The background of the research is the fact that there is a lot of moral decline that occurs in the younger generation of the Indonesian nation. This is evident in the world of national education that there are still many students who violate school regulations, ranging from not carrying out assignments, arriving late, missing school and student disobedience to their teachers. These various attitudes occur due to the depletion of the attitude of discipline and responsibility of students. The solution to this problem is the need for educational institutions that are able to overcome and build the character of learning discipline in students.The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of character education in shaping student learning discipline at SD IT Al-Izzah Sibuhuan School. The research method uses a type of Qualitative research by taking location at SD IT Al-Izzah Sibuhuan. Interviews, observation and documentation are the data sources used in this research process. Qualitative descriptive analysis is the data analysis technique used. The results showed that the implementation of character education in shaping learning discipline at SD IT Al-Izzah Sibuhuan includes two aspects, namely implementation and school efforts. The implementation of character education implementation in shaping learning discipline through fun learning activities for students, habituation, discipline, infrastructure and fun learning. The school's efforts in implementing character education in shaping student learning discipline at SD IT Al-Izzah Sibuhuan are to create teaching and learning activities that are conducive, effective and fun. From the school, they also provide examples of student discipline to students so that they apply it to their daily activities to become better people.

The Class IIA Women's Correctional Institution (LPP) in Malang City is included in a productive prison which is not only used as a place for fostering prisoners (inmates), but also used as a facility to accommodate the production of quality prisoner products. The WBP participates in productive program activities held by the prison, such as managing the soy sauce industry, handicrafts, convection business, salon business, making ecoprint batik, production of souvenir snacks. All WBPs are involved in these productive activities as a form of effort by the prison in organizing work guidance programs and skills education. The results of the activity show that the production of Malang City Class IIA Women's Prison can be said to be quite good and has selling value. However, it is unfortunate that marketing is done conventionally so that it has not achieved maximum product sales results. Therefore, it is necessary to have an evaluation that can be solved through the service activities carried out. This digital marketing practice activity with website development training can be a solution provided through this service. The activity can run smoothly because all prison officers are enthusiastic and conducive in participating in the training held. The hope of this activity is that they will be able to apply the marketing function optimally so that it can increase sales volume

This research has the objective of analyzing the relationship between the work environment, work culture and workload related to employee performance in an agency or company. This research uses quantitative methods through descriptive analysis, as well as online data collection using the Microsoft Forms Platform with a Likert scale of 1 to 5 with the Purposive Sampling method, there are 57 respondents with the age criteria 18-30 and currently working. Processed using the SmartPLS 4.0.9.2 application program. with Structural Eqution Modeling (SEM). The results showed that, the work environment is influential in supporting or improving the performance of its employees for the better and can produce quality work done by its employees. The work environment can be maximized when a company can implement or create a conducive, collaborative environment, and pay attention to all aspects such as the physical and psychological of its employees. Such factors as sufficient facilities, social support, and job security can increase employee performance productivity. Organizational work culture also plays an important role in shaping employee performance. Organizations with a culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and employee motivation have better performance. Conversely, a work culture that does not support employees can hinder employee performance. Workload in accordance with individual capacity also affects employee performance. Too high a workload can lead to excessive stress and fatigue, which negatively impacts productivity. Therefore, wise management in determining workload is essential. From this study, it can be concluded that a good work environment, positive work culture, and workload adjustment can significantly improve employee performance. A company or an agency needs to pay attention to these factors to achieve optimal productivity and job satisfaction in the midst of intense competition between agencies.

Esources such as capital and office infrastructure. Human resources are the most important thing for an institution, because humans have the ability to set goals, collaborate, and work so that planned goals are achieved. Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. This study explores the crucial role of educational management in Christian Religious Education (CRE) and emphasizes its significance in shaping the curriculum and objectives of CRE programs. It delves into the integral relationship between educational management and CRE, highlighting the need for systematic adherence to educational management principles within religious education. Effective educational management ensures the clear communication and achievement of goals and objectives in CRE. By organizing the curriculum, setting standards, and implementing teaching strategies, educational management fosters an environment conducive to the spiritual growth and development of students. Moreover, educational management provides guidance for educators in delivering CRE effectively. Through proper planning, coordination, and evaluation, educational management aligns the teaching-learning process with the overall objectives of education. It also facilitates resource allocation to support the implementation of CRE, ensuring that educators receive necessary training and support. The study concludes that integrating sound management principles into CRE is essential for creating meaningful learning experiences that nurture students' spiritual growth. It emphasizes the importance of recognizing the impact of educational management on the quality and effectiveness of CRE programs. Overall, the study underscores the imperative for educators and stakeholders in religious education to embrace best practices in educational management. By doing so, they can create an environment where students thrive both spiritually and academically, contributing positively to their communities and the world at large.

This study aims to study communication in various languages in the social interactions of Theology students at the Theological College in Jakarta. The focus of this research is to explore how students can communicate in various languages, namely Indonesian, English, and regional languages (Javanese, Batak, Banjar, and Sundanese). In addition, this study also aims to identify how students and the community can establish active and comfortable communication in conveying ideas and ideas. Lastly, this research will study the views of the people in Jakarta, especially the people on the outskirts of Jakarta such as the borders of Bekasi, Depok, Tangerang, and Bogor Cities, towards the presence of Christian Theology students in contributing to society. This research method involves collecting data through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The data obtained will be analyzed critically to gain a deep understanding of student's communication skills in various languages, their efforts to build active and comfortable communication, as well as public perceptions of the role and contribution of Christian Theology students in Jakarta. The results of this research are expected to provide valuable insights into the development of Theology education, cross-cultural understanding, and the social contribution of Theology students in society. Through a better understanding of the importance of communication in multiple languages in the social interactions of Theology students, steps can be taken to improve the quality of education, communication skills, and social contributions of future Theology students. In this context, cooperation between educational institutions, the community, and the government in Jakarta is very important to create a conducive environment for the development of theology students' communication skills in various languages and establish harmonious relations between students and the community.

