This community service program was conducted at GPIA Sidoasri, Malang Regency, a church community located in a rural area with limited access to capital, technology, and market opportunities. To improve the economic welfare of its members, the church initiated a micro-enterprise producing banana chips and jackfruit chips. However, the business faced several challenges, including unattractive product packaging, a short shelf life due to the absence of preservatives, and difficulties in determining competitive and profitable selling prices. To address these issues, the service team provided training on marketing strategies and business capital management. The training covered product branding through attractive packaging, the use of digital promotion to expand market reach, the separation of personal and business finances, simple financial record-keeping, and responsible capital management practices. The program was implemented through lectures, interactive discussions, and participant mentoring. The results showed that participants gained a better understanding of marketing strategies and basic financial management. Although challenges such as limited capital and low digital literacy remained, participants demonstrated strong enthusiasm to apply the knowledge and skills acquired during the program. This activity highlights that the success of micro-enterprises depends not only on product quality but also on effective marketing strategies and sound capital management. Furthermore, the program reinforces the importance of careful planning and responsible stewardship in business, as reflected in the wisdom of Proverbs 21:5.

Logo merupakan identitas visual yang memiliki peran penting dalam membangun citra dan meningkatkan daya saing suatu usaha, termasuk pada sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Namun, masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang belum memiliki logo yang menarik dan representatif, seperti yang terjadi pada UMKM Maira Produksi di Kota Bima. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam merancang logo usaha sebagai bagian dari strategi branding dan pemasaran produk. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dengan pendekatan partisipatif melalui penyampaian materi dan praktik langsung pembuatan desain logo. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama dua hari di rumah pelaku usaha. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu memahami konsep dasar desain logo serta berhasil membuat logo yang sesuai dengan karakteristik produk masing-masing. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga meningkatkan kreativitas dan inovasi pelaku usaha dalam mengembangkan identitas produk. Dengan demikian, pelatihan pembuatan logo ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kualitas branding, daya tarik produk, dan daya saing UMKM di pasar.

This research aims to discuss online marketing strategies and service quality as well as their impact on post-pandemic cosmetic sales at the Abigail Shop, Sintang Regency. This study applies a qualitative-descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and analysis of various documents. Subjects consist of business owners, employees and customers. The validity of the data was tested through Technical Triangulation. Research findings show that Abigail Store's use of Instagram as a digital marketing tool is effective in increasing market reach and attracting customer interest with various creative content, including photos, videos, promotions and testimonials from customers. Apart from that, the direct message and WhatsApp features function to facilitate communication and transactions between sellers and buyers. This research also confirms that high service quality is directly related to customer satisfaction which then results in the frequency of repeat purchases. The increase in sales of Toko Abigail's cosmetic products after the pandemic can be attributed to an effective combination of digital marketing strategies and consistent, high-quality service standards. This study aims to be a reference for business owners in optimizing marketing methods through digital media, while maintaining service quality amidst the rapid development of information technology.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of chips in Pugeran Village, Gondang District, Mojokerto Regency face structural obstacles in the form of limited internal governance and weak market penetration. Around 80% of business actors are still managed conventionally, triggering production inefficiencies and a lack of mastery of persuasive marketing language on packaging. This community service activity aims to reconstruct an effective division of labor based on HR governance mindset, build the capacity of practical skills in packaging copywriting and digital media, and change business behavior from conventional reactive to strategic proactive. The program is implemented with an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach through three main intervention stages, namely diagnosis and reconstruction of MSDM, co-creation and marketing language assistance, and the adoption of proactive behavior through coaching and market simulation. The results showed a significant socio-economic transformation, characterized by the implementation of labor division SOPs that increased production efficiency by 18%, as well as the adoption of new packaging and persuasive copywriting techniques that expanded market reach beyond the region and increased average turnover by 22% in two months. In addition, a new social institution was formed in the form of the "Prosperous Pugeran Chips Craftsmen Association" and the emergence of young local leaders as agents of the program's sustainability.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a strategic role in supporting the Indonesian economy, but still face many limitations in terms of marketing and product packaging. This article presents the results of mentoring Sempol BAGONG MSMEs in Malang City who are engaged in sempol-based food products in the form of frozen food and ready-to-eat cooked products. The assistance is focused on strengthening marketing strategies, optimizing digital marketing, redesigning frozen product packaging, developing  mature product packaging, and utilizing halal certificates as added value for branding. The method used is a participatory qualitative approach through observation, in-depth interviews, and direct intervention on prioritized business aspects. The results of the assistance show an increase in MSME marketing capacity, packaging attractiveness, and digital promotion reach. In addition, halal certificates have been proven to provide added value in building consumer trust. This finding is in line with previous research that confirms that packaging innovation and the use of digital media contribute significantly to increasing the competitiveness of food MSMEs. Thus, this assistance provides practical implications for strengthening MSMEs through creative marketing strategies, packaging innovation, and sustainable use of digital technology.

