Stunting remains a chronic nutritional issue affecting human resource quality in Indonesia, particularly children under five years old. High prevalence of stunting impacts long-term cognitive development, physical growth, and productivity of the young generation (Ministry of Health, 2023). This community service aims to optimize the role of public administration in disseminating policies and programs to reduce stunting through education, training, and direct community assistance. Activities were carried out through coordination with government officials, community health cadres, and local leaders, using local communication media to raise awareness about nutrition. The results indicate an increase in community knowledge on stunting, balanced nutrition practices, and active involvement of both officials and residents in stunting reduction programs. Optimizing public administration through capacity building, cross-sector coordination, and information technology utilization supports program targets. This service recommends strategies for sustainable, participatory, and data-driven program implementation.

The low quality of Dasawisma administrative management remains a major challenge in supporting the effectiveness of the Family Empowerment and Welfare (PKK) programs at the community level. This problem is characterized by poorly organized family data records, weak documentation of activities, and limited understanding among administrators regarding the strategic role of administration as a basis for planning and decision-making. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve the quality of Dasawisma administration through collaboration between higher education institutions and Dasawisma groups as an effort to strengthen community organizational governance. The method employed is a participatory community organizing approach, encompassing stages of joint planning, technical administrative assistance, training, and reflective evaluation. The results indicate an improvement in administrators' understanding and skills in managing administrative tasks, the establishment of more systematic data and activity recording systems, and increased participation and organizational ownership among Dasawisma members. Furthermore, the program encouraged the emergence of local leadership and collective awareness of the importance of as an instrument for institutional strengthening. Overall, collaboration with higher education institutions proved effective in promoting sustainable improvements in Dasawisma administrative governance.

. Kurangnya minat baca siswa terhadap buku paket sehingga membuat siswa malas mengerjakan pekerjaan rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menggambarkan pengaruh penggunaan handphone terhadap hasil pekerjaan rumah siswa kelas VIII.1 MTsN 2 Pasaman Barat. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif eksperiment, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII.1 MTsN 2 pasaman barat yang berjulah 31 orang siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunkan teknik simple random sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MTsN 2 pasaman Barat. Data hasil belajar siswa diperoleh melalui dokumentasi yaitu nilai pekerjaan rumah sswa. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menngunakan teknik uji-t. penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 12 september sampai 17 Desember 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: terdapat pengaruh penggunaan handphone terhadap hasil pekerjaan rumah siswa kelas VIII.1 MTsN 2 pasaman Barat setelah di terapkannya penggunaan handphone sebagai sumber belajar untuk mengerjakan pekerjaan rumah nilai siswa dikatakan baik secara signifikan dan bisa dilihat dari hasil nilai pekerjaan rumah dengan menggunakan uji-t Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan bagi para guru dan, terlebih khusus, para orang tua dalam mendorong anak-anaknya untuk tekun belajar dan mengontrol anak-anaknya dalam menggunakan HP

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) Untuk mengetahui implementasi sistem manajemen organisasi dalam pengelolaan dana ZIS di Baznas Provinsi Bali. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengelolaan dana ZIS (Zakat, infak, dan sedekah) di Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (Baznas) Provinsi Bali. Metode penelitian ini pendekatan kualitatif berupa deskriptif analisis dari hasil wawancara dan pengamatan kepada informan dan Muzakki serta dokumentasi yang diperoleh penulis dari Baznas Provinsi Bali dengan teknik analisis data yang dimulai dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Dari hasil pembahasan pada penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa manajemen organisasi di Baznas Provinsi Bali yaitu melalui 1) Perencanaan, perencanaan pekerjaan Baznas Provinsi Bali dilakukan akhir tahun sebelum tahun berikutnya, sebelum tahun berjalan dan sebelum kegiatan berlangsung. 2) Pengorganisasian, struktur tugas organisasi sudah dibentuk dari awal terbentuknya Baznas Provinsi Bali. 3) Pengarahan, pengarahan diberikan sebulan sekali atau setiap pimpinan mengadakan acara. 4) Pengawasan, ada dua yaitu pengawasan internal dan pengawasan eksternal. Baznas Provinsi Bali sudah menerapkan tiga prinsip dasar pengelolaan dana ZIS yaitu independen, netral, dan transparan. Dan dalam pengelolaan dana ZIS di Baznas Provinsi Bali melalui penghimpunan, pendistribusian, dan pendayagunaan, untuk pendistribusian dana ZIS Baznas Provinsi Bali melalui lima program, yaitu Bali Cerdas, Bali Sejahtera, Bali Peduli, Bali Taqwa, dan Bali Sehat.

