The Majasari Village Official is one of the Government institutions located in the Majasari sub- district. The way public administration services are currently carried out is stil running with a manual system, which stil uses Microsoft Word and Excel document processing applications or notebooks in public administration services. So that in the public service process errors often occur and the reporting process and report results are late. This application was built using a web with the PHP programming language and Mysql informasi base, and to print the repost using a pdf component. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that this system is able to provide fast and accurate services because it is well computerized and easy to use.

From this phenomenon, of course, a capable raw material planning information system is needed to process data and create raw material reports automatically. The aim of this research is to provide report data regarding the amount and time of raw materials procured to smooth production activities. The method used in this research is Material Requirement Planning (MRP). The results of this research conclude that with the existence of a computerized system at PT. Arrgo Surya Abadi can assist the production process related to procuring the right materials, in efficient quantities and time.

This research aims to determine the application of the Inpatient Services Accounting Information System in Supporting the Effectiveness of Internal Control of Hospital Revenue at the SMEC Medan Eye Hospital. The method used in this research is qualitative with descriptive analysis, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research are that the implementation of the Inpatient Services Accounting Information System has run smoothly, effectively and efficiently. SMEC Medan Eye Hospital has used a computerized system in all areas of its activities. Starting from patient reception to cash receipts. The use of a computerized system is followed by an application, namely SIM RS, to simplify all operational activities. And has a role in supporting internal control of Hospital revenue. This is proven by the faster data entry and payment processes at the cashier. This is supported by an adequate accounting information system and is proven by the system running well and smoothly.  

This research was conducted at a company operating in the property sector, called PT. Anugrah Reveno Lestari Abadi which is usually abbreviated as PT. ARLA. This research aims to find out how the sales accounting information system is implemented and how the sales accounting information system is implemented in improving internal control at PT. ARLA Medan City. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The type of data used is primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data obtained from documentation. This research uses data collection techniques by interviewing several employees at PT. ARLA. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the sales accounting information system at PT. ARLA has been running quite well. However, there are several weaknesses, such as still using an accounting system that is not yet computerized properly and there are also still duties between related information functions that are not in accordance with the elements of internal control so that the company's internal control has not been able to improve.

The development of technology today is very rapid, especially in the field of information technology. With the development of increasingly advanced and rapidly developing technology, humans can make various tools and aids in carrying out various activities. Technology has also played a role in various aspects of life, one of which is education. Rambang 1 public high school is one of the senior high schools that already has complete facilities and infrastructure such as the provision of a student saving program. However, data processing on student savings still uses a manual system, which is still keeping records on books and has not been computerized which causes several obstracles in carrying out savings transactions such as frequent loss of savings books, requiring time to search student data when entering deposit transactions in large quantities requires a relatively long time. This of course will slow down a job that should be done faster. Therefore we need a computerized students savings application which is expected to help solve the problems that occur. In designing this system using the agile software development method, with UML system modeling tools, and using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and literature study.

Tanjung Dalam Village is one of the villages under the auspices of the Rambang sub-district, Muara Enim district. In this agency, the activities carried out include recording village infrastructure development activities using computerized recording using computer programs, namely in file data collection carried out using Microsoft Excel as a form of village head archive reports. However, sometimes data collection is only done using books as material for recording data so that data collection is inefficient and can cause errors in recording. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The types of data consist of qualitative and data sources consist of primary and secondary. The development method is using the waterfall method, while the design tool uses UML which consists of use case diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams. This application will make it easy for officers to record data on the infrastructure development of Tanjung Dalam Village.

How to record monitoring reports at this institution is still using the manual method which causes frequent errors, resulting in inaccurate data. In addition, the manual method must go through a long process and requires a relatively long time, as well as less secure data storage. The purpose of this research is to build an application website to make it easier for PDs. Petro is in the process of recording monitoring reports because they are well computerized and easy to use. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection in the form of observation, interviews and literature study. The type of data consists of qualitative data and the source data consists of primary and secondary data. The device development method uses the prototype method. System design tools used are use case diagrams, class diagrams and activity diagrams. This application was built using a website with the PHP programming language and MySQL database.

