The bakery industry is a sector that continues to grow through the crisis period in 2021 when Indonesia managed to record the highest bread sales in the Southeast Asia region with total transactions reaching USD 18.7 billion. Mak MPOEQ cake house in Bogor is one of the small food industries that has continued to produce during the Covid 19 pandemic until now. Bakery products are sensitive to contamination so they can easily and potentially spread food safety hazards. An integrated system of control and quality management of manufactured products is required, which makes it possible to implement timely measures to prevent, identify and eliminate deficiencies and errors in production, to provide reliable information about the products produced to consumers. To date, a system based on the use of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles has been able to overcome these food safety problems well. The design of the HACCP system at Mak MPOEQ's cake house has been implemented through a community service mentoring program for staff from FMIPA Pakuan University in the period April-December 2023. The coaching is carried out following the stages of implementing the HACCP system as stated in SNI CAC/RCP 1 of 2011 issued by National Standardization Agency. The basic requirements for HACCP itself have been prepared by partners since 2021. The results of the hazard analysis carried out on the MPOEG Mak Cake House production system found 7 significant hazards out of the 20 hazards evaluated. Next, using the Codex decision tree, 4 CPPs were determined from the 7 hazards, namely egg receiving, flour sifting, filing, and vla cooking. Based on these 4 CCPs, a HACCP Plan has been prepared which focuses control on cleanliness when receiving eggs, physical contamination when sifting flour, sanitary bacteria from worker cross-contamination, and temperature and cooking time. All controls are carried out per activity batch and verified periodically.

Findings in the Medan Denai and Medan Tembung traditional markets show that waste management is good, but waste management discipline has not been implemented, especially in the Sukaramai, Mandala, Pagi and Sore traditional markets, it appears that there are still people who do not implement it. don't care about cleanliness unless it's clean.Research in traditional markets shows that waste management is still not adhered to, such as a lack of waste sorting and processing processes, as well as market environments filled with large amounts of waste. One of the problems with waste in traditional markets is that there is a relatively large amount of it, which creates its own problems. This happens in traditional markets as an economic medium, where existing activities such as buying and selling from traders to consumers or from traders to traders indirectly create piles of rubbish.Studies at traditional markets in Medan City show that the behavior of traders in disposing of waste has a significant impact on increasing the volume of waste in traditional markets. In this case, handling waste problems in traditional markets actually requires the participation of traders. The waste problem at Sukaramai Market, Mandala Market, Morning Market and Afternoon Market is caused by an inefficient management system, accumulation of unsorted waste and the absence of a special group appointed by market managers to handle cleanliness and waste problems. Lots of rubbish scattered in the market.

One way to maintain environmental comfort is to prioritize and prioritize the cleanliness of the environment where you live through cleanliness, especially waste management (Khairunnisa et al., 2019; Wati et al., 2021). Waste management is an inseparable part of environmental cleanliness, because waste is basically thrown away or dumped into the environment by humans, so it can have a negative impact on the environment. (Gelbert, Prihanto, & Suprihatin, 2010). Through good waste management, we can improve environmental quality and public health and convert waste into resources (Khairunnisa et al., 2019; Suryani, 2014). Improper handling of waste problems can endanger public health aspects due to environmental pollution and aesthetic problems.

In the working area of the Sijamapolang Community Health Center, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, stunting is still relatively common. Stunting is important to handle because it concerns the quality of human resources. Stunting, apart from being a risk of hampering physical growth and susceptibility to disease, also causes barriers to cognitive development which will affect the level of intelligence and productivity of children in the future. Stunting can be caused by various factors, including low nutritional intake in the first 1,000 days of life, from the fetus to a two-year-old baby. Apart from that, poor sanitation facilities, lack of access to clean water, and lack of environmental cleanliness are also causes of stunting. Poor hygiene conditions mean that the body has to fight extra hard against sources of disease, thus hampering the absorption of nutrients. Basically, stunting can be prevented from an early age. Of course, this can be done by increasing the family's insight or knowledge, especially mothers, regarding stunting prevention. By looking at the problems of these partners, the Community Partnership program aims to provide knowledge and information to the community so they can prevent and overcome the problem of stunting.
