The current business era is experiencing massive changes due to the uncertainty of industry fluctuations and tight competition, making businesses enter the VUCA era. This makes business activists required to adapt to circumstances that are prone to change (Volatility), the uncertainty of circumstances (Uncertainty), circumstances full of complexity (Complexity), and floating circumstances (Ambiguity). Therefore, innovation is needed so that business actors remain active in facing the challenges of the VUCA era. Digital transformation brings many changes in the industrial world. Financial Technology has the potential to play a role in increasing financial inclusion and Business Sustainability. This study aims to systematically highlight the business model of financial technology from the relevant literature. The methodology used in this research is the study of literature. The results showed that the existence of Financial Technology has a positive impact on efforts to increase financial inclusion and Business Sustainability in the VUCA Era, which can be seen from the projected growth of Financial Technology, which has increased significantly. This research is expected to provide a view of the business world in observing the adoption of Financial Technology.

ABSTRACT The rapid development of technology has a very large effect in various fields. One of them is in the field of buying and selling business, which is getting higher and higher competition between business actors. One of the strategies to increase sales is to implement a recommendation for goods, but from the various categories of goods in the store, there are products that are not in demand by customers, so that if left alone, the products that are not in demand will not sell well and will make the accumulation of goods in the store, in addition to that with the many categories, it makes some customers confused to choose products that suit their wishes buyer. Therefore, the author conducts an assessment first by conducting a literature study, which finally the purpose of this study is to make it easier for users and business owners to recommend goods in the store and determine the desired product by implementing a recommendation system on the Rameiki Mart Store website which is taken from the amount of data, this is also beneficial for store owners because the existence of this recommendation system can help as a means of product promotion , as well as in recommendations for the purchase of goods. In this study, the researcher created a recommendation system using the a priori algorithm method.

Science and technology will facilitate human work. However, on the other hand it will increase competition. In facing intense competition, it is necessary to have competent human resources. Students are expected to be academically prepared, in the form of knowledge and skill readiness to face increasingly fierce competition. One way to see student competence is to look at learning outcomes that can be represented by the exam scores taken. The midterm exam (UTS) is a form of exam which is an assessment component. By knowing the UTS scores, the lecturer knows the distribution of students in terms of academic competence. For this reason, it is necessary to group (clustering) using the k-means algorithm as a consideration for lecturers in forming student study groups based on UTS value clusters.

The COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact on UMKM. Social distancing has changed consumer behavior from conventional to digital. UMKM Shapro Official is an original automotive t-shirt vendor that was established in 2017. Shapro Official has difficulty in introducing and marketing products with a clear target consumer and competitive price competition. Sales promotions have not been managed optimally and sales data management is still manual (notes). Owners also have difficulty monitoring sales reports in real time. Website created using CMS Wordpress to help Shapro Official difficulties. The system development method is Rapid Application Development (RAD). System analysis method using fishbone diagram and system modeling using Unified Modelling Language (UML). The results showed that the existence of a website can help the management to manage promotions, sales and sales reports. Having a website makes sales targets focus and increase.

The implementation of E-government has also been widely implemented in several government agencies in Indonesia, including the Population and Civil Registration Office of the City of Padang, West Sumatra, with the use of an online-based service system to improve service quality and quality. This is in accordance with the statement by the Head of the Padang City Disdukcapil Edi Hasymi who said that "this online service follows up on an appeal from the Ministry of Home Affairs for Disdukcapil in each district/city to implement online adminduk services to make it easier for people to carry out adminduk services"

Competitiveness is important for MSMEs to be able to develop and survive in the midst of competition. Efforts to strengthen MSMEs can be done by collaborating with university service programs. In the service program carried out by STIE YPPI Rembang through the KKU (Business Work Course) program located at the Sambel Pecel MSME, Bu Heru. The problems that occur in the MSME Sambel Pecel Bu Heru are the marketing area is still limited, the marketing media is not maximized, does not have business legality and there are no clear directions for the location. Based on these problems, a service program was prepared, namely training and assistance in the creation and use of social media, expansion of marketing areas, facilitation of business legality management and the creation of google map features. The results of the KKU STIE YPPI Rembang are MSME Sambel Pecel Bu Heru has an Instagram social media account, has an MSME location on the google maps application, creates a photo catalog for promotion and has a business license.

