Data from World Health Organization (WHO) shows that cases of internal bleeding due to accidents are 5.8 million deaths per year worldwide (Dahlan et al., 2021). Early awareness of internal bleeding is very important so that nurses can immediately take anticipation to prevent unwanted things(Damayanti, 2022). This literature study aims to determine the effectiveness of the CAN BLEED score for early detection of internal bleeding emergencies in trauma cases. The research method uses a literature review study design using PICOS. Article search through publish or perish 8 application with keywords "early detection AND internal bleeding AND trauma" from Pubmed, Crossref, and Google Scholar search databases based on the year of publication 2018-2022. The results of the article search found 4 articles relevant to the main topic. The results showed  Canadian Bleeding (CAN BLEED) score is effective for determining internal bleeding in trauma cases.

This study presents a comprehensive review to explore technology's multifaceted role in fostering cultural competence within multicultural education. The primary objective of this study is to address three fundamental research questions: 1) How does the integration of technology enhance cultural competence in multicultural education settings? 2) What challenges and opportunities are associated with utilizing technology to promote cultural competence in diverse educational settings? 3) How can innovative technological approaches be tailored to address specific cultural competencies in education? Adopting a library research approach, an extensive exploration of academic databases and scholarly sources was conducted to gather literature pertinent to the research questions. The descriptive analysis method was employed to synthesize and analyze the collected information, identifying key themes, differences, similarities, and weaknesses among the diverse sources. The findings from this comprehensive review revealed several significant insights. Technology integration was observed to offer opportunities such as personalized learning experiences through AI-driven tools, immersive cultural experiences via Virtual Reality (VR), and global connectivity fostering cross-cultural collaboration. However, challenges like the digital divide, biases in technological tools, language barriers, ethical concerns regarding data privacy, and pedagogical integration shortcomings were highlighted. Moreover, the study underscores the potential of adaptive technologies, multimodal resources, culturally tailored digital content, and aligning technological interventions with culturally responsive pedagogy to address specific cultural competencies. The recommendations emphasize the need for teacher training, inclusive design, curation of diverse and authentic digital content, interdisciplinary collaborations, and ongoing assessment for optimizing technology's role in promoting cultural competence within multicultural education.

The role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in increasing the efficiency of organizational support systems is becoming increasingly important. In the ever-changing business world, ICT has a key role in optimizing organizational operations and its ability to adapt to change. This research analyzes various aspects of the role of ICT in the context of the efficiency of organizational support systems. By referring to the latest literature and through relevant case studies, this research identifies that ICT enables business process automation, increased access to information, improved internal communication, and support in more timely decision making. Through the implementation of software, database management systems, collaboration tools, and data security strategies, ICT helps organizations reduce manual work, increase productivity, and reduce operational costs. In a digitally connected global context, ICT also enables organizations to be more responsive to changes in the market and regulatory requirements. This research states that ICT is a valuable asset in improving the efficiency of organizational support systems. With a commitment to intelligently integrating ICT, organizations can become more competitive and flexible in facing continuous changes in the business world.

The combination of activities carried out by humans and technology is related to administrative systems that create information from organized work processes. PT. Farmhouse Production in the administration of data management is carried out with the help of Microsoft Excel and documents are written, and copied in the traditional way which results in the accumulation of accumulated paper resulting in complexity and difficulty in finding the required documents. Therefore, a balance of human resources, database, hardware, software, and a new strategy is needed to overcome the problems that can burden the company by realizing a website that is easy to apply so that any file is found quickly by paying attention to supervision, control, and methodical organization using PIESCES analysis as a method used to detect deficiencies and weakness in the old system. With this analysis, the new system is the right support in managing data that is collected in an orderly manner and stored neatly in large storage without being randomized and the work is more strategic because the information generated is valuable to the recipient or leader.

