Public relations management is a strategic approach employed by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) in providing public information related to tourism. This study aims to analyze the public relations management process of Kemenparekraf in disseminating tourism-related public information by using a descriptive qualitative approach and the public relations management theory proposed by Cutlip, Center, and Broom. Research data were obtained through in-depth interviews, literature review, and observation. The results indicate that Kemenparekraf implements the four stages of public relations management comprehensively: defining public relations problems, planning and programming, taking action and communicating, and evaluating the program. Kemenparekraf utilizes various digital and conventional platforms to disseminate tourism information, with an emphasis on transparency, accuracy, and information accessibility. The implementation of the Public Information Disclosure Act is also a major focus, including the provision of information that must be periodically disclosed, immediately announced, and available at all times. Effective public relations management enables Kemenparekraf to address challenges in the dissemination of complex and dynamic tourism information and to ensure equitable access to tourism information for various stakeholders, thereby supporting sustainable tourism development in Indonesia.

The community service program entitled “Implementation of Digital Technology through Mapping MSME Locations on Google Maps to Enhance Consumer Accessibility in the Bukit Lawang Tourism Area” aims to improve digital literacy and business visibility among local micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bukit Lawang, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra. The program was carried out using a participatory approach through socialization, training, and technical assistance involving four local MSMEs, consisting of two wildlife-themed painting craftsmen, one culinary business, and one souvenir craftsman. The results show that all MSMEs were successfully registered and verified on Google Maps, leading to increased consumer accessibility and customer interaction through digital reviews. In addition to expanding market reach, this activity also fostered awareness and independence among business owners in managing their online business profiles. This program demonstrates that location mapping through Google Maps serves as a simple yet effective strategy to support MSME digital transformation and strengthen community-based creative economies in rural tourism areas.

This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through literature studies and field studies. Data analysis is carried out in three stages, namely data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. Problems identified include the lack of official licenses or professional guide certificates for tour guides, an unclear organizational structure resulting in weak coordination between the village government and tour guide groups, limited proactive leadership, which reduces community motivation and participation in tourism development, low community involvement in the planning and implementation of tourism activities, and a lack of effective promotion to attract visitors. These conditions have resulted in the suboptimal development of Citumang's tourism potential as a leading regional destination. This study recommends the establishment of a clear organizational structure, increased human resource capacity through guide training and certification, strengthening the role of visionary and inclusive leadership, increasing community participation in all stages of tourism management, and implementing creative and targeted promotional strategies. This will enable Citumang's nature tourism management to be more effective, sustainable, and provide optimal benefits for all stakeholders.

The impacts that will occur if the contract is not fully implemented and not understood by both parties include triggering contract disputes, even a greater impact is an indication of corruption because the source of funds for the procurement of goods and services is from the APBN. The purpose of this study is to provide education to both parties that the work contract is a guideline that must be understood and obeyed like the law. The ideal concept of direct procurement work contracts in the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy includes strengthening the role of APIP in the procurement of goods and services through direct procurement methods through audits, evaluations, reviews, monitoring and other supervision, the creation of standard contracts by including the substance of clauses that generally occur, and the use of sectoral e-catalogs provided by LKPP.

This paper aims to discuss the meaning of the message of T-shirts labeled with Balinese terms that are traded as tourist souvenirs in Bali. As a result of qualitative research, research data were obtained through observation, document review, and interviews with several informants of t-shirt consumers as well as observers of fashion and Balinese arts and culture. The data collected were analyzed by communication theory and semiotic theory. The results of the study show that the fashion or form of the t-shirt is a t-shirt without a kra decorated with Latin writing or a Balinese script with artistic and ideological expression motifs. T-shirts labeled Balinese have become part of the creative industry for tourist souvenirs that continues to grow in line with the dynamics of Bali tourism. From the perspective of visual communication, the message of a Bali tourism souvenir t-shirt has the following meanings: (1) introducing Bali tourist destinations, (2) as an expression of the soul of the wearer; (3) introducing group identity, (4) information on a moment of Balinese tradition, and (5) introducing Balinese language and cultural identity to the public. T-shirt tourism souvenirs that introduce Balinese cultural identity need to be continuously developed.

The problems that exist in the Pekalongan Regency Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Office (Disporapar) on the one hand are problems in the organisational structure, especially in charge of Tourism, which has no sub-fields, even though the workload is very high. Another problem is that many tasks in the tourism sector have not been handled properly, such as the implementation of the licensing process and public services in the tourism sector, the implementation of qualifications and administration of tourism services, coordination and formulation of standards, norms and tourism promotion, and facilitation of tourism product development and the tourism business world and the creative economy in the tourism sector. On the other hand, it is a heavy responsibility for Disporapar to coordinate, communicate and socialise due to the low participation of the community to become "people aware of tourism".The purpose of the study was to analyse efforts to develop institutional capacity in public services in the field of tourism in Disporapar Pekalongan Regency. Analyse the factors that hinder and support capacity development efforts in public services in the field of tourism in Disporapar Pekalongan Regency. The data used are primary and secondary data. With data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques through four stages that must be passed, namely information collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.Based on the results of the analysis of the above research, the conclusion is that first, the development of institutional capacity in coordinating public services in the tourism sector at the Pekalongan Regency Disporapar is not yet sufficient internally, such as budget improvement, improvement of organizational structure, recruitment of human resources apparatus, and provision of infrastructure facilities. Second, externally, there has been no development and improvement of tourism objects that are adequate for the consumption of local and foreign tourists in Pekalongan Regency. Thirdly, there is a lack of participation and awareness of the people to form "Rakyat Sadar Wisata" groups, but more people are not aware of tourism, so there is still "robbery" and destruction of tourist attraction facilities, illegal parking in tourist attraction areas, inadequate number and condition of tourist attraction facilities, and a lack of investors. However, there is a relief in the support from the Provincial and Central Governments as well as the availability of large areas of coastal, inland and mountainous land in Pekalongan Regency and the many potential natural resources in Pekalongan Regency that have not been utilised. However, there is a relief that there is support from the provincial and central governments as well as the availability of large areas of coastal, inland and mountainous land in Pekalongan Regency and there are still many potential natural resources in Pekalongan Regency that have not been utilised to create new tourism objects.

Carangwulung village located in Wonosalam sub-district, Jombang district has the potential of abundant natural resources from plantation products ranging from bananas, durian, salak, to coffee. The large number of products produced in the Segunung Traditional Village is an interesting addition for implementers to focus on increasing promotions and marketing activities that can be carried out independently by the Segunung Traditional Village. The facilities owned by the Segunung Traditional Village ranging from coffee plantations, coffee shops, and springs should be able to make economic potential and tourism education potential that can be offered and make Segunung Traditional Village into a village that has independence in terms of the creative economy. However, the potential possessed by this Traditional Village is still not a tourism product that is well packaged and attractive for tourists who visit in a sustainable manner. This is partly due to the fact that activities have not been documented, village products are not properly published and are not published in an interesting way. Dusun Segunung has several social media options, but partners feel that creative content ideas are very difficult to grow. Starting from how photos, videos of creative products and designs can be managed properly and produced sustainably. The method of implementing community service is in the form of consultation, socialization and assistance on digital marketing strategies, especially in the form of creative videos and social media management. The socialization and mentoring covered material and practice on videography and video editing techniques using simple technology, smartphones. Through this activity, partners are expected to be able to optimize social media in promoting the potential of their villages, events and business products in order to reach a wider market so that business development and progress can ultimately increase the income of the Segunung Traditional Village.