This study aims to explore the role of classroom management on students' interest in learning mathematics in grade IV at SDN Jelegong 01 Rancaekek. This research was conducted because there were still many students who still had difficulties in solving math problems. This research uses observation method and qualitative approach. Through observing and documenting classroom management practices, this study found that good classroom management has a positive impact on students' interest in learning mathematics. Several important aspects of classroom management that were found included effective time management, the use of effective teaching methods, positive interactions between teachers and students, and creating a conducive classroom atmosphere. The research findings show that these factors can increase students' interest in learning mathematics. Thus, the findings of this study suggest that teachers pay attention to classroom management skills and to vary teaching methods. In this way, students' interest in learning can be increased and the experience of learning mathematics becomes more positive and meaningful for students. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of developing classroom management skills for teachers in increasing students' interest in learning mathematics.

The purpose of this study was to determine the socio-cultural conditions of the farming community in relation to children's education and the socio-economic conditions of the farming community in the village of Suro, Central Java. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection tools used in this study were observation and interviews. The results of the study show that factors such as limited access to education, traditional belief in the local education system, and the lack of public awareness regarding the importance of formal education are challenges in improving the education of children in Suro Village. However, through joint efforts from the government, community and non-governmental organizations, such as increasing access to formal education, the role of parents in providing support and motivation, campaigns and outreach programs regarding the importance of formal education, can improve the education of children in Suro Village. It is hoped that these efforts can gain strong support from all parties to create a conducive educational environment for the children of Suro Village to prepare for their future. It is hoped that this article can provide an overview of the condition of children's education in farming communities in rural areas and become a reference for the development of sustainable education policies in Indonesia.

The Importance of Employee Performance in Company Development and the Role of Human Resources in Achieving Goals at the Universitas Muslim Indonesia. Various factors affect employee performance, such as education, training, a conducive work environment, motivation, and appropriate compensation. This article explains how providing appropriate compensation can influence work performance, motivation, and job satisfaction, as well as how an adequate work environment can improve employee performance. In conclusion, this article states that employee performance is a crucial factor in the success of a company, and companies must pay attention to employee needs to achieve organizational goals. The importance of human resources in improving company performance is also highlighted. The key factor in achieving success at the Universitas Muslim Indonesia is through the potential and performance of each employee. Companies can improve employee performance by providing education, training, and appropriate compensation and creating a conducive work environment and motivation. Compensation is part of the reciprocal relationship between the company and human resources. The work environment also plays a vital role in enhancing employee performance. Therefore, the company must provide an adequate work environment, both physically and psychologically, to improve employee performance.

Character education gets a lot of attention nowadays. Today, when there are many occurrences of deviant behavior, character education is needed to minimize the implementation of deviant acts. Character education is applied to instill character points in everyone, which leads to changes in behavior from bad to good. To optimally instill character values ​​in each person, character education is applied. must start earlier. Elementary school education plays an important role in character education in this regard. The success of character education is influenced by several factors, one of which is a conducive atmosphere in the classroom. Through a class atmosphere with character, students can create ways to always behave well. Creating a personalized learning space requires the role of the teacher. Because people spend a lot of time at school interacting with students, teachers certainly have many opportunities to instill student character points, this time by creating character learning spaces. Some things that teachers can do to build character are: 1) imitate character, 2) teach manners, teach character academics, train character-based discipline, 5) teach manners, prevention. violations of peers and the priority of goodness, 6) directing children to be responsible for forming their own character.

This classroom action research was carried out to improve the learning process which was not yet optimal and the low learning outcomes in class V of SD Negeri Marga Cinta Kab. East Oku.  This research aims to evaluate the effect of applying the demonstration method on students' understanding and learning outcomes regarding science subjects regarding animal and human movement organs. Implementation of improvements was carried out in two cycles, namely Cycle I on 06 May 2022 and Cycle II on 08 May 2022. In Cycle I, there were several problems that arose during the learning process so that the expected goals were not achieved optimally. Only 63.6% of the student data obtained scores above the requirements for completeness or (KKM). However, in Cycle II, the learning process becomes more conducive and the expected goals can be achieved well. The demonstration method has succeeded in increasing students' enthusiasm, activeness and learning outcomes very satisfactorily, achieving a success percentage of 100%. This shows that the application of the demonstration method effectively increases students' understanding and learning outcomes in the science subject material on animal and human movement organs in class V of SD Negeri Marga Cinta Kab. East Oku. These results indicate that the demonstration method can be an effective alternative in improving student learning outcomes in animal and human movement organs.

This study aims to analyze the initial needs of learning strategies in increasing motivation and learning outcomes of Mathematics for class V Elementary School (SD). The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with research instruments in the form of observation, questionnaires, interviews, and assessment document analysis. The data analysis technique used includes three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the initial instrument data analysis, it was found that the motivation and learning outcomes of the fifth grade students at SD Negeri Songgom 01, SD Negeri Songgom 02, SD Negeri Songgom 04 and SD Negeri Songgom 05 in learning mathematics were still low. The average value of student learning motivation is only 62 with the highest score being 82 and the lowest score being 50. While the average score of student learning outcomes is 66.7 in the low category while the highest score is 85 and the lowest score is 45. Low motivation and student learning outcomes are caused by the condition of the learning environment that is not conducive, lack of facilities and infrastructure, lack of support from parents, and the difficulty of using appropriate learning strategies in learning. This research can be used as an initial analysis of the need for appropriate learning strategies in Mathematics learning materials so that students' motivation and learning outcomes can increase.
