Background: Gout arthritis (gout) is a disease that arises due to excessive blood uric acid levels, which causes excessive blood uric acid levels, namely the production of uric acid in the body more than its disposal, besides that the cause of excessive uric acid production in the body can occur due to genetic factors (congenital), food factors. Complaints of gout arthritis pain vary from mild, moderate to severe. One of the non-pharmacological therapies that can be used to relieve gout arthritis pain is warm ginger compresses. This study aims to see the effect of warm ginger compresses on the gout arthritis pain scale. Methods: This research is a type of pre-experimental research, namely experimental research without a control group. The research was conducted with a one group pre-posttest design. Sampling using total sampling technique. Results: The results of the Friedman test showed a P value (0.000). The results of this study indicate that warm ginger compresses can reduce gout arthritis pain. Conclusion: There is a significant effect on the level of gout arthritis pain before and after the warm ginger compress intervention

PT Atlantic Anugrah Metalindo is a manufacturing company that produces costumize products, steel door systems and fireproof doors. Currently PT Atlantic Anugrah Metalindo is producing 100 units of pallet rack manufacturing with customers from PT X so that proper material requirements planning is needed. The purpose of this research is to determine the material requirements of pallet racks optimally and efficiently. This research requires calculating the Bill of Materials (BOM) using the Cutting plane method and controlling the production process to run effectively and efficiently. Based on the calculations that have been carried out, the results show that for 2 mm thick mild steel material requirements, 6 sheets of plate are needed, 3 mm thick mild steel requires 173 sheets of plate, 3.6 mm thick mild steel requires 12 sheets of plate and 5 mm thick mild steel requires 12 sheets of plate. So that from these calculations PT Atlantic Anugrah Metalindo is expected to minimize the material requirements of pallet rack products.

Chest X-ray report generation has become an important topic in vision-to-language research. However, fully generative models often create fluent clinical reports that may contain unsupported or inaccurate statements, leading to hallucination problems and reducing reliability. This study investigates evidence-grounded report generation using the Open-i (IU X-ray) dataset with two main goals: generating coherent radiology reports from X-ray images and minimizing unsupported clinical entities through evidence retrieval. Four experimental models were evaluated: a baseline image-to-report model (E1), an alignment-enhanced model using the InfoNCE objective (E2), a retrieval-grounded model that incorporates Top-K evidence sentences with citation markers such as [E#] (E3), and a reranking model that selects the most evidence-supported output (E4). Experimental results on the Open-i test dataset show that grounding methods significantly reduce hallucination rates and improve entity overlap performance. The reranking approach achieves the best grounding quality, although stronger grounding slightly lowers text-overlap scores and increases inference time. Overall, retrieval-based grounding with explicit citations and reranking offers an effective approach for improving factual consistency and reducing unsupported information in automated radiology report generation.

Sugar levels that accumulate in the blood due to not being absorbed well by body cells can cause various organ disorders. If not controlled properly, it can lead to various complications that can be life-threatening. Risk factors that can affect blood sugar levels are food, activity, and weight gain. Therefore, one way to keep blood sugar levels under control is by doing walking therapy activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of walking on the fasting blood sugar levels when in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Tuminting Village, Manado City. This research is a quantitative research with a method used pre-experimental method using a with a pre-test-post test one group design approach. The sample was taken based on the number of respondents obtained as many as 19 people using Purposive sampling. Data collection was done by using blood glucose test tools and observation sheets. The results of data analysis using the Paired sample t-test showed P value of 0.001 or smaller than ≤0.05 which means that the alternative hypothesis Ha is accepted or through walking activities can reduce the fasting blood sugar levels when in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Abortion is the termination of a pregnancy before 20 weeks of age and can also occur at 12 weeks of gestation or when the fetus weighs less than 500 grams. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the incidence of abortion in Indonesia is the highest among other Southeast Asian countries, namely 2 million out of 4.2 million people. Incomplete abortion, that is, only part of the conception is removed, what remains is the decidua or placenta. Initially there is bleeding in the decidua basalis, followed by necrosis of the surrounding tissue, then part or all of the products of conception are released. Other complications of incomplete abortion are infection, perforation, and shock. The purpose of this study was to provide nursing care for patients with incomplete abortion in the couch room at Aisyiyah Pariaman Hospital. The research used a descriptive approach in the form of a case study to find out the problem of nursing care in patients with incomplete abortions in the couch room of Aisyiyah Pariaman Hospital with one patient. This research was conducted on 20-24 February 2023, The results of the study after the study found 3 diagnoses, namely: Anxiety related to situational crises,Riskfor hypovolemia related to active fluid lossand Acute pain related to physiological injury,. During the 5 days of the study the patient went home with thesuggestion that the patient could carry out home care and control according to the recommendations from the hospital.