This community service program aims to increase the digitalization capacity of the "Ali Serba Alat" MSME by strengthening Branding and Online marketing aspects. The main problems faced by partners include weak brand identity, limited use of digital media, and suboptimal Online platform-based marketing strategies. The activity implementation method uses a participatory approach with the stages of problem identification, program planning, training, mentoring, and evaluation. Activities carried out include creating a digital store presence in the form of a Google Map, logo and visual identity of the business, optimizing social media and marketplace accounts, compiling digital promotional content, and training in digital-based marketing strategies. The results of the activity show an increase in partners' understanding of the importance of Branding, improved skills in managing digital media, and increased business visibility on Online platforms. In addition, there was an increase in consumer interaction and sales potential after the implementation of the digital marketing strategy. This program is expected to become a model for sustainable mentoring in supporting the digital transformation of MSMEs to increase competitiveness in the digital economy era.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengakselerasi kapasitas SDM pengelola BUMDes Tegar Mandiri Madulang melalui pendekatan Community Capacity Building (CCB). Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan partisipatif, pendampingan, serta evaluasi berbasis pre-test dan post-test pada lima aspek kompetensi utama, yaitu manajemen usaha, tata kelola keuangan, pengembangan produk, pemasaran digital, dan jejaring kemitraan. Hasil analisis kebutuhan menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan kapasitas yang tinggi terutama pada aspek pemasaran digital, manajemen usaha, dan tata kelola keuangan. Implementasi CCB mampu meningkatkan kapasitas pengelola secara signifikan, ditunjukkan oleh kenaikan rata-rata skor dari 48,8% (pre-test) menjadi 81% (post-test) atau meningkat sebesar 32,2%. Peningkatan tertinggi terjadi pada aspek pemasaran digital (36%), diikuti tata kelola keuangan (35%) dan pengembangan produk (33%). Selain itu, terjadi perubahan nyata pada praktik pengelolaan, seperti tersusunnya rencana bisnis, pembukuan keuangan rutin, peningkatan jumlah produk inovatif, serta terbentuknya jejaring kemitraan strategis. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan CCB efektif dalam mendorong lompatan kapasitas dan kinerja kelembagaan BUMDes secara berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, model ini dapat direplikasi sebagai strategi penguatan ekonomi desa berbasis pemberdayaan komunitas.

This community service activity was conducted in Cileles Village and targeted catfish farming groups. The activity was motivated by the low level of basic accounting literacy and the limited use of digital marketing in managing catfish farming businesses, which hindered business development and market expansion. The objective of this community service program was to improve the community’s capacity in financial management through the application of basic accounting and the introduction of digital marketing as a promotional medium for catfish products. The program applied a participatory approach consisting of socialization, training in basic accounting and digital marketing, practical exercises and simulations, as well as mentoring and evaluation activities. The results demonstrated an improvement in participants’ understanding of financial record keeping, production cost calculation, and the preparation of simple profit and loss reports. In addition, participants began utilizing digital media as a marketing strategy to expand product promotion and reach broader markets. This activity positively contributed to strengthening managerial and marketing capacities among catfish farming business actors and supported the sustainability and development of community-based businesses in rural areas.

Participants also began to understand the importance of branding and marketing strategies in increasing product competitiveness. Overall, this activity had a positive impact on improving the capacity of MSME actors in terms of knowledge, skills, and attitudes in managing their businesses. This activity is expected to be an initial step in encouraging MSME actors to be more adaptive to technological developments and able to compete in a broader market.

The results of the study show that pricing strategy contributes dominantly to increasing sales, but the lack of digital promotion causes limited market reach. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in driving national economic development and providing employment. However, in facing an increasingly competitive market, MSMEs need to implement efficient marketing strategies to ensure sustainability and sustainable growth. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and assistance to Indonesian Es Teh MSMEs regarding the implementation of flexible marketing strategies, both through digital and traditional channels. The activity took place at the Es Teh Kampung Solo outlet in Kramatwatu Square. The methods used included counseling, training, and assessment of marketing strategy implementation, with a primary focus on optimizing social media as an interactive and competitive digital promotional tool. The results of this activity demonstrated a significant increase in MSMEs' understanding of strategic marketing planning, promotional innovation, and the use of digital platforms to expand market reach. Thus, it is hoped that digital-based marketing strategies can strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs. This activity is expected to contribute to increasing the competitiveness and sales volume of the Kampung Solo Es Teh MSME in a sustainable manner through the implementation of a modern marketing approach that is responsive to technological changes.

