Final year PBA students who have difficulty speaking Arabic have obstacles that show symptoms that can be observed by teachers/lecturers. Some symptoms that are signs of difficulty in Arabic include: students showing low performance whose position is below the average achieved by their group, students having difficulty speaking Arabic during presentations and thesis exams. The results achieved are not commensurate with the efforts made, are slow in carrying out coursework, show inappropriate attitudes such as: difficulty in communicating Arabic during presentations, skipping class one day and coming late to class. This research aims to obtain clarity regarding: 1. Factors that cause students to have difficulty speaking Arabic; 2. Appropriate alternative assistance efforts to overcome the Arabic language difficulties of final semester PBA students at Nurul Jadid University. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The data collection techniques used in this research are in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies with the main data source, namely final semester PBA students. The data obtained was then analyzed based on Milles and Hubermen's analysis flow, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or data verification. The results of the analysis of students' difficulty speaking Arabic were 60% due to internal factors, namely originating from within the human being, such as psychological factors, and 40% due to external factors in the form of social and non-social factors.

Stroke is the presence of clinical signs that develop rapidly due to focal brain function disorders. Stroke occurs suddenly but has long-term effects such as disability, emotional problems, depression and also changes in social relationships. A stroke occurs when the blood supply to the brain stops suddenly, thereby blocking the supply of oxygen, which is a vital necessity for the brain, causing a decrease in normal brain function. Cases of stroke need to be handled by the patient's family quickly and precisely so that the patient gets help according to the condition of the stroke he is experiencing. Based on this, a study is needed related to nursing care for stroke patients. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a case study approach that is carried out on the pattern of nursing care in stroke patients. From the research results obtained from patients, namely patients complaining of no appetite, difficulty lifting the left leg and difficulty speaking. There are 3 nursing problems that arise in patients, namely nutritional imbalances less than body requirements, impaired physical mobility and, impaired verbal communication. This is based on the results of interviews and observations found due to lack of knowledge of the patient's family on how to treat stroke patients.

Speaking is one of the important skills that must be learned by anyone who wants to master English. In mastering speaking skills, it is necessary to use several strategies. Researchers compiled this thesis with the aim of knowing how the strategies used by tutors in teaching speaking , and students' responses to the strategies used by tutors helped them improve students' speaking skills at Fajar English Course, Pare, Kediri. The research method used by the researcher is a qualitative descriptive method. Researchers obtained data by observing one speaking class program, namely Mentari class. The researcher also interviewed three tutors in Mentari class and two students in Mentari class. Finally, the researcher collected the documentation obtained from the observations in class. The data were analyzed by organizing the data obtained by the researcher. The findings of this study indicate that the strategies applied by tutors are conversation, story telling, presentation, debate, breaking news, and speech. The reason the tutor uses this strategy is because the strategy is considered a fun strategy, gives students confidence to dare to speak in public, motivates students not to be afraid of making mistakes when speaking, and from speaking practice students also gain new knowledge. For students who have difficulty in learning speaking, the tutor encourages and motivates them to practice more speaking both inside and outside the classroom. Because every difficulty in the process of learning speaking is considered to be easy to overcome with a lot of practice.

Based on initial observations made by researchers in Pematang Serai Village, some children had difficulty speaking because they were still used to the language used in the family environment, and it was difficult to listen to what other people were saying other than using their mother tongue. For example, some children still use their mother tongue or are carried away by the language used at home when they want to ask others for help, which is sometimes difficult to understand. Another problem faced by the people of Pematang Serai Village is moral degradation. Low levels of education and interest in reading are suspected to be the cause of the decline in the character values of the millennial generation. Data analysis was adjusted to the problem formulation questions to be investigated using a quantitative descriptive method that processes numerical data into words, then changes recorded data from interviews. There is an influence of mother tongue on the listening ability of children aged 4-5 years in Pematang Serai Village, the influence of mother tongue on the listening ability of children aged 4-5 years in Pematang Serai Village is 27.8%, and the rest is influenced by cultural factors, community environment and intensity social interaction of 72.2%.
