The purpose of this classroom action research is to improve students' ability to apply Indonesian language learning knowledge on short stories by implementing the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition model in grade IV of SDN 2 Manembo. The number of students in grade IV is 14 people. This research uses a classroom action research (CAR) method based on the inquiry learning method according to Kemmis and McTaggart (Aqib Zainal, 2016:64) and is implemented in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. Qualitative data collection techniques are carried out through observation of learning activities, while quantitative data are collected from the results of LKPD. The data analysis technique uses the formula (Trianto, 2019:41) KB = T/Tt × 100%. Student learning outcomes in cycle I reached an average value of 70% with incomplete criteria, but increased in cycle II to 92% with complete criteria. In addition to improving learning abilities, students also feel more enthusiastic and active in participating in learning by implementing the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition model. It can be concluded that the implementation of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) model can improve the reading comprehension skills of fourth-grade elementary school students.

This research aims to investigate the influence of the CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition) Learning Model on the learning motivation and character of class XI students at SMA HKBP 2 Tarutung in the 2022/2023 academic year. The method used is a quantitative approach with an experimental design. Data was collected through a questionnaire that measured the level of learning motivation and student character before and after implementing the learning model. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant increase in learning motivation and student character after implementing the CIRC Model. These findings indicate that the use of collaborative learning models can increase student engagement and form positive character.

The purpose of this study was to describe the results of implementing the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) model on students' ability to write negotiating texts. The method used in this research is an experiment with one group pretest-posttest. The sample of this study was students of class X Science and Social Sciences at SMA Al Washliyah Pasar Senen. The data in this study were obtained through documentation, interviews and tests. Based on the results of this study, the results showed that the ability of students in writing negotiating texts that received the application of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) model increased. The results of the pre-test showed that the average student score was 63, as many as 37.5% or nine students who completed and 62.5% or 15 students who did not complete. While the results of the post test showed that the average student score was 79, as many as 95.83% or 23 students and 4.17% or 1 student who did not complete. So, there is an increase in the ability to write negotiating texts for class X SMA Al Washliyah Pasar Senen by applying the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) model.

This research aims to determine the application of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) model in learning to write personal letters for class VII students at SMPN 1 Gunungwungkal Pati. Based on the results of observations, there is a problem with class VII students at SMPN 1 Gunungwungkal Pati, namely that students still have difficulty using the right words and writing a message on personal letter writing material, because the learning model used by the teacher is not appropriate. This research uses mixed methods. Data collection was carried out using test and non-test techniques. The test technique is in the form of working on personal letter writing test questions, and the non-test technique is in the form of observation and questionnaires. Based on the research results, before implementing the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) model in learning to write personal letters, teachers still used Discovery Based Learning techniques for the learning process of writing personal letters and only used Indonesian language textbooks as learning support materials. The application of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) model has proven that students are more active during learning. The (CIRC) model also makes students more enthusiastic and makes it easier for students to understand the material for writing personal letters.

This research is motivated by the lack of learning outcomes in Indonesian at grade IV-A SDN 6 Menteng and the use of methods that are still one-way. The aims of the study were to describe (1) the improvement of student outcomes (2) teacher activities (3) student activities in learning Indonesian one-point chapter 6 at SDN 6 Menteng using the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition method (CIRC). This research is a Classroom Action Research model by Kemmis and Mc. Taggart that was carried out in 2 cycles. The research subjects are 22 students. The data collection techniques, namely observation and tests using quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of this Research show that using the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition method (CIRC) can improve learning outcomes and learning activities. This is based on the research results on the pretest and pre-cycle data with an average of 59.09 with a classical value of 31.81%. Cycle I average score of 68.18 and classical value of 68.18% with the activities of teachers and students in the good category. In cycle II the average value increased to 89.54 and the classical value was 100% with very good teacher and student activities. Therefore learning outcomes have increased by 21.36.

This research was conducted due to the inaccuracy of SMP Negeri 5 Pati educators in using the learning model used in learning descriptive text writing skills. The application of the lecture-based Discovery Learning model has a negative effect on students becoming inactive and having difficulty describing an object quickly. The learning outcomes obtained by students were also unsatisfactory. Seeing this situation, I am encouraged to seek the application of other learning models to support the success of learning descriptive text writing skills for class VII students of SMP Negeri 5 Pati. The learning model used is the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition model. The data collection method applied is a qualitative method. This research was in class VII B SMP Negeri 5 Pati with a total of 32 students. Data collection techniques applied are test techniques and non-test techniques. From the research conducted, it is explained that learning the skills of writing descriptive text with the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition model can make it easier for students to describe or describe objects quickly. From the research data, the highest score was 86 - 100 (very good) for 24 students and 76 - 85 for 8 students.