      Competition in the business world is getting tighter, marked by the emergence of new products with various kinds of offers in the market, companies must have the right marketing strategy in facing competition. Price and distribution channels are important factors to win a competition in marketing products, namely distribution, where with the implementation of the right distribution channels, the company's products can be known and reach consumers in the right amount and time.        The purpose of this study to determine the price and distribution channels have a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously on sales volume at CV. Makmur Jaya Abadi (MJA) Bima. The research method used in this study is the Associative research method The population in this study is an outlet that sells Unilever products in Cv. Makmur Jaya Abadi (MJA) Bima. The sample is taken in accordance is 50 people, where this study concludes that there are 50 outlets. Data Analysis Techniques using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Test, T Test (Partial) and F Test (Simultaneous)            The results of the discussion show that the price has a significant effect on sales volume at CV. Efforts to increase, a sense of nationalism, a psyche where loyalty. someone who is totally devoted directly to the nation state on behalf of the entire nation. From Nationalism will flow a sense of social solidarity, a spirit of self-sacrifice and can foster a spirit of patriotism. The Quiz Competition is a learning technique through competitions, to be able to increase potential, talents, abilities, in thinking about general knowledge, as well as train thinking sharpness and dexterity in answering questions quickly and accurately. With this technique, students can measure their abilities by answering questions correctly and quickly. Generating students' interest in learning through a game approach is more effective in fostering curiosity and experience in playing smartly in an effective and motivating learning environment than not in the form of games. Nationalism is a deep understanding, loving the Nation and the state with a conscious sense of its citizens who jointly achieve to maintain, and devote the identity, integrity, prosperity, and strength of the Nation.

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced the government to enforce a physical distancing policy which is the basis for implementing learning from home. This is also something that must be applied to students at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul. The use of information technology that applies suddenly, not infrequently, makes educators and students surprised and limping in its implementation. However, the learning process must continue so that teachers at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul are challenged to create a learning media that students with special needs can understand. The limited knowledge of teachers at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul in making learning media causes the need for training and mentoring of learning media. One of the technological developments that we can use for making learning media is an application for video editing. This application can help to make videos to improve the quality and effectiveness of learning. Application users are expected to support the activities of SLB Negeri 2 Bantul to participate in competitions and promotions as routine activities that must be done every year. The two needs of these teachers are what make them collaborate to implement training programs based on the required classes. The implementation uses the Classical method and Practices using video recording applications and equipment. Community service will be carried out at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul to support improving skills in using software from basic to advanced levels. The result of this training is that the participants can make their own video creations so that they are eligible to be included in competitions and make video advertisements more professional.

Global competition in the future is very tight and knowledge of technology, especially telecommunications technology, is needed. 5G technology stands for 5th Generation which refers to the fifth generation of mobile phones. 5G technology has incredible data capabilities and has the ability to unify unlimited call volume and unlimited data broadcasts in the latest mobile operating systems. Currently, Indonesia is lagging behind in the application of 5G technology. Indonesia is currently still preparing regulations and the frequency spectrum used in the implementation of 5G technology. To win competition in business world, all businessman must have selling method effective efficiently in order to get right target and low east, to reach the target, the company should have same index parameter. To measure quality of service that be given to customer, many company try to implement service excellence, but fail, meanwhile the company is given out cost, time, power no so a little to do some training for his employees, what problem ?, actually, just giving training is not one solution because, familiarization, and manner to save customer is not so enough will be paradigm and skill for front line to save the customer, but seriously, high commitment at each of organization especially top management service excellence must be implemented in structural oriented at each of company.

