Companies often face various obstacles related to managing raw material inventory to meet demand, one of which is Peuyeum Ketan Istimewa. Working in the food processing industry, of course, raw material inventory management needs to be planned optimally to avoid various risks that can harm the company. The Quantity Discount model is used to take advantage of cost savings provided by suppliers when purchases are made in large quantities, while other efforts that can help manage raw materials in a company are by knowing the safety stock and reorder point of raw materials and also forecasting demand to predict future demand. This study will use the Quantity Discount model which optimizes inventory levels by considering storage costs, ordering costs, and quantity discounts. The calculations carried out are also to find the value of the company's Safety Stock and Reorder Point. The results of this study indicate that the use of the Quantity Discount method can reduce total costs by Rp26,319,267/year, while forecasting using the seasonality method increases the accuracy of demand predictions, thus enabling more efficient inventory management. This research aims to find out what factors can influence the level of demand other than price in the North Sangatta main market. This type of research is field research, with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis used in this research is qualitative descriptive, through several stages, the first stage is data reduction, the second stage is data presentation, and the final stage is drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that there are several factors that influence the level of demand from the consumer's point of view and the producer's point of view in the main market of North Sumatra. From the consumer's point of view, factors that influence the level of demand include the size and shape of goods or services, promotions and discounts, and income. monthly, from the producer's point of view, including consumer behavior (consumer tastes), quality of goods, certain seasons or weather, and prices of other goods.

Organic waste management has become an urgent global issue, as the increasing volume of waste poses serious challenges to the environment. One innovative solution that is gaining increasing attention is Maggot cultivation, through a bioconversion process. Maggot bioconversion not only addresses the problem of organic waste but also offers new economic opportunities through the production of high-value resources. In addition, maggot cultivation can also contribute to addressing the high price of protein sources and the increasing demand for animal feed. As highlighted by a study, maggot bioconversion technology can address three main problems: the generation of organic waste, the high price of protein sources, and the increasing demand for animal feed. (Handayani et al., 2021). Maggot (Hermetia Illucens) is a black soldier fly larva that has a chewy texture, high protein and has the ability to secrete natural enzymes that help improve the digestive system of livestock.

Information technology has an important role in the continuity of business activities for MSMEs. The application of technology to build a business is called effective and efficient digital transformation for MSMEs. One form of digital transformation is in the aspect of recording transactions and finances called Point of Sale (POS). POS is an application in the form of an online cashier with integrated electronic transaction service features which is aimed at increasing the sustainable development of digital entrepreneurs or Digipreneurs through digital transaction services to analyze administrative and financial matters which can help MSMEs. This research aims to prepare for the digital transformation of MSMEs in using digital POS system applications using the I-TOE framework. This research is qualitative in nature with data collection techniques by conducting interviews with 6 MSMEs in Salatiga, Central Java. From the interview results, it can be concluded that through the I-TOE framework, it is known that the readiness for digital MSME transformation is influenced by several aspects (1) Type of business, (2) Age of the manager. (3) Human resources and (4) Environmental demands.

This study analyzes e-commerce platform preferences for digital marketing strategies among Generation Z students at the Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Semarang using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. By evaluating four platforms (Tokopedia, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok) based on ease of use (25%), user experience (25%), promotions (15%), transaction security (15%), and product completeness (15%), the results show that Shopee leads (0.9333) with the best interface and features. TikTok (0.9080) excels in promotions but lacks security, Tokopedia (0.8820) remains consistent, while Lazada (0.8084) needs UX improvements. The implications suggest that platforms should optimize mobile interfaces, collaborate with influencers, and enhance visual search features to meet Gen Z’s demand for interactive experiences and economic value..

The Boba Beverage business was established with the aim of meeting the public demand for boba drinks that are currently popular. Boba is a tapioca ball that is often the filling of bubble tea drinks. To achieve its vision and mission, Estela Boba needs the right strategy to increase sales and compete with other boba beverage companies that have entered the market. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategies used by Estela Boba in increasing sales through the use of modern technology. The research method used is a qualitative method with interview and observation techniques. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The final result of the research is that there are several strategies used while running the “es te la” business.