Background: Type 2 diabetes mellitus can affect all aspects of the patient's life so that it can be life threatening if not treated properly. The problems experienced by Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients can be minimized by having sufficient knowledge and ability to control their disease with self-care. Self Care describes patient behavior carried out consciously and independently with the aim of optimizing and increasing independence in terms of health. Development of an empowerment program for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients through a cadre approach. Purpose: the aim of this activity is to increase cadres' ability to manage self-care for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Method: The method of community service activities is cadre empowerment. Activities were carried out in Sembung Village, Mengwi, Badung with 50 health cadres as partners. Result: The result of this activity is that there has been an increase in understanding by 60% and cadres have increased the ability of type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients to carry out independent care. Conclusion: The conclusion is that health cadres are able to act as motivators and mentors in carrying out comprehensive self-care for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients.

Joint pain is a disease that is familiar in everyday life. and mostly in elderly people who are close to joint pain disorders which is a degenerative disease. Apart from the age factor, there are many things that influence the rate at which joint pain occurs due to the fact that many elderly people do not control their lifestyle such as regular exercise, diet and so on. Pain often occurs in the hands or fingers, knees, hips and spine. This disease generally develops gradually and gets worse over time, disrupting the sufferer's ability to do physical activity. Methods of exercise therapy for osteoarthritis are therapy in the form of active movement exercises and in the form of exercises using resistance/weights which aim to train the muscles so that the muscles become relaxed, preventing limitations. movement, maintain muscle elasticity and increase muscle strength. Exercise therapy will minimize injury by strengthening the muscles supporting the joints, restoring strength and range of motion so that activities can be carried out as before. Activities that are beneficial for health should meet the FITT criteria (frequency, intensity, time, type). Frequency is how often the activity is done, intensity is how hard the activity is done, usually divided into low, medium and high intensity. Time refers to the duration of the activity and the type of physical activity carried out. Community service activities are aimed at all elderly people in order to increase knowledge and alternatives about non-pharmacological therapies that are relatively safe from side effects.  

Nutritional intake plays an important role in optimizing baby's growth and development. The amount of nutritional intake consumed is also influenced by the process of eating activities. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the Baby Led Weaning Method on baby weight in the Patingalloang Community Health Center Working Area. Quantitative research method with experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest design approach. The research population was toddlers experiencing stunting who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria using purposive sampling techniques. Research results: The intervention group with a sample size of 20 children experienced an average weight gain of 0.85 kg. The control group also experienced an average increase of 0.65 kg with a test value of p value = 0.000, where it was concluded that there was an effect of giving MP-ASI using the Baby Led Weaning Method on the weight of babies aged 9-12 months in the working area of the Patingalloang Community Health Center.

This type of research is Quasi experiment, which is research that is used to determine whether or not there are consequences of "something" imposed on the subject being studied by looking for the effect of certain treatments on others under controlled conditions. A sample is a portion taken from all objects studied and is considered to represent the entire population. The sample in this study was 20 people in one intervention group. The sampling technique was Purposive Sampling, namely taking samples according to the criteria determined by the researcher. Data collection techniques use questionnaire sheets and respondent observation sheets. The data analysis technique uses the Independent T test. Statistical testing uses parametric analysis with the significance of the test results determined based on the p value <0.05. Based on the statistical test results, it is known that the p value is 0.001<0.05 which means that there is an influence on the intensity of pain before and after administration. Warm Compress. The use of the right method for inventory control problems is Just In Time , which is a management strategy used to optimize the production process and product delivery by buying and producing only when needed and at the right time. Silver Meal Heuristic, a heuristic approach used in inventory control to determine the optimal lot size. The quantity of raw material orders using JIT is relatively more than the silver meal, but with JIT the supplier only needs to send 4-5 times, meaning that the company can save costs. The quantity and frequency obtained from data processing using silver meal is more optimal. However, the cost of raw material inventory incurred is quite large. For a decrease in efficiency costs by implementing a policy of making purchases with Just In Time  (JIT) and is expected to save on raw material inventory costs. So that these cost savings can be allocated by the company to other costs.

Various activities in the work environment have potential risks that must be identified and evaluated. Systematic, thorough, and structured approaches such as Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determine Control or HIRADC are used to identify problems affecting work processes and risks associated with existing equipment or systems, which can endanger individuals around the port. This research was conducted qualitatively by analyzing the safety risks of workers at ports around Surabaya, East Java. The results showed that there were 7 types of work with 45 hazard risks identified.

This study employs documentary techniques, observations, and interviews to conduct a qualitative descriptive study. The researchers will investigate and determine whether or not the management of the PJJ program has been implemented successfully. Kushendar model analysis was employed. Data is reduced, presented, concluded from, and verified by researchers. The conclusion is as follows, based on data analysis: (1) Planning is done by creating operational work plans and objectives. (2) Methods for regulating the use of resources, methods for socializing the work plan, and mechanisms for regulating the execution of a work plan that go along with the delegation of tasks and powers are established.

