tetapi juga memperkuat loyalitas nasabah dan daya saing Bank Jatim di tengah ketatnya persaingan industri perbankan.Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan DPK yang inovatif, efisien, dan berbasis digital berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan profitabilitas Bank Jatim sekaligus memperkuat perannya sebagai bank pembangunan daerah. The implementation of online zakat payments by BAZNAS Jambi Province faced several challenges, including suboptimal use of the Simba application due to system errors. Additionally, there was a lack of public trust in online zakat payments, insufficient public literacy on the matter, and inadequate socialization and education from BAZNAS Jambi regarding the online payment process. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection via interviews. To optimize digital zakat management, BAZNAS Jambi implemented a strategy involving both their website and the SIMBA system, offering two digital payment options: transfers and QRIS codes. They also pursued partnerships with companies and promoted zakat payments through social media platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Google Ads, Meta Ads, as well as TVRI and RRI television. However, there were challenges, including human resource limitations at BAZNAS Jambi, which resulted in delays when verifying factual data. Additionally, high IT operational costs limited the effectiveness of SIMBA and the website. The coordination issues, including both functional and institutional coordination, were also identified as significant problems. To address these challenges, BAZNAS Jambi has been working on solutions such as community education, socializing zakat management with the public and local government agencies (OPDs), and improving internal coordination.

This community service activity aims to improve the competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) UP2K Unyur Makmur in Unyur Village, Serang City, Banten through the application of digitalisation and product packaging innovation. The main problems faced by partners are limitations in the use of digital technology for marketing and packaging designs that are unattractive and do not reflect the identity of local products. The methods used in this activity include socialisation, training, mentoring, and evaluation of the implementation of digital marketing strategies and packaging design development. The results of this activity show an increase in the ability of MSME actors to use digital media such as marketplaces, social media marketing, and simple graphic design for product promotion. In addition, the packaging innovations introduced were able to increase the aesthetic value and appeal of products in the eyes of consumers. The tangible impact of this activity was an increase in MSME actors' awareness of the importance of digitalisation and packaging innovation in expanding markets and strengthening brand image. This activity is expected to become a model for digital and creative MSME empowerment in the Serang area and its surroundings.

This study aims to analyze the role of digitalization in driving social development in Indonesia through the perspective of development sociology. Digitalization has become a major force transforming social structures, values, and interaction patterns in societies worldwide. The results show that digital technology contributes significantly to increased social participation, economic empowerment, and equitable access to information. However, on the other hand, challenges arise in the form of a digital divide between urban and rural communities that can deepen social inequality. In the context of development sociology, digitalization is not only viewed as a technological process, but also as a social phenomenon that influences the dynamics of community life. Therefore, digital-based development must be directed inclusively so that all levels of society receive equal benefits. The government, educational institutions, and the community need to synergize in strengthening digital literacy and maintaining socio-cultural values ​​amidst the current of technological globalization. This research analyses the challenges to service innovation in civil registration, specifically the issuance of birth certificates at the Sidoarjo Regency Department of Population and Civil Registration, within the context of governmental digital transformation. Employing a qualitative approach via in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis, the study identifies various obstacles encountered in the process of public service digitisation. The findings indicate that the principal challenges include: (1) resistance to change from both civil servants and the public regarding the digital system; (2) limitations in information technology infrastructure and internet connectivity in rural areas; (3) the digital literacy gap between urban and rural community groups; (4) the complexity of coordination among government agencies within the integrated system; and (5) budgetary constraints for continuous system maintenance and development. The study also found that despite various innovations such as online services, mobile apps, and digital queuing systems, their implementation still faces significant technical and non-technical impediments. These findings contribute to the literature on public sector innovation by revealing the dynamics of e-government implementation at the regency/city level, and offer strategic recommendations for policymakers on optimising the digital transformation of civil registration services. The novelty of this research lies in its comprehensive analysis, which integrates technological, organisational, and social perspectives within the context of local government in Indonesia post-COVID-19 pandemic.
