Cervical cancer is very dangerous because it can result in death, so it needs serious attention. One of the efforts to prevent cervical cancer in women of fertile age (WUS) is by conducting a visual inspection of acetic acid (IVA) test. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the low number of IVA examinations at the Margorejo Pati Community Health Center. Cervical cancer is the fourth highest cancer in women with an estimated 570,000 new cases in 2018 which represents 6.6% of all female cancers. The high mortality rate from cervical cancer globally can be reduced through prevention, early diagnosis, effective screening and treatment programs. As of 2016, VIA coverage in Indonesia was 4.34%, which is still far from the national target of 10% at the end of 2015. In Indonesia, cervical cancer is still the cancer with the second largest number of sufferers after breast cancer. The incidence of new cases of cervical cancer according to GLOBOCAN data, 2018 for women in Indonesia is around 32,469 cases (17.2%) with a death rate of 18,279 (8.8%). The Global Burden of Cancer Study (Globocan) from the World Health Organization (WHO) noted that the total cancer cases in Indonesia in 2020 reached 396,914 cases and the total deaths were 234,511 cases. According to the Indonesian Cancer Foundation (YKI), one of the causes of the high number of cancer cases in Indonesia is environmental conditions that continue to produce carcinogens, such as cigarettes, processed meat, etc. Other causes that also influence include the habit of staying up late, lack of exercise, and eating too much. As a form of cancer prevention and control in Indonesia, especially breast cancer and cervical cancer, the Ministry of Health has made several efforts such as early detection of breast cancer and cervical cancer in women aged 30-50 years using the Visual Inspection method with Acetic Acid (IVA).

Article 56 of Law number 39 of 2007 concerning Excise states that "any person who hoards, stores, owns, sells, exchanges, obtains or gives excisable goods which he knows or suspects originates from a criminal act based on this law shall be punished with criminal imprisonment for a minimum of 1 (one) year and a maximum of 5 (five) years and a fine of at least twice the excise value and a maximum of 10 (ten) times the excise value that should be paid." The circulation of illegal cigarettes can reduce the amount of tax revenue from tobacco products by the government. The circulation of illegal cigarettes in society is a form of crime that still needs attention because it is easy for us to encounter it without realizing it. Some goods subject to excise are tobacco products, in the form of cigarettes. Cigarettes are the result of tobacco processing which is popular with the public. Due to the large demand for cigarette production by the public and the high excise tax imposed by the government, many individuals try to avoid paying cigarette excise. Law enforcement and criminal responsibility are the main studies in this research.

Smokers in Indonesia are ranked third in the world. More than 60 million Indonesians smoke. Cigarette consumption in 2008 reached 240 billion cigarettes or 658 million cigarettes per heart. This means money worth around Rp. 330 billion are "burned" by smokers in a day (TCSC-IAKMI, 2012). In Indonesia, 36.2% of boys and 4.3% of girls (i.e. 20.3% of all students) are users of smoked and/or smokeless tobacco. The initial age of smoking initiation for 43.2% was 12-13 years. Of smokers, 81.8% stated that they had tried to quit smoking in the last 12 months. Of the 88.2% of smokers who want to quit, only 24% have received help from a smoking cessation program or professional (WHO-SEARO, 2014). This community service activity was carried out on Saturday, April 18 2024 from 08.30 to 11.00 WITA. The service process is carried out using a collective counseling mechanism using education and socialization methods with lectures and joint discussions. This service also involved 10 fourth semester students. The conclusion of this community service is that by providing education to children about the harmful effects of tobacco, it can increase caregivers' knowledge and it is hoped that caregivers can prevent children from being exposed to cigarette smoke. Other service providers are advised to develop training topics and training models to increase public awareness, especially about smoking prevention.

ABSTRACT Cigarette consumption is one of the main risk factors that can cause various non-communicable diseases, such as coronary heart disease, stroke, lung cancer, and even death. In a cigarette, there are around 70 substances that can cause cancer and contain more than 5,000 chemicals that can have a negative impact on health. In Indonesia, cigarette consumption is regulated by the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation Number 109 of 2012 concerning the Safeguarding of Materials Containing Addictive Substances in the Form of Tobacco Products for Health. In chapter IV, the fifth section, Articles 49-52 regulate non-smoking areas where someone cannot consume cigarettes in non-smoking areas. This research is descriptive research with survey methods and sample collection using purposive sampling from Tarumanagara University cleaning service with a sample size of 108 respondents. As many as 67.6% of respondents were male and 71.3% were active smokers. Conclusion: most respondents (78.8%) had good knowledge about the dangers of smoking and as many as 89.8% were aware of government regulations governing cigarette consumption

Fire is a threat to human safety, property and the environment. With the increasingly rapid development and progress of development, the risk of fires is increasing. Shophouses or shophouses are places that are prone to fires. The increasingly dense population and the construction of office buildings have created a vulnerability in the event of a fire. Preventive efforts must be carried out by each individual and work unit, so that casualties from fire incidents can be minimized. Fires can cause moral, material and even human life losses. Fires that hit public facilities, of course, cause losses to many people. Shophouse fires often occur suddenly due to short circuits, gas explosions or due to sparks from cigarettes/matches. The research carried out this time focuses on creating a fire detection system using ESP32 and Arduino. The system uses three sensors, namely a temperature sensor, a gas sensor and a fire sensor. Temperature sensors are useful for monitoring room temperature conditions, fire sensors are useful for detecting the presence of fire in a fire disaster and gas sensors are useful for detecting the presence of smoke that appears as a result of a fire disaster. This system uses an ESP32 microcontroller and uses the Arduino IDE application. The results of the fire detection system are expected to reduce the occurrence of fire accidents and also losses caused by fire accidents.
