This paper aims to provide an explanation of the contribution of Islamic banking in the framework of national economic development, considering that the Islamic industry has developed rapidly in the last few decades. The method used is a systematic literature review (SLR) by documenting several articles that have similar research. The findings show that economic development aims to improve the welfare of its people. The success of a country's development can be seen from a high and sustainable level of economic growth. This growth can be seen through the increase in the production of industrial goods, the number of schools, the increase in infrastructure, and the increase in the service sector. Economic development will have an impact on changes in the economic structure towards a better stage, so that socio-economic aspects in society can be seen in the form of reduced poverty, unemployment, and increased people's purchasing power. Unstable economic growth has resulted in Indonesia still being in the middle income zone, therefore the participation of all elements of the government, society and the banking sector is no exception. Banking has an important role in advancing the national economy, besides functioning as a collector and distributor of public funds, banking also aims to support the implementation of national development in the framework of increasing equity and economic stability towards increasing the welfare of the community at large. Especially in the Islamic economy, Islamic banking seeks to accelerate economic growth by carrying out financial, commercial and investment activities in accordance with Islamic teachings. Islamic banks are not only banks that eliminate the interest system in their operations but also carry out social welfare oriented roles. The Islamic banking industry has a strategic role in the development of the people's economy, contributing to transforming the economy into productive, value-added and inclusive economic activities.

This research aims to analyze the problems and development of sharia banking in Indonesia in the context of globalization. Sharia banking in Indonesia has experienced significant development during the era of globalization. Globalization is a process of international integration that occurs due to the exchange of world views, products, thoughts and other cultural aspects. The progress of transportation and telecommunications infrastructure, including the emergence of the telegraph and the Internet, is a major factor in globalization which increasingly encourages interdependence of economic and cultural activities. The era of globalization has brought changes to the world economic order and presented challenges and opportunities for sharia banking. However, with the development of sharia banking, various problems and challenges have arisen that need to be overcome, the central problem is the lack of socialization and education to the community, as well as competition with conventional institutions which is also a challenge for sharia banking in Indonesia. The analysis method used by the author is a qualitative approach. The results of the research in this journal are the innovation of Islamic banking products, developing digital banking and increasing human resources as a strategy for the development of Islamic banking in Indonesia in the era of globalisation.

The Government of Aceh in 2013 issued Aceh Qanun Number 11 of 2013 concerning Social Welfare. North Aceh Regency to overcome this has carried out a variety of policies / programs with the aim of finding solutions in terms of poverty alleviation of coastal communities, but not yet optimal, the number of poverty continues to increase and and decrease from year to year, we can see that the Aceh District Government The North does not seem to be serious in suppressing and overcoming poverty, based on the writer's findings that there are still many of the coastal poverty alleviation programs that are not yet right on targeting the people who are the object of the policy / program. The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the implementation of poverty reduction policies in coastal communities in Seunuddon District. To describe the constraints of the government in poverty alleviation of coastal communities. The study uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive analysis research. The results showed that the implementation of policies in poverty reduction in coastal communities in Seunuddon District the government worked with the North Aceh Regional Planning and Development Agency (BAPPEDA), North Aceh Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Fisheries and Maritime Affairs Office, and the Social Service. The Department of Fisheries and Maritime Affairs has implemented and provided socialization to the community regarding poverty alleviation programs for the poor coastal communities, in general the poverty of coastal communities in the District of Seunuddon is influenced by cultural and structural factors. The obstacle of the government in reducing poverty of coastal communities in Seunuddon District, is related to the lack of budget, resources, facilities and infrastructure, as well as very limited information.

The strategy for developing Prince Benowo's tomb tourism in Wonosalam District, Jombang has become the focus of discussion. One strategy that stands out is the use of social media platforms such as YouTube and other platforms. In this context, interesting and informative video content, official YouTube channel, collaboration with local YouTubers or influencers, live streaming, and social media-based campaigns can be used to promote the tomb. In addition, other strategies include improving infrastructure, environmental management, providing adequate facilities and information, developing educational and cultural programs, as well as involving local communities and partnerships with related parties. Implementation of this strategy aims to create a good tourist experience, boost the local economy, and strengthen the cultural and historical identity of the village. Periodic evaluation and monitoring is required to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy and improvements where necessary. Thus, it is hoped that Prince Benowo's tomb tour will become an attractive, sustainable tourist destination, and provide benefits to the local community.