The Sukalaba Village Government Office, located in the Gunungsari subdistrict, is a government institution that serves the community. However, it faces challenges in its services, primarily related to the lack of easy access for the public to obtain information. This research aims to systematically and structurally develop the Sukalaba Village Government Service website. The process involves needs analysis, planning, content development, website design, implementation and testing, training, and launching. Through this approach, it is expected that the website will enhance service quality and increase transparency of information for the community. The website is expected to be an effective platform for the public to access essential information about their village and participate in its development. The creation of the Sukalaba Village Government Service website has successfully improved service quality and information availability for the community. The interactive and responsive design ensures easy access to information through various devices. With the website's launch, the community now enjoys fast and convenient access to relevant village-related information, encouraging greater transparency and community participation in the development process. In conclusion, the development of the Sukalaba Village Government Service website has significantly improved service quality and information transparency for the community, benefiting both the village government and its residents.

Contraception as a form of prevention of pregnancy is one of the essences of family planning problems (KB) officially used by the National Family Planning Coordinating Board (BKKBN). One type of effective contraception that mothers choose is the type of injectable contraception. To determine the effect of DMPA injection use on weight gain in family planning acceptor in Puskesmas Tompobulu Gowa. Analytical observational with cross sectional study approach. This research was conducted at Puskesmas Tompobulu Kab. Gowa on 31 July - 31 August 2017. The sample in this study is total sampling with as many as 51 respondents of the instrument in this study is using a questionnaire. Statistical test using computerized system by using chi-square test at significance level 95% (α = 0,05). The Result of this research is p-value = 0.000 with significance level <0,05. This shows that there is significant influence between the duration of contraceptive use to weight gain. And obtained by p-value = 0,002 with significance level <0,05 this shows there is significant influence of physical activity activity to weight gain. The longer duration of use of DMPA injection will be more at risk of obesity on contraceptive injectors. The fewer activities performed by the KB acceptor will be more at risk of weight gain. This research is expected to be useful and become input for practice area in giving injection contraception service and observe acceptor body weight every time at visit.

The rapid development of information and communication technology is beneficial to all areas of life, where through information technology the process of collecting, processing data to presenting information becomes very fast, precise and accurate. This development makes computer science an integral part of human life. Computers are generally used for processing data to produce information. With the many conveniences that can be obtained by using this computerized system, not a few organizations have implemented this computerized system. Computer systems enable organizations to manage large amounts of data and information, thereby of course helping organizations make decisions quickly and accurately in determining organizational strategies and policies. The current development of information technology also makes competition between institutions in terms of service quality an added value in attracting the interest of all stakeholders because transparency, accountability and quality of information will be more effective and efficient.

Purpose – This study aims to determine whether the performance of Yan HC division employees at PT. PLN (Persero) has been effective. Methodology – The method used is observation, documentation and interviews with all employees of Yan HC PT. PLN (Persero), totaling 9 people. The data that has been obtained from the research results is processed using a qualitative description to determine the effectiveness of the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero). Findings – The results show that the effectiveness of employee performance is good. Some things still need to be improved for the sake of convenience in the future. A more computerized work system is needed at PT. PLN (Persero). Originality/Novelty – The research was conducted by direct observation during the internship period which was conducted from March to July at the Yan HC division of PT. PLN (Persero). Implications – The implication for employees and companies is increasing performance effectiveness. With this increase in effectiveness, it is hoped that it will minimize the effort, time and funds that must be spent by employees and the company. For companies, it is necessary to provide the facilities needed by employees in order to increase work effectiveness.

Cervical cancer is the most common health problem in women, where special attention is needed to prevent this health problem. One effort that can be done to recognize pre-cancerous lesions early is by conducting an Acetic Acid Visual Inspection (IVA) examination which can reduce the incidence of morbidity and maternal mortality caused by cervical cancer. This IVA examination is very easy and practical to be carried out either by midwives or professional health workers (doctors) who can be obtained at health facilities such as clinics, health centers and hospitals. This study aims to determine the effect of health education on maternal adherence to visual inspection of acetic acid at the Suli Health Center. This research method is analytic with design Quasi Experiment (experiments pseudo), with design one group pretest posttest . The population in this study were all women of childbearing age (WUS) who were in the work area of the Suli Health Center as many as 78 people and the sample in this study were all WUS who were in the work area of the Suli Health Center who had certain characteristics, namely women of childbearing age who had active sexual relations. with the number of samples in this study amounted to 30 people. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling method. This research was processed using a computerized system with the help of the SPSS program. The data analysis method used was statistical test analysis with the Wilcoxon signed ranks test to determine the effect of health education on WUS compliance by conducting an IVA examination where if obtained The p value of this test or p 0.000 <0.05, can be interpreted as significant. Therefore, it is recognized that health education has an impact on WUS adherence to carrying out IVA examinations.
