This study aims to systematically review the application of sensitivity analysis in operational decision-making based on linear programming. The research method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), analyzing scientific articles published between 2018 and 2024 from databases such as Scopus, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, and Google Scholar. The review focuses on how sensitivity analysis is employed to evaluate the stability of linear programming solutions in the face of parameter changes, such as objective function coefficients, constraint bounds, and resource availability. The results indicate that local sensitivity analysis approaches are the most commonly used due to their simplicity and ease of interpretation. However, they fall short in capturing parameter interactions and complex uncertainty. Therefore, recent studies have started to explore global sensitivity methods, such as Morris and Sobol techniques, as well as geometric visualization approaches to provide a more holistic understanding. This study recommends integrating both local and global approaches and utilizing computational tools to enhance the robustness of operational decisions. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for more adaptive, efficient, and resilient decision-making under uncertainty.

The protection of personal data privacy rights has become a crucial issue in the digital age. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of digital applications in increasing public awareness regarding the importance of personal data protection and its legal implications. The research method employed is a literature study with a normative juridical approach, analyzing relevant laws and regulations on personal data protection, literature studies, and an analysis of the features of digital applications that focus on privacy education and control. The results of the study indicate that digital applications have significant potential in raising public awareness through the provision of easily accessible information, visualization of risks, and consent control mechanisms for data usage. However, their effectiveness heavily relies on intuitive interface design, clear and concise information delivery, and developers' compliance with personal data protection principles. This research recommends the need for more comprehensive regulations to ensure the quality standards and accountability of digital applications in educating the public about personal data privacy rights, as well as encouraging collaboration between developers, the government, and civil society organizations to create a safer and more privacy-aware digital ecosystem.

In Indonesia, the Job Creation Law has had a major impact on workers, especially in terms of policies that tend to favor companies. The emphasis on labor flexibility and the ease with which companies can restructure can reduce job security, wages, and workers' rights. Inequalities in labor contract negotiations arise as the power differential between companies and workers widens. Thus, modern slavery practices often emerge to make workers feel marginalized. This is due to the lack of legal protection, which is detrimental to their health. Therefore, this study aims to provide an explanation of the effect of government regulation in the form of omnibus law and investment policies on the welfare of workers in terms of wages and working time. To achieve this goal, this research uses a political economy perspective with two derivative theories, namely the theory of oligarchy and neoliberalism. Then, in collecting data, this research will use the big data analytics method that will collect data containing tweets from Indonesians on social media X that contain certain keywords. This method consists of several stages consisting of data cleaning processing, data transformation into tabular form, and data visualization. Besides big data, this research also uses literature review methods to collect data from books, journals, and articles related to this research topic.
