Sectio is a surgical operation to help pregnant women give birth by making an incision in the abdominal wall (laparotomy) and uterus (hysterectomy). Compared with regular births, which only cause about 9% more suffering, births by cesarean section cause about 27.3% more pain. Pharmacology and non-pharmacology can be used together to treat pain. Within 24 hours after a caesarean section, patients can experience a five times greater reduction in pain thanks to lavender aromatherapy. There are no risks associated with using the main active components of lavender oil, linalyl acetate, and linalool, which may provide a calming effect. When lavender aromatherapy is inhaled, the compounds it contains trigger the hypothalamus to produce endorphins which can calm and soothe. Lavender aromatherapy also has properties that make it antibacterial, analgesic, antidepressant and antispasmodic. By offering and using lavender aromatherapy, this research approach is descriptive and takes the form of a case report. The aim of this research is to determine whether the use of lavender aromatherapy can help patients after giving birth by caesarean section reduce their discomfort. After receiving lavender aromatherapy, the research findings changed from a scale of 7 to 3. Research findings show that the use of lavender aromatherapy can help postpartum patients undergoing cesarean section reduce their discomfort.

Background: Most respiratory disorders are caused by problems or diseases of the respiratory system, including the lungs. Inability of the lungs to expand (elasticity), as well as structural (anatomical) and functional airway obstructions that prevent the creation of breathable airflow, are signs of impaired lung function. Restriction and blockage are two types of lung function problems.Purpose: To analyze the application of the tripod position and pursed lip breathing technique to the increase in oxygen saturation in congested patients in the emergency room at PROF Hospital. Dr. SABOE TONGUE.Methods: Case report, which is a narrative report. The case study in this paper examines the use of a tripod position and pursed lip breathing technique to increase oxygen saturation in shortness of breath patients. Patients with asthma, lung cancer, TB, and COPD constitute the study population. Four patients with asthma, lung cancer, tuberculosis, and COPD were sampled for the study. Results: After the nurse's intervention was carried out, which was related to airway management in the fourth patient, the overall evaluation results were obtained, then the intervention was continued in the patient's treatment room. Conclusion: Based on the description above, people with respiratory problems often experience decreased functional daily activities, decreased concentration, and mood swings. As a result, if the condition of shortness of breath is allowed to continue unnoticed it will reduce oxygen saturation which in turn can cause cyanosis in patients who experience recurrent infections.

Introduction: Diplopia is a visual disorder in which a person sees two images of one object. This case is a neurological case caused by lesions on nerve III (Oculomotor nerve), nerve IV (Trochlear nerve), and nerve VI (Abducens nerve). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving electrical stimulation, saccades exercise and pursuits exercise in cases of left monocular diplopia. The method used in this study was a case study conducted on a 44-year-old female patient with left monocular diplopia. The interventions provided such as electrical stimulation, saccades exercise and pursuits exercise were carried out 2x a week and this study was conducted for 3 weeks. After 6x interventions, the results showed a decrease in the degree of pain and an increase in functional eye movement. In future research, it is hoped that there will be research with a long enough period of time so that it can determine the effectiveness of saccades exercise and pursuits exercise in increasing visual ability.

This study is a case report study with data obtained through autoanamnesis, physical examination, home visit to complete family data, psychosocial, and environmental data. Patient Mrs. NS, 51 years old, came with complaints of coughing and a runny nose for 3 days before coming to the Ulee Kareng Health Center, occasionally the patient coughed to the point of causing chest pain.
