Success in carrying out work duties serving the community can be achieved with the quality of community satisfaction. Improving the quality of performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Serdang Bedagai Regency will be achieved by continuously improving the quality of Human Resources and work facilities which are always oriented towards improving the quality and quality of services. The objectives of this research are (1) To analyze the influence of work discipline on the performance of employees at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Serdang Bedagai Regency. (2) To analyze the influence of work facilities on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service of Serdang Bedagai Regency. (3) To analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service of Serdang Bedagai Regency. (4) To analyze the influence of work discipline, work facilities and compensation on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service of Serdang Bedagai Regency. The population was 70 employees, the sample taken was 64 employees. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of this research show that partially it can be concluded that work discipline (X1), work facilities (X2) and compensation (X3) have a positive and significant influence on performance (Y) . From the results of this research, it can be concluded that work discipline, work facilities and compensation simultaneously have a significant influence on performance.

This study discusses the effect of work discipline, job satisfaction and physical work environment on employee performance at the Brilliant English Course Pare, Kediri Regency. This study aims to determine and explain the results of the influence of work discipline, extrinsic motivation and compensation on employee performance at the Brilliant English Course Pare, Kediri Regency. The sample of this research is all employees who are in the office, namely as many as 30 employees. The sampling technique was carried out using the saturated sample type method, namely non-probability sampling. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption, multiple linear regression. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance with a significant value of 0.02 <0.05. There is a positive and significant influence of extrinsic motivation on employee performance with a significant value of 0.02 <0.05. There is a positive and significant effect of compensation on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. There is the influence of work discipline, extrinsic motivation and compensation simultaneously on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Work discipline and work ethic that have been applied, good and in accordance with expectations will make an employee will be satisfied with his work. Applying high work discipline can improve the performance and achievement of the goals of the employee agency to the maximum. Therefore, this study aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work ethic on employee compensation. This research is a quantitative study in which the data analysis techniques used are, multiple linear regression tests, simultaneous tests (f), and partial tests (t). The number of samples in this study was 80 respondents with 25 statements on the questionnaire. This study used SPSS analysis tool version 25.  The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and work ethic both simultaneously and partially on employee compensation of the Directorate General of Industrial Relations Development and Labor Social Security.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline simultaneously or partially on the performance of Bantarsari Puskesmas employees. The method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach. With a research sample of 45 people as respondents to the Bantarsari Puskesmas based on 45 known population data. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25 support application. Simultaneously compensation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, the compensation variable has a significant effect on employee performance, as well as the work discipline variable, which partially has a significant effect on employee performance.

Employee performance is the main factor to help the company achieve its goals. One of the efforts to improve employee performance is the provision of compensation and work discipline. The indicators of this compensation are incentives and salary. While the indicators of work discipline are punctuality, high responsibility, obedience to office rules. By knowing this relationship, the LPK-RI Kediri can estimate how the employee's response regarding the compensation and work discipline provided, so as to have maximum employee performance results.This research is a descriptive quantitative research that aims to produce a discovery obtained through statistical procedures. The sample in this study used a saturated sample with 50 employees as respondents. The data in this study were obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. From the results of the analysis that has been done. The results of the study show that compensation and work discipline have an effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the results of the R Square value of 0.694 or 69.4% while the remaining 30.6% is influenced by other variables.

This study aims to determine how the influence of influence and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Markasia Communications. PT. Markasia Communication is a full services marketing communication founded in 2008 with a company that has a proven track record of delivering the best results to its clients. PT services Markasia Communication consists of events, designs, and multimedia presented in a creative, unique and integrated approach to meet client needs. This research focuses on employees. PT. Markasia Communication located in South Jakarta. A company in achieving good performance and employee discipline to always be orderly, one of which can be influenced by compensation. This research method uses a quantitative. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study used observation and questionnaire techniques. The data obtained from the questionnaire with the number of respondents as many as 35 employees. The research obtained is based on the simultaneous test (F) that the variables of pressure and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, where the calculated F value is greater than F table (45.050 > 3.290 , with a significance value smaller than the significance level (0.00 Based on the t test for the coercion and work discipline variables, it has a significant positive effect on the acquisition of a positive beta value of  0.375 and a significance value of 0.006 which is less than 0.05 (0.005 < 0.05), and the t test results for the work discipline variable obtain a positive beta value of 0.553 and a significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05).

This research aims to examine the effects of compensation, work discipline, and motivation on employee productivity in PT Fimaha Serang. The study utilized a multiple linear regression analysis to investigate the relationships between the independent variables (compensation, work discipline, and motivation) and the dependent variable (employee productivity). Data was collected from 50 employees working in the production department, and a structured questionnaire was used for data collection. The findings indicated that work discipline had a significant and positive impact on employee productivity, while compensation and motivation showed positive effects, but their contributions were weaker and did not reach statistical significance at the 0.05 level. This study highlights the importance of work discipline in enhancing employee productivity and suggests that further investigation is needed to understand the roles of compensation and motivation in improving employee performance. These findings provide valuable insights for PT Fimaha Serang in optimizing factors that can boost employee productivity, particularly by emphasizing the importance of maintaining and improving work discipline. Further analysis and consideration are recommended when formulating compensation and motivation policies to enhance overall employee productivity.

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially of Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Cahya Fajar Car Repair Shop, Magelang. The research method used in this study is to use quantitative research methods with a census approach. The population in this study were 44 employees of the Cahya Fajar Car Repair Shop. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study show that compensation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Cahya Fajar Magelang Car Workshop. Partial compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Cahya Fajar Car Repair Shop, Magelang. Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Cahya Fajar Car Repair Shop, Magelang.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline, turnover intention on the performance of employees of the Bima City Business Development Cooperative. The approach used in this research is using an associative approach. The sample in this research is 32 respondents. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, t tests, and F tests processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. The results showed that compensation (X1), work discipline (X2) and turnover intention (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Bima City Business Development Cooperative. with an effect of 66.8%.

The purpose of this research is to find out and explain whether there is an influence between the variables of intrinsic motivation, work discipline, work facilities, and financial compensation on the performance of employees of CV. Alrava Albasia. The population used in this research is all employees of CV. Alrava Albasia, numbering 80 people. A sample of 80 people and using saturated sampling technique. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, hetoroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous). From the results of the study it was obtained that partially there is a significant influence between intrinsic motivation on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value t of 0.012 <0.05 work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance with a significant value of 0.005 <0.05 work facilities has a significant influence on employee performance with a significant value of 0.010 <0.05 financial compensation has a significant influence on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Intrinsic motivation, work discipline, work facilities and financial compensation simultaneously affect the performance of CV employees. Alrava Albasia with a significant F value of 0.000<0.05.

The purpose of this study is to discuss how a servant leader is an honest, responsible leader and can delegate tasks to his subordinates. Higher education rectors in implementing servant leadership can also increase the satisfaction and performance of the lecturers they lead. Work discipline can encourage the creation of satisfaction and performance of lecturers in tertiary institutions. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the impact of work discipline, compensation, servant leadership and job satisfaction on the performance of lecturers at the Indonesian Muslim University. This study used a quantitative approach with a total of 52 respondents as research subjects. Methods of data processing using path analysis (path analysis) and descriptive statistical methods. From the results of the study it was concluded that servant leadership does not have an effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a positive effect on employee performance, the greater the compensation, the greater the employee morale, work discipline has a positive effect on job satisfaction, servant leadership has a positive effect on lecturer performance, discipline work has a positive effect on lecturer performance, and job satisfaction has no effect on lecturer performance..
