This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Rengginang MSME registration on Google Maps as a strategy to strengthen the economy in Pahang Village, Babata Village. The background of the research shows that most MSMEs still rely on conventional marketing so that business visibility is relatively low. With a qualitative case study approach, this study explores the experience of the owner of Rengginang Azam MSMEs, Mrs. Siti, who registered her business location on Google Maps. The results of the study show that digitalization through Google Maps has a positive impact in the form of increasing accessibility and reach for customers, especially from outside the village. Location registration allows customers to find more complete information about products and locations, increasing the number of visits to the store. The real impact felt is an increase in sales and profits without additional promotional costs. This study concludes that the use of Google Maps as a digital promotional medium is an effective strategy in strengthening the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era. In addition, this finding confirms the importance of digital literacy for MSME actors to utilize technology as a means of business development and strengthening the local economy.

Social media has become a tool used by everyone. It has become a widely used tool for sharing information and as a promotional platform. In today's digital era, many MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) promote their products using social media, eliminating the need to rely entirely on conventional strategies such as direct sales in markets or stores. Marketing utilizes digital technology to achieve goals through active and measurable communication. Marketing strategies using social media are crucial because they can reach a wide range of buyers without time or geographic limitations. Sellers and buyers can interact with each other through messages, comments, and reviews. This research aimed to gain a deeper understanding of how social media influences the marketing strategies implemented by MSMEs through interviews. The results of this study concluded that social media significantly influences MSME marketing strategies and builds relationships with customers. MSMEs are expected to develop better promotional strategies in the future and learn to adapt to competition in the digital era. As a suggestion, MSMEs are advised to integrate interactive content such as live streaming and influencer collaborations to strengthen consumer engagement, as well as allocate a minimum budget of 10-15% of revenue for digital marketing training.

The Mesak SME is a micro-enterprise in the food sector that still relies on conventional marketing strategies. This reliance on traditional promotional methods has prevented it from optimally reaching the digital market. However, utilizing digital technology is currently a crucial aspect of business development, particularly for increasing competitiveness and expanding market reach. Therefore, this community service activity was carried out with the primary goal of improving the Mesak SME's capacity to adopt digital marketing strategies. The community service program was designed in a structured and sustainable manner through several stages: an initial survey to determine the SME's existing condition, observation of existing marketing activities, and socialization of the benefits of digital technology in business development. Next, intensive training was conducted, covering the use of social media as a promotional tool, creating engaging digital content that aligns with the product's characteristics, and introducing e-commerce platforms to expand market access. The training focused on a practical approach that is easy for SMEs to understand. Furthermore, mentoring and evaluation were provided to ensure the sustainability of the digital strategy implementation after the program was completed. Through this series of activities, it is hoped that the Mesak SME will be able to actively utilize social media, produce engaging content, and market its products through various digital channels. The results of this activity are not only aimed at increasing sales volume but also at building a more professional and competitive business image, both in local and digital markets. With improved digital marketing capabilities, Mesak SMEs are expected to develop independently and sustainably in the era of digital transformation.

Beauty products have become a promising business, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. Various brands have achieved high sales figures, one of which is Skintific products. This study aims to analyze the role of micro-influencers in increasing brand awareness of Skintific products. The study was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Research data was obtained from literature reviews, digital observations, and official publications related to the topic. The results of the study indicate that micro-influencers play a significant role in increasing brand awareness for Skintific products. With a higher engagement rate compared to macro-influencers, micro-influencers are able to build closer and more authentic relationships with their audience, making their recommendations more trustworthy than conventional advertisements. Despite having a smaller number of followers, micro-influencers demonstrate greater effectiveness in creating engaging content such as product reviews, tutorials, and unboxing videos, which increase consumer interest and trust in the product. Research data shows that micro-influencers' engagement rate (5.07%) is higher than that of macro-influencers (3.25%), despite their more limited reach. The success of this marketing strategy is also supported by the use of social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, which enable the distribution of interactive visual content and expand brand awareness organically. With increased audience engagement, Skintific has not only succeeded in strengthening brand awareness but also in building product credibility, which ultimately contributes to increased consumer interest and purchasing decisions.