The highly competitive healthcare industry in Cirebon poses a significant challenge for Klinik Utama X, especially as a non-BPJS facility. This condition requires a paradigm shift from a provider-centric marketing mix to a patient-centric approach to retain patient loyalty. This study aims to evaluate and formulate the marketing strategy of Klinik Utama X using a comparative 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) and 4C (Customer Solution, Customer Cost, Convenience, Communication) approach based on SWOT analysis. This research used a qualitative descriptive design with purposive sampling, gathering primary and secondary data through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. The data were systematically evaluated using Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices. The findings reveal that the clinic is strategically positioned in Quadrant I, with an IFAS score of 2.53 and an EFAS score of 2.60, indicating strong internal capabilities to seize external opportunities. The recommended aggressive growth strategy involves integrating psychiatric and aesthetic services, penetrating the Business-to-Business (B2B) market through corporate medical check-ups, accelerating digitalization via telemedicine and online queuing, and preparing for BPJS accreditation. The managerial implications suggest that the clinic must prioritize resolving internal human resources and strengthening financial record-keeping systems before investing heavily in medical assets, while actively expanding digital convenience and corporate partnerships to secure short-term financial stability.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh digital marketing dan literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM dengan keunggulan bersaing sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan survei kepada 200 pelaku UMKM yang telah memanfaatkan kanal pemasaran digital. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, sedangkan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil pengujian ilustratif menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja keuangan UMKM. Literasi keuangan juga berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja keuangan. Keunggulan bersaing terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan serta memediasi secara parsial hubungan digital marketing dan literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kinerja keuangan UMKM tidak hanya ditentukan oleh intensitas promosi digital, tetapi juga oleh kemampuan pelaku usaha dalam mengelola informasi keuangan, menentukan harga, mengendalikan biaya, dan membangun nilai unik yang sulit ditiru pesaing. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi pelaku UMKM untuk mengintegrasikan strategi pemasaran digital dengan penguatan literasi keuangan agar keunggulan bersaing dapat dikonversi menjadi peningkatan penjualan, profitabilitas, dan arus kas.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh storytelling marketing terhadap purchase intention melalui brand experience dan brand engagement pada produk makeup Wardah di kalangan mahasiswa Kota Surabaya. Storytelling marketing menjadi strategi pemasaran yang digunakan untuk membangun hubungan emosional dan meningkatkan keterlibatan konsumen terhadap merek, khususnya dalam industri kosmetik yang kompetitif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling yang melibatkan 180 mahasiswa aktif di perguruan tinggi Kota Surabaya yang pernah membeli atau menggunakan Wardah serta terpapar konten storytelling di media sosial. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode PLS-SEM dengan bantuan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa storytelling marketing tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap purchase intention. Namun, storytelling marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand experience dan brand engagement, yang keduanya juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Brand engagement memediasi secara penuh pengaruh storytelling marketing terhadap purchase intention, serta brand experience juga memediasi hubungan tersebut.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor internal (sumber daya manusia, modal usaha, dan kualitas produk) serta faktor eksternal (harga dan lokasi) terhadap keberhasilan usaha UMKM milik women Generasi Z di Kota Kupang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer yang diperoleh secara langsung melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari seluruh UMKM di Kota Kupang, dengan sampel sebanyak 60 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik sampling kuota, yang terdiri dari 10 responden dari masing-masing 6 kecamatan di Kota Kupang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial menggunakan SPSS. Validasi dilakukan melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sumber daya manusia, modal usaha, dan kualitas produk memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kesuksesan usaha UMKM milik perempuan Generasi Z di Kota Kupang. Sementara itu, harga memiliki efek yang signifikan namun negatif, artinya ketidakakuratan dalam penetapan harga dapat mengurangi minat beli konsumen. Di sisi lain, lokasi usaha tidak memiliki efek yang signifikan, yang menunjukkan bahwa peran lokasi semakin berkurang seiring dengan perkembangan pemasaran digital.

This study aims to (1) describe the marketing channels of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) of oil palm under partnership and independent (self-managed) schemes in Merlung District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency; (2) analyze marketing margins, farmer’s share, and marketing efficiency for each scheme; and (3) compare differences in marketing margins and farmer’s share between single-level marketing channels in both business schemes. The research was conducted in 2025 using a survey method with simple random sampling techniques. The data used consisted of primary data obtained through direct interviews with farmers and marketing institutions, as well as secondary data from relevant agencies. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis, marketing margin analysis, farmer’s share, marketing efficiency analysis, and Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA). The results show that there are two types of marketing channel patterns, namely single-level and two-level channels. The single-level marketing channel has lower marketing margins, higher farmer’s share, and better marketing efficiency. In addition, there are significant differences between single-level marketing channels in both business schemes. These findings imply that shorter marketing channels are more efficient and provide a greater share of the selling price to smallholder oil palm farmers

