Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in supporting the community’s economy; however, they still face various limitations in business management, particularly in product packaging and digital marketing. This community service activity aims to enhance the capacity of MSME actors in optimizing product packaging design and utilizing digital marketing in Pattallassang District, Gowa Regency. The activity was conducted in February 2026 and involved 8 home-based business actors as participants. The methods used included socialization, training, and participatory-based mentoring, which began with a pre-test to measure the participants’ initial level of understanding. The materials provided covered product packaging design, label or logo creation, and the use of social media and marketplaces in digital marketing. The results showed an improvement in participants’ knowledge and skills in designing more attractive product packaging and utilizing digital platforms as marketing tools. Participants also began to understand the importance of branding and marketing strategies in increasing product competitiveness. Overall, this activity had a positive impact on improving the capacity of MSME actors in terms of knowledge, skills, and attitudes in managing their businesses. This activity is expected to be an initial step in encouraging MSME actors to be more adaptive to technological developments and able to compete in a broader market.

Local coffee micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Karang Sidemen Village, Central Lombok Regency, have significant development potential; however, they still face challenges related to marketing practices and limited value addition. Conventional marketing systems restrict market reach and reduce product competitiveness. In the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0, digital marketing offers a strategic opportunity for MSMEs to enhance product promotion and sales performance. This community service program aimed to strengthen the capacity of local coffee MSMEs through the implementation of social media–based digital marketing strategies. A participatory approach was employed, actively involving MSME actors and students through stages of problem identification, program planning, training and hands-on digital marketing practices, and evaluation. The results demonstrated an improvement in participants’ understanding and skills in utilizing social media as a promotional tool, as reflected by the initiative to develop and publish promotional video content for local coffee products, including the flagship Versilia coffee variant. The use of visual content and storytelling facilitated the practical adoption of digital marketing strategies. Overall, this program contributed to shifting marketing behavior from conventional to digital approaches and strengthening the sustainable competitiveness of local coffee MSMEs.

Business legality is a crucial element in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Karangsari Village, as one of the MSME centers, is facing challenges in adopting Business Identification Numbers (NIB) and implementing digital marketing. This research aims to identify the impact of implementing NIB on MSMEs in Karangsari Village and explore the obstacles and opportunities in its implementation. The methods used are case studies and field surveys. The research results show that although NIB can improve legality and market access, low digital literacy is a major obstacle. It is hoped that the socialization and training carried out in Karangsari Village can increase understanding and adoption of NIB and digital marketing by MSMEs, so as to strengthen their competitiveness in the market.

This community service was carried out in Sumbersari Hamlet, Community Service Activities were carried out in Mojowatesrejo Village, Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency with the target of understanding Digital Marketing Optimization and the Legality of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development (U.M.K.M). Carrying out community service, the main aim of this activity is to increase insight and knowledge regarding Optimization of Digital Marketing and the Legality of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Development in Mojowono Village. In order to obtain and support a conducive working atmosphere, work together to build productive partnerships. Therefore, the socialization carried out in Mojowono Village, Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency is very important to carry out. Other objectives include providing an understanding of technological advances that must be utilized properly so that they can increase income in society. This business activity must of course be maximized and must be equipped with a business permit so that it can provide certainty and legal protection for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises(UMKM)

Human Resources (HR) competency is one of the main factors that must be possessed by MSME business actors. Managing human resources is a skill that must be possessed by business actors. Apart from that, in facing business challenges in the digital era, MSMEs need to adapt to technological developments so as not to be left behind. Therefore, this community service activity aims to provide knowledge about HR competencies in the era of digitalization to business actors in Bekasi Regency, especially North Cikarang. The method used in this community service activity is in the form of counseling and assistance to strengthen employee competency in this era of digitalization, especially the development of digital marketing so that in the future micro businesses have the potential to increase the profitability of their businesses. Human resource management in micro businesses has a specific goal, namely that participants in community service activities are expected to be able to adapt to current developments so that they can maintain the existence of their business and increase their business productivity. Implementation is carried out by providing materials, lectures, discussions/questions and answers and practice with business actors.

This research aims to investigate ethical business practices in sustainable digital marketing among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The research model adopts a qualitative approach to delve into the intricacies of ethical decision-making processes within digital marketing strategies. Sampling techniques involve purposive sampling to select MSMEs known for their sustainable practices. Data analysis employs thematic analysis, allowing for the identification of patterns and themes related to ethical considerations in digital marketing. Preliminary findings indicate a growing consciousness among MSMEs towards adopting ethical principles in their digital marketing endeavors, contributing to the sustainability of their businesses while fostering consumer trust and loyalty. This study sheds light on the importance of ethical conduct in digital marketing for the long-term viability of MSMEs in the contemporary business landscape.

This research aims to explore sustainable digital marketing strategies suitable for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The study employs a descriptive research model, utilizing purposive sampling to select participants with extensive experience in digital marketing within MSMEs. Data collection techniques include semi-structured interviews and content analysis of relevant literature. Thematic analysis will be employed to analyze the data, identifying patterns and themes related to effective sustainable digital marketing practices for MSMEs. The study anticipates uncovering insights into innovative and environmentally conscious digital marketing approaches that can be adopted by MSMEs to enhance their competitiveness while minimizing environmental impact.
