The Mosque Youth Organization (REMAS) plays an important and strategic role as an agent of social and religious change among the younger generation. This study aims to improve the governance of the Mosque Youth Organization in Blitar City to be more professional and Islamic through the synergy of public administration and Islamic values. The main problems faced include a lack of coordination with the mosque administrators, a lack of effective leadership, and low community participation, which are influenced by internal factors such as the busyness of members and external factors such as limited funds and facilities. The method used is a participatory approach through needs analysis with 20 REMAS and mosque administrators, followed by training on professional Islamic governance, management skills, and evaluation assistance for its implementation. The training was held at the Al Mugi Barokah Mosque in Blitar City in September 2025, in collaboration with the Indonesian Mosque Youth Communication Agency (BKPRMI) as a stakeholder. The results of the community service showed significant improvements, namely the formation of a clear organizational structure, community-based work programs such as skills training and innovative social activities, and effective coordination with mosque administrators through regular forums to increase community participation. This approach integrates good governance principles such as transparency, accountability, and documentation using Trello or Google Sheets with Islamic values such as deliberation, trustworthiness, benevolence, and the example set by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. These activities contribute to sustainable social transformation among mosque youth, strengthening their role as agents of socio-religious change, although challenges such as limited resources, internal conflicts, and slow technological adaptation still need to be addressed through regular monitoring and further technological integration.

Instilling Christian values in adolescents in Indonesia is a strategic effort to form strong character, ethics, and spiritual awareness. In addition to having an impact on individuals, this also creates harmony in a pluralistic society. The family is the first place to build a foundation of faith through teaching, praying together, and being a role model. Parenting patterns greatly influence the growth of adolescent faith. Therefore, Christian families are expected to not only provide material needs, but also attention and love that comes from God to foster adolescent spiritual values. This study aims to determine the form of parenting patterns in instilling Christian values in adolescents aged 13–18 years, as well as the obstacles faced. The method used is qualitative with a naturalistic approach, involving 13 informants. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed three parenting patterns, namely democratic, authoritarian, and permissive, with the authoritarian pattern being the most dominant. The obstacles faced by parents include educational factors, a less conducive environment, economy, and parental busyness.

Lack of parental supervision due to busyness in the agricultural sector and other jobs is one of the main factors in the increase in juvenile delinquency in Patane II Village and SMA N 1 Parmaksian. The lack of supervision and guidance makes children and adolescents more vulnerable to negative behavior. KPPM students took the initiative to carry out activities with children and socialize about juvenile delinquency, both at school and in the village environment, in order to increase awareness and provide education to adolescents about the negative impacts of deviant behavior. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors causing juvenile delinquency in Patane II Village and also propose solutions to overcome the problem. This study used a qualitative descriptive method by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation to understand the types of juvenile delinquency, the factors causing it, and efforts to overcome it through activities and socialization. Based on the results of the study, the activities and socialization can help children understand and increase their concern for their living environment in Patane II Village and SMA N 1 Parmaksian and encourage them to take positive actions. Therefore, handling juvenile delinquency requires comprehensive planning that involves the community, school, and family to create an environment that supports healthy adolescent development.

A number of congregations at GKSI Yesyurun Senyamuk show a tendency to not be active in worshiping regularly. This phenomenon needs serious attention so that the congregation can once again appreciate and feel the importance of worship in their lives. One of the main causes of inactivity in worship is the busyness of daily life which increasingly dominates the congregation's attention. This busyness is often a reason that is considered valid for not attending church services. Meanwhile, the method used is qualitative based on direct observation of the phenomena that occur at GKSI Yesyurun Senyamuk. Apart from that, guidance was provided on the word of God to the GKSI Yesyurun Senyamuk congregation, explaining "what is the importance of worship?", "which basis of God's word discusses worship?", "what is the correct way to worship?".  The findings from this research have resulted in positive changes in the life of the GKSI Yesyurun Senyamuk congregation, such as increasing activeness in worship and changing lifestyles that are more focused on God. This shows that correct worship not only has a spiritual impact, but also socially, strengthening the commitment to live according to God's will.