The purpose of the research conducted was to design an Academic Information System (SIAKAD) at SMA Negeri 2 Rambang Dangku. Data processing at SMA Negeri 2 Rambang Dangku has not utilized the use of information technology to support operational activities, data processing is still recorded manually, such as in processing student assessment data, teacher data, lesson schedule data and student final report data (Raport) and data storage is still done conventionally using paper and cabinets. In collecting data, researchers used qualitative descriptive methods including conducting interviews, direct observation, and literature study. The system development method uses the Prototype method. At the design stage using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling which consists of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. This system is built using PHP, Mysql, Xampp, and database. The results of this study are a web-based academic information system using the Codeigniter Framework. From this application it is hoped that it will make it easier to process Academic data for SMA Negeri 2 Rambang Dangku so that it is faster and more detailed, and makes it easier to make final data reports on student scores (Rapot).

This journal discusses the information system that will be designed as a means of selling electric motor by PT Talabu.Traditional motor cars are being replaced by more ecologically friendly electric motors, which are growing in popularity. PT. Talabu, an electric motor sales company, faces problems in inventory management and sales processes. This study's primary goal is to develop a sales information system that can help PT. Talabu in managing inventory and its operations. This research uses system needs analysis, database design, and user interface development. At the stage of analysis of system needs, the researchers found the primary needs of PT. Talabu to conduct sales operations and inventory management. This analysis shows that a database is intended to store data about customers, electric motors, and sales transactions. In addition, the app is simple to use and user-friendly.

The stock exchange is the market where trading in stocks, bonds and other financial instruments takes place. The stock exchange is a place where companies can issue shares to obtain funds from investors, and investors can buy shares as a form of company ownership and benefit from changes in share prices. This study aims to measure how significant the influence of Profitability, Leverage and productivity is in determining bond ratings in manufacturing companies in 2020-2022. The sample in this study is a manufacturing company that issues bonds and is rated by PEFINDO (Indonesian Rating Agency), uses the rupiah currency in presenting the company's financial statements, and publishes complete audited financial statements. The data source used comes from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), namely www.idx.co.id and the bond rating database accessed from PTPEFINDO (www.pefindo.com). The conclusion of this study is that profitability has a positive effect on bond ratings, leverage has a negative effect on bond ratings and productivity has no effect on bond ratings.   Keywords: Profitabilitas, Obligasi, Leverage, Produktifitas

Coronary angiography (CAG) is an invasive diagnostic technique used to evaluate the condition of the coronary blood vessels in patients with acute transmural myocardial infarction (MI). Coronary Angiography (CAG) examination in cases of Severe Mitral Stenosis (MS) Severe involves patient preparation, equipment preparation, medical team, examination procedures, post-action care, description of examination results, and its role in the management of Severe (MS) Patient preparation involves patient education about procedures, fasting before examination, renal function checks, medication adjustments, vascular access preparation, discussion of contrast agents, and vital monitoring. Narrowing of the heart's mitral valve is a pathological condition in which this narrowing inhibits blood flow from the left atrium to the left ventricle. Coronary angiography (CAG) plays an important role in clinical evaluation and therapeutic planning. Background: Mitral stenosis (MS) is a heart valve disorder in which the mitral valve (located between the left atrium and left ventricle) becomes narrowed or hardened, blocking blood flow from the left atrium to the left ventricle. This can increase pressure in the left atrium and reduce the amount of blood pumped throughout the body. Because MS is associated with increased left atrial pressure and can affect overall cardiac hemodynamics, it is important to understand how this condition may interact with coronary artery pathology. This research method is a literature review study, where literature exploration is carried out in various databases with keywords such as Coronary Angiography, Severe Mitral Stenosis Cases. Results: Coronary Angiography (CAG) examination in cases of Severe Mitral Stenosis (MS) Severe involves patient preparation, equipment preparation, medical team, examination procedures, post-action care, description of examination results, and their role in the management of (MS) Severe Patient preparation involves patient education about the procedure, fasting before examination, renal function testing, medication adjustments, vascular access preparation, discussion of contrast agents, and vital monitoring. Severe (MS) patients require special attention in this preparation. Equipment preparation includes a stable catheterization table, a fluoroscopic imaging system, various types of catheters, appropriate contrast agents, resuscitation equipment, pre-procedure medications, and hemostasis equipment. The medical team involved in CAG examination in Severe (MS) patients involves an interventional cardiologist, radiological technologist, catheterization nurse, catheterization technician, and additional support personnel such as the anesthesia team and resuscitation team. The examination procedure includes patient preparation, vascular access, catheter insertion into the coronary arteries, evaluation and imaging of the coronary arteries, and completion of the procedure. CAG examination has an important role in the detection of coronary artery disease. CAG examination in patients with (MS) Severe requires careful preparation and involves the collaboration of a well-coordinated medical team to provide optimal results and a significant contribution in the management of (MS) Severe. Conclusion: Narrowing of the mitral valve, severe mitral stenosis (MS) is a pathological condition where this narrowing inhibits blood flow from the left atrium to the left ventricle. This condition is most often caused by rheumatic heart disease, which results in inflammation and ultimately thickening and narrowing of the mitral valve. Coronary Angiography (CAG) examination in Severe Mitral Stenosis (MS) cases has an important role in detecting coronary artery disease.