Plan strategic in competitive marketing started by analyze of competitor. Company differ value and customer satisfaction by value that be given price product,promotion, and distribution (marketing mix) on his competitor. With high competition in trading, so strategic in marketing denotes me of important thing on enhance of selling. Basically stratergy on marketing are wholl planning, integrated, and merge in marketing fuld, can give guidance about activity will be done to get reach target of marketing in compary. So strategy of marketing is very important to be needed to enhance of selling in the company, marketing strategy. Consists of price, strategy of distribution, Strategy of promotion and place four strategy above also we called by marketing mix. By four element of marketing mix above must be implemented base on level market competition will by target of company, on focus price strategy or marketing strategy analysis to enhance off selling in marble company, and another strategy four element of marketing mix improperly will make marketing activity, will be useless and spend of human resource which is issued.

tempe chips are the product of Sumber Agung Home Industry. This business is a hereditary effort in order to strengthen the family economy. Tempe chips are a product that is liked by the community, besides being delicious, nutritious, affordable prices are also easy to obtain. This housing business is widely cultivated, in addition to materials that are around the business location, the production process is relatively simple, the capital is not large, the market share is wide open. So it is not surprising that in the development of the Sumber Agung Home Industry, it faces competition, especially in product marketing. This is because in determining the selling price of Sumber Agung, it should be based on the cost of production which is calculated accurately. This has not been able to be done. So far, Sumber Agung has not carried out the process of making the cost of production in business. The FE Unisri Service Team tries to provide assistance in making production prices so that Sumber Agung can set an accurate selling price so that they can compete in selling products. With the determination of the cost of production, Sumber Agung can always develop real expenditures from its production costs in the form of: raw material costs, auxiliary materials, labor costs and factory overhead costs.

The community service activity entitled "Working for the Village, Caring for the Environment Together We Prevent and End the Spread of Covid 19" was carried out in Uwemanje Village, Kinovaro District, Sigi Regency. The aim of this community service activity is to assist the village government in encouraging the community to think creatively in entrepreneurship while protecting the surrounding natural environment from being damaged and continuing to implement health protocols so as to reduce the effects of the pandemic, namely the decline in the community's economy. Through this activity, the people of Uwemanje Village understand the importance of creativity and village government participation in entrepreneurial competition. The targets of the activity are residents, traders and the Uwemanje village government. The expected output from this service activity is that the Uwemanje Village government in particular, and Sigi Regency in general, can empower residents to protect the surrounding environment and participate in competing in the digital-based business world.

Sinar Sosro is a company that produces various beverage products. Product quality and brand equity in this company have been carried out well, in line with the development of market share and strong competition to always develop in making products that are attractive to consumers so that consumer satisfaction will always be well maintained.This type of research is a quantitative research. Collecting data in this study using the method of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population of this study was 110, sampling used a combination technique of accidental sampling and purposive sampling, using the Slovin formula to get a sample of 88 respondents. The analysis uses multiple regression with the help of SPSS 22 software.Based on the results of this study there is a partial influence between the variable Product Quality (X1) on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) which is significant. we can conclude that t count, 5.292 > t table 1.988 and the significance value of the product quality variable is 0.000 < 0.05. This means that product quality (X1) partially influences consumer satisfaction (Y), so the hypothesis H0 is rejected. H1 is accepted. Based on the results of this study, there is a partial effect between Brand Equity (X2) and Consumer Satisfaction (Y). which is significant. We can conclude that t count is 4.251 > t table 1.988 and the significance value of Brand Equity is 0.000 <0.05. This means that Brand Equity (X2) partially influences Consumer Satisfaction (Y), so the hypothesis H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. Based on the results of the study, there is a simultaneous (simultaneous) effect between the variables Product Quality (X1) and Brand Equity (X2) on Consumer satisfaction (Y). Statistical data analysis shows. The simultaneous significance value of Product Quality and Brand Equity is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 57.997 > F table 3.101. This means that Product Quality (X1) and Brand Equity (X2) simultaneously affect Consumer Satisfaction (Y), then the hypothesis H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. Based on the output results of SPSS 22, there is a coefficient of determination or R square of 0.577 or 57.7% . This shows that the independent variables studied (product quality and brand equity) have a positive influence on consumer satisfaction by 57.7%. while the rest is influenced by other variables not studied.
