This research aims to provide a clear picture regarding the lack of cultural and civic literacy which can reduce the value of national character. Indonesia is a country that has a diversity of cultures, religions, customs and so on. The developments of the times and technology that have occurred have made it easy for foreign culture to enter and be absorbed by society, this has caused quite a few Indonesian people to shift their lifestyle to follow foreign and alien cultures to their own culture. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods by collecting data from library sources. The results show that the implementation of cultural and civic literacy in Indonesia is still relatively low, which can reduce national character values such as religiosity, nationalism, independence, the spirit of mutual cooperation and integrity. Therefore, it is necessary to increase public awareness and the active role of education to increase cultural and civic literacy in order to optimize national character values.

Trade is an activity of exchanging goods and services based on mutual agreement without any element of coercion. Import and export activities are economic activities that cannot be separated from trade and are a unity that can encourage the improvement and growth of the economy in a country. The purpose of this research is to focus on the effect of import-export on economic growth, the evaluation of the contribution of Customs, and the role of international trade supervision. Customs or customs authorities in Indonesia, known as Customs and Excise, are the gateway to international trade. Customs manages state finances and implements state revenue through import duties and excise. The results of this study show that Indonesia's economic growth is influenced by global economic growth. In the first quarter of 2023, export activity weakened with the moderation of international commodity prices which supported the exports of North Sumatra Province. Export performance in North Sumatra grew 2.45% (yoy), lower than the previous quarter which amounted to 9.77% (yoy). Export activities in Indonesia are one of the efforts made by the government to follow the development of industrialization every year. Competition between products in foreign markets depends on price, quality, and quality of goods are important factors in competing in export activities.

With the Manifest Module online system, it is easier to manage Outward Manifest documents that train staff to be more thorough. This paper uses 2 (two) types of research methods, namely: the Field Observation method (Flied Reseach), interviews with employees and the Heritage Study Method (Library Reseach), namely taking data from library books.

Religious tourism is one of the tours that is closely related to religion, history, customs, and beliefs of an individual or group. The existence of religious tourism in the midst of society has an economic and social impact on the surrounding community. The purpose of this study is to analyze the social economic impact on local communities with the existence of religious tourism Sapuro Tomb in West Pekalongan City. This research uses field research with a qualitative approach. The main data sources in this study are local communities and pilgrims. The results showed that there are economic and social impacts on local communities. The economic impact is felt by business people who are around Makan Sapuro, who get a large income every day because it is not uncommon for pilgrims to come from outside the city. The existing social impact is in the form of interaction of local people who work together if a religious event is held besides that there is interaction between the surrounding community with pilgrims or visiting worshipers.

At this time, times are increasingly developing and experiencing rapid progress, so that the term "modernity" appears. Currently, what is really feared is "the methods or actions that need to be taken by young people in maintaining the values ​​or meaning contained in the seblang tradition" if you look at the increasingly advanced way of thinking and behavior of young people today. The seblang tradition originates from Banyuwangi, East Java, Olehsari Village, whose cultural community still upholds customs and social harmony. The seblang tradition is a dance performed to ward off evil or bad luck which is performed once a year, precisely on holidays. The method used in the research is qualitative research, namely using ethnography which explains the norms, traditions, values ​​and actions carried out in the Seblang dance. The seblang tradition has been passed down from generation to generation and is mandatory. If this tradition is not carried out within a year, one of the ancestral spirits will come to one of the residents and possess the resident to give a "sign" that the seblang haru tradition is being carried out. Apart from that, the existence of modernity poses a risk if it is forced into seblang traditions. Because the risk posed will dilute the meaning contained in the seblang tradition.

Character education is important in the content of the elementary school curriculum. The content of this curriculum can be constructed on local content subjects, in addition to conveying material as well as strengthening character according to local customs and culture. The development of character education that contains traditional values and local culture is important because it sees the reality on the ground that school children are very dependent on gadgets but are not used for educational activities, and in making decisions for the future they are still very dependent and centered on parents' decisions. So that the service team from the Unisri PPKn study program was motivated to provide workshops on the implementation of regional culture-based local content curricula. Methods Implementation of activities is carried out in the form of counseling and training in implementing a local content curriculum based on regional culture. The results of community service activities at SDN 01 Bumi Laweyan include teachers starting to carry out and apply local culture in daily learning activities such as greetings, greeting fellow friends, and with teachers using fine Javanese. Nopi 'Sapa' 2023. Analysis of Consumer Behavior on Purchase Intention at the To'Pao Art Market. This research is to find out how to analyze consumer behavior towards buying interest in the to'pao art market. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research in which researchers develop consumer behavior towards buying interest at to'pao art markets. The results of this study indicate that there are several factors that influence buying interest in the to'pao art market, namely: 1. Cultural factors influence a person's purchasing decision to follow the customs of the community, or ethnic groups collect and wear when attending certain events. 2. Social factors influence the influence of reference groups, family, and roles and status to cause a person to make a purchase intention in order to gain recognition in society. 3. Personal factors are influential because work, age, and economic conditions encourage someone to make a purchase intention. 4. Psychological factors affect purchase intention through motivation, information, and influence from other people so that it automatically causes a positive perspective on an item.  

The potential for developing local wisdom tourism is part of human creativity. A tourist village is a tourist destination that reflects local tourism wisdom. Local wisdom tourism that exists in society is: customs, history, culture and natural beauty. Lembang Baruppu' Benteng Batu is located in Baruppu' sub-district, North Toraja district. It is a tourist village that has tourism potential in the form of natural tourism, customs, culture and history. The aim of this research is to analyze tourism potentials related to local wisdom tourism and recommend the potential for developing local wisdom tourism in Baruppu' Benteng Batu. The method used in the research is qualitative analysis through direct observation and interviews with local government, traditional leaders and the community. Some of the potential for developing local wisdom tourism in Baruppu' Benteng Batu are still being preserved today and some have been neglected.