Hypertension is a measurement of systolic blood pressure of more than 140 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure of 90 mmHg and the measurement is more than 2 times. The purpose of this literature review is to determine the relationship between elderly sleep quality and high blood pressure in hypertensive patients based on the literature review. Writing this journal uses a literature study approach from several search databases from pubmed and proquest with the last 5 years of publication (2017-2022). Keywords used are sleep quality, elderly, and hypertension. The literature study showed that from 10 journals studied, there was a relationship between sleep quality and hypertension from several factors, including sleep duration <6 hours, frequent awakenings at night, illnesses suffered and the elderly experienced nocturia. Where nocturia is someone who often urinates excessively at night. In conclusion, from 10 articles that show a significant relationship, it has been analyzed that sleep quality is related to hypertension, but poor sleep quality can be caused by several triggering factors including sleep duration > 6 hours, illnesses such as diabetes mellitus, and hyperlipidemia, and sleep quality. in women aged > 60 years and over more often experience nocturia so that the quality of sleep decreases.

In the era of rapid technological and information system developments that encourage people, both groups and individuals, both government and private institutions to utilize technological developments have a very important role in the progress of human life. Rapid technological developments One of the advantages of computers in processing data can increase effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency in carrying out work in current technology makes it easier to manage inventory. Cash sales transactions are said to have been carried out if the company has received payment from the customer and will then be handed over by the company to the customer of the Cat Jaya Gemilang Semarang shop, a company engaged in the field of building paint trading in Semarang. Currently, the system that is running is still manual, namely the administration section records incoming and outgoing goods, all recorded in the book for sales are also recorded manually. With manual recording, books are easily damaged or torn, data in the warehouse records is sometimes not the same as the physical goods that exist, and there is no data security. With the above problems, the author created a system that can reduce weaknesses by creating a systematic application in the database.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran tematik di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Pengumpulan data yaitu dengan mendokumentasikan semua artikel yang terkait dengan penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan 12 artikel jurnal nasional yang diperoleh dari database google scholar dengan menggunakan aplikasi Harzing’s Publish or Perish dan peneliti menggunakan hanya 8 artikel terpaut dengan tema yang diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa efektivitas pembelajaran tematik di sekolah dasar dapat dijadikan solusi dalam menanggapi permasalahan siswa sehingga memberikan dampak positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa selain itu juga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia.