Sales and purchase agreements that occur electronically between sellers and buyers create online buying and selling. Internet and social media users in Indonesia, online E-Commerce businesses are increasingly growing. E-Commerce is business activities involving consumers, manufacturers, service providers and intermediaries using computer networks, namely the internet. E-Commerce users are also of various ages, because there are many conveniences when shopping online, just open the desired E-Commerce application, choose the items you buy and the goods arrive as desired within a few days. The increasing number of online buying and selling has indirectly influenced changes in legal regulations. The rules that apply in Indonesia are still unclear regarding electronic buying and selling. This is due to the fact that the conditions necessary for the validity of an electronic agreement have not been specifically regulated. The aim of this research is to determine the validity of electronic contract agreements in E-Commerce transactions in terms of civil law. In this research, normative research methods were used. This method involves processing data from legal regulations and applying rules or norms as the basis for research. Research results Electronic documents are binding and recognized as valid evidence to provide legal certainty regarding the operation of electronic systems and electronic transactions, especially for proof and related to legal actions carried out through electronic systems

This study investigates the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to promote ethical business practices within the evolving landscape of digital marketing in Indonesia. The research aims to elucidate the current state of AI integration, its impact on ethical considerations, and the challenges and opportunities it presents. The study adopts a qualitative approach, employing semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions with key stakeholders involved in digital marketing and AI development. Sampling techniques include purposive sampling to ensure representation across industries and snowball sampling to access knowledgeable participants. Data analysis follows thematic analysis principles, identifying recurring patterns, themes, and divergences related to ethical concerns and AI implementation. Preliminary findings indicate a nuanced relationship between AI adoption and ethical dilemmas, with emerging strategies to balance innovation with ethical principles. This study contributes to understanding the ethical implications of AI in digital marketing and offers insights for businesses, policymakers, and scholars aiming to navigate this complex terrain responsibly.

In the dynamic landscape of Human Resource Management (HRM), the emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies presents both challenges and opportunities. This research aims to explore strategies for empowering talent amidst AI innovations in HRM. The research adopts a phenomenological approach to delve into the lived experiences of HR professionals and employees within organizations integrating AI technologies. Through purposive sampling, data were collected via in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. Thematic analysis was employed to identify patterns, themes, and insights from the narratives. The findings reveal a nuanced understanding of how AI impacts talent management practices, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development. Moreover, the research elucidates the importance of human-centric approaches in leveraging AI to augment rather than replace human capabilities. These insights contribute to enhancing organizational strategies for talent empowerment in the era of AI-driven HRM innovations.

The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing channels of cloves in Larodangge Village, Lasolo District, North Konawe Regency and the amount of profit obtained by clove farmers in the process of clove marketing activities. The selection of farmer respondents was carried out randomly (Simple random sampling) which was 15% of the population, so that the number of respondents was 20 farmers. The marketing institution respondents consisted of 3 collectors and 2 wholesalers, carried out by (snow ball sampling). Data analysis used in this study was qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The distribution channels for clove marketing in Puulembo Village, Lembo District, North Konawe Regency are Farmers, Collectors and Wholesalers. The average profit from clove marketing at the Collectors and Wholesalers level is Rp. 6,758,5000.

This qualitative research aims to explore the intersection of AI and HR practices to enhance organizational performance. The research adopts a qualitative approach utilizing in-depth interviews with HR professionals, AI specialists, and organizational leaders. Sampling techniques include purposive and snowball sampling to ensure diverse perspectives are captured. Data analysis involves thematic analysis, allowing for the identification of patterns and themes within the qualitative data. Preliminary findings indicate that organizations are increasingly leveraging AI to streamline HR processes, enhance talent acquisition, and improve employee engagement. Furthermore, the research reveals the significance of ethical considerations and human oversight in AI-driven HR practices. This study contributes to the growing discourse on AI integration in HR and provides insights for organizations aiming to navigate the AI-driven landscape while fostering excellence in HR practices.