The problems that exist in the Pekalongan Regency Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Office (Disporapar) on the one hand are problems in the organisational structure, especially in charge of Tourism, which has no sub-fields, even though the workload is very high. Another problem is that many tasks in the tourism sector have not been handled properly, such as the implementation of the licensing process and public services in the tourism sector, the implementation of qualifications and administration of tourism services, coordination and formulation of standards, norms and tourism promotion, and facilitation of tourism product development and the tourism business world and the creative economy in the tourism sector. On the other hand, it is a heavy responsibility for Disporapar to coordinate, communicate and socialise due to the low participation of the community to become "people aware of tourism".The purpose of the study was to analyse efforts to develop institutional capacity in public services in the field of tourism in Disporapar Pekalongan Regency. Analyse the factors that hinder and support capacity development efforts in public services in the field of tourism in Disporapar Pekalongan Regency. The data used are primary and secondary data. With data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques through four stages that must be passed, namely information collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.Based on the results of the analysis of the above research, the conclusion is that first, the development of institutional capacity in coordinating public services in the tourism sector at the Pekalongan Regency Disporapar is not yet sufficient internally, such as budget improvement, improvement of organizational structure, recruitment of human resources apparatus, and provision of infrastructure facilities. Second, externally, there has been no development and improvement of tourism objects that are adequate for the consumption of local and foreign tourists in Pekalongan Regency. Thirdly, there is a lack of participation and awareness of the people to form "Rakyat Sadar Wisata" groups, but more people are not aware of tourism, so there is still "robbery" and destruction of tourist attraction facilities, illegal parking in tourist attraction areas, inadequate number and condition of tourist attraction facilities, and a lack of investors. However, there is a relief in the support from the Provincial and Central Governments as well as the availability of large areas of coastal, inland and mountainous land in Pekalongan Regency and the many potential natural resources in Pekalongan Regency that have not been utilised. The low quality of public services is still a classic problem in Indonesia. Therefore, it is time for the government to implement e-government as an effort to improve services to the community. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of making online SKCK at MPP Pandeglang Regency as an implementation of e-government and to determine the factors that support and hinder e-government at MPP Pandeglang Regency. The research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, a case study of making online SKCK at the Pandeglang Regency MPP. This research found that the effectiveness of e-government as seen from the indicators of productivity, adaptability, job satisfaction and general development is good. The supporting factor is the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the lack of human resources and inappropriate placement of officers. This research has the implication that the e-government services provided should be socialized first so that they can be implemented optimally in society.

The border is an important aspect of the state because it determines the area of ​​authority and sovereignty of the state which intersects with the sovereignty of other countries. The border is also a very strategic area for a country, because it involves socio-cultural, economic, political, defense and security aspects. Based on Law No. 43 of 2008 concerning state territory, states that the border area is part of the country's territory which is located on the side along the border of Indonesia's territory with other countries and the border area is in the sub-district. The Law on State Territories also explains that the development of Indonesia's border areas is the responsibility of the state. Development in the field of infrastructure is also a major supporting factor for the main functions of the social system and economic system, such as the availability of health facilities, roads, air transportation, markets and educational facilities which support people's daily lives. With an infrastructure system that supports the community to move dynamically and makes it easier for the community to carry out economic activities, investors can invest in the regions. So that isolated/hard-to-reach areas can be accessed easily.

Green Economy is an economic approach that focuses on sustainable development and utilization of resources, by integrating economic, environmental, and social aspects by involving changes in mindset and lifestyle. With the expectation that people are expected to adopt sustainable behaviors and consumption such as reducing waste, supporting environmentally friendly products, and recycling. The main goals of a green economy are to reduce negative impacts on the environment, including reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, protection of biodiversity, conservation of water resources, and effective waste management.  Green economy not only focuses on environmental protection, but also involves social and economic aspects. This includes improving social welfare and improving quality of life through sustainable job creation, increased access to basic services, and community empowerment in decision-making that impacts the environment. There are several important aspects in realizing a green economy through policies and regulations to encourage the transition to a sustainable economy that considers environmental and social aspects that support the green economy in realizing the transition to a sustainable economy. The second is investment in renewable energy that uses energy such as solar power, wind power, hydroelectricity, biomass and geothermal energy. The third is sustainable infrastructure development, the fourth is community empowerment and the fourth is collaboration between the public and private sectors.

This study aims to examine the socio-economic conditions and potential development of Bima Regency, as well as realizing real policies to increase development in the district. A mixed research design was used, which combined qualitative and quantitative data collection methods. Data was collected through surveys, interviews, and secondary sources, and analyzed using descriptive statistics and content analysis. The findings reveal that Bima District has several development potentials, including its strategic location, natural resources, and human capital. However, this district still faces various socio-economic challenges, such as poverty, fatigue, and limited infrastructure. In addition, this research shows that the district's development is influenced by several factors, including political will, institutional capacity, and community participation. The contribution of this research includes providing a thorough understanding of the socio-economic conditions and potential development of Bima Regency, as well as identifying the key factors influencing its development. Policy implications and practices emphasize the need to increase institutional capacity, improve infrastructure, and promote community participation in district development. Limitations of this study include the small sample size and limited data collection period. Future research should address these limitations by using larger sample sizes and longer data collection periods. Overall, this study provides valuable insights into the socio-economic conditions and development potential of the Bima district, and the pressures for policy interventions to enhance the district's development.