Introduction: According to the Indonesian Medium-Term Development Plan IV for the year 2020 - 2024, stroke is ranked as the top disease in Indonesia, with a 93.4% increase from the previous period. Additionally, data from the 2018 Riskesdas P2TM shows that out of 3 individuals who experienced a stroke, 2 of them suffered disabilities. Objective: To analyze the role of family support in post-stroke patients' engagement in medical rehabilitation exercises. Method: This study utilized data from a literature review based on previous research. High-quality secondary data sources such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and Research Gate were used to search for data in the literature review. These databases facilitate access to reputable journals as the primary references. Results: Based on the analysis of 5 journals conducted by various researchers, it was found that family support plays a significant role in motivating post-stroke patients to engage in medical rehabilitation exercises. Conclusion: There is a correlation between family support and the motivation of post-stroke patients to participate in medical rehabilitation exercises. Families serve not only as sources of social support but also actively encourage and motivate patients to achieve optimal recovery levels.

The aim of this paper is to highlight the role of Lextutor an online software for achieving educational objectives. Lextutor is an online resource which presents a new teaching-learning environment and also offers a variety of activities for educators and learners to use it in English vocabulary classroom and to nurture independent learning. Since vocabulary becomes very fundamental in language learning, both speaking and writing and independent learning is currently popular and needs to be developed, educators and learners can use wordlists, online concordance and dictionary, and texts, which can be accessed in the available programs. In addition, Lextutor also serves database to store the work and view the others’ work. Most importantly, this online software comes up with the transformation to change the traditional setting of learning by giving inputs on DDL learning. It is expected that learners can be more independent and active in learning, enabling greater motivation and deeper learning. This paper reviews literature and gives scholarly background by reviewing some contributions and concepts made by experts in the related field. Furthermore, some benefits of using Lextutor are found in this research.

In today's modern era, every organization or business needs an information system, and it is used to improve information requirements, quality standards, and productive employee work. Organizations, institutions or businesses that have implemented an automated management system for all their administrative functions have also been encouraged to continue to do so by developing an information management system that integrates with or links to other components. Systems for managing information then help businesses integrate their own information, improve the quality of information they have access to, manage it effectively, and accelerate information processing so that routine tasks can be automated and innovated into business products that improve services and workflows. In this case, it can be said that management information systems and the technological capabilities they support have the potential to bring about significant changes in the economic and management fields.

The rapid development of information and communication technology is beneficial to all areas of life, where through information technology the process of collecting, processing data to presenting information becomes very fast, precise and accurate. This development makes computer science an integral part of human life. Computers are generally used for processing data to produce information. With the many conveniences that can be obtained by using this computerized system, not a few organizations have implemented this computerized system. Computer systems enable organizations to manage large amounts of data and information, thereby of course helping organizations make decisions quickly and accurately in determining organizational strategies and policies. The current development of information technology also makes competition between institutions in terms of service quality an added value in attracting the interest of all stakeholders because transparency, accountability and quality of information will be more effective and efficient.

Background: Diabetes Mellitus is called the silent killer, because this disease causes various kinds of complaints and can attack all organs of the body. In Southeast Asia, people with Diabetes Mellitus in Indonesia are ranked 3rd with a prevalence of 11.3%. There are four pillars of diabetes mellitus control including physical activity, diet, pharmacological interventions, and education. Of the four pillars, physical activity is the most effective therapy to prevent blood sugar levels from remaining normal. Physical activities recommended for people with Diabetes Mellitus include walking, cycling, gymnastics and jogging. Purpose:  The purpose of this literature review is to determine the effect of non-pharmacological diabetes mellitus therapy on blood sugar levels.Methode: In the search for data sources the article is carried out through the databases Google Scholar, Publish or Perish and Mendeley. Inclusion of study design using Literature Review. Results: The results of the literature review analysis there are 12 journals that ha stated or the alternative hypothesis is accepted. Conclusion:  So it can be concluded that there is an influence of non-pharmacological therapy (diet and physical activity) diabetes mellitus on blood sugar levels. The effect of physical activity therapy on a decrease in blood sugar levels by 66.6%. And the effect of dietary therapy on reducing blood sugar levels by 33.3%. 