Farmer group institutions play a strategic role in supporting agricultural development; however, many farmer groups still face limitations in data management and institutional administration. These limitations affect planning, decision-making, and access to agricultural development programs. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance farmers’ understanding and skills in data management and institutional administration through extension activities at the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) of Bukit Kapur Subdistrict, Dumai City. The methods applied include lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice in preparing and managing farmer group administrative records. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ knowledge and skills related to group administration, increased awareness of the importance of orderly administrative management, and a collective commitment to implementing sustainable record-keeping practices. Furthermore, the program encouraged the emergence of local leadership and strengthened farmer group institutions as social capital toward farmer independence and welfare.

This study aims to analyze the influence of SEA and E-WoM on college decisions for Digital Business Study Program, Universitas Al Irsyad Cilacap, The object of this research is the Digital Business Study Program at Al-Irsyad Cilacap University, while the subjects are students of the Digital Business Study Program at Al-Irsyad University Cilacap. sampling with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 31 respondents. Data was obtained through questionnaires which were distributed directly to digital business students at Al-Irsyad University, Cilacap. The data analysis technique uses SPSS version 22. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, it shows that SEA has a positive effect on digital business study study decisions, E-WoM has a positive effect on digital business study study decisions.

Through thematic analysis, the collected data are systematically examined to identify recurring patterns, emerging themes, and innovative practices in talent cultivation. Results reveal multifaceted strategies encompassing personalized learning, mentorship programs, continuous feedback mechanisms, and proactive skill development initiatives. Furthermore, the study highlights the significance of human-centric approaches in leveraging AI technologies to enhance talent development efforts. Dalam dunia pendidikan model pembelajaran menjadi ujung tombak tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran. Permasalahan yang sering ditemui dalam proses pembelajaran yaitu kurangnya daya tarik minat siswa dalam pembelajaran, guru menjadi perancang strategi pembelajaran yang cocok digunakan di kelas, yang mana harus mengenal berbagai macam model pembelajaran yang kooperatif digunakan pada situasi pembelajaran yang tepat. Salah satu model pembelajaran kooperatif yaitu model pembelajaran Snowball throwing. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas adalah kajian tentang situasi sosial dengan maksud untuk meningkatkan kualitas tindakan melalui proses diagonis, perencanaan, pemantauan dan mempelajari pengaruh yang ditimbulkan. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis data kualitatif yakni data dimulai dengan menelaah dari awal pengambilan data sampai seluruh data terkumpul. Tulisan ini berdasarkan temuan di SMA Negeri 1 Tambun Utara sebagai tempat pelaksanaan praktik kerja lapangan dan bahan penelitian penulis melaksanakan model pembelajaran ini di kelas XII IPS 3 yang memiliki kendala dalam proses pembelajaran membuat kurang minatnya belajar siswa karena model pembelajaran yang monoton. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan perbedaan nilai ketuntasan dari 3 tahapan proses penilaian yaitu penilaian siklus 1, penilaian siklus 2, dan penilaian siklus 3. penerapan model pembelajaran Snowball Throwing pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di kelas XII IPS 3 SMA Negeri 1 Tambun Utara. Dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa model pembelajaran snowball throwing ini berhasil.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan Audit Internal pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI menerapkan pengendalian internal yang tepat untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efisiensi operasional perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus (case study). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui wawancara, yaitu tanya jawab langsung dengan auditor internal perusahaan untuk mengetahui perkembangan dan kegiatan perusahaan, dan observasi yaitu pengamatan yang dilakukan secara langsung tanpa perantara terhadap objek. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian yang dianalisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kriteria pengendalian internal menurut COSO (2013) hasil kondisi dari PT Perkebunan Nusantara XI telah melaksanakan pengendalian internal dengan baik ditandai oleh direksi perusahaan telah memberikan asersi secara tertulis dalam Laporan Keuangan audited tahun 2021. Namun, pada tahun 2020 pernah terjadi penyimpangan penerapan Standar Operasional Perusahaan (SOP) di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI yang berakibat pada terjadinya penyalahgunaan persediaan gula di pabrik gula. Terdapat oknum pekerja gudang yang melakukan manipulasi data sehingga mengakibatkan kerugian bagi perusahaan. Namun, PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI ini telah memperbaiki pengendalian internal perusahaan dengan cara memperketat pelaksanaan SOP. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat mengetahui sejauh mana progres yang dilaksanakan oleh karyawan apakah sudah sesuai dengan standar atau rencana kerja, apakah sumber daya telah digunakan sesuai dengan apa yang telah ditetapkan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan penerapan Good Corporate Governance dalam mengawal tata kelola perusahaan di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI. Dengan menggunakan design kualitatif pendekatan studi kasus (case study), penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara secara mendalam (indepth intervew) dengan auditor internal dan pihak-pihak yang menangani penerapan GCG dan observasi yang dilakukan secara langsung terhadap objek penelitian. Kriteria yang digunakan adalah Keputusan Sekretaris Kementerian BUMN No. SK-16/S.MBU/2012. tentang Indikator/Parameter Penilaian dan Evaluasi atas Penerapan Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang Baik (Good Corporate Governance) pada Badan Usaha Milik Negara. Penelitian menemukan bahwa penerapan Good Corporate Governance pada objek penelitian masih mengandung beberapa kelemahan pada Aspek Pemegang Saham dan RUPS/Pemilik Modal, Aspek Dewan Komisaris/Dewan Pengawas, Aspek Direksi dan Pengungkapan dan Keterbukaan Informasi. Walaupun penilaian GCG 2021 mencapai skor 89,09 dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”, diharapkan dengan temuan kelemahan oleh peneliti dapat menjadi perbaikan penilaian GCG dimasa yang akan datang untuk PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi dengan mengoptimalisasi kinerja perusahaan dan mengurangi kelemahan yang dilakukan dalam proses tata kelola perusahaan menjadi baik.