Istishna accounting holds a crucial position in Islamic financial practices as it ensures fairness, transparency, and compliance with Sharia principles in recognizing and measuring costs. Istishna, a unique contract for producing goods based on specific orders, emphasizes the prohibition of uncertainty (gharar) and speculation (maysir), aligning financial activities with ethical and moral values. This article delves into the theoretical foundations of istishna accounting, analyzes its implementation in Islamic financial institutions, and evaluates its impact on financial reporting standards. By integrating Sharia principles with modern financial systems, the study highlights how Islamic financial institutions can maintain accountability and integrity while fostering trust among stakeholders. Furthermore, the article discusses challenges such as adapting to dynamic regulatory changes and balancing business needs with Sharia compliance. This research offers practical recommendations to enhance the credibility and relevance of Islamic financial statements, ensuring their alignment with global economic demands while upholding ethical standards.

Induction motors are components that convert electrical energy into mechanical energy and are very much in demand among industries, with low prices, sturdy construction and easy maintenance making these induction motors used for heavy industrial applications. However, the 3-phase induction motor at this time chooses a low torque and speed so that it affects the efficiency of the induction motor performance, which will decrease.  This study examines the effect of unsymmetrical 2-layer 6-phase induction motor design on the torque and speed of 3-phase induction motors using the finite element method. This research was conducted using Ansys software, which aims to see the magnetic flux density and the effect of 6-phase induction motor design on the torque and speed of a 3-phase induction motor using the finite element method. The induction motor that is the reference for this research has specifications of a 3-phase induction motor: 0.75 KW, 1 HP, 220/380 V, 3.5/2 A, 50 Hz, 1390 rpm.   Utilization of new renewable energy is a solution to meet the increasing electricity demand, one of which is solar power generation technology. Solar panels are a renewable power generator that is environmentally friendly. The relatively low and unstable output voltage of PV is affected by solar irradiation, which becomes a constraint. Therefore, by utilizing a boost converter, the solar panel system is able to work 25% more optimally compared to without using a boost converter. The performance of solar panels when using a boost converter is around 83.3% and without using it, the performance is only about 58.3%. The average output power when using the boost converter is 1,521 W, whereas without using the boost converter, the average output power is 1,172 W. This indicates that the output power is more stable when using the boost converter compared to not using it. This research focuses on a boost converter with PID control as a support, optimizer, and voltage stabilizer where the output power on the solar panel is expected to be more optimal and the output from the solar panel is more stable with more optimal results in various conditions. In this study, 12 solar panels of 125 WP with a capacity of 1.5 KW are used in series-parallel to obtain the required power. If the output from the solar panel is insufficient due to weather conditions, the voltage will be increased by the boost converter towards the inverter so that the voltage remains stable into the inverter with the boost converter. This boost converter uses PID control to keep the output voltage stable.

Milk consumption and the need for beef cattle for food purposes or sacrificial purposes continue to increase from year to year. This increase is in line with the increasing level of the economy and awareness of the need for nutritious food. However, the increase in demand still faces many production constraints due to the difficulties faced by farmers, the decline in cattle production from year to year in Indonesia. This causes Indonesia to have to import beef for 35.95% of the total national beef consumption. With many factors that affect the decline in the production rate of dairy cows or beef cattle every year, one of them is air pollution and poor air quality in cages. Along with the development of technology, a monitoring and detection system for air cleanliness in cattle pens was created, using the MQ-7 sensor as the concentration of carbon monoxide, the MQ-135 sensor as the concentration of ammonia gas, the MQ-2 sensor as the smoke detection, and When the air pollution value of each sensor input is according to the air pollution standard index (ISPU), the outputs namely indicator lights, buzzers and blowers will be on, then there will be temporary air neutralization in the cage. This tool is made easier by internet of things technology, so that it can send notifications via telegram and can see the level of air pollution levels through the web.