Nowadays, in health care facilities, whether in hospitals, health centres, or clinics, there is often a large number of patient visits that can cause delays in operational activities. Delays are caused by a lot of waste in patient flow activities in health facilities. Therefore, the application of Lean six sigma in improving patient flow is needed to overcome this. This research uses the Literature Review method where data collection and processing by referring to previously existing research in the last 5 years, namely 2019-2023. The literature was obtained through Google Scholar and journal databases using the keywords Lean Six Sigma, patient flow, and health service facilities. The number of journals used as a reference for previous related research in compiling this research is 6 journals. The results obtained from the six articles state that the application of lean six sigma in healthcare facilities has proven effective in improving patient flow. And this way is very effective of course to do.

Sarana prasarana adalah segala sesuatu yang dapat dipakai sebagai alat  dalam  mencapai maksud  dan tujuan. Sarana  prasarana  pelayanan kesehatan adalah sarana prasarana yang menyediakan bentuk pelayanan yang sifatnya lebih luas daripada bidang  klinik,  yaitu bersifat promotif, preventif dan rehabilitative. Ketersediaan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan, personalia puskesmas atau sumber daya dapat mempengaruhi perilaku. Tujuan penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketersediaan tenaga kesehatan yang ada di puskesmas guna berlangsung baiknya suatu pelayanan kesehatan. Metode penelitian: Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode pencarian artikel menggunakan dua database, yaitu Google Scholar dan PubMed Kesehatan dengan kata kunci sumber daya manusia, personalia puskesmas dan peran kinerja. Hasil: Kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas dianggap masyarakat sebagai profesionalisme kerja oleh seorang tenaga kesehatan. Tuntutan masyarakat akan terpenuhi jika pemberi layanan memiliki propesionalisme yang tinggi dan mampu mempertahankan citra dan kinerja yang memenuhi standar pelayanan. Disiplin kerja juga mempunyai kontribusi terhadap kualitas pelayanan keperawatan yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada produktivitas kerjanya.Tanpa ada dukungan disiplin yang tinggi dari karyawan, perusahaan atau organisasi sulit untuk mewujudkan tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Kesimpulan: Produktivitas suatu organisasi dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor antara lain disiplin dan karakteristik individu. Produktivitas layanan kesehatan puskesmas juga ditentukan oleh kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM)/personalia yang dimiliki.

Honey is a natural liquid that contains a lot of sugar produced by bees (genus Apis) from flower nectar and has a sweet taste. Honey contains a multitude of benefits that are good for the body, including being a source of nutrients, improving body metabolism, anti-bacterial, and others. The purpose of designing the Honey Harvest Monitoring System with ARDUINO-based IOT is to help breeders maximize honey harvesting results. This study aims to design an intelligent system for controlling the temperature in bee hives, humidity in bee hives, and monitoring honey yields, measuring the temperature and humidity of the storage room using DHT 11 sensors, and monitoring honey harvest time using Load Cell sensors. The temperature and humidity controller in the cage uses a blower/fan. Sensor data will be processed using the Wemos D1 R1 microcontroller and then sent to an Android application via the internet network using a real-time Firebase database so that it can be accessed anywhere and anytime. The way this system works is that if the room temperature is >38 degrees Celsius, the blower/fan will turn on, and will turn off if the temperature is 40%, the artificial window will open and will close if the humidity is

Pulmonary Hospital dr. Ario Wirawan Salatiga is a health service institution that organizes plenary health. In the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, dr. Ario Wirawan experienced a significant increase so that during administration the patient experienced a long waiting time. The preparation of this research aims to develop an independent registration system so that it can manage long and ineffective queues. This self-registration platform system uses a web-based FIFO (First in First Out) algorithm. The system development stage is the analysis, design, design and testing stage. The method for developing an independent registration platform system uses the prototype method according to needs. While the coding stage of this system was built using the Python programming language with the PostgreSQL database. With the existence of an independent registration platform system, it is hoped that the hospital and patients can be facilitated in the examination registration process and managing patient data at the Pulmonary Hospital dr.