The Community Service program partners in this activity are Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) engaged in crafts, such as weaving, knitting, and beaded jewelry, in the Cikarang Baru area. These MSMEs have been running their businesses for several years, but the marketing strategies applied are still conventional and therefore less effective. Therefore, it is important to provide training on the use of digital marketing so that the marketing system can be improved, expand market reach, and support increased product sales. In this activity, MSMEs receive training on the importance of digital marketing, as well as assistance in creating business accounts on digital platforms such as Google Business and Instagram, along with tutorials for optimal management. The outputs of this service include Google Business accounts, Instagram accounts, scientific articles published in national journals, and activity reports. The methods used in this service are lectures and practical tutorials in creating and managing accounts on digital media. The results of this activity indicate that digital marketing strategies need to be followed up with regular guidance so that they can function effectively and optimally in supporting marketing activities and increasing sales of MSME products.

The Urban Farming Group "Keputih Bersemi," based on educational hydroponics, is an active farming group in Kelurahan Keputih, Surabaya. Urban farming is an ideal choice for urban residents to engage in productive activities that can be followed by the surrounding community and, of course, produce something of added value. The plants or vegetables grown by the Keputih Bersemi farming group include pak choi, lettuce, and others. The harvested produce has not been sold or distributed optimally because marketing activities are conducted conventionally, with members offering the products directly to the surrounding community. This situation arises because the majority of the farming group members are elderly and still unfamiliar with technology. The use of social media, such as Instagram and Whatsapp, plays an important role as it significantly increases the visibility and sales of the group's agricultural products. A marketing strategy that involves engaging content, the use of relevant hashtags, and active interaction with potential customers will expand market reach and attract more potential customers.

In today's modern era, marketing is often referred to as the main influence of a business that produces goods or services. Marketing requires a variety of continuous development and strategy changes in order to maximize the potential for success and achieve sustainability. Regarding marketing strategy, if it is not able to control the existing growth, it will not only result in the downfall of the business but also the loss of customers and a decrease in the amount of revenue. The methodology used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method that aims to conduct a thorough investigation of conventional marketing WOM strategies. In this modern era, Bancreps chose a conventional marketing strategy for its business. Marketing carried out by Bancreps can be done more in-depth by using SWOT analysis theory. However, Bancerps to use digital platforms to reach a wider range of customers than just relying on traditional marketing strategies.

UMKM Terez Collection have experienced a downward sales trend and very drastically after the Covid-19 pandemic. The aim of the research is to determine the Terez Collection's marketing strategy and the obstacles faced in increasing its sales value. This type of qualitative descriptive research uses a purposive sampling method. Data collection methods are observation, interviews and literature study. Data analysis involves data collection, reduction, presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The market segment being worked on is teenage women aged from teens to adults, lower middle class. Meanwhile positioning has not been carried out and understood well. The research results show that the product in consumer perception has good quality in its class, is varied and meets consumer wants. The pricing strategy is quite good and competitive. The promotional strategy is still conventional so that the distribution channel is still one channel, namely conventional. The location of production and management of UMKM in production centers is an added value. Distribution is carried out through wholesalers and retailers. The obstacle faced is that the owner does not understand digital marketing well, and has not taken advantage of opportunities through product innovation. Suggestions for local governments to facilitate and encourage the return of the Binong Jati knitting center, to help facilitate financing for product innovation and training. Terez Collection is advised to increase knowledge and carry out digital marketing as an effort to expand the market.

Community  Service  Partners  in  this  activity  are  Micro, Smalland  Medium  Enterprises (MSMEs) in  the  business  of  producing  and  selling  culinary in karawang.  This MSME  has  been  in  Karawang city  for  more  than  30  years.  However,  the  marketing system that used is still very minimal and conventional. Forthis reason, MSMEs need to be  given  training  on  the  importance  of  using  digital  marketing  so  that  the  marketing system can be better to achieve the desired targets and can support better sales activities. In  addition,  MSMEs  also  provide  assistance  in  creating  business  accounts  in  digital media  such  as  Google  Business  and Instagram,  and  how  to  manage  this  digital  media optimally Output fromthis ativity is a Google business and InstagramBusiness account, scientific articlepublished in national journals, and activity reports.