Operations management is a series of activities related to planning, organizing, controlling and supervising all resources used in the process of producing goods or services. The main function of operations management is to create quality products or services, at efficient costs, at the right time, and in accordance with market demand. This research is quantitative research that works with numbers and the data is in the form of numbers which are then analyzed using statistics to test hypotheses or to answer specific research questions and to make predictions. This research approach is explanatory research where data collection is carried out simultaneously in one stage (one shot study} or in a cross-section through a questionnaire. One of the main impacts of operations management what is good is increasing the efficiency of the production process by designing and managing efficient production processes, companies can optimize the use of available resources, reduce waste, and increase output without increasing significant costs. Effective operations management has a significant impact on various aspects of company performance, including operational efficiency, cost control, product quality and service, and customer satisfaction. By implementing good operations management principles, companies can increase their competitiveness, reduce waste, and improve the customer experience.

The demand for real-time performance monitoring in the Industry 5.0 era encourages organizations to adopt integrated approaches to management control systems. This study aims to develop and validate a Balanced Scorecard (BSC)-based performance evaluation model integrated with computerized accounting systems to enhance managerial decision-making quality. The research employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach, following systematic stages of model development including needs analysis, system design, prototype construction, and expert validation. Primary data were obtained from three management accounting experts and two information system practitioners who evaluated the model using five key criteria: accuracy of key performance indicators (KPI), ease of use, indicator relevance, data visualization quality, and implementation feasibility. The findings reveal that all criteria achieved average scores above 4.0 on a five-point scale, indicating a high level of expert consensus and confirming the model’s conceptual validity. The highest scores were recorded for KPI accuracy (4.5) and implementation feasibility (4.4), demonstrating the model’s potential for real-world application. The novelty of this study lies in its integration of BSC metrics with real-time accounting data processing through the R&D approach, resulting in a systematic framework for performance monitoring. Future research is recommended to enhance dashboard interactivity and conduct field implementation testing to measure the model’s impact on decision-making quality.

The impact of binge watching is an evolving phenomenon affecting consumers' continuation intention on video-on-demand (VOD) platforms, mediated by cliffhangers. This study targets a population of young individuals aged 17-25 years. The research design is quantitative, aiming to demonstrate the cause-and-effect relationship between binge watching and continuation intention, mediated by cliffhangers. The novelty of this research lies in not only examining the direct relationship between binge watching and continuation intention but also investigating the mediating effect of cliffhangers, providing deeper insights into the underlying mechanisms of consumer behavior. Data analysis was conducted using the Smart PLS application, utilizing primary data for the study. The findings indicate that cliffhangers directly have a positive and significant impact on the continuation intention for video-on-demand and also significantly influence binge watching. Additionally, binge watching has a positive and significant effect on the continuation intention for video-on-demand. However, indirect, binge watching has a positive but not significant effect on the continuation intention for video-on-demand when mediated by cliffhangers.

The demands of the industrial revolution 5.0, especially in the field of education, require detailed information related to school services that can be accessed by parents and prospective students regardless of location and at any time, in addition to promotions using flyers and banners as in traditional marketing. Unfortunately, not many educational institutions, especially Early Childhood Education Institutions (PAUD), use digital marketing or promotion optimally due to limited knowledge. In fact, digital marketing is more affordable than trying traditional marketing. DINAR Nasyi'ah Tanggul Playgroup as a partner is one of the PAUD institutions that uses traditional marketing and has not maximized digital marketing in providing information about PAUD. This is not only due to cost constraints but also the digital capabilities of PAUD managers who still need to learn. In addition, PAUD managers are also constrained by the lack of marketing management capabilities. The methods used to overcome partner problems include the needs analysis stage, the activity preparation stage, initial assessment, promotion management training, creating digital and non-digital marketing/promotion media, registering PAUD locations on Google Maps, optimizing PAUD social media, and evaluation. The results of this service show an increase in marketing management knowledge, as well as partner digital marketing capabilities. In addition, there is the availability of digital and non-digital promotional media which are assistance products from the community service team.