The development of digital technology has encouraged businesses to utilize social media as an effective marketing tool, particularly in the fashion industry targeting Generation Z. In addition to digital promotional strategies, product quality is also an important factor influencing consumers’ purchase decisions. This study aims to analyze the effect of social media marketing and product quality on purchase decisions among consumers of Jims Honey Kaliwungu Branch. This research employed an explanatory type with a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity testing, reliability testing, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination with the assistance of SPSS. The results show that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, with a t-value of 2.293 greater than the t-table value of 1.984 and a significance value below 0.05. Product quality also has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, with a t-value of 6.631 greater than the t-table value of 1.984 and a significance value below 0.05. Simultaneously, social media marketing and product quality have a significant effect on purchase decisions, with an F-value of 25.994 greater than the F-table value of 3.09 and a significance value below 0.05. The coefficient of determination of 0.349 indicates that both independent variables contribute 34.9% to purchase decisions. These findings confirm that product quality has a more dominant influence than social media marketing in encouraging purchase decisions among consumers of Jims Honey Kaliwungu Branch.

This research examines the influence of the Webtoon platform on the creativits and literary marketing of Gen – Z in Indonesia, with a focus on the increasingly common trasition of digital content to physical books. The research background is grounded in the rapid growth of Webtoon as a platform for illustrated stories accessed by millions of young users via mobile devices, enabling affordable creative expression, but often encountering adaptation challenges to print formats due to differences in distribution and monetization. The primary objective is to analyze how Webtoon shapes the creative processes of young writers and their literary marketing strategies. The research method is qualitative, involving in-depth analysis of 10 popular Webtoons on the Webtoon platform that have been adapted into physical books, with emphasis on narrative elements, visuals, community interactions, and marketing patterns. Findings reveal that Webtoon fosters creativity through collaboration features and instant feedback, resulting in more dynamic original stories, while the transition to physical books enhances market visibility by 20-30% via digital promotion, although hindered by copyright complexities and production costs. The implications of this research underscore the importance of collaboration between traditional publishers and Webtoon to establish a hybrid literary ecosystem that sustainably supports Generation Z talent.

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Marketing Good Governance (MGG) terhadap efektivitas program pelatihan dan pengembangan karier karyawan, dengan pelatihan sebagai variabel mediasi. MGG dipng sebagai pilar strategis yang mengintegrasikan etika pemasaran dengan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif berbasis SEM-PLS, penelitian ini melibatkan 150 responden dari industri FMCG, jasa keuangan, dan teknologi informasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa MGG berpengaruh signifikan terhadap program pelatihan (β=0.645) dan pengembangan karier (β=0.324), serta pelatihan memediasi hubungan tersebut secara kuat (β=0.334). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa tata kelola pemasaran yang transparan, akuntabel, dan adil tidak hanya meningkatkan reputasi eksternal perusahaan, tetapi juga memperkuat kompetensi internal dan kejelasan jalur karier karyawan. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi disiplin pemasaran strategis dan manajemen SDM, yang menempatkan pelatihan sebagai jembatan antara tata kelola dan keberlanjutan karier. Implikasi praktisnya, perusahaan perlu menyinergikan kebijakan HR dan marketing berbasis tata kelola untuk menciptakan budaya kerja etis, meritokratis, dan berkelanjutan.

Transformasi digital menuntut pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) untuk memiliki kesiapan pemasaran digital agar mampu bersaing di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Namun, kesiapan tersebut pada UMKM binaan Kelurahan Bangetayu Wetan masih bervariasi terutama pada aspek literasi digital, pemanfaatan infrastruktur, strategi pemasaran, sikap dan motivasi digital, serta dukungan kelembagaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan kesiapan pemasaran digital dengan daya saing usaha lokal UMKM binaan Kelurahan Bangetayu Wetan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada seluruh anggota UMKM binaan kelurahan sebanyak 34 responden menggunakan teknik total sampling. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan inferensial menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa infrastruktur digital, strategi pemasaran digital, sikap dan motivasi digital, serta dukungan kelembagaan memiliki hubungan positif dengan daya saing usaha lokal UMKM, sedangkan literasi digital pemasaran tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan. Dukungan kelembagaan melalui pelatihan, pendampingan, dan fasilitasi pemasaran digital terbukti memperkuat kapasitas pelaku usaha dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk promosi dan perluasan pasar. Kesiapan pemasaran digital yang lebih baik berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan visibilitas produk, akses pasar, dan keberlanjutan usaha lokal. Disimpulkan bahwa kesiapan pemasaran digital merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing usaha lokal UMKM binaan Kelurahan Bangetayu Wetan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan program pemberdayaan UMKM berbasis digital melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan, peningkatan infrastruktur digital, serta pendampingan kelembagaan yang terintegrasi di tingkat kelurahan
