Indonesia, as a tropical country, is exposed to high levels of ultraviolet (UV) radiation, increasing the risk of skin damage. Sunscreen is widely used as a protective measure indicated by the Sun Protection Factor (SPF) value. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of active ingredient variations on SPF values and other influencing factors. A literature review with a descriptive-comparative approach was conducted using research articles published between 2021 and 2026 from Google Scholar, PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Elsevier. A total of seven eligible articles were analyzed. The results showed that the type of active ingredients, concentration, combination of ingredients, and dosage form significantly influence SPF values. Natural ingredients generally produce low to moderate SPF values, while combinations of active ingredients result in significantly higher SPF due to synergistic effects. Increasing the concentration of active ingredients also leads to higher SPF values. Additionally, dosage forms such as creams, serums, sunscreen powder and foundations affect sunscreen effectiveness through their film-forming ability on the skin. In conclusion, the combination of active ingredients and higher concentrations provides more optimal protection against UV radiation.

The development of digital technology brings great opportunities in the world of education, especially in the health sector. Augmented Reality (AR) is one of the technological innovations that is able to integrate virtual objects into the real environment in real-time, providing a more immersive and interactive learning experience. This article aims to explore the integration of AR in anatomy learning based on literature studies from international journals. Using a qualitative approach based on literature studies, this study examines various findings from foreign scientific journals regarding the effectiveness, challenges, and potential of using AR in anatomy education. The results of the study show that AR is able to improve students' visual understanding, learning engagement, and information retention. However, there are also challenges in terms of development costs, technology access, and teacher readiness. AR has great potential as a medium for anatomy learning in the digital era, but its implementation requires adequate infrastructure and training support.

Oxidative stress is a condition where there is an imbalance between oxidants and antioxidants in the body which can trigger psychological stress. Oxidative stress can be reduced by consuming exogenous antioxidants (antioxidants from outside), where green tea is thought to be able to reduce oxidative stress. The aim of this study was to examine the effect of steeping green tea on blood glucose and Malondialdehyde (MDA) levels in male Wistar Strain white rats exposed to psychological stress. The design used in this research was Randomized Post Test Only Group Design. There were 5 groups of mice; 2 are a normal control group and a stress control group, and 3 treatment groups. Previously, the mice were given psychological stress 1 x 24 hours in the form of disturbed sleep patterns, so that the experimental animals experienced oxidative stress, then green tea was given to the treatment group with a single dose of 3.6 ml/head in the 1st hour in the group. treatment 1, 6th hour in treatment group 2, and 24th hour in treatment group 3. Statistical analysis used the Manova test.  Based on statistical analysis, it shows that there was a decrease in blood glucose and Malondialdehyde (MDA) levels in all treatment groups given exposure to psychological stress and steeping green tea.  A single dose of green tea brewing in experimental animals experiencing oxidative stress was proven to be able to neutralize oxidative stress in the 1st hour after administration of green tea brewing and the antioxidant activity still lasted up to 24 hours.