Harapan Baru is a crab procurement business that serves as a critical link between fishermen and pond farmers. Crabs, as the primary commodity, are subject to significant price fluctuations and quality variations. This study aims to evaluate the economic viability of Harapan Baru's operations by analyzing costs, revenue, and profitability. Employing a critical incident technique, the research found that the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory management method and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model significantly enhance operational efficiency. By ensuring timely inventory turnover and optimizing order quantities, these methods mitigate risks associated with demand variability, climate change, and operational challenges. Moreover, the study underscores the essential role of mangrove ecosystems in sustaining crab populations and the economic benefits derived from this natural resource. The integration of technology and SWOT analysis highlights the potential for Harapan Baru to enhance its competitive advantage and contribute to the long-term sustainability of the fisheries industry.

The study highlights transformational and inclusive leadership styles as critical approaches to fostering team collaboration, trust, and innovation. Using a systematic literature review method, key trends and knowledge gaps were identified, providing a basis for future research. The findings emphasize continuous training and development programs to enhance leadership capabilities, ensuring leaders can address evolving organizational demands and drive long-term success.

This feasibility study report aims to analyze the potential and feasibility of the Warkop Kopi Kong business in Palangka Raya City. This research was conducted using qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods. The data used includes primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through surveys of potential consumers and analysis of the business environment, while secondary data is obtained from various sources such as financial reports, demographic data and market trends. The analysis carried out includes market, technical, management and financial aspects. Market analysis includes demand analysis, determining market targets, and competitive analysis. Technical analysis includes site planning, interior design, equipment, and layout. Management analysis includes organizational structure, human resources, and control systems. Financial analysis includes projections of income, costs, and financial feasibility analysis such as Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). The analysis results show that the Warkop Kopi Kong business has good potential to develop in Palangka Raya City. This is supported by increasing public interest in coffee, stable economic growth, and the lack of intense competition in the targeted market segment. However, there are several challenges that need to be overcome, such as fluctuations in raw material prices, changes in consumer trends, and increasingly fierce competition in the future. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the Warkop Kopi Kong business is feasible to run. However, several efforts need to be made to increase competitiveness and business sustainability, such as developing new products, improving service quality, and optimizing the use of social media for promotions.

In this era, many people in Plosokandang Village have not utilized digital technology, even though small businesses play an important role in economic development. One example is Mr. Imin's tofu business. Through a community empowerment program for MSME owners in Plosokandang Village, Tulungagung Regency, entrepreneurs now have more insight into marketing, both offline and through social media such as Facebook. Social media helps them reach a wider range of consumers and meet market demand. The utilization of digital technology allows direct interaction with consumers, obtaining feedback, and adjusting products and marketing strategies. This program is expected to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in the domestic market while supporting the sustainable strengthening of the community economy. With new skills, MSME owners are expected to be more proactive in facing the challenges of the digital era and support regional economic growth.s

Economic growth in Aceh Province is an important issue that shows regional development through the increase in goods and services produced. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Aceh's economic growth only reached an average of 3.88% in 2018, far below the national average of 5.01%, which reflects challenges in resource utilization. Inflation in Aceh has experienced significant fluctuations between 1.53% and 8.09% from 2019 to 2023, which has the potential to hinder economic growth. Government expenditure also plays a crucial role in driving growth, where during the 2019-2023 period, the average development budget reached Rp 12.96 trillion, but the budget realization was only around Rp 12.29 trillion. This shows that despite large expenditures, the impact on economic growth has not been significant. In the theory of economic growth, there are various views on the factors that affect growth. Classical theory emphasizes the role of capital, labor, and technology, while Schumpeter's theory highlights innovation as the main key to growth. Inflation can serve as a barrier or driver, depending on economic conditions, while government spending is expected to stimulate economic growth through an increase in aggregate demand. This study uses inferential statistics to analyze the influence of inflation and government spending on Aceh's economic growth during the 2015-2023 period. The results of the analysis show that government spending has a positive and significant influence on economic growth, while inflation does not show a significant influence.