Tujuan yang diharapkan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran menggunakan kelompok belajar di MTsN 7 Agam. Hipotesis tindakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran menggunakan kelompok belajar di MTsN 7 Agam. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah diberikannya tindakan melalui model pembelajaran menggunakan kelompok belajar. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII.3 yang terdiri dari 12 orang laki-laki 19 orang perempuan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran menggunakan kelompok belajar di MTsN 7 Agam, hal ini terbukti dari tingkat ketuntasan belajar siswa maka siklus 1 (71%) < Siklus 2 (84%), maka peningkatan ini terlihat bahwa peningkatan dari siklus pertama sebesar 13%.

This community service activity aims to enhance the human resource capacity of Dasawisma members in effective administration management as a family development data base at the sub-district level. The assistance was conducted using a participatory approach and hands-on practice, including socialization, technical administrative training, and reflective discussion. The results indicated an increase in Dasawisma members' understanding of the importance of orderly, systematic, and integrated administration in supporting social activities. Members' technical skills in managing family data, filling administrative books, classifying information, and preparing simple reports improved significantly. Furthermore, the assistance strengthened communication and coordination between Dasawisma and sub-district officials, promoted group independence, and strengthened Dasawisma's role as a key data source for family development. These findings confirm that planned and participatory higher education assistance plays a strategic role in community empowerment, supports good governance at the local level, and can serve as a replicable model for other community development programs.

Recording income and expenses in running a business is something that must be applied when carrying out a business activity. Notes or books are very important in human life in rewriting to be used as a reminder and to record important things. Financial Recording is very important as a business actor but many MSME actors forget this. The importance of digital financial literacy can help record financial transactions and make it easier to recap product sales data, then an innovation emerges. An application on the smartphone Buku Khas. Therefore, the purpose of this Community Service is to educate and teach MSME actors to use the Special Book Application. The results of the study show that there are still many MSME actors who still record finances by writing them in a book, therefore the researcher is conducting community service with the theme of introducing technology to MSMEs in order to facilitate business continuity.

This service recommends strategies for sustainable, participatory, and data-driven program implementation. Enhancing community concern for orphans is an essential aspect of inclusive and sustainable social development. This community service activity aims to implement strategies of empathetic communication and social management to improve the quality of social interactions and community attention toward orphans. The method applied was a participatory and qualitative descriptive approach, involving both the community and orphans in all stages of the activity, from planning, implementation, to evaluation. The results indicate a significant improvement in social interaction quality between the community and orphans. The children exhibited positive emotional responses, such as comfort, acceptance, and appreciation, while the community demonstrated increased participation, collective responsibility, and structured social management skills. The integration of empathetic communication and social management produced dual impacts: enhanced emotional well-being of orphans and strengthened social empathy within the community. These findings suggest that this strategy can serve as a sustainable model for social care activities and can be replicated in other communities. Therefore, the application of empathetic communication and social management has the potential to support inclusive social development, foster community solidarity, and improve the welfare of vulnerable groups sustainably.