Introduction: Cases of drug abuse and smoking are increasing rapidly in Indonesia, even though the government and society have made various efforts. Drug and cigarette abuse is difficult to eradicate. What can be done is to prevent and control it so that the problem does not spread, thereby harming the future of the nation, due to the decline in the quality of human resources, especially the younger generation. Method: counseling, pre-test and post-test on targets are carried out orally. Results: Participants in this activity were 61 teenagers in Sumber Rejo village. Conclusion: From the pre-test results, the target generally does not know enough about reproductive health regarding the dangers of drugs and smoking. After carrying out verbal post-test counseling, teenagers generally know and have increased abilities on how to maintain reproductive health. This community service has been carried out from August-September 2023, for exactly 3 months

The increasingly high cost claims for caesarean section cases in the National Health Insurance or Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) era mean that hospitals are required to provide service efficiency, the BPJS Health payment system to hospitals is through the INACBG's (Indonesia Case Based Groups) rates. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of clinical pathway compliance and prescription writing according to the national formulary on cost control with caesarean section indication as an intervening variable at St Theresia Hospital. This type of research is confirmatory research using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 80 samples from caesarean section cases in August-October 2023. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Based on the results of testing the Path coefficients hypothesis, it was found that F count (63.047) > F Table (3.432) with a significance level of 0.05, the results of the t value> 1.96 and p < 0.05. The results of data analysis and hypothesis testing showed that there was an influence of clinical pathway compliance, writing prescriptions according to the national formulary and indications for caesarean section on cost control.

The aim of this community service is to help children's psychomotor development to control body movements through coordinated activities between the central nerve and muscles through games, hone children's abilities through coloring sketches, and provide reinforcement and motivation for children with special needs so that children do not inferior and able to compete in the world of education like other children. This activity was carried out at SLB Negeri Ende. The methods used in this service activity are game methods, socialization approaches and lectures. The results of the activity show that children are more enthusiastic about learning, because the material provided is material that is combined with games, so that lessons are more fun for children and not boring. The conclusion of this service is that the community service activities carried out are expected to improve the concentration and learning abilities of children with special needs at SLB. Late adolescents experience a critical phase of individual development with various challenges that can affect their mental and emotional well-being. The focus of this research is resilience, namely the ability to overcome, adapt and recover from stress or life pressure. The research aims to understand the factors that increase resilience in late adolescents, with a review of emotional regulation, impulse control, optimism, empathy, casual analysis, self-efficacy and achievement. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews and observations with 7 late adolescent sources using random sampling. The research results show that the level of resilience of the majority of teenagers is in the good category. Factors such as optimism, self-efficacy, and impulse control play a key role in the formation of positive resilience. The conclusion of this research is that it emphasizes the importance of approaches in developing resilience in late adolescents. Empowerment efforts, particularly in emotional regulation and optimism, can help them face challenges, develop robust personal growth, and better prepare for the transition to adulthood. This research provides in-depth insights for the development of effective interventions to support the positive development of adolescents in their transition phase.

As one part of carrying out management functions, planning cannot be separated from control. The management control system itself has the aim of planning, evaluating and making decisions in order to develop and maintain the company's survival. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of data analysis show that the strategic planning process at PT Andalan Inti Indonesia is good and budget preparation is carried out per division as well as to make it easier to detail the budget for activity needs. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the implementation of the management system control function at PT Andalan Inti Indonesia is quite good and running well. The company has focused on increasing brand awareness as a step in achieving its sales target of 2 billion. Apart from marketing its products offline, the company also utilizes technology that supports the popularity of the online market. Employee placement is carried out appropriately to ensure the effectiveness and productivity of each division. Overall, PT Andalan Inti Indonesia has a structured and holistic approach to company management, with a focus on adapting to market changes, evaluating performance, and implementing short-term strategies that are in line with online market trends.

This research aims to find out what the Gorontalo City Government's policy is regarding the widespread development of housing through the process of converting agricultural land. This type of research is Empirical Research. The research results show that housing development and land conversion are very important issues in urban development. The conversion of agricultural land leads to a change in the use of productive agricultural land to use of land for the construction of housing and other infrastructure. The strategies for controlling land conversion are: Ratification of Spatial Planning Regulations as well as Incentives and Disincentives. Based on the information obtained, this form of land conversion control is also carried out by means of socialization and guidance, or if developers want to build then they will be invited. Apart from that, the factor that influences whether the conversion of agricultural land is permitted is that it must be in accordance with spatial planning. The government needs to have clear and detailed spatial planning to regulate land use effectively. Good spatial planning is the key to controlling agricultural land conversion.