The position of the port as the gateway for a ship entering/leaving the port, especially from within the country or abroad or vice versa, must obtain approval from the authorized agencies at the port, such as the Harbor Master's Office and Port Authority (KSOP), Health Quarantine, Customs and Excise, Immigration. This notification is to ensure that the ship and its cargo entering/exiting the port have complied with the provisions of applicable laws and conventions. This research aims to provide knowledge to the community regarding the limitations for adopted children, especially in terms of inheritance, so that the community is not wrong in providing knowledge about adopted children. This research is a field research (Field Research), the data sources used are primary data sources collected through interviews, documentation and observation. Primary data is obtained directly from respondents regarding inheritance for adopted children in Islamic law and customary law, while secondary data is in the form of legal theories and norms as well as other supporting data obtained from literature, documentation and biographies. All of these data are materials to describe an overview of Islamic law regarding inheritance for adopted children in the perspective of customary law.                Based on the results of the research, it turns out that the Indigenous people of the city of Gorontalo, in giving their inheritance to adopted children, carry out the provisions of Islamic inheritance law and some carry out customary inheritance law. For people who implement Islamic law, the adopted child does not get an inheritance but gets assets in the form of a mandatory testament and may not exceed 1/3 of the assets left behind, while for people who use Javanese customary law they determine their own in accordance with the agreement in the deliberations of experts the heir concerned. It is better for people who adhere to Javanese customs to be given knowledge about Islamic inheritance law.

To clarify the background of the concept of ethics education in contemporary worship."This study is a descriptive study, which means that questionnaires or literature searches were used to collect data. both primary and secondary data were used to gather study material. The Qur'an Karim and some of our commentary serve as the primary sources of knowledge. Books, newspapers, journals, internet media, and other materials that are relevant to the thesis subject serve as secondary data sources. The Al-Quran, the Tafsir, and other significant texts are employed as documents as part of the documentation data collecting approach. Textual information is analyzed using both content analysis and discourse analysis. The goal of content analysis is to make the book's contents clear. Discourse analysis, a different approach owing to the constraints of content analysis, studies the meaning of communications with an emphasis on covert (latent) meanings.The following conclusions may be drawn from the author's research findings: (1) Moral instruction in worship is regarded as one of the most crucial aspects of human existence, according to the interpretation of QS. Dwelling time adalah waktu bongkar muat peti kemas yang dilakukan dari kapal sampai petikemas keluar dari pelabuhan. Proses dwelling time di pelabuhan yaitu pre-clearance, customs clearance, dan post-clearance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dwelling time yang terjadi di Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok (1) Mengetahui faktor penyebab lamanya dwelling time; (2) Mengetahui dampak dwelling time. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif dan studi literatur, data yang dibutuhkan dapat diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik serta website. Faktor- faktor penyebab dwelling time pada umumnya adalah adanya 2 jalur utama Bea Cukai dalam proses pengeluaran peti kemas impor yakni jalur merah dan jalur hijau. Menurut Asngadi (2017) menyatakan jalur merah adalah perlakuan pabean atas Pemberitahuan Impor Barang (PIB). Tingginya dweliing time dipelabuhan Tanjung Priok sudah lama dialami oleh pemilik barang.

This study aims to examine the phenomenon of culture shock experienced by Merdeka Student Exchange Program students from North Sumatra who take part in study programs in Java. Culture shock is a psychological and emotional symptom that a person experiences when experiencing significant cultural changes. This study uses qualitative research methods by collecting data through in-depth interviews and participant observation. The results of this study show that students from North Sumatra experience various stages of culture shock, including the crisis stage, adjustment stage, and acculturation stage. In addition, this study also identified factors that influence the experience of culture shock, such as differences in language, food, customs, and value systems. The findings of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the experiences of students from North Sumatra in dealing with culture shock in Java and provide guidance for relevant parties in improving support and cultural understanding for students in independent student exchange programs.

Introduction: Indonesia is aggressively targeting reducing the maternal mortality rate to 70 deaths per 100 thousand live births by 2030. Currently, the proportion of maternal deaths is approximately 305 deaths per 100 thousand live births. Where the biggest deaths occur in hospitals around 77%. The mother could not be saved, for one thing, because the mother who was referred to the hospital was already in a state of severe complications. This happens because identification and examination during pregnancy are not optimal and must be strengthened (RI Ministry of Health, 2021). Purpose of Writing: The purpose of this writing is to find out cultural relations, affordability of facilities and infrastructure and mothers' perceptions of the behavior of choosing delivery assistance in the working area of the Cisimeut Health Center in 2022. The sample in the study was 42 mothers who had given birth in January-December 2022. Research Method : This research method is descriptive analytic, namely research that tries to explore how and why the phenomenon occurs, then analyzes the dynamics of the correlation between these phenomena. Research Results: there is no significant relationship between Culture or Customs and Choice of Birth Assistance Behavior in the Work Area of the Cisimeut Health Center in 2022 Continuity Correction value p = 0.478 means that p value ≥ 0.05, there is a relationship between affordability of facilities (Continuity Correction value p = 0.023) , knowledge (Continuity Correction value p = 0.001) on the behavior of choosing delivery assistance in the Work Area of the Cisimeut Health Center in 2022 Conclusions and Suggestions: There is no significant relationship between culture and behavior in choosing delivery assistance in the working area of the Cisimeut Health Center in 2022.
